Worst dealership in Toronto. Where to start. Went to service with an issue with my two front tires (bubbles forming), told me to go to Goodyear.... Wanted to get a ride from service back to my place which is one major intersection south of the max distance they would go, so that wasn't possible, suggested I take a bus. Set up a test drive for a second car I was buying, when I got there, they weren't ready, and they didn't even have the right car. Just a poorly run place, stick to another BMW dealership if you can.

Stay Away - Brought in my wife's X5 for service because the engine was hesitating when applying acceleration power. We've had several BMWs over the years so I've dealt with Markham, Downtown, Woodbridge and Parkview - which I remember off the top of my head. To be honest, it's been a full range of experiences from Great to Very Poor over the years. However, this visit takes the cake! They attempted to defraud me by charging $180 for diagnosing the repair in spite of the fact I proceeded with the recommended repair when called. As some of you may know, this is an illegal practice in Ontario but I got a distinct impression this fraught was institutionalized at BMW Markham because of the reaction I received when I caught it after I paid my bill. The adviser simply said - "You're right - we owe you $180 refund." No challenge, no justification, no attempt to defend the wrong, no emotional engagement. If any of you lawyers are reading the review and want to organize an action - get in touch.

The service department of this BMW is being managed very poorly. It is ruining my experience of owning a BMW. One of the tires replaced by BMW had a nail in it. It was replaced and a claim was put through to Pirelli. Pirelli issued the credit within two weeks, and covered the tire 100%. But BMW still has not issued me the credit yet. I have contacted services numerous times and their final excuse was that they were waiting for credit from BMW Canada. I called BMW Canada and they clearly stated that they had nothing to do with these types of credit. So, lots of runaround when the money had already been issued by Pirelli.

I previously owned Lexus. Their service was excellent.

My husband and I had been searching for a car for about 2 weeks until we met Michelle Fung. She was amazing, to say the least. It was a quick and easy process and we were able to get the perfect car. Thanks Michelle!

Went to buy a BMW, were not even offered water. The sales person seemed to be in a hurry, probably we didn't look like customers to him. We were neither offered a good deal nor received any follow-up call from the sales person; ended up ordering the car from Park View BMW.
Now 2-3 weeks wait for the car to arrive. :)

Thank you to John Cheung who assisted us with the purchase of our vehicle! He provided us with very good service, answered all our questions and made the process as smooth as possible. He was very accommodating and we purchased the car within the hour of meeting him.

As well as a thank you to Paul, as we likely would have left for Audi or Mercedes if it weren t for him making sure we were looked after. Very glad we made the trip to Town + Country BMW even though we are closer to Endras

Great service at BMW Town & Country! Pirout Mohammadi who was our sales representative went above and beyond to get us the car that we wanted! He provided exceptional service and provided us with the best deal in the city! The vehicle orientation by Leila Wang was informative and thorough, and provided us with an opportunity to learn about all the features of the vehicle and to make the most out of our new car! I highly recommend BMW Town & Country and we will certainly be going back for our next car!

The service at this place is TERRIBLE. If I can give 0 stars, I would. They don't give a crap about their customers at the service dept. If you ask them to look at something wrong, they either won't do it or say it'll cost extra. They force you to leave your car overnight. It's obvious they do this so they have work to do in the mornings. Very bad system. And trying to pick up your car afterwards apparently takes an hour. What's so hard about picking up a car and giving the keys?? Don't buy from this place, you'll regret it.

Mr Taha from used vehicle department truly presented and offered very smooth and professional service throughout my decision making process. He went extra miles to come my home and get paperwork sorted out, so I don t need to bring the little one to the store during this sensitive period. Great service and appreciated!

Very very very disappointed.

Very very very disappointed.

As soon as we walked in, the greeter was busy on his phone, keep in mind this was a really busy time (~5:20pm on Fri). We walked around the showroom to search which vehicle we wanted to purchase, but we were never approached... at all!

Now, I know for a fact that there were many reps and sales consultants that were sitting on their tables and in their offices, not tending to the floor clients.

