Thanks to Thomas and Gersain for being extremely helpful with helping me get the car that I wanted and at the price that was right for me. And Especially a HUGE thank you to Frank! He was so helpful in getting the process of me getting my car through! Everyone that works at this dealership is amazing! Definitely 100% recommend this dealership! Everyone has such a positive attitude and ready to help you according to your needs!

Bobby was excellent in providing information and showing me Tacomas I had seen online. However when it came time to negotiate numbers Chris the sales manager was extremely rude interrupting my mother and speaking over her when she raised concerns about the pricing. Chris offered me less than half of the Kelly Blue Book trade in value on my trade in vehicle without even seeing it. I live an hour and a half away from Huntington Beach and called to inquire about the vehicles I was interested in and their prices. Only after driving an hour and a half, looking at multiple vehicles, test driving the vehicles and providing information on my trade in did Chris tell me that the online price was a lie and the vehicle was actually $2,000 over the listed price. Needless to say I will be warming everyone about the scam this dealer is running.

I had a great time at the Toyota dealership of HB working with Juan and Tate. They assisted me in the purchasing of my new Lexus Hybrid. Juan was wonderful in getting me the best deal. He made me feel welcomed and kept me aware of all of the best possible options. Tate was informative and easy to follow as he guided me through the buying process. Thanks guys!

Overall a very good experience. We are very happy with our new Toyota. I was disappointed in the amount of time it took to make a transaction, and the waiting. We knew when we got there that they had the car we wanted, and we knew what we wanted to pay. It took almost 4 hours to complete the sale.

I do all my scheduled maintenance at Toyota Huntington Beach and I always get fast and courteous service. Thank you.

I have been bringing my car to Toyota of HB for service since 2009. When it came time to buy a new car, I went to them again. They are great people to work with.

I just love this Toyota place. The staff has been very competent, efficient and courteous, especially since my husband used to take care of our car needs and he just passed away and I've had to take over - not easy to take the car in at an ungodly hour (6 a.m.), wait for quite some time and try and understand the lingo, but the Toyota people made it bearable for me and I'm very grateful to Frank, Noe, John Appel and John Kerry, etc., including Linda (?) at the end office, or the front desk. It takes me over 40 mns each trip to get to their location, but it's worth it, especially since they gave me a loaner during the last transaction.

I ve been working with this dealership for days now patiently getting the best deal I can for their 2018 Tundra. They ran my credit on day one but I had to leave before they gave me results because I had to work the next day very early. I messaged them asking for my interest rate that they will give me based on my credit score the next day may 26th 2018. They were reluctant to give it to me over the phone, insisting for me to come in. I signed for them to run my credit only for them not to give me my rate over the phone. I m a very busy person as we all are, but with modern technology it s very easy and convenient to relay information over the phone through text or email just fine. I messaged one of the salesmen the next day They never responded. Four days later I messaged a different salesman and they finally replied saying I qualified for the 2.9% rate at 72 months. Awesome that s a good deal and better rate than my bank qualified for. They also offered me a good deal on the truck. I came in 6-2-18 (couple days later) and they couldn t find my credit report information so they had me fill out the bare minimum on their report saying this will not run your credit, we are only using your information to find you in the their system. And told me to sign it. I should have known something was up when they demanded me to sign it. Even though they did not state why I was signing it ,that it was only for information purposes. They come back shortly after with a ridiculous interest rate of 6.7% when a couple days prior they said 2.9%. I have over a 700 credit score and there s no reason why my interest rate would have changed that dramatically in just a couple days. They gave me false information to get me in door only to realize NONE of the offers they gave me were remotely true. My main purpose for this review is today I woke up with a notification email on my credit saying that Toyota ran a hard inquiry on my credit yesterday 6-2-18. They did not have permisssion to run my credit. They specifically said they only needed that information to find me in their system for the previous credit report. And that there s absolutely no reason to run my credit twice in the same week. It may not seem like a big issue but I was completely flabbergasted that they did not in any way honor the quote that they gave me and running my credit with out my permission was completely unethical. I was planning on walking out with that truck that I ve been very interested in for weeks. Be aware of their tactics.

Savannah was professional, courteous and inviting. She made my experience at the dealership a very positive one, showed a great amount of competence and had an amazing smile. Dealing with the public can be very
challenging; I think Toyota of HB owes her a great debt of gratitude for her service.

