Actually had a great experience for my first time at the New Steve Landers. My sales person, Troy, came highly recommended and made the process fun and easy. We had to look all over for what I wanted (very specific) but it was found within a day and I was driving "her" home within the week! We made a deal on a car. We live 3 hour and 30 minutes away. After we were two hours into our drive. They texted us and told us the car was sold. I m very disappointed because I organized everything for this trip.
Drew is always kind and courteous at check in. I appreciate the thorough check of my van during oil change and how well Toyota maintains my van. One worker gave my 2 kids toys he said he got at garage sale over weekend. It made the appt more fun for my kids.

Our salesman Juan went above and beyond to get us the best deal. We originally were working with Steve Landers Little Rock but, after going back and forth for 2 weeks we decide to try the NWA dealership. Needless to say Juan did in 6 HRS what the Little Rock dealership couldn t do in 2 weeks.

Only word I can use to explain this experience, AWFUL! They give you the run around and have no knowledge whatsoever. I had been looking at a truck that they had for sale. They gave me three sheets of paper with things that they had "fixed" on the vehicle. Multiple of the items were repeated, when I asked the salesman, Juan V, what all they checked and asked about things that had been replaced he just kept telling me he didn't know. So, I then asked to speak to a manager that could further explain to me what I would be purchasing. Robert, being the sales manager, also had NO knowledge of things that had been checked or replaced. They kept trying to give excuses as to why they couldn't give me straight answer. I was also told that it was "hard to understand something if you'd never been part the car business." Overall, it was a terrible experience and I would not recommend ANYONE to go here. Save yourself some time, hassle, and annoyance and just drive a few extra miles to the AutoPark. Going to Landers only results in being lied to and treated as though you are unimportant.

My AC was not getting cold. They evaced my system and and filled with new Freon. Added dye to look for a possible leak. Left the shop blowing cold. Hot air only by the time I got back home in Centerton. Called Seth and he got me back in the next morning. They diagnosed issues behind my glove box area where someone previously did some repair work and didn't install parts correctly. . The system was shutting itself off. They took the time to find my issues and fix them. I left a happy customer and appreciate Seth working with me. AC still cold!
The sales people were very nice, but I was not impressed at all. They tried to give me an offer that was less that acceptable for my trade in and throw in some reconditioning fee . It doesn t cost $1,000 to clean someone s car, and I ve never seen something like that before when buying a car.(I ve bought several) There wasn t anything wrong with mine. They tried to tell me my Kelly blue book value was 10,000, but they d give me 12,000. I thought that was hilarious, because I had already pulled up the value of my car on blue book for trade in, and it should have been around 14,000. They have almost no incentives or rebates to justify purchasing a brand new car, and they didn t seem all that interested in showing me other used cars when I asked. I specifically asked what other used cars they had besides the one I test drove, and the response I got was that they thought the one I drove would be the best option to be close to the note I wanted. I get that, but you can t tell me that was the only one you had around that price point. The other dealerships I went to had several. The Hyundai dealership I bought from gave me 15,000 for my car without question, and didn t charge me some reconditioning fee . They gave me rebates and got me an interest rate of .9%, so I bought a new car. If you want me to buy new, give me a good reason to.

Barry Richardson worked expeditiously to meet our needs in the purchase of the Toyota Camry. I asked for him specifically as he handled our first purchase of the Toyota Prius we bought this past year and we were highly satisfied with the service he provided.
I purchased a vehicle over a month ago. Even though I have called and called. They didnt seem to remember I gave them the title to my trade in the day of the sale. I have been told its taken care of. They will overnight new temp tags and change the date on the new title. I questioned if the was ethical. Here I am with a car I cannot tag becuase they have yet to send me the title. I will have late fees once I do.
Also my 1st loan payment is in 1 week and I have yet to recieve any information on that as well. So as of right now I will miss a payment. I pray I revieve something soon.
Buying a car should be a good experiance and Toyota has made it a very stressful one. This feels like a nightmare.I would not recomend this dealership to friends or family.

The service writers are always very professional and knowledgeable. My salesman sean is always ready to see if we're ready to buy our next Toyota and to show me the new inventory. Even the sales manager Bill if he sees me he stops to say hello ask after how everyone is and how our vehicle is doing. It's just a first rate classy car dealership. Had a great sales experience purchasing a used car from Herbert. He was fantastic and took great care of us from the time we walked in until the time we walked out. We did have a couple mechanical issues with the car, but Landers gave us a loaner vehicle and covered the costs for the repairs in a quick manner. Overall a great experience and highly recommend.

We purchased a new vehicle from Steve Landers Toyota in late August 2018. The dealership is all sales but whenever we need something like getting the title to our lender, it has been an impossible task to date as of November 6. This seems like it would be a very common process for a dealership, but it seems that this dealership is totally focused on sales and not so much service after sales. Our lender has a clause that says that they will raise the rates if we do not have the title showing them as the lienholder. We have talked to several people at Landers about this, but they don't seem to have any interest in helping us.
It was actually my husband's truck that was serviced and he was very pleased with the service he received and would recommend Steve Landers Toyota to others.

I had a really good experience with the service center at Steve Landers Toyota. I only wish that having an appointment would keep it under an hour. I went in for my 6 month free service and got a car wash too, the first service also includes a tire rotation so it does take longer. I was pleased with the service and just wish that the car wash included a good vacuuming. Overall a good experience and I look forward to my next appointment in 6 months.
The water pump was going out.I took the car in, they shuttled me to where I needed to go, repaired my car, and picked me up when the job was done.

Outstanding experience. I m in the Tulsa area. We came to agreement over email on final pricing with the consummately professional Chip. The fact is, I could not find a better deal after a month of nationwide searches. We arranged pickup that day. After arriving the paperwork process was quick and painless. Steve Landers Toyota offered me an incredible deal on an extended warranty I couldn t pass up. The car was detailed and ready to go. The whole process was astonishingly easy. Just an honest good deal. I can not recommend Steve Landers Toyota enough. I would not hesitate to work with Steve Landers, and especially Chip Anderson, again.

I drove to Steve Landers Toyota this morning for my (routine oil change) because my sticker said I had maintenance due. We got there and he said that I was only due for a tire rotation. That is not what was said when I made my appointment. We love an hour away and this was very inconvenient. We had just bought tires yesterday. He turned off my maintenance light and sent us on our way. Won't do this again!!

I visited the dealership to enquire and buy a Camry and it was the most horrible experience I could get in a dealership. I had an appointment at 1pm, I entered the dealership at 1:20pm. And I was not welcomed well and I waited for 15 mins to find one sales person. After I found one who was supposed to meet me at 1pm, he just redirected me to the lot to see the cars and wasn't there to check the car or test drive it.
I waited outside in the lot again for 30 mins and he didn't come. So, we went in to find him again, he made us sit somewhere and said he will come in a couple of minutes but again he made us wait for 15 minutes and when we asked for brochure, he didn't even try to find it. And I went to find him again, he came and said he is handling other customer and give him a few minutes. We waited for 15 minutes and just walked out of disappointment

The service was quick and helpful. I was told it would take an hour, but I was called up to tell me my car was ready in about 35 minutes. They even washed it for me. Very pleased.
