I had Stacie Harrison as my bridal consultant and she was so wonderful! Very patient and help me choose a perfect dress for my perfect day! I wish I could have here there for all my fittings! The bridal gallery is a wonderful place to find your dream dress. There are so many options and great employees!

I had a great experience with Deanna. She was very knowledgeable and helpful in the dress picking process. 5 stars!!

Terrible Bridal Experience
Paid for a VIP appointment. Sales person was so abrupt and kept calling us all pet names instead of our actual names and treating us like we were children.
Tried to tell us our dress pricing from other stores wasn t accurate and then kept leaving are appointment to go check on something . We later found out she was making calls to our previously visited bridal stores we went to giving them hell for telling us pricing and designers. Absolute worst experience ever. Will never go back here for anything including formal gowns.
Horrible. This was supposed to be the best biggest store in Canada and it s by far the worst one. The smaller boutiques treat you how you should be treated .

This bridal store is the worst store. The staff choose the customers and they change their attitude. I will never go back there again. The lady who was very rude was wearing white shirt and her hair was all up. She did not help us anything and just saying about how expensive the dress could be and she forced me to let other person to try my dress. She lacks of hostility and disrespectful to customers, not professional at all. The worst service.

Had such an amazing time trying on dresses and finding THE ONE with Arielle!!! She was so caring and thoughtful throughout my wedding dress appointment. She understood the style I was going for so well and she pulled the most beautiful dresses out for me to try! She was so generous with her time, too. I couldn't choose between two dresses and she let me try both on over and over again until I made up my mind. I can be sort of indecisive - especially when the dresses are so beautiful. I'm so happy with the decision I made - and am so thankful I had Arielle as our consultant. She also always made sure my opinion was heard and was so focused on me and how I felt in the dresses. That really meant a lot to me.

Also - there were so many beautiful dresses I didn't even know which to choose to try on! I ended up just letting Arielle choose most of them based on the look she knew I wanted. She chose super super well. So excited to get married in my dream wedding dress!!!

Ariel my bridal consultant was amazing! I had been to at least 3 other bridal shops and every single consultant was recommending only one type of dress to fit me. She made me venture all other styles available just because I was petite and short. It made me feel that she really listened to what i wanted. Will definitely recommend this lovely place to other brides.

My day spent at the Bridal Gallery was an absolute dream! From the vast selection of dresses to the the attentive and kind workers who made me feel like a princess; my experience was such a positive one. Mira, one of the employees brought me so many grad dresses that matched my discription and provided insightful feedback and advice on the dresses I was trying on! Highly reccomend taking your dress search here as the building it self is beautiful and you will be granted the full and undivided attention of your consultant!

I visited the bridal gallery on March 31, 2018 to do some wedding dress shopping. It was my first time trying on dresses and my very first appointment. Our consultant was Diana M and she was absolutely amazing. We were tucked into a room with no one else (which I know is not guaranteed unless you pay for a private appointment) but we lucked out. Diana was so helpful, she pulled a few dresses after seeing my taste (one of which made my final two), she made sure all the dresses were within my budget and she wasn t pushy at all. The thing I loved about her most, was that she talked me through the dress she made me list what I like and what I didn t like. Which in the end helped me make my final decision. She was so kind and it was an absolute pleasure working with her. To top it all off I said YES to the DRESS! I couldn t believe it. Thank you so much Diana, you made my wedding dress shopping experience one I will NEVER forget!!

I recently went to the Bridal Gallery to start my search for a wedding gown. Because of the Covid-19 restrictions, I had delayed my original visit in March until July. Once I arrived, it was clear they were taking all the necessary precautions without compromising the unforgettable experience of finding your perfect dress.

Teresa was my bridal consultant and she was absolutely wonderful. I didn't know what I was looking for, but Teresa listened to the small amount of feedback I was able to give her and selected a number of beautiful gowns. After 2 hours, the start of my search came to an emotional end when I walked down their "runway". I was able to imagine myself in that wedding gown, walking down the aisle towards the person I want to spend the rest of my life with. Thank you Teresa for your intuitive suggestions and for helping me find my perfect dress!

