I scheduled an appointment for my one day off and when I showed up to my appointment I was told it was never scheduled. I discussed the pricing and time with the guy and even confirmed the appointment before getting off the phone. The nonchalant and non-caring attitude of the service department was unbelievable. I asked how long it would be as a walk in and was told I really don t know and that there is nothing they could do. I am not even sure when I will have another day off to get an appointment scheduled. What terrible customer service.
