Had an amazing experience with Melody finding my dress. She understood my vision perfectly and I ended up getting the first dress she selected for me (after trying on many others). We then worked on finding the perfect complimentary veil and explained the next steps. I can t wait to go back to see my dress once it comes in!

They do not even deserve a 1 star. I went in disregarding their bad reputation anyways and boy was I wrong for even giving them a chance. Snobby, rude and just out right the worst Bridal store ever. Their selection was boring and over priced, staff was so unhelpful, rude, pushy. Glad we all went to another bridal store. The worst experience ever. Stay away from this place at all costs!

I had a wonderful time at this store! I had a consultant Bree and she was amazing! She only selected dresses within our budget and she listened very well to what I wanted and picked out a certain dress. As soon as I put it on, tears rolled down my cheeks and I did not want to take it off. My family really loved it as well and we had nothing negative to say about it! That was the dress I picked out. I definitely recommend Bree when you go to The Bridal Gallery!

The Bridal Gallery is a beautiful store that makes finding your wedding dress feel like a luxurious experience. My consultant AJ was a dream to work with; she pulled dresses that fit the description of what I wanted, but I ended up saying yes to a dress that I wouldn t have even tried if it wasn t for AJ s keen eye and attentiveness! I felt so comfortable in her hands, quite literally, as she helped me in and out of the dresses. All of the staff were very supportive and kind, especially Sheila who took my measurements and Fiona who placed my order. I also appreciate that The Bridal Gallery has sizes that fit my body and I was able to try on, as other stores I went to didn t have a good variety and I had to use your imagination. They really take care of you at The Bridal Gallery and make finding your wedding dress a fun and enjoyable experience. Thank you AJ and the whole team!

After having gone to a couple bridal shops in Vancouver I was extremely disappointed with my experience at The Bridal Gallery. I felt the staff was rude & unfriendly, they would not allow me to take pictures (the Vancouver stores all let me take pictures) and in fact the woman helping me (Maggie) would not even tell me who the designer of the dress I liked was so that I could look at the pictures online. I did not buy my dress here despite having found one that I loved for a very reasonable price and ended up buying a different dress from Blush in Vancouver where they treated me & my friends 100 times better. As I told my fiance "I'd rather spend ten times as much on a wedding dress where they treat you well than buy anything from The Bridal Gallery." Do not recommend.

I had a wonderful experience at the Bridal Gallery with my consultant, Brittany. She asked the right questions and listened attentively to the style of dress that I like and my budget. The first dress she picked for me was the dress that I decided to buy for my wedding. She was also very accommodating when I asked for an ivory material to put over the dress I was trying as it had a nude overlay. I would totally recommend her as a bridal consultant because of her fun nature and expertise. Thank you for helping me find my dress, Brittany!

AJ was wonderful. She was very attentive and knew exactly what to look for. It s like she was reading my mind. The store is lovely and have so many dresses. I really like that they carry size 4-6. Other stores only have size 8-10 and above and doesn t give you the best idea/look. Would definitely recommend AJ for finding THE perfect dress for me!

I must admit, I was a bit concerned I would not find the dress of my dreams, but Ariel was so incredible and thanks to her warm, compassionate, calm personality, I said yes to the dress! Ariel has such a unique gift in how she helps her brides. In the few hours we had together, she listened to what my thoughts and needs were, and persevered in helping me find the perfect match. By the end of the fitting, my eyes were filled with happy tears (as well as my mum and sister) and I could not be more thankful.

This was an awful experience for me, and I would not recommend buying your wedding dress from this place! Sales ladies were pushy and told me whatever I wanted to hear in order to get a sale.

Firstly, Prior to saying yes to my dress, the sales lady told me it would not be a problem to open up the back of my dress, only to be told AFTER buying my dress by THEIR seamstress that it would NOT be possible and that it would loose the integrity of the support around the bust! Let me make it clear that I would not have bought that dress had I known that, so thank you pushy sales lady for saying whatever you needed to say in order to get your sale. Sales training tip for next time: Get an actual seamstress' opinion before making statements like that to customers.