This place is fantastic and the consultant Savanna is wonderful. She took the time to get to know me, my style, and produced beautiful dress after beautiful dress. She's patient, fun, and I would highly recommend her and the Bridal Gallery!

I visited the Bridal Gallery in June while down at the coast visiting family. As my aunt had been diagnosed with a terminal cancer illness I wanted to include her in my wedding planning as much as possible and booked a time to try on wedding dresses, with the mind set I wasn t buying one as I had previously ordered one online. My mom, aunt and cousin joined in and the consultant helping us, Diana, was so friendly and made the time enjoyable. I ended up finding a dress I loved more than the one I had originally purchased elsewhere, and purchased a gorgeous wedding dress at the Bridal Gallery. I m so excited for my dress to come in and will forever hold on to this memory!

We were here a few months ago, my future daughter in law was looking for wedding dress. We found one she liked and we ordered it that day. I cannot say enough about the woman that helped us that day....I wiihed I could remember her name because I would like to give her credit for such a wonderful experience. Having said that, yesterday Dec 15, 2018 we came back because the dress had arrived and we were going to pick it up. The woman that helped us upstairs as my future daughter in law tried her dress seemed fine....but as the fitting progressed she seemed more and more detached from us. There were some loose threads hanging from the beading and I asked her about but she was stonefaced looking straight ahead at I don't know what, as if in a trance. I asked her a question in a loud enough voice that she should've heard me, but she was almost trancelike. The 3 of us (myself, my daughter and my future daughter in law looked at each other in confusion because we've not encountered that before. I had to repeat my question but had to say, "Excuse me.....excuse me ....twice before she finally snapped out of what seemed to be a trance. Then when we were downstairs paying for the balance of the dress, there were 3 people at the cash counter (2 women and a guy) who were deep in conversation about Joe Fresh and something about getting a Uniqlo gift card, blah, blah, blah. Not one of them made eye contact with me as they charged my credit card the $1400 balance on the dress. So unprofessional. What started out as a great experience ended in disappointment. Bridal Gallery....you need to work on your customer service all the time, not just some of the time.

I had the absolute pleasure of working with Amanda to find my wedding dress. She was the most helpful and I couldn't be happier with my experience. I had to find a dress with a tight budget, under a very short time frame and was feeling a bit discouraged before we started. I was so lucky to have Amanda's support and she found so many beautiful options that I couldn't believe fit into my budget. Thank you Amanda for your incredible help. I would also like to thank Ariel for suggesting I come to the Bridal Gallery- the best suggestion.

Felt pressure to buy a dress! The next day I changed my mind about it,but Ofcourse I already paid. That s my fault. Horrible experience with my bridesmaids dress shopping there.... well zero experience at all. They completely ignored us. Others places have you privecy and champagne! Ofcourse my girls where ready to drop good money on the dresses. None of my 8 girls bought dresses there. Came back to pick up/ try my dress and they didn t help me pin my dress so I had to Aline and got zero service and was put with like 8 other grad girls! Honestly I should have picked it up and taken it home to try... worst experience ever. Dreaded every moment. Wish I had gone to the store who provided my dream experience for that value!!My first rating of a store because it was that bad. And yes I wish I could get my $2500 back

TL;DR
THE BRIDAL GALLERY IS AWESOME THEY HELPED ME SAY YES TO THE DRESS.

I can't begin to express how positive my experience was at The Bridal Gallery. Every bride knows how stressful it is to find the perfect gown that feels like you, looks like you and fits your personality perfectly like it was made for only you. Being a very picky and always the "I'm not sure" type of person doesn't help with the anxiety either. Good thing about The Bridal Gallery is that they have Stacie as one of their Head Consultants who was there for me when I felt overwhelmed.

