This was my first visit to this dealership. The salesman TK greeted me upon my arrival and showed me around the lot. He was very approachable and actually focused on cars within the budget that I established. He never got pushy or tried to sell me something that I did not want. It was nice to not hear the repeated sales speech of "what will it take to get you in this car today" or "this car has you written all over it". I ended up buying a new Corolla within my budget and with monthly payments that were in my desired range. The downside is that they lost one of the keys. I was told that one would be ordered and that they would pay to have it programmed at a dealership near me. It took many phone calls and three weeks just to get the key. I am still having issues of getting them to set up payment for the service. This is day 22 after the sale.
