I had many questions when I initially arrived at the dealership, but Derek Song was able to answer every single one as well as provide additional information concerning the vehicle. Overall dependable and quick service, I would definitely recommend Lone Star Toyota to my friends and family!

I have a more positive than negative review of this dealership. Although the car I went in for was mis-advertised and has some damage that was unknown to the dealership, many of our interactions were more than courteous.

Our car salesman Michael was quick to find solutions and communicate with his manager who ultimately was able to work it all out for us to come to a solid agreement.
Ace informed us of specifics to the Prius C with joy, depth of insight, and practicality.
Mr. Song in finance was down to earth, considerate, and generous with us as he helped us finalize the numbers.
Sarah, the customer relations manager went above and beyond what I m sure is in her job description. She helped us with hiccups after purchase and with our rental while the car got serviced.

With this staff, I m looking forward to receiving service from from this dealership in the future.

This place will rip you off. My elderly family member had a very bad experience with the salesman Miguel and his unprofessional supervisor. Be careful signing anything with them. They honestly need customer service training. I do not recommend this place.

Came in for some routine maintenance. These guys had me done in under an hour and I could see how busy they are. Any other dealership I've gone to 2+ long wait. Staff was super courteous and seemed genuine. I'll be coming here from now on. Thanks for the help John!

I met a salesman, Tyler Gregory, and he was terrific help! I felt I could actually trust him to tell the truth and to tell me the best deals! One of the best car salesman I've come across!

Lone Star Toyota was supposed to be my first stop in search of a new car after driving a 2004 mini van for 12 years. It started and ended there. I had the best salesman, Xavier M. he took the time to show me everything on the lot, knowing I wasn't planning on buy that day. Well, I did and he was able to get me a deceit price for my van. I highly recommend Lone Star Toyota and Xavier M.

I bought a car from Paco Garcia. Bottom line: he was excellent to work with. Based on my 22 year career in telecommunications customer service...I'm extremely hard to impress when it comes to rolling out the red carpet for customers. But Paco did. He clearly communicated, kept his commitments, knew the product, and just simply acted like I was a valued customer. I shared my experience on my neighborhood FB page and encouraged folks to look him up if they are in the market for a car.

Loved the service!!!! The moment me and my husband got out the car, Mr. Jarvis greeted us. Once we got inside he offered us drinks while asking us questions what vehicle we were looking to purchase. At first we were concerned about not being approved since we don't have good credit. But Jarvis was there to help us with any concerns and was able to make the whole process run smoothly. He was able to help my husband get a 2015 Nissan Rogue with the space that he was looking for since he is a Music Teacher that goes to churches to teach music and needed the space to put his piano.

In the end, Mr. Jarvis was able to make everything run smoothly, answered all of our questions, and made my husband day by helping him get the vehicle he much needed, and today was able to help me get approved for my own car with the help of the director.

Will recommend Mr. Jarvis for excellent Customer Service, great attitude, smiling the whole night even though by the time we finished everything, it was close to closing time, but didn't mind at all.

This place is extremely unprofessional. Day 4 since I have applied for financing. Been told each day that I will receive a call back. I text Messaged the sales lady this evening and received some piss poor excuse for not recieving any form of responsice communication. I know it cant be regarding credit or the ability to finance, as I have a spectacular position with the 3rd largest global Corporation. I have cosigned with impeccable credit and incomes, as my mother is an advanced practice, Master degree nurse and my father is a lead researcher for the University of Lexington. I'm lead to feel and believe the only 2 reasons that this can be is from discrimination flat out. Is it because I'm black or gay? Answer me that Mrs. Jasmine? That's the lady ( used term loosely) on the sales team who is too unprofessional to even respond to me withing 4 days of reaching out and trying to communicate to see where we stand on a deal!!! Never in all my years of car buying have I been treated soo poorly. I'm beyond myself with the level of treatment me and my partner have recieved. Stay away. I absolutely will not EVER purchase from this place again. Me and my partner purchased our Avalon here and it was a fiasco then. Should have known better than to return.