Now it may just be me, but I noticed everyone who seemed to be wearing expensive clothing were tended to. I (along with many) were wearing casual clothing (and my friend wearing a suit) were never paid attention to. At all. There were two sales consultants that looked at us for a few seconds then turned their attention away.

Very unprofessional! You guys can learn a thing or two from the Mini employees. They were awesome!

The only reason it s a 2 star is the facility itself. It looks great.

If I could give them no stars I would. I dropped off my car today at the appointed time and had to wait 40 mins before the service consultant called me to fill in the work order. Yes! 40 mins to simply check in my car for service! That's not to have a mechanic look at my car and diagnosis the problem - but simply to check my car in. When I asked him why it took him so long to call me? He told me that there were other customers before me and likened it to going to the doctor...."You don't expect to be seen right away". Well I have news for you....if my doctor made me wait 45 mins I would find another doctor. Time is money and I don't expect to be kept waiting. Obviously you think nothing of your customers.

Horrible treatment of customers when you aren't paying. There is a recall for the passenger's airbag of my E46 and I got two notices in the mail from BMW Canada telling me to bring my car in to my local dealership immediately. BMW Markham is the closest to my house, thus it was convenient to bring my car there.

1. I set up an appointment online and was never contacted up to 2 days prior. I called to follow up to ensure everything was good to go, and they said there were no airbags in stock. Well then, why did you not cancel the appointment? Had I not followed up, I would've wasted my time going to the dealer to get parts installed that aren't in stock.

2. I called the parts department, they said there were no airbags in stock at all, and that I would have to contact the service department to be put on a waitlist, which is fine.

3. Over the course of a few days, I called the service department, and my calls were never picked up during business hours.

4. I then used the online chat, the rep said they would follow up with the service department to get my name on a waiting list. It has now been 1 week and not a single peep from them

Meanwhile, I emailed Budd's to check on this recall, and within 15 minutes of me emailing, I got a call from them saying airbags were in stock, and that I could set up an appointment to bring my car in. All in all, I had my appointment booked within 30 minutes of my inquiry.

I suppose this "dealership" (stealership) is all about making money, and not doing what's right - airbags are a safety issue and thus should be dealt with accordingly.

Waited 50 minutes for someone to find our keys after our x5 was serviced. That was with us waiting at the desk.. They told us they would pager us but after 35 minutes we refused to go wait away from the desk and pestered them to hurry, so it would have taken god knows how else longer. When we finally got in the car the interior door, handles and steering wheel were covered in mud. I took photos of the mess. Will drive to Barrie bmw next time as we live in Peterborough. Never going back to this place. Customer service is just not there. The dealer is too big which makes the customer feel like a worthless sausage in a factory line. Avoid if you can.

Please stay away from this dealership and service dept as their principle and ethics are built on lies. Papershowed my service was done but my car notification still showed car needed services. Notification popped up when leaving the dealer so quickly went back and showed them and they reset it. Driving back all my notifications came up saying service was not done. At the same KM it initially showed (1500 km). When calling about this they said come back in a 1 week. They just did some reset and their advisor doesn't know what she is talking about she needs training. My advice to anyone please stay away

DO NOT GO HERE! LITERALLY YOUR WORST NIGHTMARE I went in to fix the air pressure in my tires as the light was on and I was in the area. We went in at 10 AM. We waited for 40 MINUTES before a mechanic could look at the tires. We were told by the service rep Ryan that we need to order a tire and it will be ready at around 2-3 PM. He specifically said that THERE IS NO STOCK ANYWHERE at other dealers and if there was it would be shipped there. I returned at 3PM only to wait until 5PM to be told the tire will not be here until tomorrow. Great way to waste a day. Just because I did not buy my BMW at your dealership DOES NOT MEAN I DESERVE WORST SERVICE THAN ANYONE ELSE.

This morning, I went into BMW Toronto. Our problem was addressed right away. We went in at 11AM and our problem was solved by 1PM. We had a shuttle service that let us get on with our day which your dealership DID NOT OFFER. Also, this SPECIFIC TIRE was IN STOCK. They had 3. SO WHY WAS I LIED TO MY FACE about not being able to fix my car. I really DO NOT UNDERSTAND.

