Didn't have any appointments available for a regular oil change but was suggested to come in and get it done, was in and out about an hour. Sales Advisor Seth was really awesome and friendly, got me taken care of and explained the details in a way that was understandable. Will definitely be going back for regular oil changes.

Our car developed a peculiar problem while sitting in garage. Battery drained, and security system activated. I put in a new battery and car would not turn over. We had it towed to the shop on Saturday. We picked up the car on Tuesday mid-day running again. The communication we had with Timothy Doran was good and helpful in knowing about what was going on. The repair was done within a reasonable time. Overall I am satisfied with the service I received.

This was our first car purchase and we were nervous going into it. We met with Sean Chase and he showed us vehicles that we were interested in. He let us test drive any of the vehicles we wanted. He was very knowledgeable and helpful with any questions that we had. He was able to find us some vehicles that we really liked and was willing to listen to any concerns that we may have had. The whole process was very simple and I couldn't recommend this place enough. No one was too pushy or anything like that. I would recommend anyone go here and if they are looking for a new vehicle.

Went for my 5000 mi service on my Tundra and told them the tires had problems and were shaking the truck. They told me they rotated and balanced them and they all balanced out perfectly. Drove away and the truck was worse than when I got there. Wen t to Discount Tire and they pulled each one and tested and they were out of balance horribly bad. And there was no signs of the tires even being re-balanced. Still had the old weights. This is not the first time or vehicle they have done this too. Done with them.

Chip Anderson did an amazing job and is the best salesman we have worked with. We purchased two cars and he made the transaction so smooth and easy. I will buy the rest of my cars from him. If you are looking for a car and great service go see Chip.

Juan Mason, was my sales guy and he was easy to work with and non sales-y. He was down to earth, easy going and very responsive which resulted in us purchasing from him. We had spoken to multiple salesmen and he was the least pushy or sales-y. That was the the experience we were looking for.

Great experience buying a new truck here. My salesman Pedro was outstanding and answered all my questions to help me decide what I needed. This was a nice "no pressure" sale that I really appreciated.

This was a large dealership which can be very overwhelming. Bryan was great! He was friendly and everything not what you expect in a "typical" salesman. (salesman tend people who care more about the sale rather than the person, this was not Bryan) He was personable and never pushy. I felt comfortable with the purchase and still am happy with it today. The only thing was I wish the key fobs batteries were newer, I had to replace both within the first couple of weeks.

I am so excited about may new RAV4! I went to look at new car on Sunday a couple of weeks ago. I wasn't expecting anyone to be there working. A no "cow poop" kind of place; as with any dealership we were there for the few hours but we got a pretty good deal. All the employees were nice (and no, not just "salesman" nice, real nice), too! Got to drive home our new car within hours of previewing it!

I scheduled an appointment for my one day off and when I showed up to my appointment I was told it was never scheduled. I discussed the pricing and time with the guy and even confirmed the appointment before getting off the phone. The nonchalant and non-caring attitude of the service department was unbelievable. I asked how long it would be as a walk in and was told I really don t know and that there is nothing they could do. I am not even sure when I will have another day off to get an appointment scheduled. What terrible customer service.

The service was fast and the waiting area was comfortable. The service personnel was polite and well dresssed.

This was my first visit to this dealership. The salesman TK greeted me upon my arrival and showed me around the lot. He was very approachable and actually focused on cars within the budget that I established. He never got pushy or tried to sell me something that I did not want. It was nice to not hear the repeated sales speech of "what will it take to get you in this car today" or "this car has you written all over it". I ended up buying a new Corolla within my budget and with monthly payments that were in my desired range. The downside is that they lost one of the keys. I was told that one would be ordered and that they would pay to have it programmed at a dealership near me. It took many phone calls and three weeks just to get the key. I am still having issues of getting them to set up payment for the service. This is day 22 after the sale.

It was excellent. Troy showed us just the car we wanted. He efficiently led us through the paper work process. He made us feel welcome and at home while we waited for the final contract. He even helped clean out all the items from my old car and organized it into the new car. He took the time to make sure I was comfortable with all of the car s buttons and features and then followed up the next day to make sure all was well. He was great!

Good dealers but note they speak clearly on the tablet k is very expensive

The salesman Sully was great to work with. Very helpful, informative, funny and patient. He helped me select the best car to fit my budget and worked hard with financing to make it happen. Because of him I will be a return customer.

Shoua (appt scheduler ) was unusually detailed in what needed to be done at this time and the estimated costs . Lake (service advisor ) also was detailed and very pleasant. Only thing is Lake felt suggested maintenance was less than what Shoua felt was needed. That was fine as my coat was less. Should get that coordinated . Check in and service was timely.

Drove two hours to look at a Civic Si. Geovani was welling to give us a crash course in driving the manual since it had been a few years since the wife and I drove one. He was very professional and we loved the car. First pencil was just fine with us. Finance guy was great and professional as well. I work in parts at another Toyota dealership out of state and the gentleman in parts greeted me and their department was very nice. Service drive was very nice as well. We stood around and watched football while they got paperwork together and everyone greeted us. I can t say anything negative about the place or experience honestly.

After doing months of research, I finally decided to start test driving my choices. I was a little nervous about having to visit multiple dealerships during this pandemic and was thrilled to discover Steve Landers had all four on their lot! I made an appointment, so the vehicles would be cleaned and ready to go. I am on the NWA Real Estate HUB team, and brought along our yard sign to make sure it would fit in the 4 SUVs I had chosen. Herbert Osario was FABULOUS to work with; a true gentleman, carrying the sign for me and making sure the AC had cooled the cars down. There was no pressure whatsoever. He patiently waited as I drove each vehicle. As I was test driving the fourth option, the third sold to someone else! Good thing it wasn't my choice, haha! The negotiating process was fairly simple, just a little back and forth on our trade. Chase in financing was also no pressure and was able to match our credit union's very low insurance rate. We love our 2019 Outback and highly recommend Herbert Osario for your vehicle needs!

I had a wrattle in my dashboard. Of course, it had disappeared by the time I got to the service department. Tom, the mechanic, and George, the supervisor were very kind and didn t make me feel like a fool. They treated me as if I had spent $1000 s with them.