Overall I was very pleased with my experience at Toyota of Lewisville. There is some ownership changes taking place which initially had me concerned (long oil changes, etc). Rene Isip was by no means the best, but things sometimes have a way of getting worse when switching hands. With that said, Chris Brown (Service Director) went out of his way to extend an offer to me which no other dealerships service department could or would. This has renewed my faith in the dealership and I now believe that they do have their customers best interests in mind. It's a big step up from 2 years ago!

I had the pleasure of working with Eddie in finance and I have nothing but positive things to say about his professionalism, knowledge, ability to save me money (multiple times), and his overall demeanor. I would recommend this dealership to anyone who is looking for a vehicle. Not once did I feel pressured, uncomfortable, out of place, or frustrated. A+

Purchased a used vehicle from here about a year ago. The day after we purchased it we realized there was issue with the car that we brought to the attention of the manager. The dealership was willing to work with us to resolve it to our satisfaction. The sale was a pleasant experience and management helped sort out any issues we had (even a few months later when we had an issue with the service pacake we purchased). Thanks Toyota of Lewisville!

From the moment I walked into the dealership, I was greeted in a courteous and friendly manner that put me to ease in the car buying experience. Jack Mitchell was assigned to me for a journey I was glad to be apart of. We discussed what I was looking for In a vehicle and he pulled my new Rav4 to the door. He explained all the gadgets to me, then we were off for a test drive. I was immediately taken with my choice of color and options. To my surprise many options we standard on each Rav4.
From the beginning to the ended of signing the contracts it was a great experience.

Terrible experience with sales when buying a 2020 TRD Pro. However, Sarah Mann (customer relations manager) turned it all around. She was transparent, professional, and friendly all at the same time. My family loved working with her and I recommend asking for her if you plan to do business with this dealership. You are in good hands with Sarah.

Additionally, the service dept. in particular Jeremy and Gary are wonderful people to leave your truck with. They are also, courteous, professional, personable, and transparent. I look forward to the upcoming services.

Final warning, get backup when talking to sales.

Listen, if you haven't met Ross Sparks at Lone Star Toyota then you're missing out on life. He was super friendly and approachable and was able to help my husband and I with purchasing our first vehicle! He was far from being pushy and was able to answer all of my questions as a first time buyer. I had a great experience with everyone I came across with on the floor.

I also want to add that the reason I even bought from this dealership was due to a the SPECTACULAR service I received from their service center when one of my older vehicles was called in to fix a minor recall issue. I told husband that I was really impressed with the way I was treated and that I wanted to come back again once it was time to purchase a car. And guess what? We did! I am the new proud owner of a Toyota Camry!

I also want to add that I am usually not one to write reviews but this is definitely the place to go when looking for a vehicle (ask for Ross!) I would definitely come back and purchase from them again!

The sales side of purchasing my car was shady but it was a good deal until the financing quant blundered it. Fast forward a few months and I need to take my car in for service. I made an appointment and requested a loaner. I arrived at 9AM which was the time of my appointment. The service advisor asked me if I wanted my car washed which I said yes. I had also requested a loaner at the time of scheduling my appointment which was in advance but didn t get it because loaners aren t given out during services. If only they old me this earlier, I would have made arrangements to not waste 2.5 hours at the dealer. After waiting, I was told my car was done and I could drive away but it was blocked by cars in all directions. I realized my car wasn t washed and the service advisor was like the car wash is probably not working today. In customer service, you should take care of your client by letting them know so they can foresee things.