The first time I went here, I almost said yes to a dress but I felt this thing that Stacie called "Bridal Confusion" I was torn between two very similar dresses that Stacie had chosen for me (which were both STUNNING btw). During this time of confusion, Stacie was very patient, helpful and comforting which I am very thankful for. I left with no dress that day and didn't think I was gonna come back.. BUT...
I SAW THIS BEAUTIFUL DRESS on their instagram during one of the designer's trunkshow and KNEW THAT I WANTED TO TRY ON THE DRESS. I DM'd them to ask about some info and whether they have more spots and they were so quick that I booked an appointment on the last day of the trunk show, JUST LIKE THAT.

My appointment came and I let Stacie know that I wanted to try on the dress, at first, Stacie didn't want me to try on the dress because it was a bit over my budget and she didn't want me heartbroken but I tried it on anyway. The dress was lovely. I didn't think that a dress could actually feel like "me". I felt like a bride. I could tell though that my mom prefers a different dress as it wasn't as "traditional" but Stacie stood up for me and added a veil that matches the dress to help with the "more traditional look" and the dress looked even more STUNNING.
At that time, I already know I was going to say YES but what helped me even more is the support of EVERYONE in the store, many of the stylist came to see me when I had the dress on received a good load of compliments which is probably what you just need when making a BiG decision.
Finally, I SAID YES TO THE DRESS and very excited to wear them for my wedding. Very thankful for everyone in the store, most especially to Stacie. If I could shop here one more time for another dress(which hopefully I wouldn't have to ), I definitely will!

The people who help you are all so lovely and friendly! I found the perfect dress and I am very satisfied with my experience. Can't wait for my dress to arrive!

We went dress shopping at the Bridal Gallery first, and nothing else compared. Bennie was professional and kind. She listened to what I wanted, let us shop ourselves (but showed us to the right section), and then recommended some herself once I had tried on our picks. She was kind throughout the whole process and made sure we were comfortable and didn't pressure us to buy anything. I told her we had another appointment following and she said to come back and try on my top pick after if I was close to deciding between two. If I ever need another dress, I'll go back!

I just bought my dress at the Bridal Gallery this weekend. Deanna was my consultant, and she was absolutely fabulous. I was worried I was being too picky with dresses and being indecisive, but Deanna made me feel awesome and kept pulling dresses that matched my vision. She was extremely professional, and made my mom, grandma, and I feel taken care of. She gave great advice and definitely knows her stuff when it comes to dresses. I would absolutely recommend friends and family getting married to book a consultation here. I was also lucky enough to come on the day of a trunk show, so the adorable snacks and my discounted dress were a cherry on top of a wonderful experience. Had an amazing experience choosing my wedding dress at The Bridal Gallery. Both Ariel and Sheila made my day picking out a dress so special. Both times I went to try on dresses they were so helpful and patient. They listened to all my wants in a dress and pulled so many dresses i loved it was hard to choose! I would love to give a higher review but I just cant. I am a plus size bride so I was very scared about trying on dresses. We walked in and it was a beautiful store, had a lovely space to sit and try dresses on in, but that was about all the good I can say. The consultant seemed to give up the moment they didnt have the style of dress in my size. I felt very sad and full of doubt as I saw their very poor, poor selection of plus size dresses. All of them where the same style and look... nothing unique to try on. She wouldnt even bring me the dress I wanted to look at since they had it in a small sizer. I felt pushed aside since I was just the fat girl. Even helping me into dresses seemed to be an issue for her and after we left my maid of honour asked me if I was okay, and I wasnt. I felt close to tears. I dont recommend anyone going to this store. I went to 2 other stores that day and those consultants put in work to make me feel happy, confident and fit me into dresses even if they where smaller, just so I could try and visualize a dress in the style I want. I also went here with a bride a few years ago and they where rude and not nice to us then as well and she was a standard size.

Edit- I also have just received a text message from the salon stating they would have a trunk show in, that would quote "match what you are looking for." I was curious and looked. NONE of the dresses i was linked to are the style I told the consultant what I wanted. It just shows how that consultant didnt listen to what I wanted. Also the reply from the shop was upsetting and only asking what styles they didnt have that I liked. Not address how the consultant made me feel or address the customer service i was given.

