I live in the Detroit area & was trying to get my wife a new C Max, because her old C Max was coming off lease. Dealers in the Detroit market told me, none were available. Dropped off my truck for service (had an appt time). Check in was quick but they didn't have a loaner ready. There was a snow event the night before and they had to get the loaner cleared off and de- iced. I had to wait 15-20 minutes for it. They knew I was going to need it as the appt had been scheduled a week prior. Not a horrible experience, just not top notch either.
Friendly, straightforward and reasonable. I appreciated the time the entire sales Team took to explain all of the details with the purchase of my new Edge.

Just bought a 2016 F-150 4X4 Supercrew from TPF, Tom Peck Ford. Last time I did this was 2001, when I bought a Toyota Tundra. The visit to Tom Peck Ford was a gesture to my wife. She wanted me to have a comparison quote since I had already picked a competitive truck to purchase. Glad I did this. Joe Tornabeni meet me at the front door. I told him what he needed to compare to. After showing us 5 trucks and vans, he mentioned a pre-owned they recently received. That was the one. Great truck, all the appointments and more, great price up front. His persistence sold me a better value truck. As with all car sales, you must see the manager, Bugs Wierzbowski, for possible add ons and final signatures. Great guy. Lays out the options, no rush to sign. Very informative. If your looking for transportation, give Tom Peck Ford a look.
I Spend Two days trying to decide which vehicle I was going to choose. They were patient and never pushy. Best of all,They gave me a fair trade and excellent pricing on my New Explorer without any games or nonsense. Tom Peck Ford is a good place to buy a new or used vehicle. I definately Recommend them! Really poor experience we had trying to buy a vehicle, I think it is because of their internet sales team. We read all the great reviews and that is one of the reasons we wanted to buy from here and for our new employee that lives out that way. Too bad, we wanted the vehicle. Maybe suggest go in direct and avoid the internet team.
Joe in sales and "Bugs" in the finance department were awesome. I drove over an hour and bought the vehicle I went in to see. No pressure, just honesty. It really was a relief to have such a smooth transaction.
I have been working with Jon Osvath on a trade in, and out of the other dealerships I have dealt with, he is one of the best salesmen I have met. Professional, doesn't rush you in and out just to make a sale, and shows real interest in what the best option is and how to get there. I would definitely come here again if I buy another car.

The Tom Peck service team did great service on my truck and credit is given where credit is due. I would have given them 5 stars, but I gave them 4 stars to allow room for continued advancement in quality service.
We just had our car winterized at Tom Peck Ford. The service was on a first come, first serve basis and we were told about how long it would take. Sure enough that was accurate and we received our car back in great shape ready for the winter. We were very happy with the service.
Great dealership. I bought a used 2013 ford C-max sel and I absolutely love the car. The staff was friendly and extremely helpful. I am sure all the staff is great, but if you ever visit ask for Julian Castaneda. Julian was the sales manager that helped me out, he was downright awesome. The finance guy was cool to, besides giving me a hand cramp by making me sign so many papers . All in all from sales manager, finance guy, and even the cashier this dealership deserves an A+.
Emailed them about a vehicle and asked them to send pictures of it. Avoided my question and tried getting me to come into the dealership. Kept sending me emails daily after I asked them to stop. I opted out of their emails 6 different times and they keep sending me emails trying to get me into their dealership. 2 STAR.

You made the process of signing paperwork and picking up vehicle in a shorter than usual amount of time which was great and the staff were not only kind, but funny quick witted and even went out of their way to go into the roadway to stop us from driving away without our packet of signed documents.

Had a truck discounted on their website for 43k...within 2 minutes on the phone, the out the door price was up to 58k. Total bait and switch prices advertised on the website. Glad I didn't waste time driving there. Also offered 6k less than KBB on my trade. Will take my business elsewhere.