This place is quite awful and very unprofessional with very little customer service. I brought my 2013 Tundra in due to a cam tower leak and the service adviser , technician and service manager lied to my face. I argued with them (service adviser, service manager, technician) for roughly 10 minutes to no avail. I am very mechanically inclined with a racing background in motorcycles. I know the difference between engine sweat and an engine leak. Long story short I paid $90 for them to literally look at my vehicle which is absurd. I waited 15 minutes to pick my vehicle up and no valets went to pull my vehicle so I asked a nearby service adviser and he walked me over to my vehicle which just had the keys sitting in it. Absolutely ridiculous. I took my vehicle a few days later to Autonation Toyota in Irvine and was blown away by the professionalism and the experience their technicians have. Within 2 hours of leaving my vehicle at Autonation Toyota they diagnosed my vehicle accurately and got my cam tower leak taken care of under my power train 5 year / 60 mile warranty. I complained to Toyota corporate and filed a claim to get my money back from Toyota Of Huntington Beach for the wrongful diagnoses (which Toyota of Huntingon Beach is cooperating). I will not return or recommend Toyota of Huntington Beach.

Just updating my review:
I recently came in for service and even during this pandemic, I still received great service. I noticed all people were practicing social distancing and wearing marks. Everything went smoothly!!

I have been a regular customer of Toyota of Huntington Beach for a number years now. The customer service is excellent. The service department runs smoothly and the technicians communicate well and keep me up-to-date on my car repairs.

Toyota of HB has a wonderful waiting area. It is well-lit and spacious enough to accommodate many people. There are also stations for computer use. Fresh donuts, coffee and even popcorn are available. There are 3 HD TVs, however, it is also quiet enough to do some reading.

For those who wait for their car, the location is close to Starbucks and The Monkey House Cafe if you prefer to take a short walk to get a bite to eat. If you do leave the premises, be assured that the technicians will call or text you when you car is ready

Since I always receive wonderful customer service and car servicing when I come to Toyota of HB, I won't take my car anywhere else.

Last Saturday, I expected merely to get a trade-in estimate on my 10 year old Rav4. Instead, with John Apodaca and Frank's good advice and help, I drove off the lot with a brand new 2018 Toyota 4Runner... a car I have been wanting for years.

It is always a delight to visit Toyota of Huntington Beach. The staff are professional ,helpful and friendly. Many always go out of their way to say "good morning" and offer coffee or water etc. The newly remodeled customer waiting area is absolutely terrific! My service advisor is John Keller, in whom I have complete trust, who always provides tremendous customer service and advice. It is always a pleasure conducting business with a professional as John.

Very professional service and very fast. They are very good at getting cars in and out even when it looks like there's a line.

Sales Rep. Richie, super nice guy, very helpful and keeps it real. I m glad all the other salesmen ignored me when I walked in with my skateboard looking to buy a car. Richie noticed that and stepped a little bit beyond his usual area of work with no judgement and came to see if I needed any help.

Well I ended up purchasing and driving out that lot with the car I wanted in just a couple hours. Pays off to not be so judgmental based on a persons appearance.

Amazing service and the most friendly staff you could ever imagine. The inventory is huge and did I mention how great the staff was? So accommodating and helpful.

This is the 4th car we have leased from Toyota of HB. We are always treated so well. Our experience is always positive and you don t feel the pressure of typical car buying. I recently worked with Paul Dankin, Sales/Leasing, and Todd in financing to lease my new 2017 Toyota Corolla and the experience was the best! I had worked with Paul in 2014 and due to his outstanding service then, is why I returned to work with him again. Between Paul and Todd, I experienced a fair deal without all of the stress of a hard-core negotiation process. They were friendly and made my process of returning my 2014 Corolla and leaving with my new 2017 Corolla a very pleasant and rewarding experience. Pushy reps. Won't even bother to find out what kind of car I'm looking for & just want to close a sale. "You don't want a (insert any other car manufacturer)! Everyone's getting a Toyota!" So cringe. At least give me a chance to look & explain the different models & prices of the ones I may need. Geez.

Been going to Toyota of Huntington Beach since 2007. I have taken my Camry's there since then. Also have leased and purchased 3 other Camrys. I reccomend them 100%. For service I go to John Keller. You can't go wrong. Ask for John Keller.