Secondly, I will point out that the first time I had gone in there I had told the ladies my budget, and had chosen 3 dresses that were well within (and would be at the top end of it once accounting for alterations and tax) that I wanted to come back and try again another day. The next time I came in, the prices were all jacked up to the top end of my budget, not allowing for alterations or taxes. The sales lady lied to me about adjusting the prices, but I remember looking at those prices originally, and thinking I could make those work. I would not have came back to try them on if they were outside my budget. Even after this awful experience, I still decided to buy a dress from there, in which case they didn't even offer any sort of "She said yes to the dress" photo or anything that virtually every other store seems to do. It was a very lackluster experience, and my mother and I left disappointed.

Great service. Sheila was amazing and so helpful. She took the time to ask questions to help us come up with the perfect dress. She genuinely cared about all the brides' opinions and the bridesmaids opinions. She never made it about her or hard selling. She gave us a wonderful experience.

The Bridal Gallery was my first appointment and they made the experience so memorable. Diana, Brittany, and the entire team were so wonderful to work with. One of a kind bridal boutique with the most beautiful gowns you could ever imagine. This place is really a one stop shop as they have everything from the bridal gowns to men s suits and tuxedos, suits for little boys, mother of the bride, bridesmaids, and little girls dresses, and all the accessories a girl could think of. The shop it clean and beautiful and they follow all covid protocols making for a very safe and enjoyable experience. Our consultant was knowledgeable and excellent at her job in hearing what you want and need and leading you to your perfect dress ultimately helping you say YES to the dress. Do yourself a favour and give yourself the bridal experience you deserve by going to the The Bridal Gallery, you won t be disappointed!

The past weekend I found my wedding dress with the wonderful help of Ariel! She was AMAZING! She knew what I would like even before I did. She really made this day that much more fun and special. She was able to find everything that I wanted under a budget and was so encouraging. I am so excited to get married in my dress and am so thankful for Ariel's help. Would recommend seeing her (even if you think you have found the dress!) because she might find something that is more you and kicks "that dress" out of the running. :)

I had THE BEST experience ever. I tried on a bunch of dresses before coming to the bridal gallery, I told Melody the look I was going for. Her response was I have the perfect dress and sure enough, it was the first dress I tried and and fell in love with. Melody is AMAZING at her job and I had SO much fun looking and trying on dresses ! I would recommend Melody and the Bridal Gallery to everyone!!!

Long story short I found out I was pregnant 4 days after purchasing my dress at The Bridal Gallery and the woman who helped me became so pushy and combative, telling me I had to keep it. finally 6 weeks before my wedding, and after her convincing me to wait and try the dress on once it arrived (with the assurance if I didnt like it I could swap it for something else- which turned out to not be true), I had to just walk away from the dress and this store. I left with no wedding dress, out $600 and really upset. Overall I was left with the feeling that my sales lady could not care less if I was happy with my dress, she just wanted the commission. awful experience.

I had my first ever Bridal Appointment at The Bridal Gallery, with Stacie. She was so kind and helpful with picking dresses! She always gave her honest opinion and took all of my concerns into account. I had so much fun, and would go back 10x if I could! The seamstress and other consultant there at the time were so complimentary and made me feel right at home and confident. Highly recommend Stacie and The Bridal Gallery team!

I found my wedding dress here and I am over the moon, enough said. This was my first and only bridal appointment. Chelsea was able to pinpoint exactly what I wanted in a wedding dress within my budget all while making it as fun as possible. I highly recommend the bridal gallery and Chelsea for any wedding needs.

After previous bridal shopping disasters I was incredibly anxious and nervous. However, Teresa was absolutely amazing and I came away with a dress that I absolutely love! All nerves were instantly calmed and the whole experience was so positive and filled with laughter. Thank you so much Teresa!

Check your dress BEFORE you put it on. I went to my second fitting and found a hole in the train of my dress. We showed it to our seamstress and she said it had been there when she was doing alterations. She later denied ever seeing it and the sales team pushed the narrative that I broke the hole into the dress myself. Their solution was to patch the hole or cut inches off the train of the dress. It's still noticeable afterward but we didn't want to make the train shorter.

One of the sales associates had said "didn't you remember telling me you heard the dress rip on your shoe?". I had never told her such a thing and if I thought that had happened I wouldn't push the issue that my dress had been damaged. They won't own up so you need to be on top of making sure your dress isn't damaged before they can pin it on you.

My daughter and I were here today to shop for grad dresses. This was her first experience trying on dresses and she left feeling discouraged and frustrated. She would often come out of the room and had to wait for an employee to help fit the dress and then before the hour was up, the employee was pushing us out saying that our time was up. If we are limited to 1 hour then have someone helping us so we aren't wasting time waiting. Poor selection.

