Since they changed ownership to PFAFF, their upfront customer service has been extremely poor. Try calling in and NOT getting a message and not having to wait for a call back. Each time it took me at least 10 try s before I got a real person. Once inside though, the service is fairly good, it s just trying to book the appointment, or trying to check on your car. Very frustrating.

I originally bought my car from Endras, and they go out of their way to service you from beginning to end, but too bad too far from home for regular service.

BMW Markham could learn a thing or two from them.
