If I could give this place no stars I would! The Service center manager and Belle Marsh are very dishonest. We took our vehicle there for a recall and Belle calls us and tells us all of these things that are wrong with our vehicle. We never got a printout, we only received verbal communication from them. They kept the vehicle for almost a week. We get it back and it breaks down, they tell us it s our radiator. We never had any issues with the radiator prior to taking the vehicle to them. They keep it for another 3 days, we get it back for another day and it breaks down again. My husband has a back injury and every time it broke down he had to push the vehicle out of the street. We had our vehicle towed there 4 times. The Service Manager then tells my husband that we would have to pay an additional $400 for the same repairs. My husband goes there to pick up his car for the 3rd time to pay the $400 and the Service manager Dominique says he has never spoken to my husband which is not true, because he spoke to him on 10/05 about the unprofessionalism of Belle and prior to this date, he spoke with him on 10/1 because the service manager arranged for them to have our vehicle towed there again. So how do you not REMEMBER speaking with someone?

The service manager was prompt and efficient during the check in process and set the right expectations on the nature of the problem. Although I did not have an appointment was in and out in less than an hour. Completely satisfied with the car service!

We purchased a 2015 Nissan from Town Center Nissan. We got a great deal and the staff was very professional. Our salesman was Clifford and he was very helpful and very professional. After dealing with several other dealerships I have to say Town Center Nissan was the most profession dealership of all of them. We would definitely refer them to anyone we know, as well as do business with them in the future.

Car buying with absolutely zero stress. Our salesman, Charles exceeded our expectations as to what a sales person should do for a customer. He never once said he couldn't do something, even if it involved talking to the managers several times. I could have paid less for another car I was looking at, but our salesman attitude kept us there. We highly recommend this salesman and dealership.

I purchased a car on January 21, 2013 from a contracted salesman brought in by this dealership to sell on a busy holiday weekend. The salesman told me he worked for the bank--lie. It is now 2/19/2013-- my temporary tag expires tomorrow and I have yet to receive my paperwork for my tags. I called last week and the girl told me that my paperwork was still sitting on someone's desk. I called again yesterday and was told that it was on file, but they were still waiting on some paperwork to arrive. They informed me to visit my local tag office and get an extension on my temporary tag since they waited 3 weeks before submitting my paperwork. I've emailed the sales manager-- no response. The first girl told me she would call me back--she did not.
Take my advice and buy elsewhere, they are only interested in making the sale-- then you are dropped like a hot potato.
Purchased a car and they put bald tires on it, while they were "cleaning" it. Then they refused to give me new tires. Had to buy new ones and then after a few weeks the manager finally reimbursed me. Fast forward a year, my car needs a quick maintenance, they let me wait for an hour in the lobby only to tell me no one is these that can look at it. I send an email to complain, it is forwarded to the sales team. I call to complain and the assistant manager says I need to speak to the manager the next morning. These people don't care about the customer. Just your money. Too bad I tend not to spend money when I'm unhappy.
This was the best experience. Sonny was the greatest as well as the Manager. They both went above and beyond to please my wife. We will be coming back when our lease is up and dealing with Sonny as my salesman!

Town Center Nissan sold me a car that seemed in good shape till I got it off the lot. Most cosmetic that I chose not to make an issue. The biggest issue was that the trunk release was broken. They refused to fix it and make it right. Scare of what else I missed. BEWARE!

I have purchased at least 8 or more cars from Town Center Nissan and it is my first choice in Atlanta when I need a new or used vehicle. The staff has always been courteous and so has the Service Department. I have had very few problems with Nissans but when I did have one problem, they went out of their way to fix the problem. I only have good things to say about the entire organization.
One more thing. I do not nor have I ever worked at Town Center Nissan. I saw that someone posted that all of the people that posted positive reviews worked at TCN. I do not work for any dealership; however, I wonder if that person may work for a competitor as negative as he was. As a matter of fact, I am looking to purchase another car very soon and more than likely will from Town Center Nissan again.

This was my first time using the Town Center Nissan service department for the first oil change on my new Maxima. I was a little concerned when I arrived by all of the cars already in the service bays. The Service Assistant, Belle Marsh, took my information and said she would call me when the car was ready in about an hour. Right on schedule, I was notified that my Maxima was ready for pickup on both my home and cell phone. When I arrived, my Maxima was waiting in the exit line. I was pleased with the professional way the entire visit was processed and look forward to having Town Center Nissan handle all my future service needs!
Quoted a price. Agreed to the deal. Looking over the paperwork, the price jumped by the amount of my deposit, so the amount on the bottom line was the amount I was quoted. Almost missed it. When I said no way, you quoted me a price less my deposit? This meant the price was $5,000 more than agreed to. I said no way. Daniel the sales guy goes for the manager. Sales manager acts like I am stupid. Of course we quote it that way. I said thank you, but I am going to leave. I shake his hand and head out. Percy (sales manager) comes behind me says "leave, and don't ever come back". Wow!! Believe me I won't.

