Great experience, Tyler and the sales crew weren't pushy or rude. They treated us like people and with respect. I drove to the Dallas area all the way from Tulsa for the Tundra selection and I went to alot of the other dealers in the Dallas area and none of them felt as relaxed and easy going as Lonestar Toyota. We are for sure returning customers!

I had a great Experience buying a new car from this dealership, Jose Fuentes was my Salesman he was very understanding, helpful and met every one of my expectations from my budget to the exact features I wanted. I will go back to this dealership and tell all my friends and family to visit with Jose Fuentes

It seemed like a nice dealership when I first entered.
But when we began talking and discussed my requirements for a car, it went a little pear-shaped.
I interacted with Adrian Martinez, I told him I was looking for a used car and he was willing to do anything to shove a brand new one down your throat. He insisted that I buy a brand new car.
On asking them to show me a used car under $10,000, they said they didn't have any whereas on the internet you can easily find used cars at the dealership for under 10k.
They also made me drive a brand new Corolla to see how I felt. I was smart enough to drive within their premises to see the used car stock they had, yet they kept insisting on selling me a new car.
I understand that everyone has targets to meet, but don't try to get into a customer's pocket by doing things that put them off.
Disappointed!

AMAZING EXPERIENCE & GOT AN AMAZING DEAL WITH BRENDA MARTINEZ!!! I just purchased a 2020 Toyota Corolla and am very happy with the whole experience. I have been shopping for this type of vehicle for a few months and the moment I spoke with Brenda I knew she was going to take care of me and she did! She was friendly, knowledgeable and accommodating. There was no pressure, she was genuine and kind. She responded to my several requests for more information, more pictures of the vehicle and much more. I would happily purchase another vehicle from her again!! Ask for her when you go in.

Took My car in for Service here and was VERY HAPPY.

The sales team leaves MUCH too desire though. All the other stories about sales fiascos are close to what I went through. I ended up not buying the car from there, but from some other dealership.

Again ... SERVICE Department Awesome .... Sales ... not so much

Professional and excellent car buying experience. ...

Professional and excellent car buying experience. I was introduced by Derek S. I came in with a bad taste about dealers. But this gentlemen totally changed the way I now think about dealers. He was very professional and very understanding. Derek showed me 100% customer service. He did his very best to make sure I get the right deal and make sure I leave with the car 110% smile. When my car was ordered from another dealership, he kept in touch, day by day, to inform me what was going on. We set up an appointment, we both went outside to inspect the car. He went from top to the very bottom with me. Showed me how the new bespoke touch screen work. Even stuff I already knew, he still wanted to inform me on everything. He also told me about how the dealership is under new owners. Once, I heard that, I just wanted to make sure that this dealership gets a 5 out of 5 stars. They totally have changed. I've had purchased 2 cars here. One for my mother about 2 years ago and one for myself (today!) ASK FOR DEREK S!

Zero stars! Dishonest and apathetic staff. The day after having work done, car starts overheating and heater is no longer working!! Never had problems with either of these issues, nor were either issue mentioned on the $6,000 repair bill they quoted! They have no customer service and all I got was an oh well, must be a coincidence!

The Manager finally said that they would take the car back to diagnose these new problems, then once I brought it in, and they had it for half the day, they called and said it would actually cost me over $700 to diagnose whatever it was they did to damage my car!!! Manager said he would pass along the issue to the GM and see if it was something that the GM "would care to follow up on"! General Manager will not return my call after leaving voicemail!

Sales person (Caleb Okeke) lied about speakers not being busted on a used SUV. We told him that they were busted, but all he did was change radio to a station to one that had no bass, so it wouldn't be as noticeable. He insisted they were fine, he argued and had a bad attitude.

Purchased a used Mazda 3 from Lone Star Toyota and am very happy with my experience. All of the employees were very helpful and professional and I got a great deal. I really liked working with my salesman Sam (Shahid). What a great guy. Very attentive and made the purchase very smooth. I would recommend this Dealership Highly.