My husband also accidentally called Ryan about a mischarge on the payment. He looked up his file and said you were not serviced here and I don't give a sh___. WOW. REALLY?! You should fire him today. I am also calling Corporate BMW to voice my concerns. Thank you very much and I will NEVER return to your dealership. PERIOD. You do not deserve my business if you have staff like this and EVERYONE should know that.

Absolutely terrible service department. First time at BMW Markham location. Service advisor named Andrew Mak tells me I hate when people jump around dealerships. Why didn t you just go to BMW Autohaus? It s closer to your house anyways." Is he for real?? Brought in my car on a Tuesday morning and it takes them 4 days before the car even went into the shop to be looked at. In the meantime, my service advisor is suddenly off on vacation without notice, no-one calls to provide any updates and, when you call them, staff tell you they don't know and that someone will call you back. When I finally went to pick up my car, they gave me someone else's keys. I told them that it's not mine and they brought me another key. Nope, still not mine. They tell me to sit down and 10 minutes later, they finally bring my actual car. I guess third time's the charm. BMW Markham service department seriously needs to figure things out. Will never return to this dealership.

I had an unfortunate experience with a tire that burst on the 407ETR last week. Markham was the nearest location for me to have my car taken serviced. In the midst of my morning I completely forgot that I had purchased tire and rim warranty with BMW. Well throughout the entire process no one bothered to check in to this for me but they did manage to sell me two rear tires. Interestingly enough I had a bubbled front tire and even that did not trigger the advisor Bobby to look in to warranty. Nonetheless I paid for two rear tires as the clerk advised me that they could not look in to warranty or release the car to me unless it was paid in full at time of pick up. The following day Bobby rudely and abruptly fluffed me off and changed the story dramatically from the initial report of the tire popping due to a nail. I had apparently been driving with bald tires. False. I routinely and regularly service my vehicle as I have with my last 7 BMW cars. I escalated this conversation to Keith who did nothing for me but apologized for the service I received and admitted that the advisor should have looked in the tire warranty for me. So I asked to be escalated to the Manager. This is when I had the most humiliating experience with Rohan. Rohan lives up to his reputation and I say this because I went to another dealership on Saturday to have my front tires dealt with under warranty and wouldn't you know that a group of customers shared horror stories regarding purchasing and service issues particularly at the Markham location. In fact, many have had similar experiences on the service side with Rohan. Rohan had offered to pay for one of the two rear tires in one of my initial conversations and when he asked me if I was happy with his offer and I responded no... he retracted the offer and told me he would never offer it again. I was utterly shocked.
It would be worth while to pull this recorded call because I was totally respectful the entire conversation but Rohan is very demoralizing with a power complex. He had no shame to speak to me in the most disrespectful manner. The GM for another dealership had a conversation with Rohan and communicated back to me that Rohan would honor his original offer. I called Rohan as advised and Rohan asked me why I was calling him and that under no circumstances would he move forward with his original offer or any offer to satisfy me. Needless to say I left a message with the Markham GM on Tuesday and he has not called me back. Markham BMW does not value their customers, there is obvious pre-judgement and this widespread issue is well known among BMW customers. I will avoid this dealership at all costs and continue to share my experience. Take your money elsewhere.

My cousins car was shaking on idle and the engine light came on so I called Town+Country BMW service to see if I could come in for someone to look at the store code. Lady on the phone said to come in before 530 and someone will have a look. I go in at 455pm and right away no one could help! Everyone was rude and didn't want to help. We just wanted to make sure the car was safe to drive but no one cared when I said that. I wish I had the girls name that I talked to but when I got there the service was terrible. I'm from Vancouver and I used to work in the industry. Only takes a few minutes to quickly check the code and make sure the car is safe to drive.