I just recently got engaged before Christmas and on Saturday February 10th I went to go look at wedding dresses with my mom, future mother in law and my maids of honours. The bridal gallery was the first place that I went too so I was super excited for it to be my first experience trying on dresses. My consultant was Marley and she was AMAZING! She was so fun and sweet and wanted whatever was best for me. She did not seem pushy or like she was trying to rush me which made me feel really comfortable. There was a dress that my mom and mother and law wanted me to try on but it was on one of the maniquines and Marley gladly took it off so that I could try it on. It was a size too small but she insisted I try it on anyways and it ended up being THE DRESS! Before I said yes to the dress one of Marley s co-workers (Nicole) came over and showed me that there was an additional train and longer veil and totally completed my dress. Once I saw my mom crying I knew it was the one. Even Marley started to tear up. Nicole and Marley then took me down into another room and took lots of photos which made me feel like a princess! I wasn t expecting to get my wedding dress the first day I was trying on dresses but I am so happy that I got it at the bridal gallery. They were amazing ladies and really made it a special occasion that I will remember for the rest of my life ! I highly recommend coming here and ask for Marley. She was an absolute gem !

I was so excited to go prom dress shopping and Alina made the experience so wonderful. It was very quick but not rushed and she happily ran around helping me choose accessories and dresses. I highly recommend :)

I had a wonderful experience with Melody and all the other crew! She is professional and friendly. I got my dream dress with a incredible price!

The consultant did not make me feel comfortable at all. I filled out the forms letting them know my style and budget. My budget was roughly $2000 and that was not by any means set in stone. She pointed me in the direction of where those dresses were located. I am a petite woman and as I browsed through the dresses she was insistent on pointing out the dresses that I liked would be too small when in fact when I tried them on they were snug but did zip up. That did not make me feel confident at all. I also pointed to 2 dresses on mannequins that were beautiful. The first was in the $3000 range and she was quick to tell me that was far too expensive for me. I shrugged it off and continued browsing. The other was in the $4000 range and a size 4. I had to ask her numerous times if I could just try it on because it was beautiful. Once again she pointed out that it was far too expensive for me again and that it would not fit. I tried it on and it fit me perfectly and was one of the most beautiful dresses I tried on all day. Because of her attitude and the horrible experience picking out the different dresses to try I would not have dared bought that dress from her even though it was perfect.

I had an excellent experience at Bridal Gallery as Cassandra was really helpful at finding dresses that suited my taste, budget and body type. She's a pro! It only took 5 dresses and boom....wedding dress shopping DONE. This is a beauiful store too, with a lovely ballgown room and lots of nooks and crannies for privacy. Thanks to Bridal Gallery for making this an easy, fun experience. Highly recommended!

I went to the bridal gallery for my first appointment ever and I didn't need to go anywhere else!!!! My consultant was Cassandra and she was amazing. She took time to get to know my style and accommodated to my guests' (my mom and sisters) opinions as well. However, she told me to follow my heart and it worked. I found THE dress in our ONE session! I'm so happy and excited for what's next! Everyone was so excited for me after I said YES TO THE DRESS!! Thank you Bridal Gallery and Cassandra!!

The Bridal Gallery in New Westminster was more than I could have asked for! Sheila was my consultant and she was so excited to know that she was the first one to show me wedding dresses. I had no clue what I really wanted, so she had me try a variety of styles so that I knew all of my options. I mentioned that I have some pretty wide swimming shoulders to work with and that inspired her to pull a high-neck halter. She wasn't pushy at all! She read my face and excitement level to help me with any uncertainties and didn't pull anything that I couldn't order in-time or didn't fit my budget. With my sisters being on the island, she had no problem letting me face-time them in to be a part of the big day with my mom and MoH. Extra perk... you feel like an absolute princess trying on dresses because there is a button for the curtains to open and close to reveal you in each dress. I did try on dresses at another location just to be sure, and the service and dress options were nowhere close to comparable. I absolutely loved my experience with the Bridal Gallery and could not imagine having worn any other dress for the big day!

First off, this place is gorgeous. They have a variety of dresses that will suit any bride. My consultant, Cassandra, was very attentive and made trying on dresses a breeze. I tried on three dresses and after that she knew exactly what I wanted. She came back with the fourth dress and I immediately fell in love. Would definitely recommend this place to any bride-to-be.