I bought a new car (Corolla 2019) and I love it! I had the most awesome dealer, Ann Stone, with me taking care of everything!!! Best customer service ever!!! I will definitely come here again for my 2nd car later in the future

I wish I could give them a zero. David store manager was very rude and tried to justify why a price that is listed on the third party website THEY are paying to put out correct information is putting out incorrect information. They have a 2016 Toyota Camry listed for $1,791.00. Called to make sure the price was correct and was told oh no, that is incorrect it's actually $17,000 and they could not honor the price because we have disclaimers in place that protects us from incorrect prices being put on there and also for customers to call the dealership to verify the price. He would be losing money on the car if he sells it for that price. Never once offered to make things right by offering to sell me something else, or ask me what my price range is because maybe they have something there within that price. Just rushed me off the phone because of the frustration in my voice. Maybe he felt I could not afford another car! I feel that the company you are paying to put the correct information out there on behalf of YOUR dealership, should be the ones to eat the cost of the money lost for putting out the wrong information. We will lose money on this car and can't sell it for this price! Is what I was told. I have never done business with them and will NEVER EVER will do business with them!!!!!!

Excellent service from the new car department. My husband and I were taken care by Paco Garcia and Carlos Lopez who are very professional and attentive. They are very knowledgeable and patient. They helped us find our first Toyota car. Made the process simple and efficient. They even came to our home to pick up the trade in car which is so thoughtful. Highly recommend!

Bought a Highlander from this dealership. Would never buy another vehicle from this dealership. Traditional sales games to try and extort as much as they can from you, and was told they were throwing in "life time oil changes".. First time they changed the oil. Second time they charged and told us we had no such service. We ended up over paying for the vehicle, AND didn't get the services promised to us. Just slimy car dealership with no ethics.

HORRIBLE service department. HORRIBLE follow up. I just found out today we were lied to about our extended maintenance package - and it was Toyota corporate that discovered the issue and told us about it. This is on a 2011 Avalon Certified we purchased a few weeks ago. Took 2 months to get the 2nd electronic key we had ordered, and I am suspect we were lied to about the extended warranty. We paid for an extended maintenance package of synthetic oil every 10K miles - and now another dealer (and corporate) is telling us that is not what we purchased, and that the car can't use what we purchased. DO NOT STEP FOOT ON THIS LOT. Toyota corporate - you really need to investigate what is going on at this dealership. I am a loyal Toyota customer for years, and I can assure you, TOYOTA OF LEWISVILLE DOES NOT REPRESENT THE TOYOTA BRAND. GO TO ANOTHER DEALER.

I wish if I can give them a zero i ve seen a car on the website and the price was 16,000
When I went there. They add $4000 hidden fees
So be where and make sure you check every document you sign it was the worst experience I ever had in my life

I never comment on car buying experiences because ...

I never comment on car buying experiences because they're normally....bad to horrible. I had occasion to buy a new car and stumbled on Lone Star Toyota via the internet...first thru email, then via a personal visit. As a side note, there was a slight administrative issue that was quickly resolved without my having to give up my phone number, and we all know how that goes once you give a salesman your phone number. I then reached Laura, on the sales staff and managed to get the information on the car I was interested in buying. No pressure, no problems. I then went about my business visiting 2 other dealers that had cars I might buy. Once I decided to buy the car at Lone Star Toyota, I called Laura, gave her my number and we began a very good sales relationship. She was reliably dependable and never misspoke about what we were negotiating. I found that refreshingly honest for a car dealership. Of course, there was the mandatory Sales Mgr. interactions, which ranged from oh great, to what the heck!@! And then the mandatory warranty/financing misunderstandings that had me heading for the door. And I mean I was outta there. But, and this is a really big one, the Sales Mgr and Financing folks worked out the issues without me having to do much else except wait a bit. Planned? Maybe, but I didn't have to give up anything else I negotiated. So now I have a nice used, new to me, car with a couple of issues that were promised would be fixed. The promises were kept, the issues were fixed without charge. And to top it all off, Laura drove me a loaner, picked up my car to be fixed, and returned my car to me 2 days later. Now that is definitely service above and beyond. And to boot, the service guys kept in touch with me about what was happening with my car. I'm thinking this is where my service business will be going, even though it's a bit farther than the nearest Toyota dealer. Final thoughts...for one of the most beat down kind of activities you can do, buying a car, I do recommend Lone Star Toyota. Get a better chance at keeping your sanity and at least give them a try.
Just bought a car...feeling 70% better about buying a car than I ever have and I've been buying cars for many many years at the 20-40% level. I won't do that again.

