The guys that helped me were so helpful and super friendly! They definitely informed me and reassured me of stuff that didn't need to be done just yet when they could of easily made me pay for something that could have waited. I was also out of there within an hour, as promised.

Great place to buy a car and I had a good experience when I purchased used car of 2017 Toyota camry SE . Our sales person, Chase Shelnutt, is awesome. He is so personable and patient and explained everything from start to finish.Every single person that we had contact with was friendly, happy and smiling. They took the time to talk with us and made us feel so comfortable. No haggling and no pressure. Highly recommended.

Salesmen was nice and knowledgeable. The day after we test drove the car we had chosen we were ignored for the better part of an hour. However, we had decided on this car and came back the next morning. Unfortunately, after less than a week after the car was in my possession I came to find out that there was a Service Bulletin on my transmission. I was sold a car that needed $1400 of transmission work! No big deal though, I was also sold a power train warranty. Except it wouldn't cover any of the work! Whats better is that since the warranty company was informed of the need for the service bulletin the warranty could be revoked if the work was not completed.

When I asked to speak to the Used car manager I was put on the back burner for several days. When I was finally able to get him on the phone he promptly and rudely dismissed me saying "It's a used car"

Well when you buy a Toyota with 40,000 miles and a powertrain warranty you at least expect a little respect.

Oh, and the kicker? I went to the Toyota dealership in Fayetteville and they did the work on my car for $200 cheaper. Not only will I never do business with them again, but I refuse to even look or test driving anything from them.

Omg!! I'm still shocked on how fast they worked for me. I came here because another dealership was avoiding my calls after they promised they would take care of me. They even gave my hopes up after telling me they had a camaro ready to be picked up.I absolutely thought I would never get any help but when I showed up at Steve Landers NWA they showed out. My call was returned promptly and the deal was less than an hour. Took me 2hours to go pick my car up and it was well worth it. They are professional, friendly and they truly care about their customers. They have completely exceeded my expectations and made a long lasting impression. I would highly recommend Chase Shelnutt as someone who can walk you through buying your next vehicle. These guys stayed late and took the time to get it right. From Caleb Kordsmeier to Chip Anderson they took excellent care of my family. We already have a family member planning to come buy their soon coming vehicle here based off of us telling them about our experience.

I'm sorry to write this because our family has LOVED Steve Landers until now.

We were quoted $991 for a repair that I just had completed for $377 at Best Brakes in Rogers. AND Landers charged me $107 JUST TO DIAGNOSIS the problem. Best Brakes -- no charge for diagnosis.

Not sure if they've got new ownership or what, but the cost for repairs seems WAY out of line. I don't have the trust in this dealership that I used to...customer service was excellent!!

From the first moment we met our sales person, Sean Chase at the dealership, my wife and I both felt we about to experience a good visit. Sean continued the good experience by contacting us to keep us informed every step of the way. Plus the promise for us to call anytime if we needed anything.

Got a great car for a great price. Kenneth was my salesman and he made it a wonderful buying experience. Too bad they tripped at the end. Had a long wait for doc prep. Seemed like it took them longer to get the sales docs ready than to detail the car! But it was worth it. I'm very happy with the car. I am traveling cross country from California in my new 4Runner. I needed my 5000 service while on the road. Making my appt was very easy and the woman who made my appt was very nice. She was knowledgeable and made the process easy and quick. While at the dealership, the waiting area is large and comfortable and they have vending machines if you need a snack or drink. If you chose to leave the waiting area it s no big deal. They text and call letting you know your service is complete. I waited exactly the amount of time they quoted and the gentlemen who helped me were friendly and I felt cared for. This is my first Toyota and I m impressed with the service and dedication I have received from the purchase process to my out of state service! I m confident I will continue to love my 4Runner and the service I have and will receive. Thank you Toyota!

Just purchased a 2018 Camry XSE on Thursday. I was able to do everything by phone, as I live an hour and a half away. I was in and out in about an hour at the dealer, which is exceptional given how busy they were! I dealt with Caleb and Robert, and couldn t have been happier with my experience! Caleb and I had done previous deals at the last Toyota dealer he worked at, and as usual, he delivered! Always going the extra mile! Landers also had the best deal around! I use maps a lot for my work, and I could not rely on the application. Taylor told me about the new Apple Car Play and worked with me to install it. She made the process convenient for me. Been using this dealership for over 10 years and yesterday was the worst service I have had. I see no reason to treat your customers this way. Not happy with service.

Couldn't even test drive the vehicle for more than a minute due to a "tire" issue. Sales man even went out and brought it right back. However he said we could buy it and ask them to put new tires on but they couldn't put different tires on it just so we could test drove it. Made absolute no sense. Will be happy to take our business else where. Spent more time on the lot trying to find the keys to the Jeep and worried about who we talked to on the phone ( for comission reasons I am sure) than actually helping us. Mentioned that we were already pre approved and he didn't even try to show us another jeep.

On the 23rd of this month, I called into the service department asking if I could bring my vehicle in for the 5,000-mile service. Now keep in mind I only have one day off during the week to get stuff done and I don't have time to make appointments because I have 900 other things to do! So while I was speaking with a female she asked if I had an appointment, I said no and asked if I could just bring my vehicle in and fit it in-between other appointments. I was told no and the earliest I could bring it in was Wednesday. This is the 4th vehicle I have purchased from this lot, I have never had any problems calling ahead without an appointment. Well, I decided to call Fayetteville Toyota and guess what!! I was on the phone less than a minute and was told to bring it in. Now was that hard to do!!? When I arrived they had appointments as well but got me in and out of there in less than an hour. I'm glad I decided to go there because Everything and I mean everything about that place is better. I'm not going to like the drive all the way over there but it's well worth it! It's obvious since the new management or whatever has changed at Landers, so has the customer service.
