After having a not-so-great experience at a nearby dealer (not naming names), I decided to try my luck at this one. Not only was I greeted with generosity from Jeremy, but he kept me updated throughout the process of fixing my car! Toyota had to order a part and my car was unsafe to drive, so they gave me a loaner at no cost to me. Honestly, this dealership has had a loyal customer out of me! I have absolutely no complaints about my experience and would DEFINITELY come here again for service.

He later exceeded our expectation by working with lenders to get warranty included and a smaller monthly payment that included the warranty. I recommend doing business at Lone Star Toyota of Lewisville. When you arrive be sure to ask for Jazz!

How many of you all that has bought from toyota of lewisville had the $0.99 added to your monthly payment after the fact. And had no explanation of the added cost.

Remember it's 99 cents per month on each and every vehicle they sell. It could add up to millions of dollars in no time. No one at the dealership could answer this when we bought a car.

Went to buy a car, we liked the car but when we sat down and heard the numbers they tried to trick us. First when I asked the APR of the loan they refused to answer it and once they said the APR I went online and calculated how much monthly payment we have to do on that APR and found out there was around 200$ difference on the number they are showing and the number we got online. They are not trying to sell car but they are just trying to empty out our pocket.

I took in a 2005 Toyota Solara that I was buying used from a seller and asked the service department here to perform their multi point inspection so as to know what repairs need done on the vehicle before negotiating a price with the seller. I waited 2 hours and was told the front struts need to be replaced, front brakes and a few fluid services.

After purchasing the vehicle I go to replace the front struts and when I take the wheel off I notice Toyota missed the cracked control arm bushings, worn sway bar end links, and the missing brake line bolt that was replaced with a zip tie. These problems were immediately noticeable so obviously they didn t check these components at all.

I called service to request a refund and they shuffled me around having me leave voice mails. I called them back and was told Jose Velasquez would call me as he was my service provider. Fast forward 4 hours later and no call. I call them back and make my case to Matt Davis in the service department. I email him pictures and he struggles to comprehend why I m upset and asking for my money back. I tell him point blank I paid for you to tell me what was wrong with the vehicle and service did not do their job emailing him pictures.

Mr. Davis then deflects responsibility for the missed items by interrogating me if I have replaced the power steering line as that is a safety issue too when I informed him torn control arm bushings can cause a deadly loss of control of the vehicle as the wheels now have free play and the whole front end can wander. It was at this point that I lost complete confidence and realized I was dealing with passive aggressive people with a tribal mentality more so than a professional Toyota service team. Even with evidence staring him in the face he couldn t figure out what I was even complaining about after explaining it in a lucid articulate manner. huh? Is it making a noise? Well, the power steering is a safety issue too. Did you fix that? I think I should be allowed to ask questions. It was astonishing. He couldn t fathom why a used car buyer might want to know about torn bushings when negotiating a price. Passive aggressive gaslighting and deflection. That s service?

I then called back to the front desk and told the receptionist of the gaslighting and grotesque evasion of responsibility of missing major items on my 150.00 multi point inspection and pleaded with a nice girl named Kelly to get my case to the sales manager who she stated is a manager over the service department. I was told he was on a conference call and would get back to me in 5 to 10 minutes max. As I type this it has been an hour. Edit* an hour and a half.

If you re buying a new vehicle or a certified preowned I would go to a different dealership. These people are adept at being inept and infuriating in the face of clear wrong doing. I now taking my case higher up. Zero confidence. The culture at this place stinks. Remember it s your fault as the customer for wanting them to do their job. Had an inspection done on a used 4Runner in Denton. No issues. Whoever owns the dealership needs to clean house. 2.5 stars on Yelp. Is a zip tie instead of a bolt acceptable hardware for a brake line? Really? Is this the toyota kaizen quality I keep hearing about? Zip ties. A OK.

I vistied this location on Tuesday afternoon, after looking a few cars we decide to buy one Chevy Cruz used . We went inside to double check the price becuase the sales rep told me that the system was showing 100.000 miles and the car actually has 30.000 miles aprox. We went inside and after a while the sales rep came back telling me that the sticker was wrong and that was a human mistake and the Manager will not honored the price listed (the difference was usd 3000 more). I sayed ok and left. Today wed I checked agian and the car was still listed on their web site with the same price... I sent an email and requested the actual price and if it is still available, a lady reply to me that the car was still available and the price was the one listed. I told her what happend to us and requested her to double check with the Manager- She replied to me one hour later informing that the car was sold. But the car is still listed and is still showing on the web site and in carmax the same price. Im not happy at all with the serivce of this dealership.