I had an incredible experience at The Bridal Gallery. I was lucky to have Ariel as our Dress Consultant, and she did a remarkable job putting me at ease, being honest with her opinions (they were definitely solicited and she was right with all of her suggestions) and she wasn't afraid to push my out of my comfort zone and try dresses I didn't even think to try. Thanks to Ariel, I left with a dress that I didn't envision myself in, but I fell head over heels in love with (and my group agreed). We had 2 other appointments that day and we cancelled both as I ended up finding my dress. I couldn't recommend The Bridal Gallery and particularly Ariel any more. If you are looking for an exquisite dress and great service, look no further!

Just found my dress over the weekend and my Bridal Consultant Teresa was nothing short of amazing! She helped me find my dream dress while staying within my budget. She gave me such a great experience and I recommend her for any future bride!

Great variety of dresses, big rooms, lots of mirrors and Marley was a huge help. She narrowed in on what I was looking for quickly and got me dresses that matched my interest.

I tried several bridal shops in the Lower Mainland, Tiffany's and Brentwood to name a couple. The Bridal Gallery was by far my best experience! My consultant Shae (spelling?) was amazing and so thoughtful. She knew exactly what I wanted and really respected my wishes when it came to budget. There were a wide range of prices in the store including a sale section. Although I didn't buy my dress at the Bridal Gallery (someone gave me one for free) I would definitely recommend this shop to any bride looking for a great experience.

The best experience I could have imagined! Not only did I find the perfect dress for my wedding, but Deanna made me feel so comfortable the whole time! She really went above and beyond, and my sister, mom and I all agreed that it was such a fun day. The whole staff was so attentive and helpful. I was nervous beforehand, but I left with a huge smile on my face. I also hugely appreciated the size selection, because I was able to try on dresses that fit my body.

If I could give more than 5 stars I would. Stacie at the bridal gallery was more than helpful and went above and beyond. Besides showing me exactly what I was looking for she showed me options I didn t even think to look at. Thank you for making this experience so great!

Funny enough, I came back here three times because the dress I wanted wouldn't get out of my mind! I know there have been mixed reviews time to time about the Bridal Gallery but all 3 times my experience here has been AMAZING! I started out with Melody who actually helped me find the dress first. My second visit, Melody wasn't in so Brie (Brianna?) Helped me and she was super sweet as well. Finally I decided to go back one final time and neither Melody or Brie was there so Stacie helped me out and she was so great and personable. I liked that she really wanted to get to know me and wasn't focused on just the dress. In the end I picked the dress that Melody found for me in the first place but the other two ladies reassured my selection and made me feel beautiful in the dress. They were not pushy and they were so freaking sweet and funny. Loved my experience here and I'm sorry for anyone who has had a negative one but maybe they're just feeling the wedding stress? :) I'm a wedding planner with Elle Weddings by the way so I am a little pickier with service and quality but Bridal Gallery has passed in my books.

Sent a dress missing the clasp in the back , misquoted alteration prices and misquoted the number of visits I would need to make the changes. Disappointing service. Cost me a lot of money.

My wedding dress shopping experience at the Bridal Gallery was nothing but spectacular. Kaylin was AMAZING! She listened to my ideas of what I wanted and visioned for my wedding dress and found me EXACTLY that. She was extremely sweet, helpful, and I couldn't have asked for anyone better! Debbie also helped out tremendously; she was honest, kind, and just made the whole experience one that every bride should get to have. The service at Bridal Gallery was wonderful, I would recommend any bride looking for a wedding dress to shop at Bridal Gallery!

Dallas, the exact same thing happened with us. She had just had our child and weighed 150lbs. We told them that she would weigh about 125lbs by the wedding. They said that she would need to lose 25-30lbs to fit a size 10. Well she lost the weight and the dress didn't fit as it was too big, even after paying $420 in alterations. They wanted to charge more to do a second alteration. We decided that we were just going to have to leave it the way it is. Wedding's on Saturday, wish us luck...

I had to come on here to say WOW. If any bride-to-be gets the opportunity to have Sheila for their consultation, you'll have the best bridal experience ever. Sheila helped me understand what I wanted for my wedding dress. She understood my vision and immediately found 8-10 dresses that fit what I was going for. She was so patient with me, and considering how indecisive I am as a person, that says A LOT!