If you re questioning which bridal shop to go to, go to this one! Let me start by saying that the minute that I walked into the shop, the staff were all friendly and super welcoming (definitely something you want for a special day!). Ariel was my stylist and she was nothing but amazing! Ariel allowed me to try on dresses that looked like the images that I showed her but she also gave me her own opinion on some other dresses which I loved and much appreciated. I ended up saying say yes to the dress which I thought I would not like but ended up loving and saying yes too (even went to a second store right after this appt and ended up coming back immediately!). Thank you Ariel and all the staff at the Bridal Gallery!!

This is one of the most beautiful buildings I've ever been into. And then on top of that it's a bridal store. Even though I didn't end up getting my dress from here (it was one of my top two's) I had the most amazing experience. I really felt catered to, they took the time to assess my needs and wants and brought me beautiful dresses based on that. The entire experience was one I won't forget and they have an incredible selection of dresses if you're getting married I'd highly suggest making an appt here even if for nothing else but the experience because it's the best you'll have.

Styles in bridal stores haven't changed since 2012 when I stopped being a wedding photographer. But awesome experience apart from not having anything modern and edgy.

Our experience with Bridal Gallery has been an amazing adventure from the moment we walked in the door November 2017. Her first choice and only choice was The Bridal Gallery. Such a beautiful shop, with hundreds and hundreds of dresses to choose from. Loved the cubby to store your shoes! Our daughter had just got engaged the week before and wanted to go shopping for her dress. Our consultant Nicole was amazing. She brought some dresses that my daughter had chosen to try on and a few alternatives. As often happens, the ones you choose are not the ones you leave with! The third dress she tried was exactly what she had dreamed of. Nicole read her vision perfectly. A beautiful, classic, feminine dress. Our daughter wanted to add her own touch so we were able to order some extra lace. The dress came in when expected and she had her first appointment for modifications. The alterations turned out perfect after a couple of minor tweaks and we are now ready for the big day in just under 3 weeks. Thank you to Nicole and all the wonderful staff including our amazing seamstress (sorry forgot your name!) for making this a very special experience!

So happy with my experience at the Bridal Gallery. My appointment was only two months from my wedding date and it was no problem. They have a great selection of off the rack dresses so no need to worry about waiting 4-6 months for a custom order. My consultant Stacie was fabulous. She was knowledgeable, so nice, and figured out what I wanted, even though I wasn t sure coming in to the appointment. I wasn t sure about committing to a dress after my first appointment but it was no problem to think about it and come back again for another appointment. So glad I did. Highly recommend Stacie and the Bridal Gallery!

My stylist Stacie was the absolute best! She did everything should could until i could find my perfect wedding dress in my budget and she did! She had so much patience with me even after trying on like 12 different dresses and I ended up only loving the last one! I was recently in this past Saturday with a couple of my bridesmaids to look for my wedding dress. Deanna was my consultant and she was professional, friendly, and honest. A couple of years back I was in with one of my bridesmaids to find her dress and when I made the appointment I wish I remember that consultant s name because she was fabulous! (So fabulous that she remembered us when we saw her working that day) but Deanna was equally amazing! And I m so happy she was part of my wedding adventure! Overall The Bridal Gallery is truly a shop that brides can trust to find THE dress along with outstanding service.

I can't recommend The Bridal Gallery highly enough. The team is so professional and knowledgeable, in addition to just being overall great people! We booked a Premium Consultation ($75), and it was definitely worth the cost (the additional time, semi-private area, and senior consultants - oh, and the champagne, ha). My most recent visit was my fourth dress-buying experience with them (wedding dresses for myself, my sister, best friend, and cousin) and I'm consistently struck by their genuine care for the brides and over-the-top service.

I was so nervous to go Bridal Dress shopping, and went in expecting to just browse around, but I was definitely wrong! Deanna was so helpful, and really put me at ease. She quickly got a good sense of my style, and even picked out the dress I ended up purchasing. Would definitely recommend for the helpful and kind staff, great selection and good range of prices.

