Don t go to this place! I went in with my wife and there was a salesman named Bruce and was one of worst experience of my life. I know now why there was nobody in the dealership.
Lone Star Toyota called me to tell me they were offering more than book value for trade-in. They low balled me on the trade at 35% less than the NADA value that they said that they use, and they claimed that my transmission was slipping. My transmission is not slipping. They spent 2 hours trying to "work a deal" and scare me into buying because of imminent transmission failure. I have driven 5000 more miles and haven't experienced any transmission slippage still. There are many more Toyota dealerships in DFW with better reputations. I plan to buy another Toyota, but will never purchase or service at this dealership again.
Be careful to note your negotiated price especially outdoor price before signing the paper at Finance department, we spent hours there to choose one 2018 Toyota Camry, the sales person was very nice and patient, so we really want to make the deal with his help, we have drafted the final price before the $750 rebate for new college graduates and the $750 trade-in, and signed with my initials; however, when we sat down at Finance Desk to sign all papers, it caught me surprise that they final outdoor price was not the same as we had agreed with initials on the daft, the price was about $700 more, besides the finance staff was very rude when I raised the question, he had no patience listening to my explanation and wanted us out of his office. I had asked again and again about when they would need college diploma for the $750 college incentive, I was told to wait to present at Finance processing, but they never asked for the diploma, instead, simply increased the price. Why the increase in the prices? there might be miscommunication between Sales Manager and Finance Department or the dealer simply wanted to get more from the customer's pocket when the customer had the opportunity to save money from the trade-in and Toyota college incentive. If you go to this dealer, I strongly suggest you to review and check all the documents especially the final finance ones to make sure they are the same and don't silently bump up the price. For us, we drove 40 minutes each way, spent 3 hours there, we even vacant the to be trade-in car, peeled off the toll tag and took off the license plates while waiting for finance processing, in the end, we had to re-install license plates and put back the toll tag and drove the same car home, totally a waste of our time with very negative experience of Lone Star Toyota.

I consistently find Lone Star Toyota of Lewisville to be friendly and helpful. They are prompt to greet you when you pull into the bay and service time is reasonable. So much so that I have only taken advantage of their complimentary shuttle service once. There are multiple areas to wait comfortably and get some work done or read a book while your vehicle is being serviced.

Amber gave me a quick quote on a battery as I pulled up and told her about the car's electrical problems. She explained the troubleshooting that the team would perform and the service department was able to diagnose the problem and replace the dead battery in less than thirty minutes (I arrived at 7:30 right after they opened). No line; no wait.
They were kind enough to offer my girlfriend a ride to work in their shuttle and called while enroute to tell me that we simply had to replace the battery and that it would be ready when I got back. The price quoted was right on the money!!!
My cashier, Natalie, was able to get me in and out in a flash, despite challenges with their new CC system.
The only thing resembling a complaint was that management wasn't able to exchange passing pleasantries or salutations when addressed directly. Must have been super busy. Totally minor hiccup as both Amber and Natalie were both well trained and professionally courteous.
All told, in and out within an hour and a half, only delayed by the drive to get girlfriend to work which was a great relief.
Outstanding, High Quality, 5-Star Customer Service.

I went to Lone Star Toyota of Lewisville in January to trade in a 2015 Avalon, and what I experienced was a nightmare; I was lied to (I was told my loan was approved when it wasn't), they STOLE my car (sold my car at auction before I was approved for a loan, but failed to pay it off, which created even more issues), and have put my family in DANGER (I was told an inspection on a 2016 Avalon was good, but after reviewing the paperwork, I noticed severe tire damage that could result in a blow out). I have called multiple times to find out why I was sent away with the damage, yet no one wants to own up to it. I have had enough of this, and I DO NOT recommend anyone purchase a car from here as this dealership does not care about it's customers, and they lack integrity, honesty, and sincerity.

I give this dealership no stars for being dishonest with their advertising tactics. I was forced to give it a star or else this msg would not post. I found a truck on TrueCar.com. Stock #LX183992. I asked if it was available and they texted me it was. I live in Fort Worth and b4 driving all the way to Lewisville, I decided to stop at my local Toyota dealer. I found out that the advertised truck was sold by Toyota of Plano and Lone Star lied that it was in stock. I texted them to find out why they lied. No reply or answer. I called the dealer for General Mgr. Ron Bowie but got voicemail. I also emailed Joe Simpson. Still no reply. I called again to inquire about LX183992 and was told it was sold 2 or 3 days ago. I'm writing this review to help others not to trust Lone Star Toyota. They'll lie just to get you there and from reading previous reviews, they'll screw you!