I only WISH The Bridal Gallery had my dream dress (which I found the next day after my appointment - It's by Martin Thornburg, who they didn't carry) so that I could have worked with Sheila the whole way.

Such a beautiful store! Staff were great and made the experience exciting and fun for me and my bridal party. I am so happy with the dress I chose and can t wait to wear it on the big day. No need to shop around anywhere else once you ve been here.

Better late than never! I had a great experience with Angela in January. Although I suspect she knew the silhouette I wanted would not suit my very slim figure, we tried some on anyway. I looked like a bone rack! In the meantime, Angela had kept in mind the elements I was initially seeking, such as a low back and no illusion, combined them with elements I liked in the dresses I tried on, and came up with the perfect dress. Angela really listens, and I would recommend her just as highly even if I had not found my dress that day.

Poor service, sent me a letter to tell me my dress was in.... never got the letter. Wedding with in three weeks and they still never notified me it was in... Finally started to worry I called them & they informed me, it had been there since September. Poor customer service and lack of communication with purchaser.
I'm definitely taking my alterations elsewhere and will now have to rush to have them done.

They got blood on my wedding dress during my first sitting and I still had to pay the dry cleaning fee. I have pictures to prove the amount of blood that was on there. The seamstress cut her hand and blood all over my dress. If I was going to do a wedding over I probably would not use this company. As I was leaving and was going to pay my final balance on my account, the lady at the front desk made a mistake and I ended up paying for someone else's wedding dress.

I had a wonderful experience at this shop!!! From the moment you make an appointment they are professional, accommodating and super sweet. They send you reminder emails and confirmation texts. Which I think is amazing with my busy schedule.
My first appointment was good and my first consultant was very patient and friendly with all the different styles. My group came to a consensus... but I was not really sure.
My second appointment was when I really saw the magic!!! I went it to retry my first choice on. My consultant at this time was Victoria. She was amazing!! She saw right away that I was not happy with this choice. So we tried on different styles. Victoria took her time and when she was not sure she went the extra mile to figure it out. After a while we eventually found a perfect one!!
I am very ecstatic and super happy I went with this shop.
Overall my experience was exactly what I imagined dress shopping to be like and more! They made it about my style and finding the perfect dress for me!

After a few consultations at other bridal stores in Vancouver and New West, I booked a consultation at The Bridal Galley with Senior Bridal Consultant, Stacie, who was absolutely amazing. Not only did she listen to what type of dress I was looking for, but she also provided me with a few choices that matched my vision of a wedding dress. Nearing the end of the consultation, it was clear that I was conflicted between two of the dresses, in which Stacie provided my "Say Yes To The Dress" moment, having me walk down the aisle in the two. However, instead of choosing a dress, I decided to return with my mom to make sure this was right. When I returned, Stacie helped with the utmost patience and provided her expertise. We left the store with what I was now sure was the dress meant for me, after trying more than a dozen dresses in other stores. No dress or other consultant at any bridal store gave me the confidence that I experienced here. Aside from my personal experience, I was in the midst of bridal shopping shortly after stores had opened after the covid lockdown. The staff took great precautions at social distancing, and Stacie herself was wearing a mask and gloves for the entire duration of the appointment. I would recommend her services to any future bride looking for their perfect dress as well.

