Toyota makes a great car. No doubt about that.
I have owned Toyota s. Many of them. I love The Sienna, Camry, Highlander- excellent fleet.

But I avoid this location in HB

There is one particular salesmen that I really don t like. Yes, he ruined this place for me. So much to where I will not return.
I will spare his name out of respect, but watch out for snakes at this location.

My sales representative Juan was amazing. The finance department was very friendly and efficient as well. I would highly recommend!

It took them 3 1/2 hours to tell me my car had a nail in the sidewalk and it couldn t be fixed....the original estimate was 2 hours. Not only that - they don t even have a tire in stock! Not until late Monday!!! They didn t even offer to put the spare on!!!! So I m driving a car with a flat late Saturday to a place that maybe can actually fix it

bad experience, I went for a car and they told me that it was already sold, they wanted me to be interested in another much more expensive one with more miles and to finance it. The car I wanted would be bought in cash and they didn't want to sell it to me. I looked days later in his inventory and the car was still there and for sale. Because of these ways of trying and trying to deceive people, I don't trust car dealers.

I take both my cars to this dealership for service. I am always treated courteously by each employee from the service bay, to the cashier, to the gut who drives my car up. I have never had a wait time that was longer than expected and the wait area is clean and pleasant. The prices for the routine service are in print. I have never been gouged for something I want sure I needed. They even apply any online coupons without me asking. I have never been surprised with a bunch of work or a big bill. I don't think I ever left the Chevy dealer for work that totaled less than $800 so this Toyota has been a terrific car and getting it serviced at Toyota of Huntington Beach has kept it running in tip top shape.

I just bought my new car from Toyota of Huntington Beach . It was a refreshing experience. There was no hassle or pressure whatsoever. Bruce showed me all the cars that interested me. He took his time and listened to all my questions and concerns. I love the car I picked out. He showed me all the new features and how to use everything . Then on to finance; which is always a little intimidating. Mark was easy to talk to and didn't rush me into anything that i didn't want. It was really easy. He's very personable and efficient. I was out in no time driving down the 405 to home. Happy and satisfied!

One of the better toyota dealership around. Great service, friendly staff, fair prices. Been shopping here for years. The new building is state of the art and holds tons of inventory. Also located in Huntington Beach so thats a plus. Plenty of parking and the sales staff isn t too pushy.

This is the second time we have had our car serviced at Toyota of Huntington Beach. My wife took the car in and got a shuttle ride back to home. The service took around 3 hours (they were busy) and they called us when it was done. They even washed the car before they returned it. Close and convenient.

Friendly customer service. The vehicle and color I want was out of stock in southern California but they were able to get me one from other state and delivery in just 3 days.

I am the happy owner of a 2014 Sienna van. Prior to this I had a 2004 Sienna van. Prior to that I had a 2000 Camry. I Am A Satisfied Toyota customer. I've been bringing my van in to HB Toyota for regular maintenance. I have had some less than perfect experiences at Huntington Beach Toyota but for the most part I will continue bringing my van in to this site for maintenance. The issues I had with HB Toyota are that I brought my van in for a recall, brakes and oil change. They had my van all day. It was returned to me without having had the oil change done. I came back 3 weeks later for the oil change and I was told my front brakes needed to be replaced. I did not have time to do that then and I was annoyed that this wasn't taking care of 3 weeks ago when they had my van all day. So for the next month I drove not completely comfortable because I was worried about my brakes. I did bring my van in to get the front brakes taken care of which was another 2 hours out of my they. I asked if there was a discount, they did give me 10% discount. I am a loyal customer maybe they could have given me a bigger discount??? In any case, everyone is always polite and friendly. They have a nice waiting area. They do offer Transportation home if you don't want to wait there all day. And they did give me a free oil change because they missed that on the last visit. This is my Toyota dealer and I will be returning . Overall 4 stars.

Inept. My wife took the car in because we got a notice in the mail about a potential issue with the model. At 5PM they let us know the car's ready to go. Getting off work, we made it over there about 8 mins before they closed. She checked in with them and they told her to wait outside for someone to pull the car up. She stood outside for over 20 mins and nobody brought the car. She went back inside and, after talking to a few unhelpful people, someone told her there was only one person working in the back and they'd get in touch with him to get the car, so she should wait a few mins. 10 mins later, still no car, she went back to talk to them and they told her the person was actually on his lunch break and it would be another 45 mins or so. We offered to just come back another day, but they insisted on getting it figured out then. They made some calls, but still nothing. Eventually, they told her to get a ride home because they wouldn't be able to get the car. Then, they told her they were sending someone to get the car. Someone from the front went back and found it, finally. She was there for over an hour to simply retrieve our car. I still don't understand why they told her to wait outside in the first place if everybody had gone home. I can't imagine coming here again.

