Unfortunately, I had a terrible experience with the service manager, Domoniqe Goodrow, although I've had numerous pleasant experiences with other service guys and the sales men at this location. He was extremely passive-aggressive and rude. I am unsure if he is used to adamant, knowledgeable, and direct customers, but he met one today. For example, saying things like, "I know this is information you don't want" followed by a sarcastic remark, or "I'm not trying to argue here," when he is unable to provide continuous understanding, is not how you should speak to customers. The tone of the conversation remained conversational until he tried to tell me that I did not know what I was talking about when it came to my car. He made a number of reactive facial expressions which was also unprofessional. The service guys were GREAT, down to the receptionist. After Domoniqe Goodrow walked away, the service guy tried to smooth things over as if he were used to Domoniqe acting the way he acted. The service guy went on to assure me that he'd be there if I needed anything. His manager, Domoniqe Goodrow, should take note from the guys under him on how to speak and deal with customers. Being adamant does not equate to arguing. Being adamant does not disprove either parties feelings or level of knowledge. Being adamant does not mean that I should be spoken to in a passive-aggressive or disrespectful tone. Domoniqe Goodrow, I want you to personally know that you have failed in customer service. I want you to personally know that you will never have or be given the chance to disrespect me ever again. This has unfortunately brought my time and patience with Town Center Nissan to an end. Every other employee across departments have been great, but Domoniqe Goodrow has spoiled my future here.

We worked with Mohamed Ramadan for a vehicle for our teen daughter. He took to time to listen to each of our wants and must have in a vehicle for a teen driver with safety being the top priority. He then directed us to a Rogue Sport. It has everything we wanted. I would recommend that if you are looking for a vehicle now or in the future to go to Town Center Nissan and ask for Mohamed. Willie Brown is also someone who will listen when talking final costs and warranty. We could not be happier with our purchase.

TAKE YOU BUSINESS SOMEWHERE ELSE. This dealership is resorting to cheap marketing tactics through a third party contest company to bait customers to come to their store. See attached picture. Any company that has to resort to such shady tactics either A) does not care about customers in the first place or B) runs such a bad operation that they can't get customers any other way. If they ARE a good company, its a shame that they are ruining their name with this lame bait and switch (Employees - complain to your management). If I where in the market for a new car - I would try to find an HONEST dealership. If this marketing scam is any indication of this businesses ethics - RUN THE OTHER WAY!

Had an actual appointment to have work on my car and arrived just after 7 am. Was there for 4 hrs. During the wait they announced to me they did not order a part that was needed to complete repairs. Not cool, seeing I had them run full diagnostics on my car the week before . They knew I was coming in yet they failed to order part forcing me to return the following weekend. Other than that it is a very clean and modern place with friendly staff.

HORRIBLE experience! Casey Congdon was rude and condescending. To make matters worse, he filled out an application, forged my signature, and ran my credit without my authorization, consent and unbeknownst to me. I only found out when I went to to another dealership. When I called to speak to a manager, Erikka Wells, they vouched for Casey. The GM, called and was extremely arrogant and smug, and further vouched for Casey and Erikka. I have already contacted corporate and will be filing a police report for forgery.

A few notes, allow them to look over your potential trade first then get your key back before you start negotiations. Second set a time limit, as you can see from a few reviews you'll be a few hours if you let them keep going. If they won't go for either walk away.

Did not buy as they just didn't seem right and definitely aren't competitive when pricing vehicles. Started with an extreme low ball on a trade. Asked who I used to form my expectation replied KBB, they then stated oh we used black book, pulled up black book on my phone which reflected the same range as KBB, they then started the bad mouthing of my vehicle which had every available feature, and their offer was 3,000 less than the low end no feature version. Then I got well we're going to have to put tires and all this on yours (tires have 10,000 miles on them so practically new), then ended up well we'll have to take it to the auction. So just your average car dealer that will change their story several times to work you into a deal. Started off at their initial offer price and 3 hours later ended up higher and for some reason they thought it was a better deal. Nothing wrong with that just know it going in. The inconsistency in stories is the primary reason for the review. I get one revision, but a revision for any push back you get is just dishonest. Better off saying that's just all we'll do on this car, not making up a new story for every push back.

Seem like nice enough people, but I can see how they could make someone make a bad decision if they didn't know any better. Just because someone says a deal is close or great doesn't make it that way or even close to it, so be careful and be confident in your research. Probably go ahead and have financing done prior to going in, not sure what their rates were but seemed about 2% over what you can get with good credit for the payments they came up with.

I purchased my Nissan Altima on 9/16/2016. Cliff Smith was my sales person. Very personable and made the car purchase a great experience. All in all I would buy from them again. Everyone is so nice and there were no surprises or bait and switch that you receive from other dealers.

My interest rate is really high because of my poor credit history, but that's offset by the fact that I got a 2012 car with less than 5,000 miles on it for $5k off the sticker price. It's a good solution.