The worst service. Do not get your car service here. I bought a summer package tires and rims with installation and balance at this store. They installed the tire but for some reason they could not balance the tires, according to them. So I took brought it back to them and told them that my car is still shaking and told them to check the tire balance. So I waited about 6 hours in the waiting room and got my car back. Imagine I waited that long. So when I was driving home I noticed the car is still shaking. I was so mad I emailed the all the managers of the store and told them the story. So I brought back my car for the third time hoping the problem will be solve, but I was wrong. The vibration is still there. By the way they kept my car for two days. So they phoned me on the 3rd day to pick my car. But the vibration is still there. This time I had enough.i told my self that I'm not coming back to that store. So I took my car to CEO Tires and told the guy to balance my tires. So he had the tires rebalance and everything worked perfectly. Which BMW couldn't do. I wasted 5 days dealing with Town. And Country BMW. Plus today I got a bill from 407for $14 which road I never use. And I looked at the date and realized that that day my car is being service at BMW town and country. I'm really upset that's why I'm writing this review. Do not go to this store.

Staff is helpful, and more than willing to help. But I'm very disappointed I could not get an approval here and wasted 3 weeks to find that out. Went to Lexus, got approved for a vehicle way higher and got that all done in 3 days. They're supportive and helpful but a waste of my time at the end of it all.

I purchased my car there one week ago after a friend had recommended. Worked with Nasir and he was amazing!! Being very close to the point they had reopened the dealership, he was ready for our appointment, was very professional and went the extra mile to make sure the car was delivered at the right time, always making sure any issues were taken care of. Definitely recommend this dealership and especially Nasir.

Most people say that bmw dealerships are pretentious and rude. At Town & Country, this is NOT the case. Their entire staff were super friendly, and informative. I had some really great conversations with their technicians about my 335i, its proper maintenance and some other general questions about bmws. I took my car there to have my oil changed and an inspection done on my headlight. We had a minor disagreement about a minor issue which was immediately rectified by the Service Manager Rohan. My service advisor Yong, technician Richard, and the manager Rohan were all great! Overall great experience, and I will be visiting them again. You should too!

The sun visor hinge on my 2014 328 broke as I was in your area I took my car to your dealership to fix it. At the service department the service staff was unhelpful saying they were unable to fix it under warranty as it was damaged and not a part defect. Well if the part can break so easily under normal use then either the part or the design is defective. Its not the first time my wife has used a sun visor and we never had this problem in any other cars. They were unwilling to even TRY to see if BMW Canada will accept this as a warranty claim since my car was purchased at BMW Autohaus and not at Town+Country. I was upset and appalled at the service and attitude I encountered. Basically what you are saying is if my car was not purchased at your dealership you really will not do anything to help me.

I promptly took my car to BMW Autohaus where Paul Sidhu and Rad Zonta was able to rectify this problem along with the type of service and attitude that should be expected from anyone in the service industry, let alone a brand representing "premium" product and service.

In closing I will never do business with Town + Country ever again and you have lost a prospective customer forever.

I'd like to share my recent unpleasant sales experience with Town+Country BMW.

Back in February 2017, it's about time to upgrade/replace my previous bmw vehicle. Given that my last one was purchased from the same dealership, I decided to give Town+Country BMW a try again.

I reached out to my "seasoned" sales representative to seek for assistance. In specific, I asked for the availability of incentives from BMW Canada, including the Toronto International Auto Show cash rebate promotion, and how that can be put to use upon my new vehicle purchase.

I was shocked to receive the following responses from my "seasoned" sales representative.

Initially, I was informed that I'll not be eligible for the Toronto International Auto Show cash rebate promotion, simply because I'm an "existing" customer in the system, and that promotion is only for "newcomers" only.

I'm not convinced by the explanation above, and I asked for clarification on how "existing customer"/"newcomers" are defined

My seasoned sales representative insisted that it is BMW Canada who defines the rules, and Town&Country BMW cannot honour the promotion due to the above.

Good that I made a trip to the Autoshow myself. I'd the chance to talk to representative from different GTA BMW dealerships and learned about all the "truth" on the cash rebate promotion first hand. It turns out that all one has to do is to register with BMW Canada at the booth. The promotion coupon will be available by email, and the coupon can then be presented when ready for the vehicle purchase.

