A few days ago, we went to Mercedes Benz on the other side of the street. The sales person told us there was no manager in the store at that time, so we cannot know the details of the price and wouldn't be able to evaluate the trade in value. He recommended us to come another day. Then we came to Town + Country BMW. Jay told us everything about BMW in details and fortunately, the manager was here too, so we bought a BMW right away.

PS: We just picked up our new BMW today. Jay and Alvin are really professional, polite and patient. Thank you guys and thank you Town+Country BMW!

Horrible experience buying a car from Town and Country. I ve owned BMWs for the past 20 years (318i, 328xi, 435xi), never have I felt this disrespectful. Was looking to purchase a 640li grand coupe, the sales manager expected me to purchase this car without a test drive. Wouldn t even consider making an appointment to have a test drive.

The sales agent gave me a blank stare when I asked her, where do we go from here? I can t purchase car without knowing how it drives .

Will be taking my business elsewhere, Pfaff Group you ve been a disappointment.

My Friends and I have all been buying our BMWs from a great used car sales specialist Nasir Ahmadi for the past 10 years, Nasir is very helpful and is very committed to find you exactly what you are looking for the best price possible within his power, having shopped around other BMW s he has always been giving me the best possible deal without wasting my time with playing games like starting high and reducing the price afterwards. I definitely recommend having a chat with him even if you are buying a new vehicle as he has access to those vehicles as well.

Also if you ever have any issues after you pick up your vehicle he will thoroughly follow through to ensure you walk out of there happily.

Just bought my first BMW from Town and Country BMW...

Just bought my first BMW from Town and Country BMW. I really thought coming from Mercedes it was going to be hard to top. I have to say the service and experience and knowledgeable staff were outstanding. I am completely excited for my pre owned BMW. I highly recommend Town And Country BMW. See Nasir Ahmadi, he was my sales rep and was awesome to work with. No pressure, they just want to make sure you are happy. Thanks everyone.

I have bought a 2016 535iX from Nasir Ahmadi of BMW Pfaff it was a 5 star experience and here is why.

Pre-sales:
I have shortlisted a couple of cars from almost every BMW GTA dealer, created my route and BMW Pfaff was my first stop. I met with Mr. Ahmadi for the first time, after a welcome he and I went through my shortlist of cars. One of the cars, the car I currently own, was recently arrived at their compound away from the dealership in Markham. Although it was a Saturday, a prime time for a car dealer he never hesitated to pursue my desire to see the car and get the car from the compound drive it to the dealership himself.

During my inspecting of the car, he answered all the questions that I have about the specs of the car, either himself or bringing one of the BMW Pfaff technicians.

Since it is my first car in Canada, he also answered and helped me with the car buying process in Canada.

During Sales and Financing:
Mr. Ahmadi also helped me to understand the best financing options that I can get, followed up with the business manager Cecil Thomas, a brilliant gentleman, about my financing inquiry.

During Delivery Process:
Since I am travelling quite a lot for business. I have mentioned the time shortage that I have to get the car.
He even arranges his team the deliver the car one day before the agreed delivery date by expediting the process by talking with branch manager time after time, without excluding any steps of the process. The car was in pristine condition, and delivered by a BMW Delivery Expert, under Nasir Ahmadi s supervision.

Post-Sales:
Till this point, if you are still thinking this is a regular sales process and every single salesman would do the same to sell a car. This following is an absolute differentiator.
After I have purchased the car, I have discovered, minor issues that a normal, non-car geek, a person wouldn t be bothered with. I have mentioned these issues to him.

And he immediately follow-up with his Service department, arranged my service appointment and made sure that every single tiny issue is being addressed to my satisfaction. Road-tests, 3 different BMW experts have dealt with these tiny issues. Again, the car was absolutely brilliant, to begin with, but BMW Pfaff never hesitated to dig deep into my obsessive concerns!

Therefore, I would like to thank Nasir Ahmadi, and BMW Pfaff Team Supporting this whole process.

In my mind, Nasir Ahmadi is more than a salesman and more of trustable consultant whom I would like to work with for my every car purchase.