Great selection of dresses ! I am a size 2 and at most places the dresses were so large that even with pinning it was hard to visualize how it would look like. But BG had smaller sizes for me to try. My consultant was Deanna. She was kind, warm, non pushy,very professional. I went in with minimal idea of what I wanted. I told her my budget and she helped me select a few dresses to try as well as letting me select some for myself. After trying on many dresses and even going to other stores.. two weeks later I went back to BG and ended up buying the very first dress that Deanna had picked for me! I was fortunate enough to get Deanna again this time around.

Melody was wonderful in helping me to find the dress.. she was so patient and yet so quick to realize what exactly am looking for.. I had a fantastic time working with her to find my dress

Beautiful store, great selection of dresses and helpful staff. Choosing a dress is such a big decision and therefore one thing that I especially appreciated was that I never felt pressured by any of the consultants into purchasing a dress the entire time. I worked with Bennie (1st visit), Theresa (2nd visit), and the manager. All of which were professional and accommodating, and knowledgeable.

This was an exceptionally disappointing experience. The consultant was appalling and completely ruined the atmosphere. From the moment we walked into the gallery the staff seemed stuffy and unfriendly. Our sales person was pushy and condescending and demanded that our friend outline the exact dress that she wanted rather than allow her to try things on and get more of a feel for what she wanted. If customers know exactly what they wanted prior to entering the showroom there would be no need to schedule these appointments in order to try things on! Other bridal shops are far more welcoming, beautiful and don t cause unnecessary anxiety. We left and will never return.

I am a bride from Alberta and one of my bridesmaids lives in B.C. She visited your shop and frankly I am appalled at the way she was treated while there. She was rushed throughout the whole appointment, found the staff to be quite rude and was not even given a consultant. Luckily she had a friend come with her so she did not have to sift through dresses alone. She felt that they only paid attention to brides and girls buying expensive grad dresses. You could go to a mall and get better service than this. Absolutely unacceptable, I will definitely not be ordering from you and would never refer any of my friends and family that live near by to you.

Sheila was so kind, patient, and passionate. She was a joy to have during the experience of finding a dress. Highly recommended to do the premium appointment. Enjoyed the overall experience and some great choices!

Even COVID can't put a damper on the experience of going to The Bridal Gallery. The Gallery itself is beautiful inside, the staff are very friendly and knowledgeable, and there are dresses for every style and size. Ariel was the consultant at my appointment and she really made the experience something extra special. Right off the bat she made me feel at ease and like I was talking to an old friend. She made sure I got to try on things I liked, but also pushed me to try things I wouldn't have considered, all while keeping the whole group laughing and having a good time. And on top of that, I found my perfect dress! 10/10 would recommend!

Absolutely horrible experience. DO NOT bother going in here in your are bigger than a dress size 8. They have a backroom for size 12 brides. Just discusting. Because this isnt bad enough the consultant was extremely rude and condescending. Made the experience even worse. Walked out after 10 minutes. Will never go back nor will o ever recommend it. Just a horrible experience. I have been to many bridal stores and had a way better experiences out there. Don't waste your time or money here.

I recently got engaged and wanted to start dress shopping as soon as possible just so I could have no worries about trying to find one closer to our date. Deanna was so amazing and it was like she could read my mind and know exactly what style of dress I wanted and more importantly needed for my big day. I am so happy that I found my dress, and it was a breeze!

Deanna was amazing!! The manager, on the other hand, wasn't. The dress I ended up purchasing that day was a reception dress, having already purchased my ceremony dress with my family in Montreal (I only moved out west last summer). When I arrived, the manager, not knowing this, had asked if I was being joined by anyone. When I replied that I wasn't, she made an "awwww" sound and gave me a look that suggested she pitied me because I was shopping alone (after already having looked in Seattle with a friend and in Italy with my now-mother-in-law). But if I had been truly alone in the way that she assumed, treating me as an object of pity would have made me feel terrible! What if I had been estranged from my parents? What if they were deceased? This matter should have been handled in a matter-of-fact way rather than the way that it was.

Stacie was very pleasant to work with. She helped me look for dresses within my budget. She was super helpful and not pushy at all. I didn't find my dress here but the experience was great.