The "discrepancy" aforementioned certainly leaves myself totally puzzled/confused, and the ambiguity arises essentially put the credibility of Town&Country BMW on the line and the reputation of the BMW brand in jeopardy.

I sincerely wish that the management team of Town&Country BMW can review this incident, as integrity and respect are vital to maintain brand loyalty and keep customers returning in the long run.

I have just purchased my seventh BMW from Town & Country and the experience keeps getting better. Albert Holtzman, who handled the past four of my purchases, is an "old pro" who always goes the extra mile to accommodate his customers and who really understands the meaning of the term "customer service". And speaking of service, Rohan Beersa, Andy Grillo and the rest of their team run the best Service Department I have ever encountered. My first purchase was in 1993 and my next one, probably in 2018 will be from T&C. In the meantime I will enjoy driving my 2015 435ix.

Over the past few months, I've been to a number of BMW dealerships looking for a specific model. Harsh was able to find exactly what I was looking for, and made the entire experience great. He followed up with me to give me updates during the entire process, and delivered on all his promises. Exceeded all my expectations by going above and beyond and making me feel like less like a customer, and more like friends and family!

Service manager has rude smug attitude. Tried reasoning with him, but he started speaking to me as if i was a child.

Please do yourself a favour and realize you are not the only person who knows about cars, so when you get a customer on the phone dont try to give them the run around or B.S them, not all of us are idiots.

Sales staff was decent too bad i will not be buying another vehicle due to horrible attitude from service.

My husband visited this location as there was a recall, called the dealership because he remembered he had money in the car. He spoke with Andrew Mak and I informed him where the money was. He assured me that there would be no reason for anyone to access the area that the money was in. When I went to pick up my vehicle and I checked for the money it was missing. The manager says he will speak with the staff and that was over 2 weeks ago. I have not heard from any one or Andrew did not follow up with my husband. This is horrible customer service, what s wrong with following up? You made a promise but no follow through. How am I supposed to trust that when I bring my vehicle in for service this will not happen again. Since no one has made an attempt to rectify this I have chosen this format to make others aware.

My recent experience with Town + Country BMW was a...

My recent experience with Town + Country BMW was a complete disaster, especially since this is my first ever BMW.

Initially, the car (2018 X1) was supposed to be ready 1 month after I signed the lease agreement. A few days before the original pickup date I came to drop my new licence plate and learned that the delivery had been delayed. Instead of being notified in advance, I had to find out by asking the sales person (Eddie) myself. Eddie then assigned me to another car with an earlier ETA and promised to keep me posted. Unfortunately, I had to call him myself and was told to wait for an update by end of day, even if the car had not arrived. Guess what? he broke his promise AGAIN and left me hanging for 3 days. At this point, I was DONE and decided to meet with the sales manager to withdraw my deposit. My request was met with much resistance and I was asked to give the dealership another chance to "make it right" and deliver the car within the next week.

While this did happen, the actual pickup was very underwhelming. No congratulations, no hand shakes, no bonus accessories and not even a proper goodbye was said. In fact, it felt rushed as the sales person even forgot to take my void cheque. The only pleasant person was Gina, the car specialist, who was genuinely attentive and delivered a thorough orientation.

I still don't see what was done to "make it right" aside from their team constantly failing to manage my expectations. At the end of the day, the car was still delivered late and caused me a lot of stress. Mind you, prior to me, my cousin who got a Mini Cooper at the same time also had a bad experience...yet they STILL messed up.

Be aware of this dealership if you're in the market for a new car. Shop around - there's plenty of options and you should only give business to one that cares to make a lasting impression.

I spoke to Jan 10 days ago, he was very pleasant, took my name and said don'y worry I will find you a car. He even called me to tell me that there is a special coming. Few days later I called him and left a message informing him that I wanted to ask him a question. left my name and phone number. I never heard from him again. This the second time I have had a bad experience with this dealership. They seemed to pre-judge customers based on a criteria that they have. Due to the first experience I ended up buying from Endras BMW which gave me and amazing service. I guess this dealership is just not for me.