5/3/16 a 2010 Tiguan recently added on the multiple sites for $6991.00 but no Carfax was available to be viewed. I had to go thru multiple calls, wasted time, and still did not receive the carfax but they managed to uploaded the their site. We went to the dealership to possibly purchase the used car. Once we arrived we were told the SUV was not there and that the owner still had possession of his vehicle as the new car he was buying was not ready. We were then asked if we would like to put a refundable deposit down to ensure we get the first shot at this vehicle. I asked how much we had to leave and what payment types they take, which he responded $100.00, cash, credit or check. I agreed and proceeded to give him my credit card for the deposit. Before taking my deposit he stated he need to inform his manager of what we were going to do. He came back quickly trying to sell us another Tiguan he had on the lot. I told him unless they were going to match that price of $6991.00 I wasn't interest. He did try to down play the one we were interested in saying it did have hail damage but that it was still a good SUV. I still advised I would wait on the $6991.00 Tiguan. He understood and asked if we would like the see the one on the lot just to get a feel for it since it was the same style; but he came stating they could not find the keys for it, so we wouldn't be able to see this vehicle either. He also said we would not need to leave a deposit as he would be handling the vehicle once it has been turned in and he would call us immediately so that we are the first to look at it. We agreed to this and left with hopes to return soon to look at the SUV. The sales manager Garrett called the next day while I was working and left a message just wanting to see how my visit was. Later toward the evening I was still looking at cars online and see that Toyota of Lewisville has now increased the price of the Tiguan to $9999.00. I called Garrett immediately advising that we were in there the night before wanting to possibly buy this SUV at $6991.00 and now it is at $9999.00. I express how I feel that no deposit was taken intentionally so that they could increase the price of the SUV. Garrett stated sometimes people make mistakes, but nothing was mentioned of a mistake that night we were there. He too tried to down play the car stating it had hail damage and 4 bad tires and this might have been why it was originally posted at $6991.00. I informed him that we were told of the hail damage and we were okay with still putting a deposit to possibly buy it at $6991.00. My thinking is if this vehicle has hail damage, 4 bad tires, was already offered at $6991.00, why boost it up to $9999.00 if it was that bad, especially since they could not look over the vehicle again since the owner still has possession and is driving it. He stated he would check with the service shop to check on how much the damage or the cost would be to fix the items and IF the total was greater than $1500.00 he would sell it to me at $7000.00. Needless to say he never called back. I responded to an email asking for feedback and never heard anything form the dealership and i even email the GM Lee Oden directly via email and never received a response. One of the worst dealerships to deal with. 2010 Volkswagen Tiguan VIN WVGAV7AX3AW003088. Come to find out another dealership now has this SUV, they stated they are not affiliated with Lone Star Toyota of Lewisville. So they are advertising vehicles they don't even have.

They are theives DO NOT DO BUSINESS HERE!!! I would give them a zero if I could. They are shady sales people they tried everything to get me to put 5k down on a lease even though my credit score is excellent!!

I went to buy a used car from Lone Star Toyota. After test driving the car my wife didn't like it, my salesman Issac was very helpful. He stated that they could get a good price on a new car. They really did come through on getting me a good price. Issac was really nice and did not play game with us. He advocated for us with the general manager and help the process go smoothly. I left feeling as though I had been treated with respect and received the car that I wanted to buy.

I don't think I've given a review of this place which is a shame because I have always received Fantastic customer service. Even when they are busy I've never had to put up with anyone in a bad mood. The only flaw is that they are doing so well that sometimes it can get pretty packed. I think this is just a sign of people who are willing to wait because they know that Toyota will do the job right. They also make the wait bearable with great Wi-Fi, comfortable chairs, water, and a big screen TV.

I've rescinded my review. I attempted to contact the manager but I decided to not follow up. I wanted to say I overreacted, I was pretty heated how everything was handled by the insurance. While Toyota of Lewisville did drop the ball twice (one which led me to not have a car for over a week), they still did do a good job and still tried to follow up afterwards to resolve a couple of issues.
I've changed my score to reflect a more accurate reflection of their service.

I was able to find exactly what I was looking for with Kass' help, a low mileage, pre-owned Chevy truck in excellent condition priced fairly. The financing manager Bobby was able to get me financed very quickly at a surprisingly good interest rate. The whole experience was smooth and straightforward and I definitely recommend this dealership.

I went there a couple of days ago to find a car for me and one of the salesman there Ross Sparks helped me with everything I needed and took great care of me. It is definitely a great place, and the people that work there are well prepared and they will try to help you with everything you need. I would highly recommend people to go and ask for Ross if they are looking to buy or lease a car!

My experience with Lonestar Toyota of Lewisville service department was great! Every single one of the staff members I dealt with was very welcoming and very helpful. The service manager Hutch, answered all my question about the Toyota care free maintenance and he indeed exceeded my expectations, God Bless Him.
Thank you to all!