They throttle interest rates up for the first price quote, then lower it and include a warranty package and act like youre getting a great deal. You wont be able to use the warranty package because it takes them 3 hours just to change your oil. Do not buy from here ever, it is the worst experience I have had buying anything i my entire life.

Salesperson Carlos Lopez & manager Garrett Elkins take care of their customers like no other. After learning of my interest in a used truck, they addressed, or are addressing, every single aspect of the deal from the down payment & monthly payment, to multiple exterior touch ups (done by their body shop in one day!) including significant painting to eliminate very minor but widespread scruffs on this older truck they just received on trade. They're still adding to their service commitment, by obtaining a spare key for me completely at their expense, long after the deal was finalized without including this component. All I had to do was ask. I buy almost exclusively used vehicles & never has anyone exceeded my expectations by such a large margin. Kudos guys on a job well done! I'll be back, & readers, you should too.

I've been having my car serviced here for a couple of years and every time, the staff is wonderful. Last night, I had an issue with my car right after the service and my car had to be towed. The service manager, Hutch, was an angel! So helpful getting my car towed with no dramas or issues. Problem was solved and life is well again. When situations get stressful, it's so nice to know there are nice people who are really helpful to get you through. Thanks guys! I'll be a customer for years to come!!

When I purchased my Toyota Highlander 2008 I was told and was received free oil change Deal as long as I owned the car until this new ownership came around and asking me to bring in my proof of the deal even when I called their office I was told They have my records on their file and is saved in the system but still the crow chief told me he is the new chief and I must bring in my records with me every time. And he was very rude about it as well. To me customer relations with where I make a deal is very important. Any way since then I changed my mind about Toyota and I went to Mazda and purchased a new Mazda.
I will never go back to this Toyota dealership as long as this new ownership is around.

I am not crazy about servicing my vehicle at a dealership but needed answer to the problems I was having with my 2003 Tundra truck's key entry and thought a Toyota dealership would be appropriate for the right solution. Fortunately, having Lionel as my service rep prove my whole thought about dealership wrong. He was patient, caring, considerate and relentless to ensure that my problem is resolved. To top it all, the technician by name of Joe Vega took me inside the shop to explain his honest findings on my truck issues. Very Impressive and knowledgeable.

The cost was very reasonable in consideration of the time and labor that was put in my truck just for my own satisfaction. Very cool environment and exceptional professional exhibition by Mr Lionel Valdez and Joe Vega. What a group. Sometimes it is not just about the cost, it is also how the customer feels about the value of work done and the attendant's professionalism. The end result is that my truck problem was resolved making me a happy camper. Good Job guys.

What a joke of a dealership. Called about a used tundra. Jack Mitchell told me he's gonna call me back to make sure they still have it. Called me two hours after, to let me know they still have the truck and schedule me an appointment for tomorrow. I show up there tomorrow, and ask for him. The gentlemen who helped me told me he is gonna be here any moment. 15-20minutes I'm sitting there and nobody's showing up. I go to another desk and Ask another person to help me. He checks his computer and tells me that that tundra is actually not for sale. How is that possible? Manager wouldn't show up, so I just left. When I drove 70 miles to the dealer and now I have 70 miles to get back. They don't value their customers, so I strongly recommended that you don't give them your money.

The beauty of making an appointment is being able to drive up and wait. Normally that's the routine, but that didn't happen on August 30th. I arrived for my 6 pm appointment at about 5:15 (traffic was moving). There was no one available to check in vehicles. I sat in my car watching people move vehicles, but no advisors.

After almost 15 minutes of waiting a young man comes out to say they're at capacity and won't be able to service me until after closing because there's only one guy in today. The whole point of an appointment is making time for something when it's best for you. Staffing issues is never the customer's concern or care. Someone should've cared enough to call hours in advance to reschedule appointments. That's properly managing a staffing issue.