My wedding is this September 2018. I picked my wedding dress from this store and I love it - I can't wait to wear it on my wedding day. I visited this store multiple times before I decided on "the one". Valerie was my initial consultant at my first appointment (and first bridal store) with my mother, future mother-in-law, and future sister-in-law. She was honest, very friendly, easy to talk to and her persona made the appointment an enjoyable experience for me. She pulled gowns for me that she thought I would like and were the styles and details I was looking for. I didn't get a dress on my initial visit, but I came back to the store three more times. Each one of those visits I was given a different consultant and I found their service to be awful. They seemed miserable, impatient, and very keen on rushing me out of the store as quickly as possible. One consultant in particular was very rude and had a condescending tone to my mother and I -- I can't remember her name. Debbie (the store manager) helped me on one occasion and my wedding dress was actually the one that she picked for me - I described what I wanted and immediately she thought of a dress they had hidden away in the back corner of the store. Because of my experiences with the other ladies in the store were so bad, I refuse to go into the store for any further appointments unless Valerie (or Debbie) are there. Valerie is the only consultant I want to deal with and no one else. She's the best! Planning a wedding is a very, very stressful time and Valerie always makes me smile, laugh and feel good about my upcoming wedding when I see her. Also, she makes the experience and mood good amongst any person I bring with me from my bridal party. They love her help as well. Thank you Valerie and Debbie for all that you've done! See you soon!

It was my first time trying on dresses, and didn't know what to expect. My experience at the Bridal Gallery exceeded my expectations. I had the pleasure of working with Deanna for our Premium appointment; champagne, a whole area of the shop to ourselves and our run of the racks - so much fun! Deanna quickly understood that I was looking for something "off-trend" and different, and gave me some wonderful options to try on that I would not have considered. I had two friends with me and I was impressed by how she included them and listened to their input as well as giving her own. I felt that she offered honest and constructive feedback, which is the whole point of working with a professional. Listen to her suggestions - you won't regret it! Make the Bridal Gallery your first appointment when you're ready to shop for your dress, definitely a 5 star experience.

I loved my experience shopping at the Bridal Gallery! I chose their store as they were the only store that carried the dress I had my eye on. My consultant was Deanna and she was lovely! I never felt rushed, my feedback on dresses was heard, and my budget was kept in mind. Due to covid I could only have 3 guests in person with me, but all other people who couldn t be there could still be a part of this special appointment via video call. Ultimately I left with my dream dress -the one I came to see- and even got $100 off for buying at my first appointment- amazing!! I can t wait to go back for my fittings.

I visited The Bridal Gallery this past weekend with my maid of honor and had a great experience. Bri, my consultant, was amazing. She let me describe the dress I had been envisioning and immediately had a dress in mind, which I ended up purchasing! She listened to everything I had to say and she made the experience so much fun. She was also super patient when we took some extra time to get my mom on a video chat so she could "be there" for me to say YES to the dress.

The whole appointment was excellent. The store is beautiful and wonderfully laid out. There is tons of lighting throughout and the lit runway at the end of our experience was the cherry on top. Their timelines were also shorter for alterations than shops I had been to previously so I didn't feel like I was in a time crunch even if I didn't get the dress that day.

I really can't say enough good things about this place so I would definitely recommend this to future brides.

I had such a great experience with Stacie back in September 2019. I went on a quiet Monday morning, unsure what to expect, it was the first store / first wedding dress shopping experience for me. From when I entered the store I was made feel so special. I really appreciated how I felt listened to. I thought it was really thoughtful to ask my budget first so I didn't fall in love with a dress that was out of my price range. My dress came in last week after 4 months. I was really impressed with my experience there.

I recently visited the store. It was my first time dress shopping. I took my Mom and MOH. I can't express how impressed I was/am with my experience there. Bella was an amazing consultant!! I walked in with NO clue as to what try on. My party and I pulled a few dresses, tried them on...then Bella had a much better idea of what my vision was shaping up to be. She chose a few for me...Bella wasn't sure if a particular one was going to be a hit with me (I said I didn't want lace!) She handed me the dress...I stood in the dressing room, put it on...and the tears of joy just flowed! Needless to say...I cancelled a appointment at a different gallery. Thank you for the AMAZING experience!

I would highly recommend any bride-to-be to make an appointment with The Bridal Gallery. I was so lucky to have had my consultant Cassandra, she was incredible! She was an expert at showing me dresses that fit with how I envisioned my wedding. The Bridal Gallery had every type of dress I was looking for, some straight off of my Pinterest board. Once I started trying them all on Cassandra was an expert at helping me narrow down my favourites. I m a very picky and indecisive person so I was so worried about finding a dress. But almost all of the dresses she pulled for me were perfect! She was incredibly patient and I found the entire experience fun and not overwhelming at all. At the end I found my dress! It was one that Cassandra had pulled and one I probably wouldn t have picked out myself until I tried it on. Thank you again Cassandra and The Bridal Gallery!

