I will keep this short right now because the issue is ongoing and just happened. We had them replace the rear brakes a couple of days ago. My daughter was on the highway in the way to Chicago and the car started to violently shake. She turned around to go back home then pulled to the side and called her Dad. The left front and rear tire were not tightened at all. I talked to Fred the "Director" who agreed with me that they must have put all four tires on at the same time and never went back to tighten them. In his words "unhear" of. I'm grateful she and her sister weren't hurt. She knew to call mama bear sp I can call the auto place. I'm hoping to load the video. Mike was able to hand tighten them. What makes it worse is that we've had two other bad situations with them. I will post another review and follow up review once the issue is resolved. I am unable to post the video of the lose lugs.

If you got a mailer saying you won something, don t go! It s a scam. They are just trying to get you in to sell a car to you. Don t give this dealership who does this kind of thing any business.

I got a check engine soon light on my 2015 Fusion Hybrid. I reached out to the Tom Peck Service department on Monday and made arrangements to drop my car off on Tuesday night. By 4:00pm on Wednesday i got a call to let me know the car was done and ready for pickup. Smooth and painless process getting it fixed and best of all it was at no cost to me because it was covered by warranty. Went on for an oil change he said come back in an hour so I did. When I got there they pulled my van in right away so I thought that's fast. I could see my van in the shop. 45 minutes later my truck was done. That was the longest oil change I ever had

Where do I start. I just purchased a 2017 Ford Escape from Joe at Tom Peck Ford due to my car being totaled out in a wreck. Honestly they made this experience so quick and painless. I would come on my lunch break from work and Joe would have a vehicle pulled up and waiting for me ready to test drive. There was no pressure and they really went above and beyond to make sure I was paying the price I wanted, for the amount of months I wanted, for a car I was in love with. they were willing to go get cars from other locations just to make sure it was the perfect car. Joe kept me updated at all times. This was the best experience I could have hoped for and once I picked the perfect car we were in and out. I have purchased vehicles in the past that took HOURS to get through the paper work and that was not the case here with Joe at Tom Peck. All in all the process was very quick, I felt well heard and cared for, Joe is a lifesaver who I will come back to and will recommend to EVERYONE, and I am over the moon with my fancy new (to me) vehicle! The actual service work and experience was quite good. However, when I went in on a Saturday to try to find out why my Sync was not working the service department did not have a qualified technician available and the person behind the counter was utterly unable to give me any idea at all what the issue might be. In addition $150 diagnostic charge seems very high to me even if it is applied to the bill. A charge in the $50 to $75 range would seem more consumer friendly. Nevertheless, the service was provided in a timely, professional and friendly manner which I do appreciate.
I had a wonderful experience with Huntley Ford, everything Joe did was top notch salesmanship, he new I was coming in from out of town and had everything taken care of for me when I arrived. I even had some minor issues with the truck when I got home and they were more than happy to help me even after the sale, that speaks volumes for joe and the staff at Huntley Ford.

Just purchased a used vehicle from Tom Peck Ford. It was the easiest car transaction that we have done in a long time. We went in looking for a specific type of car. Joe showed us a couple of different options and we choose the one we wanted. We went in the showroom and the transaction was done in a timely manner.
Then we went into the finance office. We were in and out of there in no time. The car was ready when we were done.
We saw cars on their website and they actually had the cars in their lot. We took a couple of test drives and then we were ready to buy. We were impressed with their professionalism and their respect for our time. We would go back to Tom Peck Ford to purchase a car anytime.

I have looking for a f150 since I totaled my truck. Have had terrible experiences with numerous dealer's being all about sale and not the customer. My experience at Tom peck was no different. I live 340 miles from this dealership. Found a f150 in thier inventory emailed on it called on it and made arrangements to take a Monday off work to make the trip to purchase the truck and they sold it !! Twice this has happened to me since November. Both Ford dealer's. The guy walking through door comes first instead the guy who spends hours searching the internet and then engaging with the dealership from sales all the way up to the General manager. A lot of problems getting the paperwork sent to my state, contacted the finance manager many times with no response. My salesman Joe Basile, came to the rescue and secured the paperwork for me. If your shopping at Huntley Ford I highly recommend you ask for Joe Basile! Great price too but be prepared to play the game, I recommend negotiating the OTD price before going there or be prepared to spend several hours on it.
My salesman Sanchez was amazing! He had such high energy and was amazing while helping me find the perfect car for myself. I highly suggest coming here for all your car needs!