Had a fantastic experience! Nicole was my consultant and she was very patient, gentle, asked all the right questions, and was thorough. She helped me find the dress I had in mind. I had a second appointment at another store and let her know that if I didn't find what I was looking for could I come back and try the dress again. Wow! My experience with the Bridal Gallery was truly amazing. My first appointment was made late on Sunday evening for first thing Monday morning. The stars aligned and I was paired with the fabulous Ariel. She listen to my wish list and helped put my worries aside. Her wisdom, patience and experience helped me narrow the immense field of dresses to a top choice. I returned a couple weeks later with my tribe in tow to make the big decision. Her knowledge of fabrics and dress construction was impressive therefore it was easy to take risks and try something different with her capable guidance. The dress chosen for my special day was at her suggestion of I would like you to try this on, it wasn t in last time you were here and I think it would look wonderful on you . I found my dream dress. From the warm welcome at reception to excitement of the big decision to the measurements and final paperwork for purchase, the entire Bridal Gallery team were kind, helpful, informative and professional. Right when we enter the store, every staff was very professional. Ashley was our consultant and she was AMAZING! She made us feel so comfortable and introduced us to the dresses, ball gown section, etc. My friend even got to walk down the aisle with flowers and a veil. Considering Ashley only been working there for 1 month, she is fantastic and very knowledgeable! It was such a fun experience and I will definitely recommend this place to future brides.

The Bridal Gallery was very helpful in finding my bridal gown. They were very patient and did not pressure me to make a decision right at the time of the appointment. They made a time that could be very stressful relaxed and enjoyable.

I would not recommend this place. The lady who's helped us was very rude and not kind. She kept telling us the story of how her customer had to change 5 dresses because she listened to others. I totally got what she is trying to say, but please read the cue from your customer. We are not here to make the decision for but to help. She also kept telling us that we are not invisible the bride can't see through us. When she could have just tell people to move away but in a nicer way. We end up going somewhere else and bought the dress.

Despite COVID-19, I had a fantastic time finding my dress. Melody worked with me to find my dream dress and we tried on a variety of styles and I'm so glad I did! I ended with something totally different than what I had in mind. It was such a fun experience!

Was here today for my younger sister to look / purchase a wedding dress . Our sales associate AJ seemed visibly disturbed the whole fitting ( eye rolls, icy stares , exasperate silences .) My sister felt so uncomfortable she was almost in tears after, and our mom was crying after the whole experience . Her job is to help the bride find a dress she loves , not pressure a bride into a quick sale for commission . Will not be back.

I had the best experience ever with Bri at the Bridal Gallery! I was really nervous about trying dresses on, as I had heard from friends that dress shopping can be a stressful and rushed experience. However, from the moment we stepped in the doors we were welcomed by Bri and made to feel so comfortable and excited! She was SO helpful in every way, and her positive energy truly made the experience the most fun time. I found the dress of my dreams and left feeling so confident. I will be recommending the Bridal Gallery to everyone I know, and if you have a chance ask for Bri!

Eek! Terrible service and would never recommend. Minimal selection and variation on dress styles. Skip this place and head to Lisa's Bridal next door instead. My mom, MOH and I were uncomfortable in this place from the moment we walked in. I knew what type of dress I wanted and my consultant, Arie, didn't seem to care, pulling dress styles that I had specifically said I didn't want. I tried some of them on anyways, but when I didn't like a dress I felt a lot of pressure from her to explain why. You'd think a bridal consultant would be sensitive to reading when a bride is not happy in a dress! When pushed as to why I didn't like one dress in particular, she actually told me that "my concerns were not legitimate". One of the dresses she brought had a lace up corset underneath, but once I pulled it on she told me she wasn't going to lace it up to save time. Shouldn't she be doing everything possible to make the dress look it's best? Lastly, when I didn't find a dress I liked and we decided to get out of there, she very condescendingly told me that I had tried on too many dresses to know what I liked... not true, as I told her exactly what I was looking for from the beginning. A few weeks later, I was sent an email asking that I fill out a survey based on my visit. I answered all of the questions honestly hoping that my concerns would be addressed, but I never had any follow up from the salon.

12/10 experience! My consultant was Deanna, and we had a blast. She was very knowledgeable, and we were paired really well together. She helped me find the perfect dress for my wedding and made the whole process really comfortable, smooth and fun. I didn t wanna take my dress off! Can t wait until it comes in. Thanks again Deanna and all the lovely folks at the Bridal Gallery!