Can't comment on the sales side but the service side of the business is ran very well. Shuttle service, plenty of room for those that choose to wait, very fast welcome when you arrive, they take the time to listen and document the issues, very quick estimate, and very accurate on the time it will take to repair.
First time interaction with this dealership and must say this was the easiest most quick and painless car buying experience ever. Last October I bought a used Subaru Crosstrek from this dealership. It was easy to get ahold of who I needed to eventually and the negotiations were relatively simple. I was buying from out of state and they handled picking me up from the local airport.
I asked pretty specific questions and was reassured everything checked out. I got there and noticed some chips in the paint when I was told there weren't any, but they were very minor so no big deal. Everything looked good so I purchased it and drove it home.
Fast forward several months, and I start having some increasingly bad ticking coming from my front right CV axle. After it got particularly bad, I took it to the local dealership where they pulled the tire and found that the boot on the CV axle had broken it's seal before I bought it, and as a "repair" the boot was literally zip tied back on.
Im not sure what all their multi point inspection consists of, but it evidently does not include checking to make sure parts of your axle aren't zip tied back together. Or it did and they just zip tied it.
Regardless, I find myself putting an additional $400 into my car already. I am not thrilled about this and would discourage ANYONE from purchasing a used vehicle from this dealership. Don't want your axle falling out going down the highway.

I have been a customer of Toyota for many years and developed trust and loyalty. Miguel Cardenas assisted me with the sale of my new Corolla. It was kind of amazing how it happened. Miguel asked me and my mother to go outside and he had a beautiful celestial color that I loved. It was a perfect choice. It was beautiful. Miguel was was kind, compassionate about what he did. I feel I got taken... I got a used Tacoma it was quickly cleaned and not very good at all... I'm sure it was never even looked at by the mechanics it has a busted fog light out..I just feel they saw a woman coming and took advantage of me... did nothing to the truck since they got the truck..they told me nothing like getting the tags.. not even a phone call to set how it was going.. not a good experience at all

I wouldn't have ended up with what I wanted and could afford if not for him. His name is Charlie Sahagun and if you want excellent customer service ask for him folks. It was definitely worth my 3.5 hour trip!
We recently purchased a Toyota 4Runner -- our 9th Toyota since 1981. The vehicle itself is fine, but the salesman and gentleman in the finance department mastered the art of double-speak. They both intentionally misrepresented (multiple times in fact) a worthless service agreement and a warranty that is honored only at their dealership. Both the salesman and finance manager lied to us stating it would be honored at any Toyota dealership. It is not and never was; theirs was an intentional misrepresentation. Again, we were and are very pleased with the 4Runner but will never purchase another vehicle or seek service from Lone Star Toyota (formally Toyota of Lewisville) again. Their bottom line$ and getting to the bottom$ of your pocket$ are the only apparent motivating factors for their sales operations and service. And in our experience, they are not to be trusted. Caveat emptor...

I bought my 03 corolla back in 08 and it not only runs as well as it did the day I bought it but I still to this day get the same great costumer service I did the five years ago. The man who sold me my car Rodney James was very helpful and knowledgeable he knew what I was looking for and help me find not only the car I could afford (on my very limited budget) but found a car I could still enjoy and be proud of. I was also very impressed by the fact that even after a year of owning my car Mr. James was still willing to take my calls and answer any questions I had. I would recommend Toyota of Lewisville to anyone including my friends and family and I would most definitely give them Mr. James card because I know with him they will not only get a great and courteous dealer but get the best deal available.
My vehicle's check engine light comes on after EVERY SINGLE RAIN. I went to Toyota of Lewisville to fix it (because I bought my vehicle their), but after the fixes, this is third time already. I'm thinking to trade in my vehicle because I am very irritated and does not wanna spend $800+ every single month. But the Service Center people were kind.

On my last day in Lewisville my Maintnance light came on and I ended taking my car for repair to Lone Star Toyota of Lewisville. Where Cody was our attendant and checked us in. Well everything worked out and his customer service was excellent! . ON A SAD NOT!!! It has been confirmed that from Las Cruces Toyota that my car had no oil and reason my car turned off completely. It s a shame that Lewisville Toyota did not check my fluids as had specified that I was traveling back home! I am glad this did not end in a tragedy since I am driving with my entire family
Best service experience I've ever had at a dealer. Arrived at 6:45am before they opened at 7. I didn't have an appointment. I was the third car in line (looks like others had the same idea) so I was a little worried about how long my oil change would take. Robby was my service contact and he did outstanding, had me out of there by 7:45 with a car wash. A few years ago I hit a small piece of tire in the road that knocked some clips off my front bumper. It neever looked that bad so I just left it as is for the past 3 years. Robby poppped the portion of the bumper that was out back in for me without me asking and for no charge! Who/what dealer does that! Honestly an amazing service experience. Oh and they have a little food vendor on site for while you're waiting, how cool is that.

