Where do I start. I just purchased a 2017 Ford Escape from Joe at Tom Peck Ford due to my car being totaled out in a wreck. Honestly they made this experience so quick and painless. I would come on my lunch break from work and Joe would have a vehicle pulled up and waiting for me ready to test drive. There was no pressure and they really went above and beyond to make sure I was paying the price I wanted, for the amount of months I wanted, for a car I was in love with. they were willing to go get cars from other locations just to make sure it was the perfect car. Joe kept me updated at all times. This was the best experience I could have hoped for and once I picked the perfect car we were in and out. I have purchased vehicles in the past that took HOURS to get through the paper work and that was not the case here with Joe at Tom Peck. All in all the process was very quick, I felt well heard and cared for, Joe is a lifesaver who I will come back to and will recommend to EVERYONE, and I am over the moon with my fancy new (to me) vehicle!
