I have been a customer of Town Center Nissan since their opening and so has other members of my family. The sales team, and other staff members have all treated us in a very professional manner. Their service and delivery was outstanding. Being a native of Kennesaw and watching all the new developments go up one by one, I was so pleased to see such an outstanding dealership that I could highly recommend with confidence of nothing less than a wonderful experience.
Even thou I personally didn't buy a car there...they were very unfair to my daughter when they Damaged her car and wouldn't Fix/Replace it! So I don't think they will be getting anymore of Our Business!!!

Though we left with a great car for a great price, the experience was stressful. The service felt pushy, we were left alone at our sales agent's desk the majority of the time. They scoffed at the price we were willing to pay for the car (they ended up giving us a LOWER price after some haggling), but the worst part came after we left. Our deposit check had the account number cut off and stolen from the manager's desk. Thankfully, Nissan called us to alert us that this had occurred and our account was cancelled and changed before any fraudulent activity happened. However, the fact that my information was unsafe and accessible to whomever took the account number makes me very uneasy (not to mention, it was an incredible headache to deal with). We love our car, but the experience was less than pleasant.

Terrible!! Cashier is extremely rude and has an attitude for no reason. They were going to charge me for an oil change when my car is under warranty and should get one for free. When I asked them about it, one serviceman acted as if I asked him to do some sort of ridiculous task to check the warranty. Never coming back here again.

I took my truck in on a weekday morning for an oil change. At one point I noticed that my truck was in the parking lot again and appeared to be finished. It hadn't been very long, so I wasn't sure that it had been taken back, but when I asked they said it was done and that the keys were in it. I didn't think anything about it, but the service manager came out and caught me before I left to apologize that they had not let me know sooner that it was finished. I assured him it was no problem, but he said that's not how they should conduct their business and provided me with a free oil change for next time. That really showed me a willingness to go above and beyond to ensure their customers are satisfied as well as the integrity to stand behind their services and acknowledge when they didn't meet their own expectations.
Very good car that cares about the interest of their customers. If you ever in the market for a Nissan this is best Nissan dealership to go too.

I used to go here for service on my vehicle. However, the last time I stopped by just to have my tire pressure topped off for the changing temperature. I waited an hour and a half before I asked what was going on and they tried to convince me that my battery was dead and needed to be replaced. I went over to my car and cranked it up with no issue and I've still been driving it for 6 months with no issue. I no longer go to this dealership for service.

My wife came here to get her car serviced twice. Both times she said service was awesome. The time for work being performed quote given to her was accurate as well as work performed. They are also pretty flexible with pick up/drop off times. The service staff was professional and knowledgable. They don't press you to buy things you don't need too much but do give suggestions. I would recommend Town Center Nissan to anyone.

I am from Michigan and I bought my van in Florida. I have experienced at least a dozen different dealerships between Ford,Honda, and Nissan. I travel a lot and if at all possible I would have all of my service done at Town Center Nissan.
If I lived closer to kennesaw, I would def return there, but I'm 200 mls away.

We leased our "free" Nissan Leaf from this location about two years ago since they offered the lowest rates. Starting the Leaf lease all the way to returning it was simple and easy. Friendly service.