So dishonest they actually give car salesmen a bad name. Do not believe anything you are told or promised. Once the sale is complete, they will refuse to honor any agreements, even if written and signed by them. Do not hand over your money until everything they promise has been verified.
Response to comment below. Please do not pretend you care about your customers. Your newfound "care" only occurred after this review. If you actually valued your customers you would respond to their multiple problems before they review your company. You need to treat all your customers with respect, not just the ones that review you on line.

Selena Coffman and Ivan went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied. From the minute I pulled up to the drive to the time I drove off, Selena made sure I was comfortable and well updated throughout the process of repair.

I showed up without an appointment on a busy Saturday midmorning, to be shocked with a cordial welcome and a let me help you attitude, rather than the normal "Oh we're two days behind, or I hate my job attitude".

Selena is truly an asset to your company and is the reason why I will return for future business!

We worked with Jordan and our experience with the dealership was very good. Jordan was very patient while we worked with him over multiple emails and phone calls. He was always available to answer questions and worked hard on all our requests - arranging for a loaner, delivery on a different date, multiple test drives etc. Overall a good experience!

It's been great the last few times I've come in. I was almost to the point of going elsewhere. Jeremy changed all that. That man knows what he's about. Answered every one of my questions while getting to know me. A real sweetheart. I almost didn't believe him when he told me my car was ready in just over an hour. From start to finish I had a great service. Can't wait to see Jeremy again

Dealership charges a "Recondition Fee" that adds several thousand to the sales price - typical bait and switch. They advertise low prices and the jack it up with the "Recondition Fee" when it's time to sign the paperwork. I of course walked out and will not be back again.

Had a great experience. Todd is AMAZING!! He addresses all of my concerns and helps me understand what needs to be done to correct the issue. This time i went in for an oil change, tire rotation, and a list of issues. Turn around time was good.

The service was impeccable, from the minute we walked in to the moment we drove off the lot. Kass was with us the entire time and did not leave to attend other items. It felt like a very personal relationship.

He didn't rush just to get me in a car, the sales process was fairly simple and offered me a great deal.
I would definitely buy car from Derek again.

Very Nice place! Went for a service that came with the truck. They have a state of the art waiting area with plenty of room to spread out. There's a tv room, a computer room, an accessory room, a fish tank and a cafe. That's right, if you're hungry, just order a sammich! Loved it there!

Website promised "instant best price" display if I entered contact info but it did not. When I got there the sales person repeatedly kept us waiting while retrieving keys or info. We finally walked out when she left to "get us her business card" and didn't come right back. Terrible experience, would not come back.

I bought a toyota Camry 2020 from here. This was my forth purchase from this dealership .
Lady Maryaam ( Manger ) and Regiland bo Franklin was the reason of my what i call an adorable deal and a good experience . BO Franklin is an professional Sales Person with good knowledge and a HONEST , hard working employee .
Rest other employees and the other manager excluding above names i mentioned had no idea to deal or make customers . I walked in to purchase two cars but the first day i have to leave because of their what i think non professional approach and dealing .
I went to toyota plano bought one car and then BOO the great guy kept on updating me about the great deals . It was then i contacted Maryaam who is always grabbing the business and knows her customers re invited me .

Thumbs up to Maryaam and Boo for keeping me and ensuring that i stay with toyota of lewisville.

Leaving this big review for others to give them a reason to buy your cars from here and contact these proffesional employees.

Ann Stone of Toyota was amazing! She brought my brand new 2018 SUV to my home, washed and completely gassed up. Showed me all the bells and whistles and made sure I knew how to use the Bluetooth which she set up for me. I had to give her a hug. Thank you, Toyota for such dedicated and kind people like Ann. This car will be used to visit hospice centers and bring patients to our Respite Home. Please give her a promotion! Daphne Evans from Heaven's Door Foundation, Lewisville, TX

My mom has been very loyal to Lone Star Toyota of Lewisville for several years. Now that it s time for me to get a new car she told me I could only go to Caleb. I have the best experience working with him. He listened to everything that needed when it came to what I was comfortable paying and reliability of a car. I completely trusted him through the process and I absolutely LOVE my car!!!