On 9/19/20 I visited Lone Star Toyota of Lewisville on Stemmons Freeway. I have been in contact multiple times with Miguel Cardenas and had firmed up a price and deal on a used car that was listed on their website. The price was plainly listed. On 9/18 I had worked out my financing arrangements through Capital One on that exact car stk number LX947899B. I emailed my approval showing all of the costs, interest rate etc to Lone Star, and Miguel. I asked him show this to his sales manager and make sure we were good to go, as I didn t want games and any surprises upon my arrival. I set an appointment for 12:15 pm with Miguel. So far so good. This is where it went terribly bad. I showed up at 12:10 to be prompt. Miguel had other customers that just showed up. That was not a big issue. After waiting about 30 min, Miguel came by and gave us water and a seat on the floor. I was informed after another 30 min that there was an issue with the ac blower on the car and they were looking at it prior to pulling it around. An hour later finally we were led back to see the car still being worked on as a fuse was damaged. Finally I was getting tired of waiting, So I asked them to save time to start the paperwork. I gave them the necessary documents and went forward. Finally I was able to take it to the car for a drive. Car was fine, but evidently their 120 point inspection doesn t check power mirrors as neither side worked, along with the tint being bubbled and a big rock chip in the front glass. This is where it goes real bad. Miguel comes up from the manager den with my buyers sheet. The agreed upon price was the same, but they had added a 995 dollar maintenance plan to the cost of the car, that in Miguels words was to cover the cost of the items that had been done to the car in the service department. I was explained that it was not some sort of additional warranty, which would provide any benefit to me after leaving. Needless to say I was not willing to pay for that and asked them to take off the 995.00. Miguel told me they were already losing 2k on the car and they WOULD NOT SELL ME THE CAR AT THE ADVERTISED PRICE UNLESS I PAID THE 995.00 MAINTENCE PACKAGE. My reaction was not pleasant. I had driven 2 hours and made to wait over 3.5 hours only to get the same ole car salesman run around that I had worked very hard to avoid. I cant give lower than one star or I would . Bottom line they lied to me, waisted my time, and I left the car there. Its sad to know the same old car salesman SLEEZE is still alive and well at LONE STAR TOYOTA OF LEWISVILLE. BUYER BE GOOD AT MATH AND BEWARE.

going through the car buying process can quite often be a painful experience, however this was not the case with Lone Star Toyota. Tim Michael did everything he could to make this a positive experience. This is the second car I have bought from them, due to the excellent customer service, affordability, and safety of the Toyota Camry. As a driver for Uber, I can honestly say their service has changed my life.

I saw a used car listed at LoneStar Toyota and called about it. I spoke with Sandy Morcos about the vehicle and she assured me it was still available. I set up an appointment the following day and even received an email from her confirming the appointment. I tried to call before going in to make sure the car was still there, but her voice mail was full. I go in with my son to test drive the car and I knew something was up when she said they would show me that car and some other ones. I said," No, just that one." At that point I knew I had been scammed and sure enough the car had been sold that very day! Wow. You wonder why your reviews are bad? I suggest anyone looking to buy a car avoid this place and liars like Sandy.

I wish I could do less than one star! Please don t go! I should ve listened to previous reviews, I asked them to ensure the vehicle was there since I was driving from an hour away. I called the morning off, before heading out, and while on my way. Not only did they say it was there but also it would be pulled up in the front. When I arrived to the dealership they couldn t locate the vehicle. They told me it went to a sister dealership and it was closed, which was a lie (I checked the hours on google) They then were trying to make me lease a whole different one, with the most expensive package and pay almost $800 a month. Please avoid! Especially if traveling to get there.

I had never had a problem with my free lifetime oil change until today. After 5 years they now require to see my contract, even though I have a lifetime card and my service record is in their computer. I was told there is a new owner. I will not be buying my next car under this new ownership. I also will be letting my friends and family know of my experience before they consider purchasing a new vehicle at this dealership.

