Watch out for the Ford F-150 Raptor. It has a lemon title and is from the Florida Hurricane as confirmed by car fax. They tried to sell me this vehicle claiming it was certified with no problems

Didn t know what car to get and Lupe helped me break down the trim levels and what comes in different cars and Tyler then helped me connect my phone to the car so I could view my miles, location, and auto start the car! Great service!

I did not personally have any interaction with anyone at this dealership, but my son and husband did and I am fuming at what they were put through that I had to leave a review. My son took off of work to see a truck that was advertised on line and he even spoke to someone from the dealership and was told the truck was there and they were aware that my son was coming down to look at it. My son tired to ask questions over the phone, but they refused to give him any info and that he had to come into the dealership. 40 minute drive for him. He gets there and they pull up a different truck. My son said that s not the truck and then the salesman started with a bunch of BS. I could go on and on about the whole experience, but I will just say VERY poor way to run a business and very unprofessional to waste peoples time with FALSE advertising.

Worst dealership I ve ever stepped into. My wife and I will never go back. We had a appointment to look at a new Expedition, the salesman was terrible. Didn t listen to us, completely downgraded everything we told him. And then he kept trying to sell us a used truck. We walked out while he was talking to the sales manager

Drove 3 hours away from Indiana to come check out a 19' Ford Edge, love it and loved working with Dimitri. My kids love it and has plenty of room to travel in. The sales and finance team treated me well, was definitely worth the drive!

Horrible! Never usually have a problem here. But when their is only one person ahead of you and all you need is a oil change and it's going on 2 hours. And to make things worse I was here a hour before another person and she got her car before me. How is that??

We drove an hour today to buy our 3rd Ford vehicle and they made this an easy painless experience. They already had what we wanted waiting for us ready to drive. It didn't take long at all and the staff there are very friendly and personable. They understood our situation about our last car being totaled by an uninsured, unlicensed person and we needed a car fast. they did not disappoint! Still waiting on that free T.V. though LOL!!
