I walked in the Huntley Ford to have my oil changed I have been in the dealership before prior to this new ownership. I immediately noticed a dramatic change in the appearance of the dealership. I didn't think I wanted a ford but after Julian showed and explained to me everything in Explorer I knew I had to have it! If you are going to Huntley Ford ask for Julian and you won't be disapointed!

Called ahead and spoke with Joe B, told him i was extremely limited on time and I was booked out for 10 days, so we got a jump start on what he needed from me before I got there, had the car pulled up and I jumped in for quick test drive, drove away in my Explorer in under an hour! Awesome experience

I m not a big fan of negotiating and I didn t have too many issues here. I m very happy with the price I paid for the new vehicle and also with the price they gave me for my trade-in. Joe B was very helpful and made the purchasing very simple and quick with all the paperwork. He s a nice guy and I would go back for my next vehicle.

This dealership has very very poor service skills. From the moment I called my experience Was negative. I was inquiring about a specific vehicle and the sales representative Carina, had this attitude as if I were annoying her with my questions. Long story short they forced me into coming to the dealership and setting up an appointment Because they refused to do business over the phone. I am an emergency medical laboratory scientist that works with covid patients on a daily basis and am trying to have as little contact with people as possible for their safety and mine. I also live over 50 miles away but was told we can make a deal and must come in.
I get there the car was not ready to be shown nobody is wearing a mask and we must wait for them to find the vehicle and pull it around. why did I make an appointment? The sales associate Peter took a call in the middle of our appointment directly in front of us and told us to wait. We took the vehicle for a short drive to come back to the office where our sales rep and another colleague were sitting back congregating In our office. I ended up walking away over a $3000 difference and they lost over a $31,000 sale. We left and on the way home realized they didn t give me back my debit card. I complained to the general manager Abe about service And he responded with fursure . That is completely unprofessional. Do not work with this dealership . .

I would highly recommend purchasing a vehicle from Tom Peck Ford in Huntley. Mark Stillwater in the Sales Dept. did an outstanding job, fullfilling my purchasing requirements, delivering the vehicle on time and matching all my expectations.

Great service center and Mark in Sales is such a gentleman! The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is because their porters have no clue how to was a car. I know it's a courtesy service, but do it right if you're going to offer it. They basically hose the car off and deliver it wet.

Very good dealership. Visited it awhile back with my father who was looking for a Jeep Wrangler. If you go, ask for Eric Cardona. The man is very friendly, wise, and does business in a great manner. You won't be disappointed with his services. He made the transition for my father a very simple one. In a matter of a few hours we were in and out. Plus, the car my father wanted wasn't on their lot but Eric still managed to get stuff done for us!!

We went to this dealership thinking we wanted a used Ford fusion Hybrid. After telling Joe what we were looking for and our price budget, he had us test drive a used cmax also. Joe never pressured us and stayed within our budget when looking at cars. The manager and the finance man were a little pushy but not as bad as other dealerships we have dealt with. We settled on buying the cmax and really like it so far even though I am still concerned about lack of trunk space. The two main factors in buying a car here was Joe's helpfulness and non pushy attitude and the fact that we were able to pay cash. Some dealerships we found out only do finance options. We purchased a used Escape just over a month ago. The whole process during the Covid shut down, could not have gone smoother. My salesman, Adrian Sanchez was so helpful. I was not sure what to expect with so many places being closed/masks/disinfecting etc... He had arranged for me to test drive the vehicle and showed me others on the lot. Took my truck in for an oil change. Found that my brakes were going so I had Tom Peck Ford do the work. Shortly after they started working on it they called me and asked if I used my parking brake. I told them all the time(My driveway is on a slant) I was told there was another something that needed to be replaced I said sure thing. When I got home I put on the parking park except for one thing it went to the floor and I had no parking brake at all. When I called they have closed for the day. I headed out of town for the 4th hope this gets fixed when I return.

Friendly atmosphere, young gentleman named Eugene F helped us out with the car we needed to tow our boat. He found F-150 with the tow package which suited our need perfectly. Truck was in great condition. Highly recommend.

GREAT JOB, Take all our cars to them for service.
Only issue is that for some reason they changed the headlights settings and don't re-set menu to what you had when you arrived.

Our Experience - finance manager showed us sales contract on computer display and all was as agreed. He turned the display, typed a few things and handed us the signature pad. No contract provided as this would come from Ford Credit. WOW! surprised to learn they added $4K extended warranty without our consent. To get us better interest rate the finance manager later said, and apologized he did not tell us. We were disappointed.

We were looking for a car to flat tow (4 wheels down) behind our motor home. Bob Jakubowski listened to all of our wants, and found just what we were looking for including the color that matched the accent colors on our RV. After our purchase, he took plenty of time explaining how everything worked without rushing. Then Mark Stillwater was just as helpful getting all of the title transfers made and explaining the various service options. The topper was when Tom Peck introduced himself and spent time talking to us. All of the sales staff, support staff and service personnel are always very courteous.

The salesman here are very low-pressure, friendly, and professional. We bought two vehicles here in December. I have had my 2016 Explorer serviced at Tom Peck Ford several times nothing major: I purchased it out of state so I had to have a front license plate holder installed; the Explorer didn t have a tow package and we needed one to tow our boat so, once again back to Tom Peck. Both times they did a beautiful job. Both items looked factory installed. Later, a high-powered, monstrously aggressive dryer at a car-wash re-positioned my security panel from the driver door successfully and professionally repaired by Tom Peck Ford. Each time my vehicle has been scheduled for repair it has been repaired flawlessly and within the time-frame promised. Each time my vehicle has been in for maintenance the treatment is the same. Today was our second purchase with Tom Peck Ford, specifically Roger Svab. I can t speak highly enough of the dealership or Roger himself. ZERO pressure, ZERO upsell, ZERO games. It was really this simple - I contacted Roger about a 2019 Ranger XLT on their lot. Told him that if he made it easy for me, I d make it easy for him. I put a deposit on the truck, drove in 5 days later, and in an hours time, I was back on I-90 with my dream truck. They were beyond fair on my trade, they made sure the Ford Pass app and connectivity were set up on the Ranger, and sent me happily on my way with a full tank of gas and a grin that would rival The Joker s. The dealership itself is clean, well laid-out, and easily accessible. Rockford dealers take note - you could learn a LOT from Tom Peck Ford in Huntley. But even if you did, too little too late, they have a repeat customer in me. Thanks!

I went last night to look at a car when I got there. I had Gary Smith. I was treated like I was being a burden then I was looking at the Ford escapes I wanted awd I was told I didnt need it that I was stupid and all I needed was fwd. Then before we left I asked while I was there for a price on the new f150 and I was told just look online cause apparently it was to hard to just give me a number. I felt unwelcomed and treated like I was stupid. I'm not going back there. My first impression was not good.

Joe Tornabeni took the time to put us in the car that was right for us. Finance and closing was a breeze as well. Oh by the way, we went in at 5:00 pm on a Saturday (they close at 6:00). We were there until after 7:30 and never felt we were being rushed out the door. They were there until we were finished regardless of the time.