Patrick Dempsey was a great sales guy. Very patient and not pushy. Well versed on the features of the Toyota four runner TRD Off Road. I would highly recommend him

I bought a car from here. I returned it the same day.

This was the first dealership I visited on my car buying search. My sales guy was Tim Feldhaus, who was friendly if insistent on me buying that same visit. I prefer to have time to think things over, so the pressure to buy in the same visit, was uncomfortable, though an expected part of the car buying experience, so I was more or less fine. He tried his best to meet me at the price I wanted. Overall, great sales guy.

My finance guy was Tate. He pushed the additional services and warranties quite a bit during the financial paperwork, but was patient while I decided whether I wanted the extra warranties and coverage or not. I did end up agreeing to purchase some additional services and warranties, with the assurance that I could cancel if I changed my mind.

Car had some little oil spots on the front and back when it came out of detailing, but Tim took care of that for me. So far so good.

Now here comes the 1/5 star part of the review: I changed my mind on the additional warranties and coverage, but when I texted Tim asking how to cancel the services, his manager said if I cancelled the services the whole deal would be cancelled.

Fine, I brought the car within 2 hours of purchase. I get there, they bring the manager out to explain the situation. There were multiple managers there throughout the day, making decisions on multiple deals going on, including mine. Some wires were crossed, mistakes were made, the car sale would've been about $4,400 in the red for them. The manager gambled on whether I would buy enough extra services and warranties to cover the loss (which I did, initially), so when I called to cancel the services he got upset and wanted to cancel the deal.

Whether that was in his right or not, after the dealership and I had signed the paperwork, I don't know. Honestly, I don't care. Him taking a gamble on whether I would buy services or not is not really my problem.

In the end, if you're a walk-in customer, expect the usual car dealership high pressure sales tactics. Don't be afraid to walk out at any stage in the game, even if you're sitting down with the finance guy if you're not sure of anything.

I can't speak to internet sales for this dealership, if they even have one. If you want a better car buying experience, I suggest the Internet and Fleet Sales at either Tustin Toyota or South Coast Toyota. You can figure out the prices and get the quotes at home, away from the high pressure of car salesmen on commission

Took my car here because another car service facility seemed to have damaged my vehicle. Toyota was able to discern quickly that proper caution was not taken when changing my oil and this caused damage to my car. Customer service rep Savanah was courteous and efficient at keeping me updated through the process I was pleased with my service and would return if I had another issue.

Good service people. Still driving the car I bought there 16 years ago.

The only suggestion is I waited in my car but saw a young lady get out of her car and walk up to the window and was waited on before the lady
before me and myself. When I asked the question ... I was told that she had an appointment....well so did I. The service was good although no car wash.

I previously went two other Toyota dealerships but this place is the best!. I highly recommend Todd to anyone who is about to purchase a car. He is very knowledgeable and Todd went the extra mile to make sure I got the RAV4 I wanted. I would like to thank Thomas also for helping me placing the plates on my car.

Great service, always available even when I need to come last minute. Quick and good communication! Also a convenient location with Starbucks, a nail salon, and good sandwich shop walking distance away.

Absolutely incredible experience. After debating between a Jeep & 4Runner and visiting multiple dealerships...Luis Estrada and Kyle were finally the ones to get me to pull the trigger and purchase a 4Runner. I just bought a new 2019 Toyota Tacoma from Flavio Flores at Huntington Beach Toyota. I couldn t be happier !!!! The service was outstanding and it didn t take long til I was driving off with my new truck! Thanks again! I definitely know where to send my friends!

Min dang helped us with getting a new tundra. Very nice guy and gave us a fair deal. He made the experience there pleasant.

They just care about closing a sale and will throw you under the bus every Chance they get. First the finance department tried to hide a $3,000 warranty buy saying the total loan payment never disclosing the cost of contract, it was in the contract at the end so I caught it. I traded in an Audi A8 and bought a 2017 Lexus CT 200h, after negotiating everything I gave them the two key remotes for the Audi but when they delivered the Lexus they gave me only one key. Since the deal was done they refused to provide a second key. This would have been ok had they said the car only has one key but they did not disclose what I believe is a material adverse issue with the car. Someone out there probably former owner of someone at dealership has Access to my car. Now I have to pay $330 for a new remote from a dealer and who knows what it would cost to have car reprogrammed for security. That s it, your decision, buyer beware.