If I could give negative points I would. I have not had one good experience with them. My husband and I went August 17 to buy my lease and we were there for over six hours, YES SIX! There were multiple people that came after and left before us to make purchases and leases. Once we finally bought the car and everything was done, we had to wait additional time for someone to clean the car. Now they must have cleaned it this a toothbrush because it took 3+ hours just to clean a Corolla.
We thought everything was dandy until my husband and I were trying to buy a house and the lenders had to check credit of course. We found out that Lone Star Toyota of Lewisville checked my credit over 15 times. The lender was nice enough to send us a report and not only did they check the credit the day of which makes sense since were buying a car but they had my credit out there for all to see when multiple banks checked the credit AFTER I left the dealership. There were 4 inquiries on August 20 and even more on the 27. Please tell me why my credit is being check when I drove off the lot with a purchased vehicle?
We made a complaint to the dealer that we would be filing a claim with CFPB. Now in my loving heart I thought I would receive a call or someone trying to make everything right, but no. SO now they will have to report to the CFPB.
Now I received a phone call about 10 minutes ago saying my inspection didn t go through. That s on them, I drove off the lot back in AUGUST with everything GOOD TO GO! Why over a month later is this coming out? I have paperwork saying otherwise. Yall can come to me to make that inspection happen.
Venting done basically DO NOT go to Lone Star Toyota. If I could go back in time and give the car back and drive off in some other model/brand I would.

I was in the market shopping for cars, and happened to stop by Toyota due to the brand's great value and reliability. While I was looking around, I saw this man, Ivan Funes, speaking to a young asian man and his mother. I assumed they were closing up on a deal, but I knew things were wrong when the sales director went up to the young man's face, an inch away, and nearly spat on his face while he was talking. I overheard the sales director telling the young man they couldn't go down another 500, and as he was telling him this, Ivan was mocking the young man's mother due to her disability to speak english. I was shocked by what I was seeing. Is he not an immigrant himself? Why would you mock someone just because English isn't their first language. Worst customer service I've witnessed so far. I left the dealership because I didn't want to do business with someone so disrespectful to the elderly.

Friendly staff but very poor communication and follow through. I came in to get 10k service and a fuel pump recall replacement. Fuel pump was not in stock. The service rep told me he would call me once the fuel pump comes in. Two weeks go by, no call so I called the number on the business card he provided me. Left voicemail, a text message then an email, no response. Called the service dept directly, and surprisingly the same rep answered the phone. He claimed he never got my messages and said they are unable to get the fuel pump and "try back later". I called Toyota of Denton and they had the fuel pump in stock. I was able to get the fuel pump replaced there the same week.

I went in for an oil change was told about this amazing specia via telephone. However once in the store no one knew of this oil change special i was talking about. So that was frustrating than the guy that was helping me he kept trying to up sell me. If I came in there for a special why are you trying to make me spend extra. Anyway he went home. The last rep I worked with was very helpful and he made sure to let me know my car was almost done. In the end he took great care of me. I work in customer service so I recognize that he's a great listener and he paid attention to my needs. Because of him I will return.

This experience still turned out very horrible as I first finance the vehicle then a couple of days later paid it off for $17000.00. Its been over 2 month financed with TD auto financing and the dealership got their money and I STILL haven't received my title to my vehicle and the car dealership doesn't care since they have received their money.

NEVER EVER GO HERE TO PURCHASE OR LEASE A VEHICLE OF ANY KIND, YOU WILL REGRET IT. I AM A DISABLED RETIRED COMBAT ARMY VETERAN AS WELL AS MY WIFE IS A ARMY VETERAN. I am not joking when i say I am still struggling with this dealership.

Kass was top notch in his expertise and professionalism. Every car we looked at he knew like the back of his hand. When we finally chose one, the buying process was super smooth. Basically just had to get out my check book, sign a few papers, and I was back home in time to watch Father Ted. Would highly recommend if you're in the market for a new car, but aren't up to date with all of the bells and whistles they come with these days.

I bought Sienna 2014 Limited from This shop on July 2017. I was told vehicle will be certified once they get recall fix from factory. I trusted the sales manager and went ahead and signed to buy the vehicle. I got the defective tires and I complained them about it. They fixed it and said I am good but after 30 days I found that tires are damaged and my dash board was cribbing about. This shop's Sales Manager said they are not responsible for this and inturn they pointed out saying it was bad driving habits that caused damage and they cannot take any responsibility here. I have been owning and driving 2 vehicles for last 18 years in USA alone.It was distressing on a weekend trip and I was forced to buy the tires from them. But I would give 5 stars to the toyota service guy (james) in handling that situation and his lip service was soothing as well.