As a women I have always been nervous going into a car place, but town center Nissan made me feel welcomed, comfortable and safe. I was greeted right when I got out of my car, they answered any questions that I had. Also whenever I have had car repairs I could call and ask any questions and they explained things in detail. They were honest and not overpriced! I would recommend Town Center Nissan to anyone who was looking for a car, or car repairs! You will be blown away with the service that you received like I was!

The entire staff from salesman, finance , to management was great. They treat you like one of their family. Mike Saiz, manager, is absolutely awesome! He is genuine, down to earth , mingles with the purchasers. He is one of a kind . The car buying experience was absolutely fantastic. Best we've ever had! If ever in need of another vehicle I would not think of going elsewhere. I will continue to return to get my new vehicle serviced . I am sure all those who have given great reviews did not work with the sales manager I had to deal with. The sales rep who showed me the car and test drove with me was a good guy but he himself told me he had no choice but to involve the manager for everything. I had done my homework on what model/color/and options i needed so i was pretty firm in that aspect. I had put in an offer which was not accepted (fair enough). Next day I was called in and asked to come in again stating we were close enough. I had asked what close was and was told a few hundred dollars. When I reached there i was stressed into considering a color i didnt want and again for 3000 dollars above my offer. The manager, is the least courteous salesman I have ever seen. He challenged me that I couldnt find a similar vehicle in the entire usa for my offer. He even did his math wrong on the out of the door price and i had to point that to him. That bough the difference down to 1500 - he did not even apologize. As per him it was an honest mistake - again fair enough. I was then again forced into buying a color I didnt want by him cos thats the only one he had on his stock with the options i needed. I didnt budge. And finally when he said i can get it from elsewhere but i will have to charge you for it, i had to walk out. I ended up buying from another dealer a few miles away the next day, for 500 more than my initial offer, but they included a few extra freebies to offset the difference.

I thought the salesman Nick Palono was a honest guy really trusted his word he was supposed to have my windshield fixed it was pre-owned certified meaning it was to have been fully inspected but yet they missed the chip on the windshield and the front blinker that was not working Nick told me that once the weather cleared he would give me a call. I have yet to hear from him he won't answer my calls but will text me saying thanks for my patients and that he working on it its been 3 weeks eventually I contacted the sales manager and he took care of the issue then weeks later after I washed my car at the car wash I noticed a crack on the lower portion of my bumper I didn't know were the crack came from so I filed a claim through Geico after shop looked at the vehicle they showed me that crack was from a bad prior repair to the front bumper after looking at the damage myself you can see the bondo underneath were repairs were done also the rear bumper has been repaired before you can see the color variance between the two and after going through the car wash for the first time I usually wash it my self the passenger rear light now has condensation in the lens I am very pissed that this dealer sold me this car and did not notice any of the damage before they did there certified inspection!

Everyone was more than friendly & I never felt like I was being taken advantage of like at other dealerships. Additionally it didn't take long even though I came in at the last minute. The parts department is fantastic! We order parts from them all of the time. From time to time we call service to verify if a necessary repair is still covered under factory warranty. If it is we always send the business to that dealership. However, this time when calling between 12 and 1 on 5/17/2019 the service adviser that answered said " I really wish they would find another way to do this so you don't bother us when were all on our lunch breaks." NEVER have I EVER said that to someone. I will continue to buy parts from Lee and Daniel in service but I will NEVER recommend anyone to come to this service department. TERRIBLE.

Town Center Nissan goes above and beyond for their customers. I bought a Nissan Armada from this location and my sales agent worked hard to earn my trust. It's not easy to make large purchases confidently, but my sales agent, Vidal, assured me that I was making a good choice. He called to check to ensure that I was still satisfied weeks later.

Then, I took the car into service and I explained that I didn't have time to wait. They provided a rental car so that I could get to work. (Ask for Rich or Christina) Overall, the customer service at Town Center Nissan is like no other!

I was in the market for a preowned, three-row SUV and wasn t having any luck finding the right vehicle at the right price. My friend knows the Sales Manager Rob at Town Center Nissan so he suggested I go there. From the moment we arrived we were greeted warmly and helped out by the salesman Mohamed. Long story short, Mohamed and Rob worked with me to find the perfect vehicle (I went with an Armada SL!) at a killer price. The facility is nice, especially if you have children with you (they have a family room with a tv and Netflix etc), and the staff is super personable and friendly. It isn t a surprise these guys are rated one of the top Nissan dealerships in the country!

Very disappointed with the lack of masks by employees in public areas, I didn't see a single one. No effort at social distancing in seating. I felt at risk but joined in to get my car serviced.
Otherwise, employees were courteous and helpful and they changed my oil and replaced my hood shield at a reasonable price.

This was my first time to Town Center Nissan for service on my Juke and a relief to be greeted by professional, courteous staff, willing to listen to me.