BMW insisted my dash cam damaged the battery of the car, i was using the same dash cam on my previous vehicle and works fine. Dash cam was also not running when vehicle stopped but because i brought in the car with dash cam plugged in, service department blamed everything on my dash cam and charged over $500 for replacing my battery. Very irresponsible service. Cannot explain why battery was not check during January service when customer did mention there's battery issue. Also could not explain why there is no warning before battery completely discharge and why the battery could not be charge again. During the whole process was never able to speak to a real technician, just different advisers reading out the "diagnosis". Take zero responsibility to this issue and not willing to help, told me there is nothing that they can do. Unacceptable and will never purchase BMW vehicle again. For BMW potential buyers that use dash cam or the usb port they provide , please carefully consider before purchasing.

This one goes to Michael John Grillanda, the sales representative at BMW Markham. Although he looks into BMW Mini sales primarily, I had no issues buying a 2 series from him. In fact he was there at every step of process. Whether it was a conent test drive, long paperwork, or car delivery. After 2 months of my car purchase, he is still always available to answer all my queries with patience. And has never disappointed me with his after sales consultation. I recommend him to buy any car from BMW Markham.

I had started my search for my BMW here and I was had been bugging Paul for a very long time. I had initially thought of getting a X1 but then both my wife and I thought we will go for something else. We couldn t make up our minds and I kid you not 6 hours later we found a Beamer that my wife liked!

Paul you were extremely helpful through out the whole journey! I hope that you are recognized for your hard work! Both my wife and I love our purchase!

This is the second review for Pfaff as I bought another Beamer from the BMW Mississauga branch. Overall I am very very happy customer and I would definitely recommend Pfaff BMW.

Great people selling fantastic cars. Willing to go beyond the customer's expectation is what separates Town + Country from other dealerships. You are not treated like a potential sale but like family.
I simply don't know what else you could improve as my personal experience was just great and with such fantastic cars you are destined to succed in a providing a unique customer experience.
I recommend Fabian and Leila to everybody in the market for a BMW or a Mini, somebody who values customer care above everything else and would like to experience the luxury world Town + Country creates around you as there is no substitute for that.

Awful experience. Worked with Sam at used car sales department. He didn't let me try the vehicle unless I buy it because "it's hard to move out". I arranged an appointment for the next morning and came to test drive it. After driving the car I feel I don't like it too much because it doesn't have navigation and sunroof, and he pushed me to buy it! He said he spent a lot of time moving the car out, and he even said "you are wasting my time" at the time I was leaving. How can he still be a sales person? This is your job man.

Wow, there is a seriously disturbing pattern of ex...

Wow, there is a seriously disturbing pattern of extremely bad reviews surrounding customer service. Many of the 5-star reviews look borderline fake.

I have only been using this dealership to purchase consumables (DEF for my E90 335D, and other miscellaneous parts to keep my BMW in superb running condition as well as the occasional accessory here and there). The parts department staff seems courteous and friendly. Parts pricing is ridiculously high. I still use this dealership because of the convenience (location).

UPDATE 05/15/2015: I just spoke with Sinthu to arrange for recall service for a recurring P205B/C code on my E90 335D. What an absolute pleasure!

The delivery specialist is knowledgable and friendly.

Maybe a little bit better under the Pfaff banner i...

Maybe a little bit better under the Pfaff banner in terms business practice. Dealings with the sales and business people has been very professional and no gimmicks.

However, I must say that the paint quality of a $80k is very poor. There were obvious paint defects all over the vehicle which they planned to deliver. There were swell marks probably from the machine car wash. There is not a hint of wax or polish being done. Good thing we did a pre delivery inspection to call out the issue. They are trying to locate a similar vehicle for delivery.

