Fantastic place, great customer service!

This dealership was top notch! Aaron went above and beyond to make sure I purchased the car I was most comfortable with. He gave me suggestions and his advice, but was in no way pushy what-so-ever. After I decided on the car, the process was absolutely painless. So quick and professional. I would recommend Loan Star Toyota (Aaron in particular) to anyone who is looking for a new or used vehicle.
I have been buying my Toyota's for years and each experience gets better and better. Aaron gets to know his customers and guides you through each step of the purchase. He is not satisfied until you drive off the lot fully knowledgeable of your vehicle and completely at ease. Thank you Aaron and Loan Star Toyota!

I've included pictures so you can follow along. I also noticed they do not respond or try to rectify a poor customer review, they only thank the good reviews. Spotted a beautiful TRD Pro Tundra that I wanted to buy. I initially spoke with Terry Barton who said they would honor the 3k discount shown online. I called multiple times to speak with Terry the New Car Sales Manager but he simply failed to call me. Upon arriving at the dealership I asked for Terry and was put together with Caleb a senior salesman. Caleb was kind and considerate but when he became back with the numbers it came out shy of 60k. I asked him about the 2k addendum in the sales order and contested that nothing was put on the vehicle and I simply refuse to pay the 2k for items I don't want and are not on the vehicle. You can verify that none of this was installed in my pictures. Also when looking at the sales order I noticed they did not included the discount that they said they would honor. The pictures I have attached to this review will verify that. I decided at that point it was best to leave hospitality even though the was a major lapse of responsibility in transparency and ethical salesmanship. The vehicles price should have been 55k out the door of they truly had transparent pricing. I will say although this was a poor experience the dealership is large, beautiful, and the staff is kind.

How in the world does this place get 4.1 stars, oh, this is their website, so they probably delete all the negative. Go look at yelp reviews, horrible! My daughter went here today for her first visit, 23 yrs. old and they told her she was lying and made her leave and cry. She took her camry in for first time service and got a rental. She drove the rental home, parked in the garage the entire day until they called her. (my husband and I actually witnessed it in the garage all day). They accused her of having pets in the car, which is BS! she has 3 cats and always has fur on her clothes. She only sat in the driver's seat, and that's it! we actually looked at the car because we are interested in buying one, and there was NOT hair all over the car! They would not believe her and did not charge the $100 but banned her from renting cars. They completely called her a liar by not believing her, and totally took advantage of a young girl trying to get her car serviced. I want someone from corporate to contact us and do something about this. Matt was the services manager, or so he says on the phone, and he and his team should be hugely ashamed! we will NEVER buy or get service from this horrible place again!!

He is a honest young man who treats you like a friend and works with you to work within your budget. He doesnt try to sell you a car you dont want. No haggling when he knows your price. I had a good experience with Alan Lee. I was looking at used 4Runners, he took the time to show me everything that fit my interest and budget. I decided to not buy that day. He sent me a follow up text a few days later saying he would still like my business whenever I was looking to buy. Very professional and didn t feel pushy. I went back when I decided I would buy a new 4Runner rather than used. He helped me again find what was in my price range and interest. I only had one concern with the car because I was unaware how 4 wheel drive cars feel. he took it with me to the service center, had them double check it, and answered my questions. We came to terms on what I thought was a fair price including my trade in. I m overall happy with my experience. Once I finally decided on what I wanted, it was a smooth process, including bring my trade in back. Alan was very helpful and friendly.

Matthew Lipsy was our original sales person who spent quite a bit of time with us on the first day my daughter and I shopped for cars. Two days later we returned. Another customer had unexpectedly come in so Matthew got a fellow associate, Jordan, to help us. I feel they both worked very hard to get us the best deal on a reliable first car for my teenage daughter. They were personable and honest which are two fabulous qualities to find in a used car salesman. Thank you Matthew and Jordan.

I call to ask about trade in price for my Tacoma. I am wanting to trade in my Tahoe and Tacoma and buy another Toyota. Sherri, the internet sales person assures me that I will not waste my time. I'm thinking, "yeah right." But I go in and see what they are willing to give me for my trade in. The sales person tell me that I have hail damage on my truck and the dent on my tailgate is the reason they can't give me what it is worth. I live in south texas! It never freezes yet alone hail! I laugh in his face with amusement and tell him to give me my keys and I'll try my luck else where. He walks me to my car and shows me the "hail damage." I wipe the dirt off and tell him he is CRAZY! I call sherri back to thank her for wasting my time and she hangs up on me. Do you research before buying a car and be cautious about Lewisville Toyota!

