After doing months of research, I finally decided to start test driving my choices. I was a little nervous about having to visit multiple dealerships during this pandemic and was thrilled to discover Steve Landers had all four on their lot! I made an appointment, so the vehicles would be cleaned and ready to go. I am on the NWA Real Estate HUB team, and brought along our yard sign to make sure it would fit in the 4 SUVs I had chosen. Herbert Osario was FABULOUS to work with; a true gentleman, carrying the sign for me and making sure the AC had cooled the cars down. There was no pressure whatsoever. He patiently waited as I drove each vehicle. As I was test driving the fourth option, the third sold to someone else! Good thing it wasn't my choice, haha! The negotiating process was fairly simple, just a little back and forth on our trade. Chase in financing was also no pressure and was able to match our credit union's very low insurance rate. We love our 2019 Outback and highly recommend Herbert Osario for your vehicle needs!
