I have looking for a f150 since I totaled my truck. Have had terrible experiences with numerous dealer's being all about sale and not the customer. My experience at Tom peck was no different. I live 340 miles from this dealership. Found a f150 in thier inventory emailed on it called on it and made arrangements to take a Monday off work to make the trip to purchase the truck and they sold it !! Twice this has happened to me since November. Both Ford dealer's. The guy walking through door comes first instead the guy who spends hours searching the internet and then engaging with the dealership from sales all the way up to the General manager.