I was in Toyota Lone Star (cause I own a Totyota Camry) with one of my friend(who is super rich but does not want to spend money and wanted to purchase a car) and was introduced to a salesperson named Evan. Evan was very courteous and gave us a couple of test drives. He has a very unique style of selling where he not only explains about the car but also adds a touch of humor to his conversation. Evan gave us the best possible service and also gave my friend the best deal on Rav4. He did all the hard work but my friend did not purchase the car from him, he thought he would negotiate more on phone etc. Ultimately he ended up purchasing the same Toyota vehicle at a higher price from another sales person who was good but not as dynamic as Evan.
Feel sorry about all his hard work.
My friend still regrets his decision of not listening to this sales person named Evan.
Long story short.... If you get a chance to visit this showroom, make sure you speak to Evan cause I am sure he will get you the possible deal.

Based on my overall experience Toyota and Hundai somehow how manage to produce the best possible sales persons with an innovative style of selling cars.

If Evan was a Honda employee then I would be driving a Honda Accord V6 instead of Toyota Camry and my friend would be driving a Honda CRV, because that was our initial plan.

I walked out of there very happy with the customer service that I had received. AVOID AVOID AVOID!!! This is from last year. After reading other bad reviews, I have noticed there is a chain of the same occurrence that happened to me. I went in for a truck and worked with the sales manager directly, as my sales lead was brand new. I had initially worked with their online scheduling ahead of time for another sales lead that i was promised, but they pushed me off when i arrived. I worked with the sales manager on an agreed upon price (Which took the entire day), even though he told me that the marketing company they use places up incorrect pricing. the sales manager was extremely rude the entire time. I finally went out to look at the truck and it was dirty in the inside from where their Accounting manager had been demoing it. It had dig cups full in the front seat and a disgusting booster seat int he back with dirty shoes and clothes. i worked it ahead of time to come look at this specific truck. The cleaned it and I decided I would go ahead and get it, since I was able to get the price I wanted. I had brought my 70 year old neighbor with me as he wanted to look at a car to save on gas. He changed his mind after he saw how the Manager was. Now that is was the very end of the day, he needed to get home to take his medicine and eat. I went to the finance department and was rushed very aggressively through due to the time of the day. They had an issue with their copier and said they would have to mail my copies to me, usually I would say no and wait, but my neighbor needed to get home. After getting my paperwork in the mail, i noticed they jumped the price and added hidden maintenance costs!! and added my payments up to 84 months! WHAT! I called back the following day of receiving this and they told me I missed the turn in period and the sale is final. they then told me I still owed them $750. Of course I refused to pay that and told the finance and sale manager the situation of the changing pricing, and the manager literally laughed at me and told me I was wrong and should have stayed and made them give me a copy of the paperwork that day. i told them about my neighbor and he said "next time dont bring him to a car dealership if he inst going to buy anything". Go elsewhere, they are extremely sneaky and unethical!

Purchased a vehicle here in May of 2019. The vehicle has been riddled with sensor issues and the service department has been working on getting this corrected. The car has been in the shop longer than with me. Make sure you get your vehicles tested/inspected before shopping at this dealership.

The overall shopping experience was great until after we purchased the vehicle. Even the salesmen, Allan got short tempered and started making statements such as, "We are done with you", "I did this for you as a favor". Very off-putting. Purchasing pre-owned vehicles is such a tough thing as it is already.

Ask for Xavier Marmolejo for your salesman and Eddie Vargas for finance. Both are wonderful and just cut to the point. They are also very friendly. Will go back for our next Toyota.

Horrible Service and conn artists. I made the mistake of purchasing my used car with Toyota of Lewisville. They bullied me into buying the package called advantage, which included one paint touch up service, a detailing, among other things. Today I took my car in and the service I got was horrible. Stefan W. was the guy who "helped" me, and said it'd take 4 hrs for my car to be ready which is normal when you're dealing with paint touch ups, but my package was supposed to include a loaner car service. Stefan's reponse when I asked about the loaner car was "we don't have any loaners available" not an apology or anything. After 4 hrs, my car was parked in the driveway, but I wasn't notified so I had to ask someone to find Stefan so I could leave. When I get to my car, the small scratches looked almost identical. So, while I was looking around my car, this very nice guy who also works in service (I don't know his name) said they could do a better job and to speak to the guy who helped me. Stefan's answer was simply "the package didn't come with a paint job, just a paint touch up. Which is what you got" I find it insulting that after I paid for this package, these people treated me like they were doing me a favor. Stefan did not make the effort to please me or at least give me the service I PAID FOR. Needless to say, I'm not buying from this place ever again. Don't let these people bully you into buying any kind of packages or insurance. If you do, you'll be putting your money in the trash.
