This dealer knows customer service, period!

I would like to take this opportunity to express how truly thankful I am of my experience with Toronto Hyundai, especially Tomaj Shahinjou your Technical Service Manager.

I am currently the owner of two Hyundai s however in recent years, my 2011 Hyundai Sonata started to show signs of trouble. I reached out to multiple dealers but no one was even willing to listen as it was a sold vehicle and too much work to go through the warranty process. This left such a foul taste in my mouth that I actually decided to leave the brand completely upon my next refresh of both vehicles. As you can see, I am in the service industry and control the sales and marketing aspect fo the business however I am well aware it is not the sales process that wins loyalty, it is the service that comes after.

Tomaj Shahinjou is an excellent example of what service should be. He was 100% honest and respectful from day one. He delivered what he promised and everything was explained until there was a full understanding of the entire process. No over promises and no with holding information. He made the whole process easy therefore allowing me to continue with my daily activities without feeling the impact of the car in the shop. I am happy to report that after a very long time of battling over this issue, Tomaj was able to address the issues with my vehicle in a responsible amount of time.

More importantly, he won back my faith in Hyundai. The Genesis G70 is looking like a promising option for my next vehicle refresh based on the service I can expect under Tomaj s team.

I want to express my gratitude as I am in the service industry and team members like this are very hard to find.