The BEST experience at The Bridal Gallery!! I had Stacie as my bridal consultant, this was the first wedding shop I came to. Compared to the others I went to that day... Stacie by far provided the best customer service and positive and comforting experience. They were also the only shop to have my dream wedding dress! She made me feel so special, which is exactly how you want to feel when trying on your dream dress! She provided me with great advice in general for my wedding day, and she was really there to make me happy, excited, and comfortable with my choice! Will most definitely be going there for alterations because of the high trust I have established with them.

Had such an amazing experience at the bridal gallery. Ariel was our consultant and I would definitely recommend her. She is such a lovely person and she really knows her stuff! Ariel helped me find my dream dress without feeling pressured or overwhelmed and I could not be happier!

My consultant Kassandra was good, but I felt very rushed toward the end when I had to place the order. The purshaser/front desk (or however you call her), I don't know her name, but she sucked!!!! NO customer service whatsoever!! She took the wrong measurement, she missed the notes that consultant had put in my paper work - TWICE! so make sure you remind them of additional notes if your consultant has made any. After that, another girl helped me because I wasn't confident about her initial measurement, that girl was nicer, but the first girl was still poking her and making comments and giving attitude! They even messed up the price, so make sure you double check the price if your dress is on sale! I was on the edge of saying "I don't need your attitude!" but she stopped commenting. I feel like The Bridal Gallery is that kind of place which would try so hard to get your business but wouldn't care anymore after you've placed your order. The two-star is only for the consultant and the selection of their dress. The Purchaser/Front desk sucked!!! so bad!

This place made my childhood little girl dream become true! Just personable, private, genuine, professional and just overall amazing. I'm a curvy bride and what made this perfect is that I was given directions, plenty of options and no limitations. I wouldn't hesitate to only recommend this place. Bridal Gallery snuck me in on a last minute appointment which I am absolutely so grateful for. My bridal consultant Deanna was phenomenal! She listened to what my experience at finding a dress at another store I went to, took the things that I liked most about the dress that I had found. Took me shopping at the dresses that were well within my low budget and saw what I was drawn too. Then suggested a dress that on the hanger was ok, but on was ohhh so gorgeous! That was it... I had found the one! I cried, my family and best friends cries, she teared up.
Because there was still time permitting left in my appointment she helped with the finding and trying on bridesmaid dresses. Found those too!! Deanna made my day! Can not thank her enough.

Everyone in The Bridal Gallery was so amazing, so sweet and so professional!! I spent a whole day there getting my dress and my bridesmaids dresses. Not only was she so pleasant to be with, but she listened to every comment I made about all the dresses I tried on and pulled the most amazing dress that I ended up buying. I would recommend them over and over again! I m taking my groom and the groomsmen there to get their suits as well!

Had the most amazing experience here! Yes, the shoe thing is weird and the no pictures unless you buy the dress bit is annoying...but they have an amazing selection of dresses, the attendants are super attentive, and it's a really pleasant environment. Definitely an experience worth having, even if you don't end up finding your dress there!

Large collection of dresses if you are not on a budget. Most of them are $1400 and up. If you are on a budget like me, there aren't many choices. We drove all the way from Langley with a 10-month old, and were judged for being 10 minutes late due to traffic and no parking ( I called to informed them we would be a bit late). We also felt being judged by our budget. It wasn't the right store for us.

Poor service. We phoned ahead and they assured us we did not need an appointment but ignored us when we walked in the door because they were busy upstairs. Still, they had three employees downstairs who were not working and actively avoided eye contact with us. When we finally got an employee's attention, she told us quite bluntly that they were busy and we'd have to wait. Not impressed and certainly do not recommend, as buying dresses for a wedding should be a happy and accommodating experience.

Emma was amazing!! I was definitely nervous about trying wedding dresses on. The week before I had been to Davids Bridal and had not had a great experience. Emma made the experience and absolute breeze and within 45 minutes I had found my wedding dress. It was actually a dress that Emma had picked out. She listened to exactly what I was looking for and made the experience a pleasure. I am honestly so grateful to her, for her help that day!! She is amazing at her job!!!!!!!!

I had a job interview there a year ago and it was not good. Part if the hiring process is an 8 hour work shift, which is unpaid with no training. At one point I was left alone helping people find dresses with no other employees in the room, which I assumed meant I was doing well. I found out later I did not get the job and was not given a reason on why. I was left feeling like 8 hours free labour.

