Steve Landers Toyota made the process of finding a new car after my wreck quick and simple. I did know what I was looking for when I arrived, but they were very helpful and I didn't feel rushed or pressured during the process. I also feel like I received and excellent deal. Oh, and Kenny is the man! If you're buying a used car, I highly recommend him!

I recently purchased my third vehicle from this dealership and have always walked away pleased. Most recently, I had the most enjoyable experience ever buying a vehicle. It was very stress-free, I wasn t pushed to do anything I didn t want to do. Joseph Zecena was my salesperson and did a phenomenal job.

Friendly staff excellent choice for cars went above and beyond to ensure all our needs were taken care of and explained the whole procedure to us, this is our fourth Toyota with this dealership old and new and would highly recommend them to everyone for a great car buying expeince

This was my first regular service for my new car. Nice place to wait, friendly staff. Only took about an hour and I was on my way. LOVE, LOVE, LOVE my new Prius V!

I never had such experience for any of my car purchase. Not sure if the dealership policies are wrong. Been this was the 3rd visit and today it reached the limit

1st visit, we went to see a Highlander, we saw 3, drove 1, discussed the price, the sales guy Juan said he will check with the Manager for best price and come back to us. Within 2 days we mutually reached the agreed price. Same day when we went there to purchase it, the sales guy said the price he gave was for a different Highlander and I can show the other car to you. He said it's similar, similar miles and equally loaded. Surprised and amused we went to see the other Highlander, it was altogether a different trim, more miles, less features, non-leather, no RES . He apologized; we thought to let it go, declined and came back.

Subsequently we received multiple follow up calls, after few months we were evaluating mini vans, sales guy said we have multiple mini vans within the price we are looking for. On reaching there we found they had only 3 minivans, 2 were over 8k our price and the one within our price was 4800 above excellent book value. We still made our mind for one of the higher priced mini-van, but when we test drove that there was a warning beep coming all during the test drive, the sales guy acknowledged there is an issue and needs to be fixed. When asking price is over $20k for a minivan, over $5k book value I expect someone to test drive it before keeping in ready to sale lot. We decided we are going to purchase the minivan elsewhere.

4 months after that, since last week we got follow up calls, during this time we already purchased minivan from elsewhere but were looking for a Corolla. I got 3 calls during the week, and I was up-front that it's going to be a cash purchase and my budget is within x amount. She said we can work on the price and they have several Corolla's. We fixed an appointment time and were there right on time. Got to know that the original sales lady was not there and they were not even aware we had an appointment. Someone else helped and looked into the inventory and said they have only one car that could come in the price. She tried to sell a Camry instead. I told her about my prior discussion with the other sales lady. She went inside to speak to Manager.

When I tried to speak to the Manager, he said it's a Saturday and they are too busy !!! Shocked to see lack or professionalism or mannerism.

I finally had enough of this dealership; I told them to remove me from their call list and requested not to call me again. The kind of sale practice they do, I have never seen. I have always purchased cars from dealers but never seen management or sales team like this.

I should have taken this decision after the first experience, not to entertain them and should not have allowed them to waste my time.

Conclusion - This dealership overprices every vehicle, refuses to negotiate, lack customer service and business ethics. I have had multiple people experience the same issues and rude behavior. Better to stay clear from them.

I always use Landers for oil changes or anything else I need done on my 4Runner. Everyone I have come in contact there has been solid but Josh M is great. Always look to work with him and he always gets me taken care of quickly and does a great job of explaining everything and answering my questions. I actually bought my 4Runner from Josh as well and he has taken care of me every step along the way.Definitely go hit him up if you need your vehicle serviced.

Professional and efficient. We have confidence in the dealership to take care of our vehicle.

First contact was with a tech/greeter who was upbeat and helpful. Next was the check in by a competent, knowledgeable guy with all the answers and solutions. Waiting area pleasant and fully stocked. Wait time was negligible. Awesome experience.

Pushy sales force that don't seem genuine or sincere

My truck always undergoes a thorough inspection when I take it in for a specific service item and potential trouble items are pointed out to me, but I am never surprised by charges that I didn't authorize.

Good location. Fair prices. Staff is friendly. Nice waiting area.