We had a poor experience at the Bridal Gallery. We found the staff to be rude and impatient... not really willing or wanting to help. We ended up leaving before our tour and going to Lisa's Bridal where we had an EXCELLENT experience. We ended up buying my Bridal dress and 5 bridesmaid dresses same day!

I was concerned because of some bad reviews but everyone was very nice there. The store is beautiful and Andrea was very patient with me. I had a hard time deciding and the staff was happy to keep bringing me more dresses and veils to try on. I went back a second time and they had reserved the dress just for me. I decided to get it and am very grateful they did not pressure me and for their thoughtfulness. Will update after alterations.

I found my wedding dress here and had a magical time! Ariel knew my vision better than I did myself and made me feel so special. I m the first I my family to get their dress and I won t be the last to go to the Bridal Gallery!

I was so lucky to have Stacie as my bridal consultant during my visit to The Bridal Gallery. Not only was the store beautiful to shop in but Stacie made this a great experience and was so fun & helpful as a personal shopper to find my wedding dress! She really listened to what I was describing to help narrow the search down to the one . I would highly recommend other brides to see this store. We paid for the upgraded VIP shopping experience which ended up being mixed up but that didn t detract from our overall experience at all. All the staff are so pleasant and helpful!

Best experience I had out of all the bridal stores I went to. My consultant, Arial, is fabulous! Definitely recommend her! She is funny and made the experience very enjoyable. I'm a plus size bride and I didn't feel I was judged or had a lack of dresses to try on. Ariel is also very knowledgable and knows what fits best on your body. She chose a dress for me "consultants choice" before I even got to see it and guess what?!?! It is the dress I purchased. It is super elegant and sparkly. I loved the veil she chose for me too. Bridal Gallery just makes you feel special and like a bride! :)

I didn t have a very good experience at all, I wasn t offered any help when trying on dresses and was forced to ask. My friends all had similar experiences, definitely do not recommend. If you plan on going dress shopping go to Lisa s bridal next door.

I went there last week with a girl friend, I had "Meg" as my consultant. She was very abrupt, uncaring, and obviously seen and dealt with too many brides. She didn't care about my wedding, and seemed to only work to get it over with. She made indirect insult such as "these dresses were made for taller brides" and such. She was very unfriendly and didn't offer much help. Me and my friend felt ackward and intimidated, which is the worst feeling when shopping for your wedding dress! Go to Sposa Wedding 4 min walk away, they were much warmer and personal that this big corporation store.

my Bridal Consultant was Christina, she was welcoming, warm, and charismatic. I was hesitant going in as some of the other staff seemed a little judgmental but once i met with her i was so comfortable. She really made the experience about me and the people i brought. By the end we we all crying happy tears, i really recommend requesting her!!!

The Bridal Gallery provides a 5- star bridal experience, the best Bridal experience I have had while looking for my dress. The company was professional and their selection was indredible. They had every dress imaginable. I had the pleasure of working with Cassandra, one of their bridal consultants. She was very attentive and was able to help me find my dream gown. I could not have been happier with her as my consultant and I would highly reccomend her to any bride. I had my first consultation this past weekend. Bennie was my consultant and she was beyond helpful. I never thought i would find my dress at my first appointment, however the store had such an amazing collection and Bennie was very mindful of what my vision of my dress was. Bennie made this process so much easier than what I imagined it would be like. I would really recommend this store to any bride looking for their dream dress.

I had Stacie Harrison as my consultant and I couldn t have been happier with my experience at The Bridal Gallery. I m a fairly indecisive person and didn t have much of an idea of the style or cut of the dress I wanted PLUS I had a very short deadline to pick out a dress (I.e. I needed to pick one out in the next couple weeks to allow time for alterations). So good luck to whoever was tasked to deal with me!

Incredibly, Stacie was super friendly and seemed to take the challenge without breaking stride. She was extremely accommodating and showed a wide variety of dresses that were doable given my short timeframe, so I could see for myself what I tended to gravitate toward. When it came time for alterations, she also took the time to pop over and have a chat, which was lovely. All in all, I was very pleased with the Bridal Gallery and would definitely recommend a visit if for your hunt for The One.