I purchase at least one car every year. I have been to dealerships all over the DFW metroplex. This is the best experience I have had. Had the car, beat others prices, had me on the road in a few hours. Couldn't ask for more!

They may never miss my business, but it will never be there for them again. My advice to you all is to save your paperwork from everything because the day will come when they will ask you to prove your right to receive the benefits they promised.

Good customer service is hard to come by these days and I found it at Toyota Lewisville. I'm busy and I don't want to waste my time beating around the bushes.
Toyota Lewisville met all my steep conditions, questions/suggestions with patience and sincerity. They cut to the chase and offered me what they could.

Sales rep.(recommend Steven S. -not Steve-) was competent and if it was something he didn't have authority over, he found a person who could right away. Managers and the general manager worked closely with the customer (me). This is a HUGE plus for me because even though I got the best deal out there, I know I will be taken care of after my purchase.

There is one reason why we had a great experience at Lone Star Toyota Susanna, Service Advisor, was exceptional.

She truly took care of my family's car issues. From the moment we reached out to Lone Star, she ensured we understood the process and how she was going to take care of it.

I was actually standing in another Toyota dealership's lot when we called Lone Star and Susanna answered for service. The other dealership made no attempt to help us and couldn't give us a definitive timeline on when they could help us. While I was on the phone with Susana, she enrolled my cell number into the automated system and setup the appointment to have our car serviced. The next morning I received a phone call from her promptly to inform us our car was ready.

We are a military family, traveling from out of state. His personal touch gave my entire family a piece of mind about our car's issues.

We are loyal Toyota owners and it is folks like Susanna that will keep us that way for years to come.

A bunch of cons, broke my car during an oil change and charged me $820 to fix it including $520 for 4 hours of labor when they told me it didn't even take him 4 hours and labor is a fixed price for the job. Avoid Todd Packer, the service provider, especially if you're young. He'll take advantage of you like he did to me.

Think twice before you buy from this dealership. Huge disappointment after two months still fighting with them almost every day, and they still did not fix the mistakes they made. If you decide to buy the car from them, make sure anything they told you they should put in the writing. Do not trust any manager, for last two months four managers were no longer there.

Below is my recent experience with Lone Star when I went there for Used Certified Camry SE 2014.
1. After my inquiry they called me for test drive but car was not ready for test drive even after double confirmation on call and more than 1 hour waiting at store.
2. Misleading price on portal, portal says car is certified, in quote they add extra 1500$ for certification and warranty. Also try to mislead by saying that this is the way all certified Toyota car is price on web portal. Pure lie. when a car is certified it display price for same. This is maintained in all car portal. even for Toyota car.
3. Next day car is certified by mouth words and ready to sell to me but no where it is mentioned certified on document.
4. Carfax is clean and price seems less than market price therefore I suspect dealer knew about accident which later I got to know after DCU validation using "auto check" report. I suspect it was hided by dealer. Therefore, I had to return the car.
5. Because of all above I decided to return car and it took 3 weeks to get my money refund.
6. In refund process, my call was put on hold and then disconnected many times. It was really pain to call them again and again to get own money back for the mistake I never did.
7. Finance guy never picked my phone nor he replied my mail or voicemail.
8. Therefore, starting from sale to finance to support all department was very misleading and callous in attitude. I am writing this so that who reads know my story before he end up facing same thing all over again.