Great service, but giving 4 stars because of some questionable pricing. I took them a unopened bottle of Toyota coolant and asked if they could use that and knock down the price charges. They happily agreed. When I picked up the vehicle, I was still charged full price so I assumed they didn't use my coolant. Low and behold when I got home to check stuff out, not only was my coolant bottle gone, the coolant in the vehicle wasn't even full! Pretty weak on their part.

My family and I have purchased many vehicles from this dealer and I can honestly say they will no longer earn any of our business.. Be very cautious with the Pre-Owned vehicles. I purchased a 2016 Toyota Tacoma with 43K miles on it on 1/27/2018. When we took it for a test drive we heard a grinding noise and the salesman had told me that would be fixed. At the same time the rear bumper was missing and needed to be ordered, we continued with the purchase under the premise everything would be repaired. I scheduled with the dealer to a week later to come back for the repairs and the bumper install. They had informed me that there are some parts that I would need to purchase to prevent the grinding noise. I proceeded to tell them I had requested that this be repaired before purchase. They proceeded to tell me that it was my responsibility. I left with my truck not repaired and myself now being liable for the repair. On 2/8/2018 while making a turn, my dash lit up with warning lights regarding my ABS, Traction Control and Check Engine. I called the dealer and took dropped it off on 2/10/2018 for repair as it was still under the factory warranty. They never contacted me or followed up regarding the issue. I called and left multiple messages with my service adviser and I never received a call back or follow up. It took till I came in to the dealer to get an update 2 days later when I got back in town. At that point I was told that there is $2500 worth of repairs that I am liable for now. I explained that I requested this to be repaired before hand. The GM got involved and the dealer covered the repairs. I finally picked up the vehicle on 3/12/2018 and as I was driving, It made the grinding noise again, I called the dealer and set up a time on 3/14/2018 to take a drive with the tech. and we went for a drive and he heard the noise I was describing. The tech had also informed me that when they had taken the truck on trade, during the inspection they found issues and had informed the Pre-Owned Sales Manager at the time and where instructed to leave it alone and move forward with the inspection. At this point I was working with the "New" Pre-Owned Sales Manager (Bobby) the same day on getting me traded out of the truck because of all the issues. He had explained to get with my sales man and pick a truck and he will try and work a deal. I found a truck that was cheaper than truck I had originally paid for and passed it on to my salesman. He now will not help and expects me to pay the difference and the 2 month depreciation of the truck im trading and will not cover any cost to help. He specifically said that he has no reason to cover any cost even though they new the truck they were selling me had major repairs due. My truck is still in the shop as of this day 3/20/2018 and they don't know when it will be ready.
With the new owner, Lonestar Toyota has turned itself around! I enjoy bringing my car in to get it serviced, everyone greets me and my family as we pull up and never have a problem with our advisors! GOOD JOB TOYOTA see Kass Folkman if you are looking for a new or used car!

We bought a 2018 Highlander at this location. When driving the car off the lot we noticed the low tire pressure light was on. The salesman stated that all we needed to do was put air in the tire and all should be ok. We found out that after two weeks of following instructions, there were two nails in n the tire. We went back to this dealership and they stated that there was nothing they could do. We were charged an extra $1300 for reconditioning only to find out this was not performed properly. The dealer admitted they made a mistake and did not atone for it. The only recourse now is to go to small claims court.

This is the sorriest excuse for customer service that I have seen in a very long time. This is from both levels of Service Management and Sales Management: Service Manager, Service Director, and Sales Manager. This organization is rotten all the way to the top. The service writer, Doug, was an exception. These folks have earned my undying contempt, and I will advertise my experience in my circle of influence when the situation presents itself.
Angel is the most low-pressure and knowledgable salesman I have every met. He is extremely patient as I was being very indecisive. Yet he helped me select a vehicle that I love with payments within my budget without pressuring me to get a particular model. If you are looking for a Toyota, ask for Angel!

