did you receive something in the mail that suggests you won a tv/truck/vacation from this dealership?

let me clear that up real quick: the only thing you won is disappointment. i was curious, so i went in today to find out what the con was. your "winning" mailer has to match the number on a board they have in the lobby. in their defense, they were pretty upfront with me about it once i was in the door. it would have been nice to see someone go ham about not winning. sadly, it didn't happen.

i guess i should give them a pass because it's kind of expected that car dealerships walk this tightrope of lies on a daily basis to move merch, but could you imagine the pile of bodies we'd see if walmart pulled these kind of shenanigans with their black friday mailers?

if i were in the market for a vehicle, i'd probably avoid places that do stuff like this. the manager that approved this campaign might one day get asked if they should cover a fuel pump that went bad a few miles past warranty or not.

Let me tell you!!!!! Dealing with Al Middlebrook with Town Center Nissan was AMAZING!!! I currently live in Champaign, IL. I was looking for a Nissan Maxima with a Sunroof. Guess who found me one.....You got it....Al Middlebrook. So my husband and I caught a charter bus to Chicago, IL for my 6am flight to Georgia. Al picked us up from the airport...in the rain. He made sure I was happy. The car was highway ready. It was a smooth eight hour drive home. Good gas mileage btw. He called while we were on the road to make sure our trip was safe and called the morning after to make sure we arrived home. I had a chance to meet the friendly staff of Town Center Nissan and everyone was welcoming and made me believe I was at home. Thank you Al and Nissan Crew. I am definitely referring my friends and encourage everyone to visit Town Center Nissan for your next vehicle!!!!

Inconsiderate of time. Management made no reasonable concession for apology. Brought car in for a part recall and check engine light. After waiting almost an hour, technician came back and asked if I new my check engine light was on. Said he could look into it for almost $200 and more time. Shocked a technician wouldn't have done that when I first brought it in.

We bought a new Maxima in 2010. The service department has been really good to us for over 6 years. We bought a new Pathfinder in May and absolutely love it. I highly recommend Town Center Nissan if you are looking for a new car or if you are looking for somebody to work on your car.

One of the better experiences with a service department. I was greeted and dismissed in a professional manner. The longest was very clean and provided different type seating.Snacks and drinks were provided at no extra cost.

I found my second leasing experience with TCN to be a very easy, welcoming, and respectful process. I appreciate how my questions and even hesitations were not met with pressure or pushback. I felt very well respected though the process, and reached out to several of my friends who drove Leafs to let them know they might want to give Aziz, Heather and Lindi a call.

I can not speak on the car sales aspect, but I know the car service aspect is about profit. I go in for an oil change and they consistently try to sell me on something I don t need. Told me I needed spark plugs when mine are brand new. Told me I needed fluid change, I had recently had it done somewhere else. Told me I needed new back tires, even though mine have tread. I can go on and on. This last oil change was the straw that broke the camels back; they told me I needed a drivers belt, I don t. I needed a NEW battery. My car died today while driving. Thankfully, I had someone jump my car and I went to AutoZone. Just be honest: don t tell me what I need so you can make money. Provide me with what s important, I will no longer give them my business. Just sad because I genuinely like taking my Nissan to get serviced by Nissan, but the customer is second and profit is first.

Had me with.."hello"....My sales professional, Al Kasheni, absolutely a joy doing business with. Knowledgeable, helpful and above all understanding of my wants and needs. Considering that this will most likely be the last car I purchase...my age is almost 60...and once I retire, in 5 years, I don t know how much I will drive. I am pleased beyond belief that I selected gorgeous 2017 silver Altima. I am also extremely pleased with the service technicians and all the other parts of the sales team. I highly recommend Towne Center Nissan, and if you see Alinks, tell him he earned a 10+ in my heart.

So far I have had to turn my car in for 2 recalls....

So far I have had to turn my car in for 2 recalls. One was the engine and the second was the timing belt. The second time they had to fix my car they told me they would be keeping it for 4-5 days! This wouldn't be a problem if they would give me a loaner car. However, they don't give out loaners unless you have 70,000 miles or less on your car. What? Why? My car only has 80,000 The only reason my car is in the shop is because of their faulty manufacturing and recall. The Town Center Nissan in Kennesaw, GA service man said I would have to call Nissan headquarters in order to get the rule overruled. Ok...whatever. I call them and then it takes a day for them to get back to me to say they refuse to help me because I didn't buy the 'extended service warranty'.
Well, if I would have known what a piece of crap car and company I was buying from (I wouldn't have made the purchase) I would have bought the warranty.
I asked kindly for them to make an exception because I am a good customer AND I am right at the line. Still they refused and had no other response except to say, "you didn't buy the extended service warranty."
What are you trying to do Nissan NO Customer Service? Teach me a lesson about buying extended service warranties?! It's not enough to be a customer who spent 18,000 on your faulty product?!
This will be the LAST Nissan I own.