So im 21 not the best credit if im being honest bought a Scatpack Challenger yes I willingly bought a dodge at a toyota knowing it would be more. The problem i had was with the car you know when you buy a car you might not look at every detal since you re so happy when i got home i realized the rear bumper was scratched badly but i didnt say anything because it was my mistake of not realizing it ok. 1 week later i notice a liquid dripping from the front bumper it was the anti freeze called the dealership multiple times they acted like i did this myself...1 week later i hear some squeaky noise the brakes pads were all gone from the front and this was not from doing burnouts or anything because this WAS FROM THE FRONT BRAKES... to make things worse 2 weeks later transmission goes bad...All in all i ended up voluntarily getting my car repossessed I finally built up the strength to say this 2 months after it happened. Toyota Prius 2007 was submitted on Oct 24 for Display Clauster Card replacement for which Toyota Lewisville charged ~$850 including labor and tax.Car was returned 2 weeks after repair. In a week or 2 later, I noticed a full horizontal crack in left dashboard AC vent which was filled in by glue to hide the damage done while repairing the display cluster card, called toyota lewisvile service desk and complained to 'John' service rep , who claimed that he called me to inform about this glue fix and so did the glue fix- Obviuosly, I didnot understand that they have damaged something as this is not how he explained when he called and talked like it, he never mentioined the piece name 'Left AC dashboard vent' - I requested him to fix the damaged piece and I must get my car back like I gave them otehrwise other than the repair requested and paid for, When he didnot call back for a week as he was supposed to check with his manager and call back, I called back again and he informed that he has to give the message whatever his manager is sayign and he is sorry but his manager said, Toyota Lewisville will charge around 170 bucks to fix it as this is labor only. I sent a mail through Toyota Lewisville website marked for sending complaints and concerns & ofcourse noone never returned any message or mail on my complaint, very disappointed with this dealership to whom I have paid more than 4.5k alone in 2019 on repairs and have always been taking my car to them for any service needed. They wouldn't even let me keep my trade until I picked up the new car which was 4 days later. They gave me a real crappy loaner that they couldn't sell because of the obnoxious color and no options on it. I am still trying to get my tags mailed to me and its been two months since the purchase. They need to train their people on the proper way to answer a business phone line as well. I received the worst service in dealing with a dealership for business. I've called Brandon the Mgr about my issue and no returned phone calls. Roberto in finance did my deal and I purchased gap insurance at the time. I call Toyota financial and they have no record of it. The car is totaled and we got it in December what are the odds? I'm now wanting my money back through gap insurance I paid. These people take your money BUYER BEWARE VETERANS BEWARE. The financial part is the most important make sure they are not just telling you something. Roberto is a LIAR and deceitful. I have to drive all the way to Lewisville to get this rectified. I've been taking my 2006 Rav4 to Lone Star Toyota of Lewisville for service for about eight years so I am familiar with the great service you receive there. I bought a new Rav4 XLE today. Woo hoo! Everyone was extremely nice and helpful. The sales and financial teams are top notch. I pick up my new Rav4 in the morning and I am so excited.

DO NOT GET YOUR VEHICLE SERVICED HERE. (This is advice from a previous ASE certified technician) Took my truck in for my 10k service which includes fluid check, oil change, engine and cabin filter replacement, tire rotation, brake inspection, and multipoint inspection. Pretty simple stuff right? All stuff I can do on my own in my garage but have to get it done at Toyota for warranty purposes. (I used to be an ASE certified technician). After getting home I checked my oil level and they put half a quart too much in the engine which is very bad for seals. Had to go right back in to get that corrected. Also, they covered my skid plate in oil and didn t clean it so I had to get under my truck and clean that mess up. 2 weeks after the service they sent me an email saying that I refused service on my cabin air filter which wasn t true at all. I was never informed that anything needed to be replaced or changed out. They just gave me my keys and said you re good to go. So now on my records it says I refused a service which could be grounds for voiding a warranty if something happens later down the road. I called to try to clear this up with a manager and they said they would call me back in an hour. It s been 2 hours and haven t heard anything. I ve already had to go back in to have them fix my oil and now i don t even know if they completed my service fully. Did my cabin filter get changed or not? What else wasn t done? How many other things did they mess up while I was there? Do I have to drive another 20 minutes to get them to check more stuff? You ve got one job, do the service to Toyota specifications. It s literally written out in a check list in the manuals. Go box by box and do the service correctly. Not that hard. I did it for 5 years.

I had a horrible experience buying a car from this dealership. The finance person did not do the paperwork correctly and called me back in after 3 weeks to re-sign the papers. Its been almost 4 months and I still haven't received my lease document. On top of that I haven't yet received my license plate. They gave me a temporary license plates good for 2 months, which of course expired. So I had to go back to the dealership to get a second temporary plate which will again expire in next 10 days. I have called them around 15 times and every time I call somebody will forward me to Title department who never picks up and has a full voicemail. The sales rep is not available and usually when I leave a message a new sales rep will call back trying to sell me a new car. How bad that nobody at this dealership is able to help.

He sold me my first car and I was pretty scared of the commitment but he was great at explaining everything that at this point I ve bought 3 cars from him. I had a wonderful experience at this dealership. I found a car online, and as soon as I arrived at the dealership I was greeted by Frances Purrier. She greeted us, and offered us some water. She answered all of our questions and helped us through the entire process. I would recommend this dealership.