This was the third store I visited and while my experience in the other stores was okay, Chelsea, my consultant at The Bridal Gallery, was absolutely amazing. She was respectful of my budget and genuinely wanted me to have the perfect dress and a great shopping experience, and I got both of those. Their selection is amazing and I can t express with words how excited I am to receive my dress in 4 months! I highly recommend you check this place out before you buy your dress anywhere else.

I went to the Bridal Gallery - Solo to potentially buy a specific dress that I called and made the appointment for. From the moment I walked in the receptionist/greeter was incredibly rude, my wedding is less then 2 years away and she basically made me feel stupid for wanting to buy a dress now. I didn't want her opinion nor did I ask for it. The consultant was great, but the front desk greeter really gave me a bad first impression of the entire store and therefore my appointment sucked.

I ended up going to a store in Vancouver to purchase the same dress which was valued at over $3000. The Bridal Gallery lost this sale because of the rudeness I was bestowed upon arrival.

I would not go here for dresses, due to the service alone.

I visited the Bridal Gallery on January 24th with my mom to look for my wedding dress. Right from booking the appointment they were extremely welcoming and accommodating. Upon arrival we met our consultant Deanna Hollingsworth, who brought us in, sat down with us and asked some questions to get to know us better, and get an idea of what we were looking for. Upon showing some photos of dresses I had seen online, Deanna actually went and grabbed those exact dresses for me to try on! The selection was fantastic, they were able to work with my price range, and Deanna was wonderful. She was warm and lovely, with fantastic product knowledge. I found my dream dress and couldn't have done it without her!

I walked in, discouraged from previous stores and no appointment, and met my fairy god-mother, Rikki. She gave me an experience so magical that I couldn't believe this was real life. 45 minutes later I was ordering my dream dress. I love the Bridal Gallery.

I had a terrible experience at the Bridal Gallery. This was the first place I came to try on dresses, so I was hoping to get some ideas and come back in a month with my mother. I was quickly told from my consultant Diana that if I wasn t prepared to purchase I probably shouldn t be trying dresses on. I wasn t given any direction on what to choose and could only find three dresses I thought I might like. I was also told that the design I was after was very expensive and that small girls like myself often have to compromise. I look young, but I am actually 30 years old and didn t feel I was being treated with respect. After trying on the three dresses I selected I asked if Diana she any suggestions. She simply said there were no other dresses that fit my description. I left feeling extremely discouraged and could not believe the poor service I received.

Lots of choice with a patient senior consultant who listens! I gave 4/5 as didn't find my dress there but the consultant was trying very hard considering all my criterias. Only downer for me is that many of their current collection are strapless. Good price range.

As a first time wedding dress shopper, I was pleased at the professionalism and organization that the Bridal Gallery had to offer. Their shop is beautifully laid out and well kept. The dresses offered were all beautiful, albeit a little higher end ($1,200 upwards). My bridal consultant was AJ, who was super fun to work with and made me feel really comfortable and excited about all the dresses. She was able to answer all my questions and in the end helped me to find my dress! Thanks to everyone at the Bridal Gallery for the great experience! I still have yet to do my final fitting, but expect to have the same level of service in any following appointments.

They were fantastic - I was an easy going bride and needed no alteration - needless to say there was very little stress involved ! The only times I went there was to buy, try on and then pick-up my dress :)Over all they were courteous, well run and polite - I'd use them again in an instant !!!

Large, pretty bridal salon in New West, this was our first place I visited with my daughter while shopping for her wedding dress. I arrived a bit late, my daughter had tried on about 3-4 dresses. She really liked one, but wanted to see more. Our consultant told us they were the largest shop in BC, but that she "had really seen everything they had". I was confused by this comment, since she only tried on a few dresses! I understand everyone needs to do their job, but I felt she was REALLY pushing my daughter to take the dress: it will be gone, etc. High pressure sales are off putting to me, and especially for something as important as a wedding dress. We left and went to Langley, where we thankfully had a much better experience! The consultants there brought her tons of dresses to try, many different styles, no pushing the sale, and she found the dress of her dreams at a wonderful price. The Bridal Gallery is a nice store, but I prefer less sales pressure plus a consultant that encourages trying a wide variety of styles (especially for a bride that was very open to suggestions).