BUYERS BEWARE STAY AWAY This dealership has very very poor service skills. From the moment I called my experience Was negative. I was inquiring about a specific vehicle and the sales representative Carina, had this attitude as if I were annoying her with my questions. Long story short they forced me into coming to the dealership and setting up an appointment Because they refused to do business over the phone. I am an emergency medical laboratory scientist that works with covid patients on a daily basis and am trying to have as little contact with people as possible for their safety and mine. I also live over 50 miles away but was told we can make a deal and must come in. I get there the car was not ready to be shown nobody is wearing a mask and we must wait for them to find the vehicle and pull it around. why did I make an appointment? The sales associate Peter took a call in the middle of our appointment directly in front of us and told us to wait. We took the vehicle for a short drive to come back to the office where our sales rep and another colleague were sitting back congregating In our office. I ended up walking away over a $3000 difference and they lost over a $31,000 sale. We left and on the way home realized they didn t give me back my debit card. I complained to the general manager about service And he responded with fursure with a smirk. That is completely unprofessional. Do not work with this dealership
TLDR : Huntley Ford met my expectations, I love my new truck, Lupi was a good salesperson to work with - Overall, I recommend Huntley Ford.

Full Review - I've owned roughly 48 cars in my 48 years, so I've had many dealership experiences. Overall, Huntley Ford met my expectations and for the most part, respected my wishes for a trouble free, no BS purchase.
I found my salesperson Lupi, to be very good to work with. He's a good guy and did what I asked. He humored me by going through the math with me as we worked up the deal. I appreciate that and would recommend seeking him out if you're in the market for a vehicle.
Additionally, the Finance room experience, which can often be a real grind, was straightforward with Patrick. Yes, they gently hit me up with a few upsells. Most all dealerships due this. But what I chose or didn't choose was ultimately my decision. The process wasn't heavy handed.
Huntley had the best, most diverse inventory I had found in my 7 week search. And the vehicles as they sat on the lot were clean. I found other dealerships where the cars looked "lived in." The Huntley cars were pretty spotless.
Interestingly - As I understand it, Huntley is under new ownership. The new owner was a GM from another dealership, brought his people with him, and now this is his first time at bat as an owner.
I noticed him walking around, and checking on customers, including me - He asked me if I was ok or needed anything. Later, while I was in the finance office, I saw him working out in a makeshift workout room I presume is there for him and his employees to blow off steam.
Folks, this sort of stewardship from an owner is pretty rare. Frankly, I was impressed. And more than once I overheard a salesperson coaching another on how to conduct a sale. This is not a bad thing. Coaching is good and it reflects well on the Huntley Ford culture the new owner is creating.
In the end, I believe I got a fair deal without having to police the numbers too hard. They delivered my F150 to me clean and with a full tank of gas.
A lot can go wrong when you try to buy a car. I know this firsthand - I've had to resort to my attorneys more than once. That said, Huntley managed the process well, so I rate them 5 stars and can say I would buy another vehicle from Huntley.
Tom Peck Ford Service is the only place I am taking my 2015 F-150 from now on. I had a weird issue in the front end of my truck. 2 other Ford dealers couldnt fix or even find the issue and wasted my time( each had my truck for a week or more without finding or fixing the problem). The Service Manager at Tom Peck Ford, Fred, was very helpful. Before bringing my truck to Tom Peck, I spoke with Fred. He knew what the issue was by explaining the problem The truck was having. Within 3 business days the truck was fixed and I was back on the road. They even showed me that some parts the other dealers said were replaced were clearly never replaced. Highly recommend Tom Peck Ford Service over any other.
On a seperate note: My wife took her Lincoln MKZ in for an oil change and they were very quick and professional.
Our salesman, Ron, was very helpful. He listened to our requests and did not pressure us for more. He was honest and very fair with us. We chose a great used car and are highly pleased with it.
Lupe was great with helping me get the price I needed to be to afford the car I wanted! Tyler helped me connect the phone to the car which is very helpful.

My Wife and I had a Great experience from the time we drove on the lot and all the way through to the final closing. Corey came out to greet us immediately while we browsed for a new vehicle for our growing family. Corey asked us into the showroom with no pressure so my wife could get a closer look of the newest lineup of vehicles. After she picked out and test drove a Ford Edge, we of course sat down to talk numbers with Corey and Bob. There was no pressure at this step, they understood fully we had a budget and didn t force anything unrealistic to us. Honest pricing for our financial situation. After our pricing was set we then dealt with Roger for the closing and title work. Just an awesome group of guys @ Tom Peck Ford in Huntley. They tried charging me a destination fee on a used car, which I was told they can only charge that on new cars plus a Doc fee which I understand. Then they gave me a price on a extended warranty I told him that if he gave me good deal on the warranty I would be the car. They came back with $1.00 Over cost Which was more than they told me 10 minutes ago. I will not buy a car from them and I would not recommend this dealer to anyone..