Worst car buying experience, hands down. First off, the salesperson looked about 19 years old. The DIRECTOR then took over to teach him "the proper way". We agreed upon interest rate/price and it took 30 minutes of arguing to get an itemized quote. The "quote" was handwritten on scratch paper *sigh*. I pulled out my calculator to see if the final price matched the quoted monthly payment. It did not. The director said I was doing it wrong and was not qualified (I'm an Analyst with a Masters degree). He then loaded up his "confidential" sales screen and began to type in the data to show me that I was wrong. He skipped the interest rate section. Finished the form, scrolled up very quickly typed in the interest rate and hit enter. Problem: The interest rate he entered was 2% higher than quoted. I forced him to fix it. He had to leave and come back with a new quote he said... Came back with another hand written quote. My numbers were very close, though not exact. Frustrated, I agreed and went on to the finance office. When we got there, the price had gone up by over $1500. Turns out, the sales director pulled the TTL OUT and put in warranties that were nearly equal to the TTL amount so my math would be close enough. Fixing the issue took another hour, and several attempts at trying to raise the car price because "the deal changed". Deal finished in 4 hours. When they brought the car to me, they said there was no owners manual as it was removed by accident. They added a line to my invoice saying they would order one. After 10 calls, and 5 visits I never got the manual. The director claimed he didn't know what I was talking about even after I showed him and several managers the note on my invoice. One sales guy who overheard my complaints stopped me in the parking lot and told me to wait. He printed one off the internet. Nice enough gesture, but the owners manual for that car was a package that included various safety equipment and bonus items. Bottom line: don't trust these duys, question everything, leave if you have to.

Brought 2010 Prius in to be analyzed. Confirmed hybrid battery bad, they also incorrectly told me my ECU was bad for $300 more. This actually comes with the new battery unit and was still good. They also incorrectly told me my brakes were almost metal on metal, but out of the kindness of their hearts would fix for free. I pulled wheels off and found brakes with one quarter to half life remaining . went els where and saved myself $1600.

Ali he knows how to take care of customers and I'm very impressed with his knowledge and customer service, but that was the first day of the deal after that I was so screwed they didn't do my deal like they were supposed to and I'm so upset because they told me to change my previous review that it was the worstest because I already had a deal with my wife already signed the paper work and they where going to wait till saturday to finish the deal and when I got there They changed everything around so don't believe them at all now i hate this place and the finance guy GT got fired after my deal so watch where are you going to stop and but sweet talkers and they will screw you.

I went to this dealership to see what they would give me for a trade in on my car. They gave me top dollar for the trade in and beat other dealers I was working with for price given. In addition, they gave me the best price on the new car--the deepest discount. I was working with two other dealerships, and Toyota of Lewisville beat both of them in every category. Nino and Caleb were both awesome to work with. They were friendly and met all of the requirements I had. I was unsure about the color vehicle I wanted, and it was night time when I was there. They went above and beyond to pull the cars around under different lighting, and even indoors so I could make sure I got what I wanted. They got me in and out as quickly as possible and stayed late (after the dealership was closed) to finish up with me, including helping me move things from my old car to my new car. I was also able to get a great deal on an extended warranty. This dealership and these people were top notch. I would highly recommend them.

I bought a brand new car from them and I used to service my two vehicles there,
First; in 2017 I bought a brand new Toyota Yaris IA from them and the car didn't come with navigation sd card after a while I reach out to them and I told them I had this car brand new but it doesn't Have the navigation sd card, and they said ok no problem we will give it to you, but we don't have the part now, please come back next week, we will get that part, then after week I went there and they told me the part cost around $400 so we can't just give it to you for free( I don't know why the car doesn't come with the sd card) and he offered me to trade my brand new car with another IA with sd card on it,
Second; this dealer is so close to my apartment so I used to do service my vehicles there until a month ago I took my Highlander to oil change and Break services there and I ask them to check my tires pressure as well because of the pressure light goes on. So they did everything and I picked up the car, during the last weekend I checked my tires pressure ( they should be 30 psi) I've got 4 different numbers on four tiers(29, 32,36,34).

I have attached some pictures ; 2 months ago my 2-year-old Toyota had an oil leak, so I took it to the Lone Star Toyota to fix it and I asked them to do the alignment as well. My car miles was 33582, but when I got back my car, I felt shaking immediately.
I received a phone call about the job they've done I told them the car still is shaking so they told me they will schedule an appointment so nobody call me after that and finally, I decided to take my car to the Toyota of Dallas to inspect, and I noticed something horrible. My car is not aligned and one of my front tires has a 6 inch tear. Unbelievable! On top of that, the other tire tread was gone.

My wife has been driving this car to pick up my child, so my question to you: how is it possible that a two year old car with 35xxx miles, having on-time maintenance, can have this big problem? The tires you are using are bad quality? The Toyota dealer doesn't know-how take car of the car, because it's been only two months since I was there to do the alignment and have only driven 2,000 miles. Right now I have to spend around $500 to change my tires and do re-alignment.