While the paint defects were probably a factory quality control issue, I expect the dealership would do their due diligence for a proper inspection since they charge quite a bit for delivery and admin fees. Plus, if I was on the selling side, I would ensure a top notch product, nicely detailed (or at least a coat of cheap wax or glaze) vehicle to delight the customers. Maybe that is a lost art in vehicle salesmanship.

last month I went in for repairs for damage from a car crash. The cost was more Then $5000 for the service. We did not have a good experience with the service provided and very unsatisfied. example one: i was told the car was being washed and waited an hour and half but recieved the car unwashed and very dirty. example 2: I was charged a %10 markup in price for two tires which i have checked other bmw locations. example 3: I have already had a bad situation with one of the managers who had not handled scenario with respect as a customer.

We went to the dealership for a pre-owned 328 GT first. The sales guy Kevin is very nice and very patient. When we expressed our idea to look into a new car, Kevin referred us to Michael Ye of the new car dept.

Michael is very nice too, and he s really good at selling cars. He helped us get a really good deal of a 2015 X5 35i M Sport. Surprise! My wife is so exciting and loves the X5 so much that she takes the wheel every day. LOL.

On the day picking up our X5, the Product Genius Jenmy Kwan offered us a decent level of customer service. She knows everything about the car. She answered all our questions clearly and demonstrated us the way to use the functions. A few days later, when I emailed her another question about the exterior mirrors, she responded very quick.

We bought the Tire & Wheel Insurance when we made our order. But after few days, I decided to cancel it as I want to change the OEM tires to a new set of performance tires which will not be covered by the insurance (it requires the exact same tires as the OEM). I contacted Michael, who introduced the Business Manager Shelly Clarke to us. Shelly help us fill out the cancellation form and processed it. What I do is only sign the form

So far, all our experience with T&C BMW is so good. I highly recommend this BMW dealership.

We re going to visit the dealership tomorrow to claim a warranty (I found a crack on the Fineline Pure Wood trim). Hope their after-sales / service department could offer the same great experience to us. I ll update you guys.

Michael called me to inform that they'll replace the cracked wood trim anytime I want. I'll do it when I have the first service (maybe in this Fall).

Meanwhile, Jenmy answered me several questions about the car. She always responds promptly and clearly.

I sincerely apologize to Michael for a misunderstanding caused by the BMW customer survey.

I selected "not test drive" because my wife and I did the test drive at another dealership and we don't need another one at Town & Country. It's our choice, not Michael's fault. But Michael got accused of it.

BMW, you should re-design the survey questions. Not all the "no"s are bad things!

I bought a 2019 BMW X5 M Sport from this dealership. My salesman Nasir Ahmadi was outstanding. When I called him and asked him to look around for a vehicle for me, he chose a beautiful blue colour with all the extras that one could need. This is my 5 th BMW that I bought from Nasir, including a BMW M6. On each and every occasion there was no need for me to test drive the vehicle. Everything that Nasir had promised was delivered. He is such a patient salesman and nothing is too much trouble for him. He is very knowledgeable about the vehicles that he sells. He is does not force you to make a deal. Nasir always kept up to all appointments and it was a pleasure dealing with him. I would recommend him strongly to anybody looking to purchase either a new or used BMW. Town and Country overall has been an exceptional dealership. They have been around for many years. Although I live in Brampton it was worth the while driving to Markham to purchase my Bmw s

Purchasing experience was great as other purchasers. But the experience in the service department was not so impressive. Actually I should say horrible. If there's a negative scale, I would put below zero, just like the weather, minus 15. Asked them to check my windshield washer fluid leak. Charged me $300 for diagnostic and told me what the replacement was without even doing anything. Said he left the car in parking lot and saw a puddle under the headlight washer so that must be the problem. False and misdiagnosed. Ive been driving the car for a year with the issue and the leak is under the right fender where the washer tank is housed.

Had one of the best experiences ever at a car dealership with Alex Ceolin. I was initially trying to get an Infiniti but they told me lease transfer would take between 10 and 15 business days while I needed a car quickly so I tried to explore other options. I found a reasonable deal for a BMW 650i and was assigned to Alex to get the lease transfer completed. We signed the credit check application, it came back approved next day. Then we signed some other paperwork, for the insurance documents and within 3 business days everything was completed. When another luxury car company blames COVID for delays in paperwork, it s nice to know that legitimate luxury car companies know how to take care of their customers. So BMW got my business and Alex has gotten a loyal future customer as well. Thanks again for all your hard work!