Purchased a used vehicle from Town Center Nissan. These guys were very very pushy and were trying to put the cart before the horse - attempting to get us to sign paperwork before we even agreed on terms. We mentioned some concerns about some noises, and they assured us they would check everything out prior to the vehicle leaving with us. THEY DID NOTHING... vehicle noises persisted, and unfortunately since this was a used car - it was sold AS IS. Also unfortunate is that we had to be without our car for over a month, and so far have had to replace the complete transmission and the center front axle. We have also found upon really close inspection that the aluminum alloy rims have cracks and breaks in them (5 spokes on one wheel), forcing us to buy a whole new set of rims. We still have some kind of noise going on, so can't wait to see what we have to replace next on this vehicle. If you are in the market for a new car, this place might be ok - but do not buy a used car from them.
UPDATE: When we took our newly purchased used vehicle to an automotive service shop, the mechanics did not even have to pull anything apart to determine that the vehicle was unsafe to drive (as stated by our mechanics). Obviously, it took very little actual diagnostic work to determine that the vehicle had some serious issues. I can not believe in good faith that Town Center Nissan performed adequate inspections prior to selling us the vehicle, nor have they attempted to follow up with us after the sale to ensure we were satisfied with the purchase. Our only saving grace has been the warranty we purchased, otherwise we would not have had the funds to fix our vehicle. We have still had to endure the inconvenience of not having our vehicle for over a month, and we are still dishing out a lot of money in repairs on a vehicle that had only been off the Nissan lot for less than a month.
Claimed they changed my oil, but didn't...
I normally change my own oil, but I had a coupon for three oil changes, so I let them do it. When I went to do my next oil change, I noticed the same name brand oil filter I always use. They use generic white filters, not Fram Extra Guard. I called the Service Manager, no answer. Left a message, never returned. Just one more dealer that reinforces why I don't trust any of them. Crooked as the day is long.
Went in to get transmission service was as expected 1.5 hours and that was spot on. Great service and a great place.

I live in Washington, DC and flew my daughters to Atlanta to pick up a car from Town Center Nissan. Now I know some would ask why I would go so far to purchase a car? Trust, customer service and that personal touch. I had previously purchased multiple cars from them and knew where I needed to get this one as well. We searched the website, spoke on the phone to their very professional reps and they assisted us in buying the right car. When it's time for another one we'll be back!

Mike was the best car salesman that I ve ever encountered. I wasn t sure that I could afford to get a new car that day but Mike made sure that I received everything I wanted for a price that I could afford. I was a little famished when I arrived and he accommodated all of my needs. He brought me snacks & water on top of making sure that he explained everything about the car that I was purchasing. I wasn t in the best of moods when I arrived but Mike changed all of that. I would recommend Mike to all of my friends and family members. Mike s customer service was so exceptional that I felt like we were long time friends after I left. Thank you so much Town Center Nisan and a special thanks to Mike. He is the best salesman in the business and you all are lucky to have him.
We tried to purchase a vehicle from TCN recently. We bought our pathfinder from them 4 years ago and have used their service department for years (they are great). When we bought our pathfinder I was about ready to get up and leave when they wrote on piece of paper and asked me to sign before they would work on making the deal happen. They wrote that: If we can get this deal done at this price we will have your business today ___________ . We never signed it then and they apologized and blamed on new salesman. So we were about to buy another vehicle and low and behold the salesman wrote on backside of paper doing the same technique. Why should my signature being on some piece of paper encourage you to do your job. They then sent the Finance Manager down to me with no information on our desired deal and asked me to sign before he would make deal happen. But, he wanted to argue with me and be passive aggressive. He said he wanted to know I was committed, if they knew their customers, they would know I bought a previous car and have used their service department for years. In short, potential customers ARE NOT REQUIRED TO SIGN some handwritten guarantee that you will buy if they make the numbers work. Make them do their job or go elsewhere.

We were led to Kennesaw to meet a sales person at one dealership but they could not satisfy our request and as we were leaving out of this dealership we saw Town Center Nissan straight across so we decided to check it out. To our surprise they had only two pre-owned van at that moment but one was already sold. 2012 Nissan Quest was left in the lot. We test drive the car and felt that feeling of "This is it!"
The time we enter the lot we were greeted with such a warmth and helpful people that were not pushy trying to make sales. Jonathan was the first one who greeted us and led us to our most needed new van. Everyone there were genuinely friendly and met our satisfaction with all that are needed to execute our purchase. Price was listed higher then what our bank financed but they worked it out to our budgeted amount. They could have sold the car to someone who can pay them more but they wanted to work with us knowing that we were in a desperate need of a car. I praise God for leading us to Town Center Nissan in Kenessaw(long way from home) to bless us with a much needed vehicle. The other dealership was a decoy God used to bring us to the right place at the right time to receive what God has in store for our family. I pray that God will enlarge the territory and bless Town Center Nissan that they will help many people with their vehicle needs. I can only say that the service and parts department have provided us with great help. I recently replace all the hoses in my two ten+ year old Nissan vehicles. During this work I made a mistake and opened the throttle body and subsequently started getting error codes. Mike in the service department had sent the truck back to the shop to relearn the communication between the TB and the computer. All went well and saved me hundreds of dollars.
The parts department got me several items, that I had overlooked, very quickly and I was able to complete the work in the days I had taken off from work. Thanks so Much!

