I never had such experience for any of my car purchase. Not sure if the dealership policies are wrong. Been this was the 3rd visit and today it reached the limit
1st visit, we went to see a Highlander, we saw 3, drove 1, discussed the price, the sales guy Juan said he will check with the Manager for best price and come back to us. Within 2 days we mutually reached the agreed price. Same day when we went there to purchase it, the sales guy said the price he gave was for a different Highlander and I can show the other car to you. He said it's similar, similar miles and equally loaded. Surprised and amused we went to see the other Highlander, it was altogether a different trim, more miles, less features, non-leather, no RES . He apologized; we thought to let it go, declined and came back.
Subsequently we received multiple follow up calls, after few months we were evaluating mini vans, sales guy said we have multiple mini vans within the price we are looking for. On reaching there we found they had only 3 minivans, 2 were over 8k our price and the one within our price was 4800 above excellent book value. We still made our mind for one of the higher priced mini-van, but when we test drove that there was a warning beep coming all during the test drive, the sales guy acknowledged there is an issue and needs to be fixed. When asking price is over $20k for a minivan, over $5k book value I expect someone to test drive it before keeping in ready to sale lot. We decided we are going to purchase the minivan elsewhere.
4 months after that, since last week we got follow up calls, during this time we already purchased minivan from elsewhere but were looking for a Corolla. I got 3 calls during the week, and I was up-front that it's going to be a cash purchase and my budget is within x amount. She said we can work on the price and they have several Corolla's. We fixed an appointment time and were there right on time. Got to know that the original sales lady was not there and they were not even aware we had an appointment. Someone else helped and looked into the inventory and said they have only one car that could come in the price. She tried to sell a Camry instead. I told her about my prior discussion with the other sales lady. She went inside to speak to Manager.
When I tried to speak to the Manager, he said it's a Saturday and they are too busy !!! Shocked to see lack or professionalism or mannerism.
I finally had enough of this dealership; I told them to remove me from their call list and requested not to call me again. The kind of sale practice they do, I have never seen. I have always purchased cars from dealers but never seen management or sales team like this.
I should have taken this decision after the first experience, not to entertain them and should not have allowed them to waste my time.
Conclusion - This dealership overprices every vehicle, refuses to negotiate, lack customer service and business ethics. I have had multiple people experience the same issues and rude behavior. Better to stay clear from them.

Always look to work with him and he always gets me taken care of quickly and does a great job of explaining everything and answering my questions. I actually bought my 4Runner from Josh as well and he has taken care of me every step along the way.Definitely go hit him up if you need your vehicle serviced.

But a 90min wait time was not too bad, except I was told it would be 1hr or less. Joshua, the service rep, was easy to deal with. I easily get appointments within a couple of days from when I call and each time I have waited for my car to be serviced. It has never taken as long as they estimate, and I'm always pleasantly surprised when they call my name when my car is done. They work fast!

I was expecting to pay a few hundred dollars to tag the vehicle like the toyota employees had told me, to talk me into getting the car. Then a different employee started selling me gap insurance, a warrenty and few other things.

I used to drive here all the way from Fayetteville just for the service. This will be the last time. The new owners are terrible. Awful service. Long wait times. One of the managers (blue shirt. Clearly a high school education at best) was making bigoted comments while watching Fox News (not working while he was on his shift, of course). This was at 2 PM today if you'd like to check your schedules and see who it was. I'd love to know, personally. He doesn't deserve employment. Can't wait to transfer my business to Fayetteville auto park. Anything with the Landers name is a complete and total joke. I'd heard that in the past but decided to give them a chance. Mistake. Oh and they don't take American Express anymore. We have bought a total of at least 5 vehicles here before the ownership change. Not coming back ever. Put this Landers idiot out of business and bring back Toyota of NWA!

I recently took my car in for service. While my car was in service I was taking a look at the new Toyota tundra. They put me out in it for a weekend, when I brought the truck back the following Tuesday and picked up my car I thought all was fine. Never receiving a phone call from the dealership after my visit besides by my service advisor making sure everything was OK they sent me a text message accusing me of stealing their truck they loaned me. Right now they're still looking for the truck, and acussing me of not returning it where is belonged to the my sales guy. However my sales guy text me that weekend I had it and told me he would not be there on Tuesday and just leave it with the service guys so I did now we're here they still can't find the truck and they're trying to push the blame out on me. This is ridiculous I spent $2000 there on service was about to buy brand new truck get your business under control, and Rodney when you have a custumer that has bought trucks and suvs from your dealership in the past and multiple service jobs done, that person is a loyal customer not a theif. I've never been treated with so much disrespect. At a car dealership. Update: they found the car in there lot.

Looks like that this dealership needs to invest more money into staff for service department and less on sales. Also it looks like they are upgrading the sales floor seems to me that maybe they need to make the service department larger to expedite the service here. We have consistently received outstanding service for our 2008 Prius. They've always been cheerful, helpful and knowledgeable. They've even loaned us an excellent car when the car required longer to repair. Although we must drive 75 minutes to get there, it's been well worth it.

Moved here in 2017 and have brought my 2009 Prius here 2-3x a year since. Not only is the service department reasonably priced, they are abundantly honest and easy to work with - I receive a text message outlining any additional work, reason, price, and my greenlight before they go ahead with anything they find. Very helpful during a busy work day. They keep my car clean and are communicative. If you are worried about being overcharged or oversold at the dealer, don't worry at all. You can't do any better than this place.