If you are late for your appointment (I was 20 minutes delayed), then you lose your time slot and just fall in line behind the other cars coming for a standard oil/filter change. But a 90min wait time was not too bad, except I was told it would be 1hr or less. Joshua, the service rep, was easy to deal with. I choose to drive to Bentonville from Fayetteville for servicing, although I bought my vehicle from another dealer.

Steve and Clint in Service are fantastic!! Your service department is the main reason I want to do business with the dealership. I will absolutely purchase my next car from your dealership because of the service department.

Best car buying experience! Highly recommend David Hastings. He makes it a very enjoyable experience and works to create a relationship vs. quickly pushing a sale. I went in with several requirements for my trade ins to make sense. I wasn't ready to part with my 2013 Tundra. However, David was able to meet all of our demands and surpass all expectations. I love my new truck and will continue to be a loyal Steve Landers customer.

I came in to have an alignment, transmission fluid change, and a few other things done for the maintenance of my Toyota Camry. When I took it home, something still didn't seem right so I brought it back in and my service tech and advisor went above and beyond to help find the source of the problem that had nothing to do with what I went in for initially. Thank you for your great service!

I had a great experience when I took my Lexus for an oil change recently. Everyone was very courteous and I was advised as to the progress.

I asked Juan for a purchase price for a new Toyota. I told him I wanted the lowest sales price first quote.. I did not want him to keep going back to his manager to see if he could get a lower price . Juan did as requested and we bought the car.

2018 As always the staff was courteous, professional, knowledgable and helpful. The technician found two problems that could have been a danger to me and advised me of the problem and then fixed it! I would recommend this Service Department to anyone how wants expert care of their vehicle!

Super friendly and informative of extras that may have been needed. Called to tell me then gave me the prices without being pushy. The customer service was beyond exceptional and a great model for other companies to follow.

If you are buying pre-owned, have a 3rd party inspect the vehicle prior to purchase. They complete a "safety check" but don't misinterpret this for fixing things on the vehicle. As my sales guy told me..."they sell vehicles, they don't make them."
I received a good deal on my trade, and a fair price on the vehicle I purchased. With that being said, the vehicle has needed a lot of work and I wish I would have put forth more due diligence prior to buying. It has been a costly mistake.

All was explained to my wife by Timothy Doran and appointment was prompt. Car service was finished in a timely manner.

Don't do the free service. Save yourself the headache and just pay someone else to do it. Every time it has taken well over an hour, that is with making an appointment. Today, my appointment was at 8:00 am. I was there at 7:45 am and left at 9:45.

Mr. Juan Marcus is a straight talker and very helpful. He got us into the perfect vehicle we need at a stressful time when our previous vehicle was inoperable.

This is the third time I've had my 2014 Prius serviced here for just regular maintenance. I easily get appointments within a couple of days from when I call and each time I have waited for my car to be serviced. It has never taken as long as they estimate, and I'm always pleasantly surprised when they call my name when my car is done. They work fast!

Being a woman, I have received the stereotypical treatment from car mechanics throughout my entire life ---and Steve Landers Toyota in NWA is a rare exception. Thank you! What a pleasure doing business here.

Bought a used car from them because of what looked like a good deal to help my wife. And with this covid pandemic messing with our income we had no choice. I was expecting to pay a few hundred dollars to tag the vehicle like the toyota employees had told me, to talk me into getting the car. Then a different employee started selling me gap insurance, a warrenty and few other things.
YOU MAY NOT BE OBLIGATED TO LET PEOPLE KNOW WARRENTY IS TAXED ON TOP OF SALE PRICE BUT SURE WOULD BE NICE TO KNOW.
MORE THEN DOUBLED MY FEE AT THE DMV!

I bought a new Prius, and the people at Steve Landers Toyota assisted me in getting the best price for this great new car. They were knowledgeable, helpful and courteous, and made the car buying experience as pleasant as it could be. I have bought cars before from Steve Landers, and will continue to do so because of their great service and friendliness. Special thanks to Julian, who helped me to find just the right car for me.