Staff is really easy to work with and they are keen to help you out, and also try to hasten you to buy your car.

After spending months with a different Toyota dealership and dealing with lies and delays I switched over to Lone Star Toyota and had the best experience buying a car I've ever had. It wasn't painless, because buying a car never is, however it was the closest thing you could get to painless when purchasing a vehicle. My sales associated was Jack Mitchell and he was a pleasure to work with. Their team was persistent but not pushing. I had some modifications done to the car and the service department was as professional as the sales department. I would recommend anyone looking for a car to come here!

I want to make that clear so that people understand that its a great place to buy cars but please do not pay for their services. I went for my oil change and ended up waiting two and a half hours extra even though my car was ready before that. Apparently they wanted to call their customers and tell them that their cars were ready, even though the customers were sitting right there. And if the person did not pick up the phone, I guess they assumed that a meteorite hit him and he died..=/.. anyways a good place to buy cars but not a good service place..

She took care of my car services, when it was her birthday not trying to rush through things. But being patient and ensuring I understand what is needed.
I was given a big quote by a local city garage shop but she alongwith engineer showed me what the real problem was (not shown by other vendor) and got me out of the door less than 150$ compare it to 700$ quote I had.

Overall I was amazed by her customer service. I also send one of my friend there and he also got similar service.

Unfortunately she does not work there anymore. I wish her all the very best and I am sure she will shine and make her company five star. wherever she works.

Don't go to this place if you're looking for a car that doesn't have $2K woth of extras done to it already. I went to look at a Tacoma. Wanted to pay cash. Every one they had was upgraded with about 2K worth of things I didn't need. Window tint on a single cab pickup $400 - that's 2 windows, people!! Nitrogen in the tires $400. Security dots so that if someone chops your car, they can find all the pieces - another $400. Seriously, if my car has been "chopped", they can keep it. I've got insurance. Another $200 for "guarding the fabric" on the interior!! Another $200 for pin striping!! I told the guy that it was all crap and that I didn't want it. I was basically told too bad because it had already been done. Price was non-negotible. Also, the salesman sad all the trucks I wanted were "out back" so he could get me inside. When we got there, he asked for my name, phone number and address in the first 10 seconds of meeting. Seriously?? Then he did that whole "wait here, let me check on that." When he took me to see the truck I aked about, it was 50 feet from where he had originally told me that the trucks were out back. Sleazy! For a trip I wanted to take 15 minutes, it took over an hour. Just avoid the salespeople and wander the lot on your own.

Came in for some basic maintenance (oil change, tire rotation, etc) and ran into some outstanding costumer service. Everyone treated me extremely well and didn't ignore my requests to take care of my vehicle, regardless of how small the issue was. Obviously very routine work and they acted as if I was their millionth customer! The service desk girl, Holly, was particularly a huge part of that experience. She did an outstanding job of taking care of everything I needed.

Bought TWO NEW CARS here at this Dealership. To bad that their Service Department can not maintain them. Every time I bring my car back to this dealership to give them a second chance to do a simple oil change. I find candy rappers in the engine compartment or tools ! Or they forget to secure the plastic cover under the engine and it fell off the car while I was on the highway ! The last time I was their they forgot to install the rear windshield wiper on the car. Did not notice it until I got home had to drive all the way back to have them find them and install them back on the car. I pay for Toyota Certified Mechanics obviously this Dealership does not have any !!! PULL YOUR HEAD OUT AND GET YOUR ACT TOGETHER !!!!!!!!!!!!

Took my Prius (that I purchased from this dealership a few months ago) in for an oil change. Within minutes of being there, the service adviser used their text service to send me a PDF of "recommended service" items that would cost over $1000 to perform. The adviser never came out to speak to me about any of it but when I went to pay for my oil change he quickly mentioned he had sent me the file. I will never again take my car here for service. There is absolutely no way that the services they are "recommending" for my car are actually necessary as it would be very noticeable in the way the car drives if there actually were an issue with any of the 5 services they wanted me to have done. My recommendation would be to stay FAR AWAY from this place when you need service done on your car.

Very disappointed. Their Cars are not inspected prior to bringing on lot. You have to make sure that the car has no damage, like the one I purchased from them. Once you signed the documents, there is no Customer service. In other words they don't even acknowledge you exist. Extremely poor service and poor condition Cars they sell. Please check your car thoroughly prior to signing any document, even better don't buy from this dealer. Sold me car with defect and no sense of responsibility after that. Good luck if you deal with them.