I dropped our truck off at 7 am on a Saturday and it was ready at 9 am. That is fast service on a recall and a oil change.

I have been wanting to trade in my 2006 Toyota Tacoma for quite some time now. I was 16 when I got it and I most definitely was not paying attention when the process was happening. Needless to say, I was pretty nervous to be doing this on my own. With all of the horror stories I have heard about shady car salesman I was unsure of how this experience would go, but the moment I met Gersain, all those nerves went away.

It was like an old friend who was just showing me some amazing Toyota Tacoma's. No pressure. Gersain, Frank and Todd, were all apart of my experience and I am truly lucky to have had such an amazing experience that most people don't have when going to get a car on their own.

I have never actually written a review for anyone before, so that definitely says a lot about my experience. If I could give them a higher rating I would! I can assure anyone who goes to Toyota of Huntington Beach, you won't regret it! Not a big selection of rav4 or highlanders. Sales people were usual hawks. Had hardly gotten outta the car when one descended. He was cool, new not super informed but not pushy. Eventually another sales person came over to help. Still cool, not pushy but more informed.

Sales folk wife and I dealt with were ok, I hate pushy sales people buy now buy now great rates I can give you a deal et cetera et cetera. So, if only they had a better selection of vehicles.....but the wife and I are still considering a new car and what brand. If Toyota, I would consider this dealership.

The service department does a good job but I wasn't impressed with the salespeople...They had no room to negotiate at all.

John Appel is first class, but I'm having a hard time figuring out what good an appointment does if it still takes over three hours for a routine servicing.

Gersain was great at helping me get my dream car and color!!! Love my car . Mark in finance answered my questions now I am enjoying it.

I absolutely love my new 2019 Toyota Corolla Hatchback! It also had just the right, practical and necessary added accessories to it, rather than pay for accessories I didn't need or want. Great and easy purchase!

Pedro was one of the most helpful car sales men. I ve had ! I came in letting him know I wanted to test drive and not be forced to run my credit and he said he would not pressure me into applying! From there on I knew I could trust him !

I have to say, after weeks of test driving and comparing cars, I was happy to have decided this was the perfect car for me. The best part though, was the team at @toyotaofhb. Tim stayed in touch with me throughout everything. Was always available through text or calls and made sure I was comfortable the whole time. No back and forth or games. They made me the BEST possible deal right out of the gate.

5 Stars is not enough...I have been in the market for a while looking for a new truck. As everyone knows, if you are planning on trading your current vehicle in, this creates challenges.

Well, if you were in the same position i was in look no further. Toyota of Huntington Beach is your answer.

I called multiple dealerships looking for a Tundra TRD Pro. I was greeted with ridiculous prices let a lone a term that made me laugh "Your looking for a unicorn". Well, I would have believed that statement but we are in 2020 so everything goes LOL. After i regained composure from the arrogant statement about unicorns and rolling on the floor laughing about what i was looking for, I was contacted by a representative at Toyota of Huntington Beach, Brandon.

Knowing we are in strange times, looking for a new car created challenges. If you have purchased anything in the past, let alone a car/truck, if the salesman knows you are ready to buy. They will retain the upper hand, THIS WAS NOT THE CASE HERE. I spoke with Brandon for multiple days via text and calls. We both shared a laugh about the vernacular that was used to describe a truck that I was looking for. I know they didn't have what i was looking for upon our communication. I decided to go down anyways and at least test drive the other models and build one up. Little behold Brandon was about to make my day!

Upon arrival I was greeted with a cordial smile. He knew i had a tight schedule so we went right to business. I was shown multiple trucks that i liked but did not really catch my eye. I wanted the larger bed but not in a base model. I knew I was walking out with a truck this day, either on the lot or building one, I just didn't know which one. Behold, Brandon had a surprise that had just arrived. We drove over to the staging lot and there she was. My new truck.

The difficult part was done, finding it. Now comes the next battle I assumed from prior experiences. Numbers were discussed and then i had the pleasure of meeting his floor manager Brain, as i had a high list of needs. In a short amount of time, between Brandon and Brian, I was able to get what I wanted for my trade in. Yes that right, i said it, I GOT WHAT I WANTED for my trade in AND they were able to get the price I WANTED for the truck. I cant thank you both enough for the amazing experience I received here. I have been a loyal Subaru owner for almost 8 years and never saw myself receiving the same or better service from another manufacture...Boy was I wrong.