in and out quickly.
I have taken my 350Z three times for something minor and each time ended up paying out $1,000 to $2,000. The people are very nice, so I gave them the benefit of the doubt. But last trip I paid out my $1,100 and drove out with my car...got about 2 miles away and the engine cut off. Which has never happened so brought the car back and told them what happened. The next day I was told the car needed another $800 of work but they could discount it to $650 and it will be ready 2 hrs later.
A few months later I took the car to get services when I was out of town, so I told the mechanic that the car had just been serviced for something having to do with the fuel system and showes him the work order sheets from Town Center. The mechanic showed me that the part was not replaced...OEM number and wear...it was clear the part was not replaced. So, we bought next Nissan somewhere else. I hoped I had a place we could take our vehicles but I guess not. Again great customer interaction and nice people. But I got burned...Maybe I am one of few. But trust means alot to me and my family. Cord was very welcoming, as I am young and this is my first time owning a car that I could afford to bring to the dealer. So I was obviously worried about the typical up sell. He did exactly what I asked. Let me know I need new tires (which I had already purchased) and sent me on my way in a timely manner. His customer service skills surpassed my expectations.
Town Center Nissan is the place to go home fo your looking for a New or used Nissan. They treat you like family during and after the sale I give them 5 stars all the way! This is our 5th Nissan from this dealership even despite a problem we had in 2012 when we purchased a couple vehicles. I love the Nissan brand and I absolutely Love my new 2015 Rouge! A week later we came back and bought my husband a new Titan! The Internet Mgr, Percey Sledge is awesome very nice and as I said treats you the same as before and after the sale and the saleman Nick Pullano was also great! LINDY in customer services relations manager is also great! The Parts department, Ken in service department everyone is just awesome to deal with! In my opinion this Dealership is treating their customer more as "Family" than a customer and take care of you after the sale is complete just as caring! If I didn't like the Nissan brand vehicles which I believe holds up very nice and good quality and if dealership wasn't so nice to work with I would've never purchased 5 vehicles from them in the past few years! In the last few weeks Percey Sledge, Nick Pullano & Lindy has more than made up for bad experiance in 2012! If your looking at a good quality vehicle give Nissan a chance and go see Town Center Nissan for Percey Sledge to have the opportunity to make you as happy with your vehicle as I now am mine! I've purchaced Nissan's at TCN before and the transaction was very straightforward. July 9, 2019 the same can't be said. Communication was poor and the process strained. This dealership needs improvement.

Just came to get my oil changed and while I waited I took the chance with Sonny to apply for a brand new car, just to see. Very picky with my model, color, specs, and price. No money down and a reasonable monthly payment. I expected to walk away in a few minutes but somehow I got everything I wanted! Not only walked away with a brand new car, but more knowledge about buying one. What ever you need, just ask for Sonny!
The first time I brought my Nissan Pathfinder in was almost 2 years ago for a routine oil change. The service wasn t good and over priced.
I decided to just use quick oil change services instead.
Fast forward 2 years, I decide to give them another try.
I was experiencing a loud noice from under the hood. I thought, Who better than a Nissan mechanic to figure it out? So I called in around 7:30am and spoke with Mike Little to I set an appointment to bring my car in that morning. Before ending the call, I asked how late service is open. Mike informed me until 7pm.
Around 5:30pm that day, I still hadn t heard anything regarding my vehicle. I decided to call in to find out.
I was then informed by Christina that service was closed and everyone had left for the day.
No one called to tell me before closing up shop, what was wrong with my vehicle nor that it s be staying overnight.
That was highly disappointing and frustrating.
I called in the next morning to speak with Mike to express my disappointment and find out what work needed to be done to my car. Mike apologized and offered me a rental while my car was being serviced. I left work and came in to pick up the rental around 10am.
Around 2pm, Mike left me a voice message that my car would be done around 4:30-5pm.
I arrived at 4:45pm.
Mike tells a younger gentle man to bring my car around, informs me to wait out front and tells the cashier he s leaving for the day.
My daughter and I go outside in the cold wet weather to wait and wait and wait.
20 minutes later I go back inside to find out where my car is.
The young gentle man can not find it and Mike has left without helping him locate it.
Worst experience EVER!
Unfortunately, I will not be returning.
Town Center Nissan false advertises! Never will I give them any business again or get my car serviced there again. I will be sure to tell everyone I run into! DO NOT MAIL PROMOTIONS THAT YOU DON'T PLAN ON ABIDING BY OR FULFILLING!

This is our third car from TCN. I got a good out the door price on a 2019 Kicks, but the financial guy did a slight of hand and added 2K to my final price. Not cool, but ultimately my fault. At that point, I was tired and frustrated because of....see below.
COVID related: the salesguy only wore a mask when he saw I was wearing one. He frequently took it off and wore it below his nose. I literally had to step back again and again. He put me in his close-quarter office, and as I was ready to leave, got in my car, asked for my phone, and walked through the Android Auto. When he had trouble with it, he got another guy to sit in my car and touch the car and my phone. Again, I wish now I had protested because I'm showing symptoms and have to get tested. Just keep your distance and be forewarned going there. Is the deal worth it? I keep asking that myself.

Great experience, great product, great price. I purchased a Rouge SV and love the car. Al Middlebrook was my Sales Advisor and was super knowledgeable. Rob, the sales manager, was low pressure. Even the Finance manager was low key and helpful. I am glad i shopped around, and am glad i ended up at Town Center.