Had an AMAZING here!!! Being that this is the first time I ve gone car shopping, I had tons of questions. I had visited a few dealerships but Toyota of Lewisville tops the customer service. I had a lot of help from Christina Rodriguez, she was so sweet and genuinely cared about providing excellent customer service. She took her time to answer my many questions and made sure I felt comfortable and understood the process. 10/10 recommend. I will definitely refer friends back to Toyota of Lewisville and back to Christina!

LIARS!!! AVOID TALKING TO NORMAN. HE WILL LIE TO YOUR FACE!!!

I visited this dealership to trade in my 2009 Toyota Avalon. They made an offer which I didn't like so I walked away without disappointment. Next day, I get a call from Norman and he tells me that I can get you an extra $3K for the Avalon for the trade in if you bring it in to me ASAP because they are short on used car inventory. I said okay and went in the next day to trade in my vehicle. When I went in, Norman said, "well, the trade-in value I gave you over the phone was just get you excited to get you come in. I didn't really mean it. What I'm offering you today is the real and final offer." I was pissed off when I heard this. I went all the way there just to trade in my car only to find out that he was just making up numbers so that people can come to his shop?? That's messed up.

Sarah Garner is by far one of the best sales people that I could have talked to I wanted info on a car and get options of what would be best for me and my baby. She gave me all the details I needed and got the Toyota Camry Se in the Aqua color. Everyone should go see her thank you Sarah Garner.

I recently visited Toyota of Lewisville to test drive a 2012 Toyota Camry. My overall experience was outstanding, and I highly recommend this dealership.

My salesman, Rodney James, was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. I was able to test-drive car and get all the information I needed in a timely manner; and the staff were very friendly and polite.

When I am ready to purchase my car, I will definitely buy from Toyota of Lewisville!

We found a salesman and a service writer we can trust. Caleb will work to make the deal happen. He is efficient and up front. He sold us the 5th Toyota we have owned over the years. We have all our Toyotas serviced there. Robert is the man to see in the service department. He too is to the point, friendly and gets the work done that needs to be done and not make up things to fix. It took us a couple of years to find a service writer that we could trust at a local dealership. He is that guy. All around great customer experience.

It s sad to read another review that had an inconvenience that was VERY similar to ours, you would think that if they made a mistake they wouldn t do it again. We tried purchasing a car that we were very interested in, we promised the salesman that we would come back on another day since I left my license and credit card at my office. Right when we were ready to leave, they pressured us to purchase a car and promised a better deal. The deal was okay, however, it wasn t worth the time that was wasted. After hours of paperwork and people trying to talk us into buying a car, we received our final contract but when we looked back at it one more time it changed to a 75 month plan instead of a 72 month plan. ALSO, instead of the payment getting cheaper, it became $2 dollars more than what we originally had agreed on. Looking back and doing the math, we would ve paid about $2000 more. The manager or sales specialist didn t apologize and claimed for it to be a mistake, he also gave the kind salesman who was helping us a lecture right in front of us. These were his exact words, Don t let customers take photos of our plans because they will just use it at another dealership and try to get a better deal. Which was not our intentions at all, we just sent the photo to my husband since he was working and couldn t be there to agree on the deal. This got us heated and MADE me not want to come back, but the salesman seemed so nice. This was outrageous, they tried cheating us. Please don t waste your time here.

The most memorable part of the buying experience was that they told me my used car that I purchased was 2 years newer than it actually was. It wasn't until I met with the financing department that they informed me my 2007 was actually a 2005. Everything else went as planned and I am very happy with the truck, but it was a strange situation.