My experience was great. I felt welcomed there and they did their absolute best and beyond with trying to keep me happy. I got an awesome car great for work and school traveling, and they made sure I was fully covered! EJ (Ernest) Crawford welcomed me with a hug and a warm smile as if he'd known me forever! Wouldn't have felt so good about getting a new car if it weren't for him!

I used to drive here all the way from Fayetteville just for the service. This will be the last time. The new owners are terrible. Awful service. Long wait times. One of the managers (blue shirt. Clearly a high school education at best) was making bigoted comments while watching Fox News (not working while he was on his shift, of course). This was at 2 PM today if you'd like to check your schedules and see who it was. I'd love to know, personally. He doesn't deserve employment. Can't wait to transfer my business to Fayetteville auto park. Anything with the Landers name is a complete and total joke. I'd heard that in the past but decided to give them a chance. Mistake. Oh and they don't take American Express anymore. We have bought a total of at least 5 vehicles here before the ownership change. Not coming back ever. Put this Landers idiot out of business and bring back Toyota of NWA!

Edit: Customer service rep would not stop badgering my family about this review. When I called them back twice to clarify the issues, there of course was no answer. The lack of customer service is very apparent. I also realized that the Fayetteville autopark is also Landers, so I will not be going there either.

I recently took my car in for service. While my car was in service I was taking a look at the new Toyota tundra. They put me out in it for a weekend, when I brought the truck back the following Tuesday and picked up my car I thought all was fine. Never receiving a phone call from the dealership after my visit besides by my service advisor making sure everything was OK they sent me a text message accusing me of stealing their truck they loaned me. Right now they're still looking for the truck, and acussing me of not returning it where is belonged to the my sales guy. However my sales guy text me that weekend I had it and told me he would not be there on Tuesday and just leave it with the service guys so I did now we're here they still can't find the truck and they're trying to push the blame out on me. This is ridiculous I spent $2000 there on service was about to buy brand new truck get your business under control, and Rodney when you have a custumer that has bought trucks and suvs from your dealership in the past and multiple service jobs done, that person is a loyal customer not a theif. I've never been treated with so much disrespect. At a car dealership. Update: they found the car in there lot.

I have been here two hours waiting on a oil change and rotation and have watched multiple salesmen walking by me not too many buyers today. Looks like that this dealership needs to invest more money into staff for service department and less on sales. Also it looks like they are upgrading the sales floor seems to me that maybe they need to make the service department larger to expedite the service here. My husband and I love our Toyota's and probably will never buy anything but a Toyota but not from this dealership.

I had decided to purchase a new Toyota. Having in mind the shop local, buy local
concept. I visited Steve Landers 4 times. Three times I was out of my vehicle peeking at the the 2020 Highlander and RAV4. No one came to greet me or ask if they could be of help. I m not accustomed to looking for car salespersons.

I did purchase a new 2020. But, not quite so locally.

Went in to get a little help with pairing my phone in old truck. Kenny was so helpful that I told him I was waiting for a specific truck to arrive and he checked and one was scheduled in in about a week or so. They looked at my truck and we made a deal. No high pressure tactics at all. I am happy with my new truck and will see how I am treated in the future.

We have consistently received outstanding service for our 2008 Prius. They've always been cheerful, helpful and knowledgeable. They've even loaned us an excellent car when the car required longer to repair. Although we must drive 75 minutes to get there, it's been well worth it.

If I could give this a -5 stars I would. Not happy at all with how bad I got screwed over and completely played. NEVER going back here again and making sure that my family knows how horrible you are. I could mention the name but not worth my time.

Moved here in 2017 and have brought my 2009 Prius here 2-3x a year since. Not only is the service department reasonably priced, they are abundantly honest and easy to work with - I receive a text message outlining any additional work, reason, price, and my greenlight before they go ahead with anything they find. Very helpful during a busy work day. They keep my car clean and are communicative. If you are worried about being overcharged or oversold at the dealer, don't worry at all. You can't do any better than this place.

Jason Jones is the best service advisor iv ever had the pleasure of meeting and he is a model employee of the highest caliber.

Their work is fine but who ever is in charge doesn't know how to do anything right. Their solution to a problem is get rid of whatever is pointing out the problem and hide the problem. Idiots.