Thieves I wouldn t encourage taking your car. I have given these guys two chances and both times they have lied. This last occurrence took my car in to have the bulb replaced that is above the license plate. They open the truck fix the bulb and come back and tell me my trunk would not shut. The funny thing is when I drove in the trunk was just fine the service manager then tells me that it looks like someone had tried to pry my trunk open and because of it being done several times it caused the wear and tear and hence broke the latch mysteriously at the same point of contact after the opened the trunk and messed with my wires. This same manager a year ago advised me to buy a part for my vehicle and after getting a second opinion found out the part was not needed at all. Karma- they will definitely get theirs

i bought a car here a while back and my experience was less than great.
i'm disabled and have need hand controls to operate a vehicle. i asked the salesman if they partner or have considered partnering with a company that installs hand controls and other modifications for disabled people. i was basically told that doing something like isn't something this dealership would be interested in. i think that's disappointing. ... and also they called to harass me because they were having issues getting in contact with my bank.

Jack,

Jack,

I am remiss in my delay in writing to you. Many times the good experiences in life are taken for granted and not shared adequately up stream. I am sure someone in your role gets plenty of negative feedback with an occasional sprinkle of good news. If so, let me add some more sprinkle. Our daughter was in need of a new car and so my wife and I sat out on a journey with Madison (daughter) to help her through this. We have four brands/dealerships in the mix and ended up settling at your dealership and purchasing a Corolla S model. Our experience with Stefan and Trevor on the sales side of the transaction and car delivery was exceptional. Trevor was very thorough and attentive with Madison going over the car and car features. Angel was also very professional and courteous on closing the financial end. The dealership itself was very clean and professional in appearance and brand messaging. All in all a very great experience for us. Rest assured I will be an advocate/reference for my family and friends should they be in need of a car.

Just wanted you to know the team there we worked with are top notch and all model examples of professionals.

Best,

Mark

This dealership sucks.... i bought my toyota tundra last year and when i was buying it everything was going great all the salespeople were treating me like i was a god after i got out of there with the truck everything changed.... they sold me 4 guarantees and when i was calling to make a claim about the dent and ding protection i found out that they never registered the guarantee now its been 2 months already since i started calling them so they can registered they answered me and told me they were gonna do it i waited for a couple of days just to find out they didn't registered nothing again i called them back and they never answered me... since i moved from texas a year ago they thought i couldnt go back just for that i went back 2 weeks ago and told them to please registered the guarantees and they said it was gonna take a couple of days so that they could put it on the system i came back to fl to find out they didnt again so now ive been calling them for the past 3 days and i still havent had any calls back from them.... this dealership really sucks...

We bought our highlander (a great car) here with the Dealer offered free lifetime routine service as an incentive. This march, we did the 60K miles maintenance here. The service report stated that they did replace the air filter, checked battery, did brake fluid flush, and charged $458 and reported the timing cover leakage, asking for $1000+ to repair. We declined it and double checked at another highly rated independent mechanics and realized timing cover is totally fine. We were told that our break fluid, carbin air filter, air filter, needs to be changed! Then we triple checked the car at another highly rated mechanics and turned out to be true. So we then spent $637 to redo the work. We are in shock by the dealer's false claims of problems and maybe fake report of service work being done. They will make you pay more one way or another with the Dealer offered "free" lifetime routine service.

I had a great experience at Lone Star Toyota. The salesman, Bruce Clark, was very knowledgeable. He was very patient, understanding and not a pushy salesman. I would recommend him when purchasing a new vehicle. The dealership was top notch in appearance & very clean. Thanks Bruce for this wonderful experience.

I ve been going to this dealership since the day I purchased my vehicle until today. This dealership is the ONLY place that has ever touched my car. I have free oil changes for as long as I own the vehicle. I ve always taken it in and they ve just done it, no questions asked. FOR 7 YEARS. Today I was turned away. I was told that the dealership had new owners and didn t have any of the information on file anymore. They have no way to track it. The service technician insinuated I was lying about having free oil changes. He offered to look up my past service transactions, but that wouldn t tell him that I truly had free oil changes to begin with. All it would prove is that I haven t paid for oil changes. There was an extra $400 charge on top of the price of my car, I paid for this free service. I am beyond pissed.

My husband and I recently purchased a Toyota Tundra from Lone Star Toyota of Lewisville. Our Salesman was Markus Mullenger - I have to say that Markus was by far the best car salesman I have ever encountered. He was genuine, kind, knowledgeable and when he didn't have an answer he went and found the answer. I would recommend him to anyone who is looking to purchase a vehicle. I never felt pressured or pushed. I did not walk away and second guess my decision - I walked away and felt confident that we got an amazing deal and hopefully a long relationship with a great salesman and dealership!!!! Thank you Markus - you are AWESOME!!!!!