Went to the dealership for a preowned car. Our requirement was pretty clear and very generic but surprisingly they had only one car to show. 2 salesmen were trying to sale that car and stuck on a number that was way higher than the budget limit we had given them. It was still OK and typically happens at the car dealership. Obviously the deal did not go through and finally the 2 sales men left the table furiously and did not even had the curtsey to give their business card or to suggest coming later when more cars comes in. They were really RUDE. I would never do business with them and will definitely ask our colleagues to never go there for new or even used cars. Probably their management should plan to teach their sales persons on good manners and courtesy
I just wanted to let you know that we did purchase the 2015 Mustang today and overall I have to say we are very happy with the purchase. Our sales person was Rico and I want to commend him for doing an outstanding job of making sure that we were well taken care of and were able to spend time with the car and make a good decision. He was very informative and was very pleasant to deal with as well as professional. We also dealt with Manny Mendez and he was also helpful in the process of getting the numbers where we needed them to be and going forward with the purchase. That being said the one bad part of our story was that when we dealt with the finance agent, if I'm not mistaken his name is Hiram, it was very unpleasant and in the future if I do send anybody to lone Star Toyota I will recommend Rico and Manny but will suggest that they bring their own financing so that they do not have to encounter somebody like Hiram who is disrespectful and rude and manipulative.
So I made the decision to want to buy a car . Maryam pick up the phone and encouraged me to come. I told her what I was looking for she spoke to the salesman and when I got there he was waiting on me. Carl was my sales man and he made my visit Pleasant. He made me feel welcome. He made sure I was comfortable while waiting. You it is a little process with the banks that take some time. So I learned. Then I met Mr Trimble. He was so cool and down-to-earth even though there was a some waiting's going on I enjoy even the waiting. I believe that team done a great job. I enjoy my little car but I'm looking to move up into bigger things. As I'm building they're investing in me. Teaching me to crawl before I walk. Toyota 4Runner TRD off road here I come. This is the fourth time I've tried to get a dent repaired under warranty, unsuccessfully. First time, sevice advisor Stephan forgot to do repair. He apologized and offered a free tank of gas on the next visit. Second visit, they forgot to do the repair and no gas was given to me. Third visit, Stephan is no longer there, get Robert. Says I am to early, get my oil changed and was told to come back in a couple hours. Come back for the fourth time, in a couple hours and was told the dent guy was gone... Come back next Monday, "I'll get you right in".. Four hours of travelling back and fourth and 8 months later... dent is still there!! Unacceptable! I travel quite a bit so I can't be there at your beck and call.. Who knows when it will be fixed. Although the service writers were extremely nice, my problem has not been solved. I am afraid you lost my business.
Horrible service, i bought a corolla 7 years back and with life time oil change .They don't honor it since it is bought out by new management. Bunch of liars.
After working with customer relation , I got this fixed. They could have fixed it earlier could have avoided spending 60$
The worst Customer Care I ever received. Jose the sales agent Called us and made a deal and when we reach there. He is acting totally a different person with no clue about it and came up with totally different story. I spoke to Ivan, who is New car sales Director, I informed him I wants to speak to the Director, He said ,I don't know his name .I don't need to know his name. Very...Poor...customer care. I am not sure why other companies are following Toyota Model of Customer care. I told him, I don't need your car and left out....
Recently purchased a Toyota 86 love it. Everyone here has been very nice, a very comfortable feeling when you walk in to the showroom.

Dont wasre your time. Went in on Friday to trade my truck. Got that done the asked about my wife trading in he Pilot. They jumped all over that then said we got a del come in Saturday aroud 10:30. We get there and 5 hours later found out nobody even touched our file. I go in Monday they said we are working on ti now sould be soon. It is now 3:20 the person who was to work on it was not there. I have been in the automotive business for 43 years. They just out right will lie to you and I have sent the 8 car sales in the last 7 months but I will tell everyone I know go anywhere but there to get a vehicle

I've had an unusual issue with my Scion FRS (the car isn't even 30k miles and the throw-out bearing failed). Toyota's customer service was misleading and did not want to honor the warranty. The dealership took ownership of the issue and went beyond my expectations. Customer Service was great, they gave me accurate expectations and the mechanics provided useful information about my car and my issue when I was concerned. A shout-out to Todd who was thoughtful and awesome. I will definitely be back there for my services!
Today's my experience here was the worst.
Even if I showed my voucher(received at the time of purchasement of 2 vehicles) showing that I can get free maintenance checkup till 25k miles, this dealer said to me repeatedly that I cannot use this voucher. And I had been treated weird continuously during my stay here.
Ultimately after another clerk's coming to me then after listening to me, I could be agreed with. I was correct.
I really really hope this dealer would realize that any first/small customer can be big/important customers!