Degrading service.

after return my 2nd lease from this dealership, we did not get all the paper work in time. At least not at this time of my review which is over a month from the date of my return. No clear instruction on what so ever to expect and process. I know you will put all the blame to COVID. But simple things like the car ownership allow us to refund the license plate did not send back to us which cost us extra money to replace the ownership first. We are glad that we did not lease any more from this dealership. The first time is with Town & Country but since PFFAF took over, service level goes down hill.

Alex was incredible. When we initially came into the dealership, we were browsing, and he asked if we needed any help, to which we replied we were just browsing. While we were, he made sure to keep an eye on us and pay attention to the types of models we were looking at. Once we were ready to speak, he already had an idea of what we seemed interested in. He took us through the models but didn't try and sell us something we didn't need or want. We were looking for an upgrade from our car, to an SUV that would fit hockey equipment and all our gear for our little one on the way. Alex got us into the SUV we've always wanted. My husband still gets the biggest smile on his face every time he drives it. This SUV was the perfect fit for us, and Alex did the most amazing job at getting us into it. He's so personable and friendly and the dealership is lucky to have him. He even gifted us with a teddy bear upon pick-up for our little one. Thank-you Alex!! My Alex is loving the ride, and so am I! Thanks for making this process so easy for us, we will be recommending Alex to our friends and family in the future!

Such a horrible dealership, VERY poor customer ser...

Such a horrible dealership, VERY poor customer service and WIERD employees. I am thinking of buying a vehicle, so I booked a test-drive, unfortunately I picked this dealership. I am not a fan of BMW but I thought oh maybe I just try and will like it...but after I saw the people working for BMW and their attitudes toward customers it is a big NO to buy BMW.

I came to this dealership and tried to find someone to follow up with my appointment. After about 20mins Greeter finally came, I am not a judgmental person...but this girl...omg she was almost collapsing; I dont know...she was EXTREMELY annoying, maybe she was on drugs or something. She could not understanding a word I was saying, looked very stupid with no clue of what is going on around her.

Finally, my ordeal with her was over and some strange guy came saying "Thank you for coming" about 100000 times for all the 10mins he was walking with me. Then he tried to introduce me to the sales manager (no idea why?), when we came to the manager's table he was too busy even to look at us and say a word....so we were standing and waiting when he will be done with his stuff...what a wonderful attitude toward a potential buyer.

Next, when i asked for the car I was PLANNING to drive it was not there; and they asked me to come some other day. I was so pissed and angry; I had my appointment, I asked specifically for this car and they did not care enough to have it ready??? what kind of service is it??

I would never come back there, NEVER. Waste of time. I would understand if they were selling like $2000 cars then such service would be somewhat acceptable. But when I walk in and planning on buying $40,000 car I am expecting to enjoy my experience and be happy with the service.

DO NOT GO TO THAT DEALERSHIP!! my advice.

Miss Rachel also made sure our delivery is smooth and gave us thorough explanation on the new car s functions that is very helpful. They made our pick up a joy. John Chen is a terrible sales. Totally different attitude before and after the sale. He promised to order the customized plate for me. In following 3 months he seldom replied my message and when I went to BMW in person he kept telling me the plate is on the way. I lost my patience and went to Service Ontario, found out that the plate was never ordered. The sales manager told me they never helped customers order customized plate. He didn t understand why John Chen lied. John Chen just gave me a sorry. Oh he promised he would pay $200 for compensation but I never got it.

Most horrific experience I've ever had to deal with in my entire life. Managers are idiots, obviously placed into those positions at a whim and with no after thought. I've lived in 3 continents, drove several BMW's and know my vehicles intricately. Yet these individuals that represent BMW are obviously High School drop outs with no class or ethics. Not going to get into the details of my issues, but let us just say I am a very tolerable individual and I do realize that the world is not perfect. But to go out of your way and make life miserable for another individual is borderline sociopathic. It's not BMW's fault, however there is blame on their part for allowing such a defamation of their product to continue in such a manner. BMW please go in and see what I am talking about. Thank you.