This dealership has been amazing! They have gone above and beyond what I ever expected to get me a great car at a great price. I told them what I was looking for and they helped me find exactly what I needed. They have been extremely helpful in every area, from questions to test drives to pricing, and I can tell that they genuinely care to meet my needs. I have been so impressed by them! Every person I've met there has been knowledgeable and friendly with great customer service. They all seem to really care about doing their jobs well, which is truly refreshing.

I specifically worked with Mike Warren and I would definitely recommend him! I had several visits with him throughout the process, and he was always willing to go out of his way to work around my schedule, and help me with anything that I needed. He was knowledgeable, experienced and friendly. He absolutely went above and beyond. He genuinely cares about his clients, and about providing for their specific needs. He will get you what you want, and you will enjoy working with him! I couldn't have asked to work with anyone better!

I also worked with Sonny Ragbir. He was extremely knowledgeable and friendly, and he has gone out of his way a couple times to help me and work around my schedule. I would definitely recommend him as well. He is very experienced in the industry and was committed to helping me get what I needed.

Can't say enough about my great experience at this dealership. Very grateful for their amazing service and I am extremely happy with my purchase!

I am writing this review about the auto body portion of the dealership. I have my 2016 Toyota Camry being worked on. The car has been there close to two months. For the last four weeks I have had four different answers and dates of when the car will be finished. After several phone attempts to find out a status after about a month of them working on the car. I decided to venture by the dealership and speak to them in person to get the status. They explained it took about a week and a half for the insurance adjuster to come out and look at it. so they had only been working on it for a couple of weeks. Chris in auto body shop called down to Waxahachie (where they send the cars to actually get worked on) and they proceeded to tell me that it was in paint and it would be a few days before they got it back so I should expect it next week. The following week after absolutely no communications from the dealership I decided to venture by there again. This time I was told by Chris that it was in trim and that the dealership should have it in the next day or two. Another week goes by!!! I tried to call three more times with no returned phone call. So I go by there again to talk to them in person. This time they tell me it is in assembly. I ask them, exactly what is Assembly? They proceed to tell me that it is when the receive all the parts and assemble then it will go to paint and then polish. I told them that I needed it by Friday or Saturday since I would be leaving on vacation for a week. And just like I expected there was no phone call giving me an update or to let me know it was done. It has been another week and a half and I have returned from vacation so I called them this morning. Guess what?!?! it is in polish and they should have it back this afternoon. At this point I asked for the number in Waxahachie where it was being worked on. They gave it to me and I called them direct. They also told me it would be sent out today or tomorrow. But I could not speak to the guy directly handling the car so I should try back later. I will never deal with this dealership again for any reason whatsoever!!!!

I brought in my Toyota in to get it serviced and as always, I received A+ customer service from Agrin and the team. Very professional and courteous, would definitely recommend to others. They don t rip you off like some other places, and I ve never had an issue with the work they do.

Lone Star Toyota, has disappointed me badly. They were very nice until I purchased their vehicle last week. Before I took the car from the dealerships lot, I found some scratches on the car and brought it to there attention.One of there salesman, seemed to be helpful and passed on the bucks to a staff that was not working that day, saying that he would call me tomorrow and take care of it. I had to call him next day afternoon to remind. He said that some body from there service dept would call me in a day to set up a time to take care of it and he would personally make sure. It has been 6 days no one has called me yet. ALL THAT THEY CARE ABOUT IS TO SELL THERE VEHICLES AND MEET SOME GOALS.........BUT DON'T CARE FOR THERE CUSTOMERS, ONCE THE PA IS SIGNED. TOO BAD I WENT TO LONESTAR TOYOTA : {