I purchased my car in December, signed all the paperwork for financing and left the same day with my Highlander. I noticed in late January that I hadn t received anything regarding financing in the mail and contacted the dealership and was told to just keep waiting. A week before my tags expired I get a call saying something didn t process on their end and I had to completely redo all of the financing process including running my credit again, and the person I dealt with for financing conveniently didn t work there any longer. I noted my tags were about to expire and was told to come up with a good story to tell the cops if I got pulled over. (WHAT???) After about two weeks of arguing with the dealership, I was able to get another set of temp tags and finally finalize paperwork... so I thought. I called back in February to schedule to get my seats cleaned since we had just gone in vacation and dealt with the owner of the detailing company they had in house and I specifically pointed out the issues I wanted cleaned, he took my payment cleaned the car and sent me on my way. After the seats dried none of the spots I wanted cleaned were actually cleaned so when I called back I was notified the owner no longer worked there and there was nothing they could do. I asked to speak to a manager and when I started to tell my story he interrupted me and said yea, yea, yea, I get it your mad, what do you want me to do about it? (WHAT???) I asked to speak to someone different and finally got Sara Mann on the phone, the head of HR. She was nice and understanding of my frustration and assured she would clean my car herself. I also made her aware my tags were about to expire for the second time, and it took her a week from that point to issue new tags after I was told it wouldn t be possible that it was against the law to issue new temp tags. We made an appointment to get the car cleaned, then Covid hit. I called to let them know I wouldn t be coming because no one really knew what was going to happen with Covid at that point and I felt unsafe bringing my car and sitting there for several hours with a virus so unpredictable. I called again in March to reschedule detailing and the lady at the front desk told me I needed to send in my tax returns so they could finalize paperwork... (WHAT!!?!) I refused and told them I had sent in everything I was going to send them, and they needed to figure it out! Since I have called Sarah and gotten her voicemail several times and left a few messages to reschedule and she never returned my call. I finally got a hold of her today and she just wanted to argue that I hadn t called, and that the last call she got was in October which I hadn t even thought of buying a vehicle at that point much less called her. She rudely told me it s been past 30 days and they would not be recleaning my car. The one person I thought was nice at this dealership turned out to be just as rude as the rest. Other than the initial sales rep (whom I even gave a gift to after signing the first set of paperwork I show my appreciation) , every single person I dealt with after the initial purchase, avoided taking responsibility for their mess ups and made it my problem. I don t know anyone who likes the car buying process but this dealership and their employees are rude, completely incompetent and made this process a living hell! I love my Highlander, I only wish I had of bought it elsewhere, as I will NEVER go back to that dealership, not even for a simple oil change.

I m editing to add Sarah Mann has decided to retaliate and post an oddly similar review on my husbands electrical company!! Real cool Sarah Mann, I ll see you in court! 08/27/20

Very disappointed! I called Ruth Alcorn and gotten her voicemail several times and left a few messages to reschedule and she never returned my call. I finally got ahold of her today and she just wanted to argue that I hadn t called, and that the last call she got was in October. She rudely told me it had been past 30 days and she would not help me! -Sarah Mann

Strange place. Nobody talks to you when you walk inside. I even had an appointment today at 2pm to see a Tacoma. Walked in, place wasn't busy at all, only 1 customer inside sitting at a table. Lots of employees, but they all stayed in their offices.

For 15 minutes nobody even greeted us. When someone finally did, we told them we had a 2pm appintment. He said someone would be right out. Waited for over half an hour andseriously, nobody talked to us or even approached us.

That level of disrespect for a customer usually means this is the type of place that will screw you over and enjoy doing it. Now looking for a different Toyota dealer.

Dont shop at Lonestar Toyota. They will bait and switch you to get you to come in the door. I worked with Collin McAdams. He told me that he had the vehicle in the color and all the details I was looking for in stock if I would leave the negotiating table at Toyota of Dallas. I did and the vehicle they had was nothing that I was looking for. Total Fail! Bait and Switch! Now I wont even take my vehicle there for any service. I will tell everyone I know how I was treated. Terrible customer service!

By far the best dealership I've ever had to deal with! I have a crazy work schedule but James helped me do just about everything over the phone and was very fast and communicated with me every step of the way! Serena was my finance person and she was also very fast, efficient and extremely nice! I even came back the next day and had questions... she had absolutely no problem explaining things to me and she was very accessible! I will definitely be back in the future as well as referring them to other people!

This was most transparent, buyer friendly car purchasing experience that I have ever had. Aaron made the entire process a pleasure from start to finish. I will never buy another car from anyone other than Aaron. I highly recommend Lone Star Toyota and Aaron, to anyone looking for a Toyota.

I had a Great experience with Derek Song. The most authentic car salesman that I expect to find in the state of TX. My first choice car was sold out from under me, but, Derek quickly came up with the perfect alternative. He's so great. I would come back again for my second Toyota.