I was here about twenty minutes early for my 2 pm appointment for a test drive. Unfortunately after waiting the amount of time nobody was here to help. I give it two stars because the front desk lady was kind to check up on Vivian who was going to help me. Vivian did message me after to apologize which was better then nothing, but overall even walking around no one came up to help me. I expected greater customer service and even being able to walk in for a test drive instead of needing an appointment. Audi and Mercedes Benz both had walk ins and treated me extremely well even when they're hands were full, which is probably where i'll be purchasing a car from.

I didn't understand the work efficiency of the maintenance department. I made an appointment to check the air conditioning system on Tuesday morning, but the checking part was finished at 10 a.m. on Thursday. They told me that I needed to change some things, and I didn't quite understand the price, so I decided to change to another body shop. By the car I still couldn't get the car after 1 p.m. on Thursday, the only reason was that they were too busy. Great.

We recently bought an X3 from BMW Markham. The sales process was smooth and straight forward. Nasir Ahmadi did a good job throughout the journey, and was very responsive.

An unforeseen mechanical issue arose, and BMW Markham was quick to resolve it and cover it under warranty. I will be returning to BMW Markham, and would recommend the team.

Leased a 328i company demo. The sales person said no need to buy excess protection as the car has already 14k on it. When returning car at the end of lease, dealership forced me to change tires at the very last day. Management is nice when you are buying from them but you see true faces at the end.

I have purchased vehicles at many dealerships however this has certainly been the best experience. I dealt with Alex C as my salesperson and he really went about and beyond to ensure that i was completely satisfied and my requests were met. I also had the pleasure of learning about my vehicle with Alvin W. who knew all the new features of my vehicle. Great detailed explanation and truly helpful. Great service overall and highly recommend both of these fine guys to help!

I agree with all the negative reviews posted out t...

I agree with all the negative reviews posted out there about BMW Markham. This was the worst experience I had in the last 10 years of leasing BMWs. Seemed like the right hand did not know what the left hand is up to.
Just a few things to mention here
- The individual interior that was ordered never happened and the dealership sales manager compensated by offering 150 $ of free goods- FREE so you can live with the interior for next 4 years. Works out to 37.50 a year . Isn t that exceptional for a screw up at the dealerships end.
- Ordered the remote display package worth $1500 but you cannot charge it. This piece of equipment is useless unless you go and buy a charger as per the specs . Good luck with that. Not to mention the extra remote parking package I paid for won t work without a charged remote.
In my opinion try another dealer before stepping into Pfaff.

Salman and John went above and beyond to make sure I purchased the X series I was most comfortable with. They took the time to give me all of my options. I ended up getting a new car that I LOVE.

Tonley took the time to make sure I knew how everything worked and was set up properly as far as contract and paper works. Vannessa helped me connecting the blue tooth with my phone, etc.

I highly recommend BMW Markham. The only thing you might need to pay attention about BMW connectivity software would be Android Apps connection which is still yet to be developed by BMW in Canada. I was happy to choose this branch as they did their best to satisfy my purchase.

I wish I can give 0 star if I could. I went in the dealer and waited for about 30 minutes for a salesperson to come, which was OK to me since I didn't make any appointment. However, I was really pissed off by the attitude of the Chinese sales guy, I didn't remember his name through, a mid-age man with glasses who speaks mandarin. Arrogant, rude, talking with you like you were wasting his time. I think the economy is so good that people have to beg some dealer for selling them a BMW. Therefore I left this noble dealer and looking for other civilian dealers to accept my humble money.

The service advisors there never try to up sell you when you go in for little things such as oil changes. You get what only needs to be service and wallet still feels great on your way out!

Can't come up with anything to complain about regarding this establishment. The staff were courteous and professional. My purchasing deal was quick and without hassle, and the one time I needed to bring the vehicle back due to a small defect, they made the arrangements and did the work in a manner that should be reference material for others to follow. Would gladly go back for a future purchase.