I was not ready to buy a new car. My sister was in the market for a car and I came with her. We both have Honda and are very satisfied. Joe was able to persuade us to look at high value Nissan. I was pleasantly surprised at the luxury of there sv features. Very impressive! Any way my sister purchased a 2019 with only 5000 miles. Joe said this won t be here long. My sister is an accountant and does not do anything fast. She and I both knew the VALUE of this car. She came back to purchase and I ended up trading my Honda CR-V for a new car the same night. Joe was excellent at the details and knowledge of features that made this car stand out. One of the best after purchase car salesman I have ever known! DECEPTIVE! This dealership recently sent out mailers, indicating customers had won a prize. After a very HIGH pressure sales pitch, they inform you that since you are not buying a car today the only prize you have won is a $2 Bluetooth speaker, fresh out of a heavily abused crate from China. Do not buy from these crooks. At the end, they even offered to manipulate the "contest"and change our "prize" to a $1000 Visa gift card, if we would buy a car today. Avoid this place like the plague!
The service provided was very quick and the service representative was very professional. I liked the fact that my car was washed and vacuumed when I picked up my car. This was a very nice touch.
I just purchased my 2nd car from Town Center Nissan. They are straight up and easy to work with. I told Al I wanted better gas mileage. He got all my numbers together and told me what my options were. I drove 3 and he was very knowledgeable about the ends and outs of all 3. They are awesome!
I went in for an oil change today and the service department was not very busy so I was expecting a very quick in and out situation. I saw them take my car to the back very quickly and saw them work on my car because you can view them while you were in the waiting room. After they finished the work I saw them pull my car out and then I was waiting for them to call me to let me know my car was ready. 15 minutes passed by AFTER they completed the work, so I went and checked with the people to see what s going on with my vehicle. They said that they are washing my car and it ll just be a few minutes. I was surprised because it was something that they do not normally do for me but I was happy with the extra service. Another 15 minutes go by and the cashier lady saw me pacing around the waiting room and she called me out to let me know that they hand wash the cars so it takes some time but it ll be good to go in a few minutes. About another 15 minutes go by and I get a notice saying that my car is ready but they re not sure where it is and once they track it down I ll be good to go. I started walking around and I saw my car parked in the front of the dealership and it was still dirty so I was not very happy. My car had been sitting there this entire time. They said that would they would wash my car but at this point already 45 minutes of my time had been wasted and I had things to do so I said I don t need a car wash and I left....Very bad service today. I told them twice that I saw them complete the work on my car a while ago. The first time when I checked and the second time when the cashier saw me pacing. They did thank me for my patience though

We had bad experience with Town Center. We went there with their online pricing. We specifically told them what model and trim we want and the price we can pay out the door. Our asking price was few hundred lower then their online pricing.
They first asked us to do test drive. Then manager took really long to get back to us. When he came back, he told us online price has conditional discounts. I asked him to show me on the website and he couldn't find it. Again he went back for 20-25 mins to see if he can do anything. He came back and told us he can't go lower but he will respect online pricing however, this car has $895 of premium paint.
This is very disappointing. It was nowhere on the car sticker so he just made that up.
I understand dealer not able to sell at the price point customer wants. However having customer seat for hours, not selling at the advertised price and on top of that adding those dealer add-ons is totally
inappropriate. We walked out right away. They will never get our business or referral. Honesty in any business is important and they don't have that.

I was car shopping and wound up buying a vehicle outside of this great establishment. Come to find out, the dealership I bought my car from was not honest about the mpg and I have regretted not purchasing a vehicle at this Nissan dealership! I should have gone with the Versa! I honestly have to say that the next time I'm looking for a vehicle, it will definitely be here! Please don't make the same mistake that I did and don't go anywhere else!
Prices are higher than other Nissan dealers. Go to other locations to save money.

Pleased to find a dealer and service department with a visible customer focus. BTW I had already walked out on one dealer and I'm not tolerant of pushy sales staff.

I have had my oil changed at this dealership since I got my Nissan. In the last 3 change package I bought, not one time was the wash or vac preformed. I complained to the service department about this. I was given a $20 credit and a promise that that would not be the case if I brought the car in later on Saturday(only day I have) when the detail crew is in. I purchased the new 3 change package and got my car in around 12ish. When I walked out to the car, no wash! no vac! and they service person gave some cockamany excuse that manager did not provide these services on Saturdays. Not the Class A oil changed promised, I waited an hour+ and got the service i could get at any quicky lube. Very disappointed.

I'd recommend Town Center to anyone looking for a new car who want to get a high level of customer service!
The service team at Town Center Nissan was friendly and fast. I had to take my car in for a recall and was told it would take about an hour and a half. They got me in and out in an hour and the waiting room has comfortable seats, coffee and TV.
All in all great service. Showed up about 5 pm for oil change and tire rotation . They had me in and out in less than 45 min. My only complaint was the online appointments. You can not book on line appointments past 3:45.