Karim and Mark were very helpful and knowledgeable. I am a stickler for details, and they were very patient and willing to accommodate my concerns. The Camry I bought is elegant and comfortable. Not only was the sales process simple and direct, but there is actually follow-up to this purchase with oil-changes and check-ups. That means I am not only important as a buyer, but as a long term customer.
Thank you for your dedication to quality.

Horrible Toyotacare service. They lied and did not change my oil even though they said they did. My car still showed it needed oil change after my visit. The guy took care of my visit was slacking off and very unprofessional.

Good customer service and involvement of manager Mark supporting the team and helping customers. Team tries to make things work out according to your needs. I would come back for any of my Toyota needs.

I typically do not like to leave poor reviews, but...

I typically do not like to leave poor reviews, but in this case I find it absolutely necessary for the public to be aware. I think instead of leaving negative reviews online it is usually best to call the business and allow them to make amends first. Ultimately it gives businesses the opportunity to correct the problem in a positive manner without negatively effecting their business. This is exactly how I handled this the first time a problem with this dealership arose with it's service department not performing work they had supposedly done.

When working with a car dealership trust is of the utmost importance. You need to trust the opinion they are giving you regarding the repair and secondarily you need to trust the fact that the repair was not only done but done correctly. A few years ago we brought our vehicle in for an oil change and tire rotation. When I arrived back home I realized the rotation we paid for was never performed. I called the dealership and they apologized for the oversight and actually sent someone out to pick up my car, rotate the tires and then bring it back to me. Accidents and oversights happen so I accepted the apology and felt the resolution was appropriate. In short they did what they needed to to make it right.

Today my wife went in for our oil change and asked John to replace the battery in my key fob as it was not working properly any longer. All seemed to go well so my wife left after all the work was done. She stopped by a store after leaving and tried to use my key fob to get back into the car and it did not work. So she trekked back to the dealership and spoke with John about it. He told her "we replaced the battery just as you asked" and if it doesn't work it either needs to be reprogrammed for $130 or you need to buy a new key fob. Plus, he told her we do not have time to do either of those today regardless. Now that's what you would call great customer service there!

So, with this information she called me and I told her not to worry about it because honestly none of it made sense to me regardless. Plus, my fob is rarely used with the vehicle. So when she got home I popped the battery out of her fob and placed in into mine and guess what. It was a Christmas Miracle my fob lit right up and powered the car. Yes I'm being facetious. So either one of 2 things happened here. A)the battery was never replaced to begin with or B)they put in a bad battery. It is incompetence at best and complete disingenuous at worst. Shouldn't they check their work? How long does it take to check the fob before handing it back to a client? Why didn't John try a new battery when my wife mentioned it didn't work? It took me all of 2 minutes to figure out what I knew already when I sent my wife in.....the battery was bad.

I'm posting this because this is the second time this dealership has been caught not performing work on our vehicle they have said they did. Once I could forgive, twice shows a pattern and now I'm wondering if they really have done all of those oil changes. To circle back, trust is extremely important with an auto mechanic and this dealership has lost mine. I would advise anyone reading this to take appropriate measures to ensure what you have paid for indeed has been done.

After having my purse stolen with my only set of car keys inside, I called two separate times and got quotes for how much it would cost to replace. Both times the quote included the remote, labor, and the option to have a physical key cut. After having my car towed to the dealership and being ignored for almost 24 hours I finally heard back from them, but this time with a different price quoted that was significantly higher. That didn't seem to matter, not did they appear to care who, how, or why it was misquoted in the first place...TWICE! Great customer service Toyota!

2nd Poor experience I have had within the past year. First was my purchase of my truck, but now trying to buy a bed cover from them I can't even get a call back. Literally called, immediately put on hold (no name), a different person picks up (no name) quotes me a vague price for a bed cover, transfers to a lady in service (no name) who ends up hanging up on me because she has no idea what parts told me, I call back and get a guy in service, transfers me to a lady (different lady, no name), puts me on hold to try and figure out what's going on and tells me that she is going to have a manager or advisor call me back to try and order the part and schedule an appt, no call back after 48 hours. Literal incompetence top to bottom. Rather give my 1000.00 to someone else who at least acts like they care.