New tires, inside was spotless and all around just an incredible car. Our experience at Town Center Nissan was EXCELLENT! Our salesman, Juan Olan, is the nicest guy. No pressure, very helpful and accommodating, so knowledgeable. He walked us through the whole process as if we we were friends and made us feel very comfortable. We couldn t be happier with our purchase or our experience! Your sales people employ shady business tactics. Aaron blatantly lied and misled me. Even when management was made aware the only offer was disciplinary action on Aaron and $25 gas card to me. Oh yeah. I forgot about the $667 a month car payment. This plays preys on people trusting that Nissan cares about the customer. What a joke!! As a disabled veteran I am appalled that I was lied to and then when mgmt was made aware mgr agreed, said employee admitted to lying but noone did anything for me. This is unacceptable. These people have no morals, value, code of ethics and they definitely DON'T care about the customer. I am sure completing this survey is a waste of time.

The people were friendly and treated you like they've known you forever. We have bought our fair share of cars, but we were in and out in an hour. Every other time we've been somewhere it's been an all day event. LOVE THESE PEOPLE
We went to see about a cargo van, I was told by a friend that their commercial manager Nick is great. Very true, my husband and I had a great experience and we met almost everybody on the tour. All the employees are professional and friendly, so I can not believe any of the bad reviews on here. I am willing to bet it is just vengeful lies. All our service visits have been pleasant, only went to parts once but they were awesome. Less than a year latter we bought a Murano from Nick and cant find one thing to complain about.
This is the BEST place to get your car serviced. The staff is WONDERFUL! They honestly go above and beyond. My only problem is the lady who takes the money she doesn't EVER know the answers to ANYTHING she must have pushed me on someone else more than 3 times. I had to get out of line go find out my answer to my question get back in line smh AWFUL. But other than that the guys are GREAT

I came to dealership with a certain type of automobile in mind. What I left with was totally different. I would have chosen another sales person if I could have who would of listeed to what I wanted and served me according. But based on this experience I would never return or recommend Nissan at town center.

I am an Internet shopper and I can tell you that my experience with Town Center Nissan is nothing short of horrific. My requests for information were often met with lengthy delays, incomplete responses and always with the insistence / push that I go physically to the dealership. This alone should have been a big red flag. But after shopping around, Town Center Nissan offered me the best deal. This should have been the second red flag. Once I confirmed that price was acceptable, then the fun really started. I had my first phone conversation and was immediately put on the phone with a manager . He proceeded to dodge questions and lecture me on the process. I asked to speak to a finance person , to ask a few questions that he seemed to be dancing around , and he pretty much refused. He continued to speak fast, not listen and be quite rude. When I finally got off the phone, I made it clear that I needed to do some more research / shopping. I then get a call, within minutes of hanging up, from the sales rep asking who I work for, who my credit union is, etc. as they are trying to work me a better deal for me and research all the buying programs that may give me more discounts. Then more delay as they work something up. I wait and wait and wait , well past the ability to get there to close the deal before they close. (Understand that I keep my evening free to pick a dealer and get a car.) And in my foolishness, I yet again give them another chance. I give them until 8:30p to get me whatever proposal that they are going to work up, so I can evaluate it and determine what I am going to do and schedule to come in the following day. Did they submit anything? Nope! I am done playing these games and I am off to look at other dealer and maybe even other brands . as Town Center Nissan has really tarnished the Nissan brand with me. In any case, I recommend that you avoid this dealer at all costs and save yourself significant frustrations!
Update: 11-1-19. Based on this whole negative experience, and feedback from other friends concerning issues with Nissan products when I shared my story, I abandon Nissan and purchased a Honda Accord yesterday evening.
Car salesman was uninformed and rude. My fault for trying to buy a Chevy at a Nissan dealer. He knew nothing about the price and tried to raise the price from what it was listed for on their own website. Once that failed, he resorted to adding additional fees such as a "reconditioning fee." Never have I been to a dealer that argued that they wouldn't honor the price they posted and then got mad that I wouldn't pay additional fees. They tried to say they were selling the car at cost when the trade in value was $7,000 below the online price and the price on the lot was $6,000 above internet price! If I write 1,000,000 on a car, it doesnt make it worth it. Buyer beware. These guys are scammers and I'm amazed Nissan allows them to hang their sign outside.