GREAT SHOPPING EXPERIENCE. I ve been buying cars for over 15 years for various dealers across GA, hands down the best car buying experience. Sales manager Casey and his team (Ron and Sonny) were great, not your typical car sales men pushing to buy right away. I took three different test drives and they were very patient with my queries, answered all with true details. Casey especially was very professional and thorough with the whole process, didn t try to up sell anything. This team asked for my requirements, usage and purpose of the vehicle. Not to mention, I got the best deal in 30 mile radius... Their offer beat Ford, GMC and Chevy by a good margin on my trade off. I was out of the dealership fully satisfied in 2 hours. I highly recommend Town Center Nissan team if you re looking for a Nissan vehicle..

I haven't purchased a car from this location yet, but I have been a customer on and off through the years. My last car was a 2015 Nissan Versa Note and my current car is a 2017 Nissan Versa Note.
I have always had great experiences with their service center, but today they simply blew me away.
In my haste to get out of the rain, I accidentally locked my keys in the car (I've never done this before and I have only had this car a couple months so I'm still getting used to it). I didn't have a spare, so the first place I called was Town Center Nissan, who are just around the corner from the PetSmart I was stranded at.
The service desk said they would help me and redirected me to the Parts & Labor desk to ask them to cut a dummy key. They made a huge exception for me since I was just around the corner and within 5 minutes of getting off the phone with them, a representative arrived at my location with the spare key so I could open my car (naturally they asked for an ID and proof of ownership of the car, which I was able to show using my insurance and driver's license).
Within half an hour of getting locked out of my car I was back on the road thanks to them.
They were friendly and accommodating from start to finish, and I couldn't thank them enough, especially after they gave me the key and said "don't worry about it" when I told them I'd have to get cash out to pay their representative who dropped it off.
Next time I need a car, I'll definitely look at them first, and I will always get a Nissan and bring it to them for servicing. Love them so much!

My experience revolved around the Service department coordination of my vehicle part recall. From the beginning to end, approximately 3 months, they were for the most part highly communicative with explanations and updates. The slight disappointing lapse occurred last Thursday 2/8/18, when the Loaner Vehicle Coordinator called to explain the part had arrived and the immediate deadline to return the loaner and bring in my vehicle for repair would be 2/14/18, which meant allotting only 3 days for both items (beyond the deadline, a per-day fee for the loaner would be charged and not sure what would have been the future of the recalled part itself). I had one question left, when the Coordinator cut me short (perceiving his action as if he wanted me off the phone) and promised to call me immediately back. He never did the following day on Friday 2/9; and we never settled on a plan to meet my specific coordinating needs. Therefore, on Monday 2/12 I called and worked with Mike, who approved my plan regarding getting both vehicles to them and whom remembered me once on-site. Went in earlier this morning (Tues. 2/13) for the actual repair and was met by Cord, who like Mike, was also very courteous and helpful in conveying the process to more than satisfactory completion.

I purchased a pre-owned Mercedes ML 350 from Town Center Nissan on May 25, 2018. Weeks later, I am unable to drive the vehicle due to safety concerns for myself and child. Agreed upon repairs from Town Center Nissan were NOT performed. I was instructed by the service department to seek assistance from Mercedes due to their limited knowledge. I was quoted $2,382.27 for repairs from Mercedes. I have tried, unsuccessfully, to speak with Town Center Nissan to rectify the situation. I emailed Scott Graap, Scott Middleton, Rick Mathis, Dominique Goodrow, and Aziz Atot THREE times and NEVER received a response. I left a message for Scott Graap and he did not return my call. I spoke with THREE representatives from Nissan corporate who were unable to help and advised me to contact the dealership AGAIN. I would NOT recommend purchasing an automobile from their dealership. Town Center Nissan does NOT exhibit the excellence they promote and lacks integrity. It is my sincere hope you heed my advice and take your business elsewhere; I do not wish this experience on anyone.