We have the worst experience at this dealership today!! You should be happy buying a car, it should be a pleasant experience but not for me and my parents. Please if you are going to buy a car from them read everything they try really hard to take every penny from you. The new sales manager was very rude to me and my parents, Ivan Funes, he could care less about the 10 hours we spent in his company. Lone star Toyota should have more qualifies managers. We end up closing the deal because the finance representative Alex went above and beyond.

This car dealership has not kept it's word.
Not only did I buy a car from them I referred 2 other people who also bought cars and I have not received any checks for the referral. They keep saying we've mailed the but when i contact account they say no checks have been processed. I thought this was a place u was going to have long term buisness with but I see it's not.

I had great experience with Derek Song. Everytime I visit any dealer, they make me tire. I feel like that is a strategy; make me tire and let me buy without thinking. But he treated me very well. He is very kind and friendly. I recommend Derek Song!!! And, definitely I don't have to mention about the deal that I got!!!

*** I highly recommend doing your research before getting any service done here. Both times I've gone to this location and been quoted outrageous prices for services that take a few minutes. While the customer service at the dealership is sometimes nice, they are literally lying to customers faces about labor/ time to complete services to justify insane prices.
Today I needed my key to be programmed to start my car (the key was cut, and I had already programed the key to unlock/ lock my car)They quoted me $140. I explained that the programing takes two minutes and shouldn't cost anywhere near $140. The representative LAUGHED at me and claimed it takes a whole hour. I spoke with another representative who backed him up stating it takes an hour to hook the computer up and process.
Since I was well aware of the scam they were pulling, I left, went down to Lockstar Locksmith in Lewisville and was quoted $40 to program my key to start my car (REASONABLE) I watched him hook up his little computer/ tablet device and program my key in LESS than 2 minutes!!
First time I was here 2 years ago and was quoted $250 for a brake light issue. I did my research instead, found the part at AutoZone for $14 and installed myself with the help of YouTube in under 10 minutes. All in all, do your research before accepting ANY service here, they are taking advantage of people.

I went to pick up my car today from the body shop. To my astonishment the car was in terrible condition. There are greasy finger print marks all over the interior. Clay/ Dirt all over the floor mats. While I was returning my rental car key the body shop manager Jay handed my keys to my cousin before I could even take a look at my car. There is overspray on my tail lights and the wind shield trim was put incorrectly. I am extremely disappointed with their customer service.

Never will stop calling you. I tried to see if they would give me a decent price on my trade-in for a different car on their lot and they have not stopped calling me since that time, MONTHS ago. I have blocked their number, told them to stop calling me, left multiple messages. They don't care and I am about to report them for all their mishandling of phone calls.

I went in with the expectation of purchasing a used Prius. I walked out with a new 2012 Prius. I'm getting between 50 and 60 miles a gallon when I drive around town and got 45 going from lewisville to Fort Worth. And LIFE TIME OIL CHANGES!!! SWEET!!!

UPDATE 2-24-17 Went in for an oil change and came out wirh a new 2017 Carola. Wanted another Prius but just couldn't met them on the payments. Ross, my sales agent, never gave up though and found a car that I was happy with and in my payment range. Thank you Ross and Loan Star Toyota

Worst customer service. I have been trying to get ahold of someone from Finance for almost 2 weeks and nobody will take/return my call or email me back on an urgent matter regarding my service agreement. Regret getting my two brand new vehicles from this dealership.

This was the best car buying experience I could ever imagine. My salesman, Ryan Gosnell, was very knowledgable, helpful and kind. I've never financed a vehicle before, and had little knowledge about the subject. Ryan walked me through the whole process and really made me feel comfortable and confident in my decision. The people at Lone Star Toyota are fantastic. The level of attention and respect given to their customers is unheard of. I cannot thank them enough.

Great Dealership! I Worked with Paco Garcia, and Jose Fuentes. They were very professional and communicated with me very well. The management really understands the customers time, and doesn't try to play any tricks. They were upfront and honest throughout the whole process.

Update 1/3/18 for Service:
Lonestar continues to impress with their timeliness and professionalism. The service department has been very easy to work with and didn't try to upsell me to anything unnecessary.
5/5 Stars!