I have bought 3 Toyotas here, one for each of my two daughters and myself. Great service and nice people.

The only reason why I didn t give this place one star, was the sales man Robert which was a good genuine guy. I called ahead looking for a car I seen online Robert had the car washed and ready for me to test drive it as soon as I got there. I then spoke to Mark in finance, after running my credit with different banks and going back and forth on the deal he said since it was Sunday the finance banks were closed and gave he s word that he would talk with the bank and work a good deal for me come Monday, he had me sign a contract and again assured me that only meant he would hold the car for me while he worked to find me a good deal. A week after and no call back . I called and asked for him but it seemed he was ignoring me after several tries. I understand they have to make there money and maybe got a better sale with another customer for the same car, whatever the case might be , he should have kept he s word and at least have the decency to call me back with a response . luckily I found a similar car at NoHo toyota and it worked out for me .

It is always a pleasure to deal with Toyota of Huntington Beach. I have going there for over 11 years. Everyone from service to sales has always been pleasant and respectful. I would recommend them to family and friends.

I had the pleasure of purchasing my first car at this dealership. The staff at HB Toyota is wonderful. Jesse went above and beyond for my partner and I to ensure we were comfortable and satisfied all throughout the car buying process. He was very knowledgeable and answered our many questions without making us feel pressured to make any decisions. He was able to speak with his manager Alexander to help get us a deal we were very pleased with. HB Toyota's finance manager Marc was the real MVP as he sat with us for hours making sure we understood all aspects of our purchase. My partner and I wanted to be very thorough and be sure we fully understood everything and at no point were we made to feel we were taking too much time. The staff here truly put us first and did all they could to make sure our first time car buying experience was nothing but positive! I am extremely satisfied with our decision to buy from HB Toyota and I know I will be coming here for all of my service needs as well. I will recommend them to anyone who is wary of car dealerships. Bad services and terrible communication with customers.

What a place !! I was handled with the utmost professionalism while visiting for my 15k mi service, and Steve @ THB made the whole process a breeze ! I love that I can come down to my home dealership and feel like part of the family every visit! Special thanks to Steve for answering my barrage of questions about my Corolla, and for personally overseeing the entire process and making sure my every need was met ! What a great experience! I went to the Toyota HB for a recal and was surprised with how good I felt with their service. I felt very welcomed, the service was way faster than expected, and also cleaner. Which made my day! :)

Asked to see Avalons. My son and I was taken upstairs. The salesman walks us to the Avalons in the structure and left us. We waited for approximately 15 minutes before finally leaving in frustalration.

We dealt with three salespeople over two different days: Paul, Martin and Matt. Each of them were respectful and low key. I think we got a competitive price on our 2017 Prius and we are very happy with our car.
I did not like the high pressure from Finance to purchase an extended warranty, but we were able to reverse that purchase with some waiting a couple of days later.
Overall, this was an unexpectedly pleasant car purchase. Thank you!

Real nice location. Friendly staff. Was provided a warm coffee while I looked at a car. Both the floor sales person and the Internet manager were easy going and felt no buying pressure. Only 4 stars because I found out in person that the car advertised online failed to mention a clear medium size dent on door panel, and a missing antenna.

I came down from Fontana because I was referred to Gersain Pluma and all I can say is that Gersain Pluma was so helpful and made my experience wonderful! Many thanks to Gersain Pluma for helping me find the perfect Corolla. He was very patient with me and focused on finding me the best pricing while meeting my needs. If anyone is interested in purchasing a Toyota I would highly recommend Gersain Pluma.

Went to by a Scion FR-S today. Scion has a reputation for no haggle pricing. The price on the sticker - "is the price."

I had been pre-approved by Toyota for the asking purchase price. Imagine my surprise while on the test drive I saw a small sticker on the window saying that this car was being sold for $2500.00 over the asking price. Market price? What is this lobster?

The salesman did ask his boss if this could be waived but he wouldn't budge. So much for Scions no haggle pricing.

P.S. I've purchased two vehicles from Toyota of HB in the Past. NEVER AGAIN

I have been coming to this dealership for years it is the most expensive Toyota dealership around every time I have to order parts they're always the most expensive and I have to take my truck to Irvine Toyota they bash Irvine Toyota they keep undercuting all the other dealers I said just matched the price which was a $100 difference no we won't do it hence again I'm back to irvine toyota. try to stay away from this dealership they're far too expensive they are the most expensive dealership in in our area. Done with them.