A few months earlier I was forewarned that my transmission very likely needed replacing; so, although I was not looking forward to this, it was no surprise.

The Service Manager, Dominiqe Goodrow, gained my trust, assuring me that, as long as I maintain it, my vehicle has many, many more miles in it. Welcome news, as I've barely had it three years & just paid it off last summer.

Though this was a big expense, I came away feeling I had been treated with honesty & integrity. I definitely trust my car to Town Center Nissan for future service calls.

I would like to begin by stating that buying a car from Town Center Nissan has been the worst experience ever. My husband and I bought a brand new 2015 Nissan Pathfinder two years ago. The vehicle has been a disaster to own with the several items that had to be repaired. The air conditioning had to be repaired once, the liftgate had to be repair four times, the cup holders have come loose, and the side panels have become detached. All these problems have added to our frustration because the vehicle only has 20,000 miles and it is only two years old. Our frustration is that every time it has needed a repair it has taken time and money on our end. We ve had to go days without the car, and we have had to spend money driving 45miles round trip to take the car for repairs more than once.
On May 11, 2015, my husband and I spoke to the manager at Town Center Nissan (Robert) and his sales associate (Bryce) about the vehicle. We were both guaranteed by both individuals that they would pay us off our trade-in by offering our payoff amount if we selected a brand new 2017 Pathfinder. This meant that we could select a new vehicle and start our debt all over again. We currently have two 2.5 years left in our current 2015 car loan, and we would start the new debt all over again. The salesmen exclaimed that we so happened to buy the one pathfinder that had the issues. Bryce said, That Nissan made thousands of cars, and we so happen to buy the bad one. Our response is that as an average consumer, we do not have money to pay for Nissan s poor quality. Nissan s mistake should be paid by them and not by the average consumer. We paid for the full value of the car two years ago. We also stated, That Nissan makes millions of dollars in profit and that we live on a salary. Apparently, the two years that we have been paying on a bad car is money down the drain that my husband and I have to lose. This happened because Nissan would not produce the quality vehicles and Town Center Nissan could not sell quality vehicles.
Our response was simple; we agreed if we could start again with a new model and upgrade to the next Trim level. Our current 2015 Nissan Pathfinder is an SV model, and we wanted to upgrade to an SL. According to the representatives from Town Center Nissan, the only stipulation to getting our payoff done at 23,141 dollars was that we had to buy a brand-new vehicle. Therefore, we went online and found a vehicle priced at 31,475.00 dollars the vin# 5N1DR2MN5HC607204 and stock #170126. The vehicle is an SL model that met our needs and expectations. Here lies the problem with this particular vehicle: It was not found and could not be sold to as it was being used by the actual Town Center Nissan Owner. Then the salesmen started including the manager showing us another vehicle similar to this one. The starting price on that vehicle is 36,000.00 plus tax. This normally is called the bait and switch among dealerships and not honoring their online price. The online price selling price is 31,475.00 and (Nissan) was trying to switch us to a more expensive SL model.
When we turned the offer down, they suggested we purchased the same TRIM (SV) model to fit our budget. We said no, we felt that we would have the same problems as the vehicle we currently own. Then, the salesmen were trying to make unrealistic promises by saying they could add the button to open the liftgate to any SV model. This is where I had a problem with this sound too unrealistic. I called two Nissan dealerships, and both informed that this could not be done and it was unheard of. We left the dealership with a bitter taste in our mouths because Town Center Nissan would not honor their promise to pay off our trade-in and would also not honor their SL online price. Never again would I visit this dealership. TOWN CENTER NISSAN LIES AND LIES

They sold their first LEAF to me last year. They re unable to deal with it (and it s a simple battery check and inspection) a year later... The service advisor kept me there for two hours for nothing and then wanted my car for 24 hours to "give it a good charge." Quite clueless and pathetic. I went to Regal Nissan and had everything done along with a detailed printout one hour later along with a nice complimentary wash that the car needed badly :-) No need to give any more business to TCN.

This was the best car buying experience I have ever had!! They were patient, determined, worked very hard to make sure I got a great deal and settled on the car I really wanted. They went the extra mile and even gave me a loaner to drive until my car was ready! I will definitely be buying here again!

Can somebody let me know when should Nissan take my daughter's issue with the car serious? Here Rogue has been in twice with airbag issues. I was wondering if the airbags need to deploy while she is driving or have an accident to see if the airbags will deploy and save her life. We keep getting the run around of it could just be a code that is doing that any nothing we can do. Apparently to Nissan the life of my child is not worth an investigation since this has happened twice in the same car. I should have stayed with Toyota.

When I spoke to Dominique who seemed like the manager all he told me was that he couldn t undo brakes on my car and had the audacity to offer me financing if I couldn t afford the $500 when I was originally told it would be $250. I would never go back there nor would I tell friends or family to go to a place and possibly have the same thing done to them.
