We were here a few months ago, my future daughter ...

We were here a few months ago, my future daughter in law was looking for wedding dress. We found one she liked and we ordered it that day. I cannot say enough about the woman that helped us that day....I wiihed I could remember her name because I would like to give her credit for such a wonderful experience. Having said that, yesterday Dec 15, 2018 we came back because the dress had arrived and we were going to pick it up. The woman that helped us upstairs as my future daughter in law tried her dress seemed fine....but as the fitting progressed she seemed more and more detached from us. There were some loose threads hanging from the beading and I asked her about but she was stonefaced looking straight ahead at I don't know what, as if in a trance. I asked her a question in a loud enough voice that she should've heard me, but she was almost trancelike. The 3 of us (myself, my daughter and my future daughter in law looked at each other in confusion because we've not encountered that before. I had to repeat my question but had to say, "Excuse me.....excuse me ....twice before she finally snapped out of what seemed to be a trance. Then when we were downstairs paying for the balance of the dress, there were 3 people at the cash counter (2 women and a guy) who were deep in conversation about Joe Fresh and something about getting a Uniqlo gift card, blah, blah, blah. Not one of them made eye contact with me as they charged my credit card the $1400 balance on the dress. So unprofessional. What started out as a great experience ended in disappointment. Bridal Gallery....you need to work on your customer service all the time, not just some of the time.
