I had a great experience at Toyota McDonough. I acknowledge I was a difficult and hard to please customer. However; my Sales Associate Ahmad Ali and the Service Manager Billy Fortenberry remained courteous, patient, professional and they kept a very positive attitude. They always kept a smile on their face. These men literally spent all day with me for 2 days until I finally found a car and they never pressured nor rushed me into making a decision. After all this a few days later they did a follow up courtesy call to ensure I was satisfied. That meant a lot to me. I feel as though I was treated not just as a customer, but as family. I will continue to do business with them and I would highly recommend them to everyone I know. Lastly, I forgot to mention, I was never treated as if they were just dealing with me to sale a car or for commission, they seemed to genuinely care. They asked open ended questions to get me in a car within my budget. Will in finance was great as well. I applaud the entire staff. Everyone was courteous from the time I entered the dealership until I closed the dealership down. Lol. Thanks again every for your kindness I truly appreciate it. I'll see you guys again real soon.