I have purchased 2 toyotas in the last 10 years, both from Toyota of Rockwall for their unmatchable customer service. It was such a shame that I now live so far from Rockwall to continue to get my service and purchases done from there. The Lone Star Toyota of Lewisville is the one most conveniently close to me. Since I have gone to them for my service needs, for the free oil changes Toyota gives you, every session was a disappointment. From lack of follow through to lack of follow up. I guess this store has less standards than the one I grew accustomed to at another Toyota Dealership. What stung the most is they chose not to honor my last free oil change service, I was unable to do it during COVID shutdown and that was when it was set to expire. The technician asked me why I did not come back in May when it cooled down. Because the COVID situation never cooled down and only kept getting worse. I do not drive this vehicle that much and was in no hurry to have someone inside my car or me in a public place where lots of people are or have been. Been in the customer service industry for years and I cannot fathom as to why such a request cannot be met. I will just be looking at another dealership for my service needs from now on and certainly will not be choosing this one to get my next car.

My experience was nothing less than eceptional. We were taken very good care of and our budget was very well accomodated. Very satisfied. Paco was our sales agent. Thanks again Paco and the entire team.

Good customer service when looking at cars (Mariza), however, when we got to start looking at payment options for a used car (with a different sales associate) they began adding extra costs such as a "Protection Package" ($2000) on a car that had clearly never been touched since traded in, covered in deep scratches, and marked $1000 over KBB, on a tier 1 credit customer. When approached about the price we were told, "because they paid too much when it was a trade-in." Went to Toyota Denton and bought a brand new car for exactly what was advertised on the internet. If you have the time, go a little bit further down the highway and go to Toyota Denton.

Finally got my first new car 2018 Camry SE. Thanks to the sales man John and director Ivan for giving me the best deal. I got all the latest features with the convenience package. Loved the moonroof. We just spent a little time and got the work done faster.

Took too long (1 hour, 45 minutes) for a pre-booked (several days before) simple 5,000 mile service, which didn't even involve an oil change. I completed a survey afterwards (at Toyota's request) noting my dissatisfaction, and even emailed the sales director to let him know of my responses, leaving an email address and phone number, but never heard back from them. So not good.

If you care about staying safe during the Pandemic, this may not be the appropriate place to have your car serviced. Masks were not worn consistently by employees, and yes that upset me given my current health condition, and I made sure my service agent understood my discontent and utter frustration.

Other issues...

I was quoted at the time that I made the appointment - that the work would take approximately :45 minutes. It took over 2.5 hours. My service attendant said I was lucky he had people that were there all morning.

I showed up on time for my appointment, and was told after being there about 2 hours, that in fact they never had my appointment booked.

I was charged more than what was quoted when the appointment was made.

I received a "follow-up" call later in the afternoon - not by their service manager, but instead from their sales department asking if I wanted to trade in the car I had serviced with them earlier in the day.

I will not be going back.

Already purchased 3 company cars from Derek Song. Derek Song was able to offer us best deal and best service so there's no reason for our company to look for different dealership. I strongly recommend to purchase any Toyota vehicle from Derek Song.

It was the best car buying experience I ever had. I strongly recommend that you make an appointment with Derek and he will make your experience painless. He was ready for my test drive and various paper work before I even got there which made the process a lot faster. He worked with me to meet my budget and I got the best deal.

Horrible. I went in today and wanted to look and see the used inventory and my options. The whole time I was there I was only trying to be sold a new car when I repeatedly asked to browse the used car inventory. I m about 2000-3000 over between my car payoff and what my car is valued at so it s not bad. I was repeatedly told id be losing money and spending more in a used car and wasn t even given an option. 3 sales men tried to convince me I had to have a new car. I told them my budget and he asked me why is that your max? Because that s what I can afford. I was told they have about 130 used cars in inventory so how is there not 1 to fit my budget which wasn t a bad budget? I then proceeded to check their inventory online which flooded with cars in my price range that would fit my monthly payment. All they want to do is get you to buy/lease a brand new car.

Be careful with the finance department when buying a car. Check each document very carefully before signing. They tend to add hidden costs into the contract like maintenance or service contract. Also they omit the discounts promised by sales person. Hence read the documents very carefully and ask someone next to you to confirm that the numbers in the final contract are same as that promised by sales. It's better to arrange finance in advance instead of getting finance from any dealership. All banks like Ally allow you to be pre-qualified for loan. This way you don't get confused with the different terms told by them.