I was then lead into the loins den I thought... finance department. Anyone who has purchased a vehicle knows this too is an experience of its own. This once again was not the case. David Cortez was professional, knowledgeable, and fully transparent. This was the first time that I can admit that I enjoyed paying for something that cost so much. We discussed warranty options. I told him that I am not a fan as I never use it and pay so much and usually sell the vehicle prior to the warranty expiring. Well, David explain to me that you can receive a prorated expense back and then went on how to retain money back after selling your vehicle. I was shocked, he even said that I could do the same for my new truck as well if I ever decide to sell. He educated me how to reach out to Subaru for my Outback that I traded in. He didn't stop there, he wanted to make sure his customer was 100% satisfied. So, he guided me the next day on his day off to assist me with getting money back for a WRX that I traded in for the Outback. This transaction had nothing to do with this current purchase, he just wanted to make sure that I was taken care of fully... It worked and David, you are the man, thank you so much again sir!

We all see rants on terrible service or experiences. I walked away with a smile on my face and still cant wipe if away if I tried, thus why i am going into such detail about my experience. In conclusion, if you are in the market for a vehicle, come check out the team at Toyota of Huntington Beach and you will see what i am talking about!

Ms. Savannah Leneker is very knowledgeable about my ignition switch situation. Per my approach to her with my problem, she immediately recommended the most financial resolution step to take before a larger sum was evaluated and she was right on. I strongly suggest consumer ask for her directly, as she has served me well. I will definitely return and refer those whom I know. Thank you Savannah, you are a true asset to Toyota of HB.

Not only was this the worst place I took my car to get serviced, they did not put the brake pin back in my brake caliper. I had to get the car towed back just to have them re-do the service again. John over in the service department is a snake and a liar. I advise that you don't come here to get your car serviced...unless you like pieces missing from your car.

I was driving home last night after work around 6 PM and was told there was something hanging down under my car. After I got home I went straight to my Toyota dealer. I got there a little after 6 PM and the Service Department closes at 7 PM. I was.told it was the splash manifold and they would have it fixed in a 1/2 hour. The car is s little over 2 years old and I was charged less than $5 for parts. I was home before 7PM and could not be happier with the service I received. The Service Representative , Justin, was fantastic. I am a VERY happy Toyota owner and the dealer in Huntington Beach is outstanding.

For me it was the best experience of all when buying a car since since I arrived at the door they attended me in the best way offering me a chair and water greeting me with courtesy and asking me how they could help me ... after that when I said What kind of car did I want? They asked me several questions about the car I wanted. After that, the person was very kind and showed me a variety of cars available regarding their taste. They explained what model is available and showed them to me since we found the that I wanted, they told me more about the car and its advantages I also had the opportunity to drive it and I could realize that it is the car that I wanted since it had safety requirements and it really helped me a lot the people that Mr attended gave us a good deal and he really knew his job, he had a lot of experience, he gave us a reasonable price, so I did not think much about buying that car that had what required technological security. ogy and I loved it and he gave us step by step to be able to buy it also he did not explain himself about the maintenance of the car he really explained everything and I made my purchase and I really recommend this place to buy a car they will take care of them in the best way and how I will deserve!
Days later they also call you in case you have any doubts or questions about your car, it tells you who you can contact so that without a doubt your experience is the best! Well I miss Toyota from Huntington Beach!

Went shopping for a Toyota Prius the other day. Staff were extremely helpful and courteous. We went for a test drive, liked the car, but didn't love it. If I had loved the car, I definitely would have purchased from this dealer.

I went with a friend to Toyota on Beach and north of Garfield but because she needed a used car the drove us to this lot south of Garfield. They ended up selling my friend on a car that has been stalling ever sense she bought it, and they sold it to her for $5,000 more than the Kelly Blue book. We learned a big lesson, but I am very disappointed that they would take advantage of someone like that!!!! So I wanted everyone to be aware that these people are liars and just want your money. They seem really nice and willing to work with you but at the end of the day they only want your money.

Awesome! Not only do they have a huge inventory of New vehicles, they also have a lot of used vehicles. The sales people aren't too pushy, and the fleet guys are great which is who I deal with the most. There are amenities while you wait for service to be completed like coffee, donuts, and free WiFi. I highly recommend them and know I will be back!