I called Justin. left a message on his answering machine with my name and phone number and never heard from him. He just proved my point about this dealership. It has been two weeks and still no call.

First of all, review about Sales Person. I've boug...

First of all, review about Sales Person. I've bought my Mini (first car) at this dealership almost 4 years ago. When I purchased it, I was told that my warranty is 4 years however 3 years down the road, they told me that my maintenance warranty is up. This is when I learned that there's a difference between car warranty vs maintenance warranty, which was never explained to me at first place.

Second, review about Service Department. I don't drive that much, so luckily I've only had minor issues with my car. But within the last almost 4 years, there's never a time that I can get the issue fixed with 1-2 visits to the dealership. Put aside taking time off work to make it in and inconvenience of not having a car to drive for a few days, the number of times I had to go in was far more than needed. I will provide a couple of the many incidents I've had with them below. Otherwise it would be too long to read.

Not sure if it's because their mechanics are inexperienced or the service reps were trained to push customers away. But when my nozzle for the windshield wiper fluid was leaking, it's a simple replacement, I had to pay 2 visits (including drop my car off, picking it up, drop it off again, pick it up again, so actually I had to travel there 4 times in total) to just have it replaced, because they say what they always say that, "it is normal" or "nothing is wrong".

Right now I'm dealing with an issue with interior light and I've already went twice, and about to go in for the 3rd time because even though I showed them a video of what is wrong, they tell me everything is normal and told me that it's due to user error.

Going back in time, after my first complaint to them, they had someone call me in the next couple of days to talk about it. So I explained my story again (at that point, I was already tired to keep repeating myself to different people). Then the person on the phone, all he did was to say sorry and nothing they can do and hung up. So what was the point of calling me?

Because of their recent changes, I no longer rent their cars due to new rental fee (used to be free), however every time when I get a ride from them (the ride is nice and drivers are very nice guys), when I arrive I always have to wait 15-20 mins for my car to be washed. I wonder why don't they call the customer and have the customer picked up after they've done everything. Why can't it be ready before we get there? And I have to mention that this happens every time, so it's probably how their system is. But just a feedback on this to the dealership, it would be nice to get there and pick up the car without always have to wait.

Other things like attitude and all, it's minimal concern, but just be aware the front desk lady at their Service Front Desk (she's Asian, wears glasses, long hair, and slim) always has very bad attitude.

I'm sure not everyone experience what I've experienced with them, but as far as I know, I know a few other people who are also getting the same experience. Really hope that they make it better for their customers.

Lastly, because of my poor experience with them, when my family needed a new car, and don't get me wrong, we still like BMWs, we just went to another BMW dealership and bought a car from them instead, because this was such a nightmare and I would not let my family and friends having to go through that.

Recently purchased a pre-owned 328i from Taha. Taha made this out-of-town deal extremely effortless and I was very impressed by his level of client service excellence. Within six hours of finding the car on AutoTrader, I was able to make a deposit on the vehicle and have it set aside for me. From there, Taha provided me with very clear instructions and was able to reply to my messages in a timely manner. The car was in amazing condition when I acquired it and has been a blast to drive since. Taha made the trip from Ottawa to Markham well worth it and I will definitely recommend his service to anyone in my network looking for a new vehicle. Thanks Taha!

if you're are an Asian and wants to buy a BMW from them you better dress up like you have some money otherwise you don't even wants to
approach or greet ya. they so transparent in the term of LOOK DOWN ON PPL cuz they have way too much client from mainland china (rich ppls)
buy from them. All the friend and family who owned a BMW go there and
buy someway else because sales ppl there mostly have Negative attitude.

I was browsing around and no one took notice of me. Maybe because I was in a plain T-shirt, shorts and flip flops. Next time, I'll borrow a Hugo Boss suit, an Omega watch, Cole Haan dress shoes.

I drop off my car on Oct24, 2018 to get estimates from bodyshop. Someone drove my car without my permission to another bodyshop through hwy407. Hwy 407 sent me bill showing amount that was on Oct 24. Who should be responsible for this?