One of the best wedding stores I have been to! They have the best wedding consultants who Offer a great help to you to get the right dress! Also, their dresses fabric is one of the greatest quality. I felt like a princess as I was trying the dresses on : their stores reception, fitting room, and the overall service is one of a kind.

I had a wonderful experience finding my dress here! Melody was knowledgeable and eager to guide me and recommend dresses, but also listened patiently and let me process my own thoughts. Highly recommend for anyone looking for their dream dress!

My experience at the bridal gallery was absolutely AMAZING!!
I had been to 6-7 stores before and the first dress Ariel put me in was the one without a doubt. It was exactly what I was looking for and she made me feel amazing!

I was a bride there that liked a dress there but decided to buy my dress elsewhere... consultant Maggie was very rude to people that were important to me. She started off a little rude because of a parking meter situation.. in which I let go in wanting to proceed searching for the perfect dress... after when my very good friends had come; when asking for their opinion... she continued to make rude remarks
.. such as " would you ask them what they thought about your fiance."(I brought them there for their opinion and support...so ...) but then she also would continue with her opinion of the outfit... i found my experience very awkward and further more that consultant was extremely rude to people that I wanted to be a part of my search cause they are important to me!

Ariel was so sweet and was able to help me find something that everyone loved despite my very specific requests! I was feeling discouraged after my pervious appointment at a different shop, but she made the experience fun and stayed longer than the appointment was scheduled to make sure I got everything I needed.The overall experience was honestly on a whole different level!

I went to the Bridal Gallery with high hopes and was incredibly upset and disappointed after my experience there. Upon arrival I was asked the general questions (e.g., budget, theme etc...) and with an unlimited budget I assumed that I would have no problem finding the "right dress." My bridal consultant was very rude from the onset. When I fell in love with a dress on the mannequin, she ignored my requests. Then after trying on multiple dresses, I requested my dream dress again. At this point another bride was trying it on and the consultant turned to me and said "You can't afford that dress..." I was astonished at this as was my mother in law. We were well presented and dressed (although I don't think this should alter how someone treats you anyways!). I wondered if she even listened to me at all. After pushing many dresses on me (none of which fit my style or theme), I finally tried on the dress I had been asking for. At this point, I had decided that Bridal Gallery and my consultant did not deserve my time or my business. I highly recommend brides avoid this store and their tactics.

I was just there this weekend and it was an amazing experience! Especially during this difficult time of covid my consultant Katelyn was amazing! Listening to what I wanted and pulling styles that I described! My bridesmaids couldn t be there due to only having 2 people and I loved that they could experience it with me through video chat and it made the experience even more special! I will be recommending this place to my friends for their dresses!

This is the 3rd store we went to in search of my sister's prom dress.
The selection is great, and it also help that they were having a 20% off sale for prom dresses!

To sum up the experience, it was basically the ultimate Say Yes To The Dress experience! There was an area for the "males" to sit. A wonderful change room area with a full wall length mirror. Sales Associate was wonderful in assisting my sister try on the dress. They were extremely helpful and patient, we did not feel rushed at all by our blonde and beautiful sales associate! (darn, I forgot her name)!! She made sure to teach me the proper way of tying the corset back for my sister's prom dress! Thank you so much for an amazing experience and I cannot wait to come back when I need to shop for my wedding dress!!!

I visited many bridal shops on the search for my wedding dress and this shop was, by far, the best one. Deanna was very welcoming, professional and kind. She was not pushy whatsoever and did not rush me to make up my mind!
The store itself is beautifully laid out. During the appointment, you are able to choose whichever dresses you'd like to try on and the consultant takes them back for you to the change room area. There are plenty of large mirrors, and there aren't hoards of people encroaching on your space. Although, I would recommend visiting this shop during the week as it is a popular spot on the weekends!
Overall, I really enjoyed my experience at The Bridal Gallery. If you can, choose Deanna as a consultant! Happy shopping!