I would like to complaint regarding the Cheating done by "Nissan Town Center" in Atlanta GA, The Staff is highly un-elethical.

they are highly unresponsive, Cheat, and highly un-etihical, they dont honour the commitments (phone and Email) and cheat people.

Drove for an Hour and reached due to assurance provided by the sales manager katie in morning and when we reached on the store, they told us that they dont have the same SUV and she email me the detailed pricing and asked me to come over.

She was not able to stand in front of us i feel because she was fooling us, then she handed us to a manager who was very arrogant (PERCY) and he said that i'm sorry sir, i have not assured you anything and hence Iam not responsible and i dont know who sent the email.

this is all about the integrity of the store and the responsibility shown by their own managers, I have the printed document with the quotes and they are just fooling customers to bring them to the door to cheat.
Please be careful.

I had received a notice from Nissan regarding a potential issue with the CVT and to make an appointment to have the software reprogrammed. Made the appointment and was in and out within 30 minutes. I also had a run in with a very large curb at work and managed to dislodge the bottom panel on my passenger side below the door. The service tech did a wonderful job in reattaching the panel so it now looks great again.

When I called a service tech mentioned there weren't any available service appointments for the day, but I can come in, and get worked in if at all possible. I came in, and they were able to work on my car. The tech was friendly, personable, and knowledgeable. He offered me an available coupon for wiper blade replacement. And saw I was with my child, and too us to their kids waiting area so we were able to watch cartoons while we waited. We were only there for an hour. Which was a lot less time then we expected! I was pleasantly surprised!

I have bought 3 cars from Town Center Nissan and have had them all serviced there as well. My experience buying and test driving those cars was enjoyable and the financial part was smooth and fast. Since purchasing each of those cars, having them serviced has also been enjoyable. I look forward to oil change time! The guys in the service drive are fast and friendly. It is obvious that this Dealership takes pride in what they do and they hold themselves to a high standard. It is refreshing to experience customer service of this level. I wish more people everywhere would take care of people this way. The world would be a much better place. I highly suggest driving a Nissan and I definitely recommend that you buy a Nissan from Town Center Nissan and have your vehicle service there every time! Great job guys! Keep up the good work! Some information was accurate, however other information was completely wrong, I feel like I was lied to for business. I will not return to this location!

Hassam promised to call us the next day with an answer from the bank, we got home and they posted the van for way less than the price they offered it to us. I went to claimed a price and i got something it was fake, open and used. So sad they treat people like this. Thank God we got a 2019 brand new one with an awesome price and a lot of things on it. I would never go back there.

I needed new front brakes on our 2010 Nissan Murano. I had gotten an estimate at another repair shop, so I wanted to compare prices. I called Nissan and spoke to Eddie on the phone. He was very helpful with giving me the price which was actually cheaper with my coupon than the tire store that we usually use. I had called a couple of other places and found that Nissan was definitely competive in their prices. I set up an appointment. When I got there, I was told that it would take an hour to an hour and half, so I decided to wait. It was ready in an hour and 15 minutes. When I went out to inquire about it, Eddie explained that the rotors did not need replacing as had been told to me by the tire shop, so they just ground them down which was much cheaper. He also listed several other things that needed taking care of based on their inspection. Our Murano has almost 100,000 miles on it, so I knew that there were some maintenance things that should be done. I decided to do several of them, but not all of them based on his recommendations on which were the most pressing. It was going to cost over $700. I had a coupon that only went up to $500, so Eddie offered me one of his that was 15% off the entire bill. That way I wouldn t have to come back to have the rest done. He said it would take a couple of hours. He asked if I had some errands to run. He offered me a car, so that I wouldn t have to continue to wait. I was given a loaner car, an Altima, so I could go to lunch and do a couple of local errands. Eddie was wonderful to work with!! He explained exactly what the car needed in such a way that I could understand it. He was very polite and respectful. I did not feel like I was being lied to or taken advantage of like I do many times when I m getting my car worked on. The entire experience was very positive! The waiting room was equipped with complimentary snacks and drinks. I enjoyed watching a home fixer upper show that was playing on the tv while I waited. I m so glad that this dealership has made their prices comparable to the smaller shops as I would prefer a certified Nissan mechanic work our our vehicle if the price is right. (I am the wife of the poster listed)

Very disappointed in my service today. I did not receive the free vacuum or tire rotation. Instead I was left with the plastic cover on my seat and wet paper mat.
I usually have a great experience at this location. I've been coming to this location for years.

The cashier was very nice. Maybe next time I will have a better service appointment.
