Poor service. We phoned ahead and they assured us we did not need an appointment but ignored us when we walked in the door because they were busy upstairs. Still, they had three employees downstairs who were not working and actively avoided eye contact with us. When we finally got an employee's attention, she told us quite bluntly that they were busy and we'd have to wait. Not impressed and certainly do not recommend, as buying dresses for a wedding should be a happy and accommodating experience.