Man, I feel cheated because I went to that place fleeing the fraudulent and dishonest places, and my surprise was that in this place they made me sign the contract to buy a truck and pay for the down payment and everything and supposedly was already approved ., And I did not take the troca because I did not have the address and I did not have a second driver to take me the two vehicles (in which I was going that day and the one I had bought) so I went back to another day for the truck and antler I bought a ticket and when I arrived for the new van they just told me that it was not approved and in the process !!! I was treated with the tip of the foot ,,,,! Totally bad service and totally nooooo I recommend ... Surely the owner of this place will respond to this comment saying that he is sorry that I marked him back to help me better ,,,, no thanks do not bother please , people involved were ,,,, Daniel the seller and finance mark !!!! I am writing this review to highly praise Alex Rosas and Manny Briseno. They are kind, patient and work hard everyday to go above and beyond. I had an amazing experience buying a car with them just this past week.
Now I am rolling in my new 2018 Toyota Hybrid!
I averaged 60 mpg and a recent drive through LA so I'm loving the savings on gas and such.
But the real hero of this place is Alex and Manny.
Fellas thank you for the dedication and support to make the sale happen.

The 2 yrs maintenance services include oil change, tires rotation, inspections done around 30 minutes ( I called a week before for appointment of my choice ). Get surprised when the car got washed upon delivery.
The service advisor was professional, courteous, helpful.
Waiting area very clean, has free offer hot coffees with donuts.

Full of employees not wearing masks properly. As a customer with pre-existing conditions just here to get some servicing done, this made me feel incredibly unsafe given we are in the midst of a global pandemic! When I arrived, I was greeted by a man with no mask in sight. Reminder that masks protect others. What this business is signaling is that they don't care if their customers DIE.

I wasted my time with this place. I agreed to a price with the sales person and his so called manager. When it came down to finalizing the deal, the numbers magically climbed by 6K. Walked away and got the deal I was looking for at a Toyota dealership in Westminster.

I have had several problems with my breaks on my Scion XB 2015 because of the fact that I put a lot of miles on it. I took it in to get fixed and they said that they changed the break pads and resurfaced the rotors. After I got it back with in 5,000-6,000 miles I started to have the same problem so I took it in again. They did a total inspection of my car and said they are operating as designed and told me it was my driving habits.
I just got of the phone with the general manager at Toyota of HB and he promised to rectify this situation immediately. Thank you Bob for going above and beyond to help me resolve this issue I really appreciate it. HB Toyota is doing everything they can to make me happy. I hope this fixes the problem. I will let everyone know how it comes out. My car is all done ,Bob Miller thank you very much..He had all new rotors and pads put on at no cost to me. Car is driving like it is brand new agian. If it wasn't for the GM BoB Miller doing what he did for me I would have rated it lower do to the fact that I had to go thru all this just get it done right the first time and lose time working, also service manger listens to what people say but I got the feeling he didn't really care and believes that people are stupid and don't know what their talking about. I went to another dealer ship that did not instantly accuse me of aggressive driving in fact they told me I'm not. They also said what I needed to hear even if it was something I didn't want to hear. But they where forthright and up front right off the bat with out blaming me.

Elio and Todd are great guys ask for them when you get there Elio is the sales manager Todd was one of the salesmen. Awesome people to work with all around. I leased a car a couple years ago from Elio. I went in a couple days ago for a new car they let me test drive the car 30 minutes away for my moms opinion. The day after Todd hit me up with a new nightshade edition that showed up on the lot Elio did his magic and I felt comfortable and my mom felt comfortable getting this car. Thank you Elio and Todd

I ve had my Camry for 10 months now and every time I ve needed a question answered or help, the sales staff (Robert) and manager (Brad) have gone above and beyond to get my concern resolved. Also, wanted to give a shout out to the service department. Quick and responsive service by all and they show a real concern for the care of my car. Tyler, my service representative, was first rate. Very genuine and paid attention to service details for my car. Toyota of Huntington Beach really has made me a customer for life. Wouldn t go anywhere else.

All necessary repairs & service was completed in a timely fashion.

In for a quick check up....done and went home....only to find glove box would no close after I open it. Try to fix it but could not. Back to dealership....service gentlemen look at it an fix it on the spot...Thank you . but I had to come all way back from Seal Beach because someone in the back service did not finish his/or her job.....but will return for service in the coming year. Thank you.

Quickly diagnosed and repaired . Been taking my 08 Rav4 there for years. Recommend this place to anyone, and friendly too.

i'd call to setup an appointment for repairing a Sienna's sliding door (Toyota safety recall), gave up after 5 times, no technician can tell if they have the replacement part and never called back.
