Went to Huntley Ford after seeing the prices they had online and had a great experience. When I called in the person who answered the phone was very responsive and helped me find a vehicle in their inventory that suited what I was looking for. I came in the same day and was greeted by Joe Johnson before even stepping in the dealership. I felt very comfortable working with him as he made the process simple and transparent. Definitely going to tell my friends and family to go to Huntley Ford and ask for Joe Johnson when they need a new car.

This was my first time buying a car and wow I picked the best place!
They were so kind and helpful! I left with a registered car with plates, seriously they did all the work for me! I would definitely recommend buying a car here esp if you are just really clueless about everything like me!

I ve been using the service department for the past five years and they have been great. Went inside to check out the new Escape and fell in love with the new design and all the safety options that it has. Peter gave a great demonstration of the vehicle and the test drive had me sold. The new ownership and management really turned this dealership around. Great job Huntley Ford love my new Escape

We purchased a used Lincoln Navigator and couldn t be happier. Our salesman Peter Kashuba was very knowledgeable and gently walked us through the entire process, and wow the process was quick! The main reason I m leaving a 5 star review is because when we arrived home we noticed a tiny crack in the front windshield, thankfully Peter was so kind as to have us bring the car back and replaced the glass free of charge. I m always impressed when companies take care of their customers and Huntley Ford is a prime example of superior customer service. Highly recommend!

Hands down, if you are looking for a new vehicle stop in to see Roger Svab at Tom Peck Ford. My recent college grad is looking for a car and Roger not only walked her through the differences between each model, but also walked her through pricing explaining % financing & rebate scenarios. I worked with Roger on choosing my company issued vehicle 2 years ago. I walked in and told him I was not buying a car, just needed to pick a model out. His disposition did not change. He helped me as if he was selling me a vehicle. He is great to work with!

Sept 2020 - Since our last visit was a good, we decided to visit the Ford dealership in Huntley again. There was an sense of excitement in the building. Customers and staff were everywhere and I felt like something was different. I quickly learned that the dealership had a new owner and it showed. Upon arrival we were greeted at the door by our consultant Tom Coffaro. He was very welcoming and instantly made us feel comfortable. Tom was attentive to our needs and I felt Tom cared about our situation and worked with us to feel good about our purchase. Tom's customer service experience shined through to us and made our experience very positive. The entire purchasing process was smooth and the quickest I've experienced, about 2 hours! The finance manager Patrick Lopez explained all the forms, offered some extra protections and packages, and was quick to process the paperwork, (all of which was copied and given to us on a flash drive, terrific!) The new Huntley Ford is now my 'go to' Ford dealership, wonderful staff!

2019 - Wonderful service and very attentive to our family. We visited this location with our 3 year old to renew our lease. Upon arriving at the customer service desk, the receptionist was very welcoming and offered our 3 year old a coloring book with crayons. While we are waiting for paperwork the receptionist also changed the TV program in the waiting room to a children's program for our child. As we all know, it does take some time to process the paperwork and was impressed with the attention to make us comfortable. Every employee that we encountered was very friendly and we were even invited to a weekend barbecue at the dealership! Great place to purchase or lease a vehicle.

I was undecided about a couple of cars, I went to tom peck ford to retest drive a ford fusion to help me decide. Adam greeted me outside, and with getting there only one-hour a half before closing he was willing and ready to sell a car. Sometimes you get the "i dont want to be bothered guys," not adam. After a good test drive and making my decision the process was fairly simple and quick. They have the paperwork process locked down pat!! Bugs in financing is HILARIOUS and knows his job very Well! All in all a great car buying experience!
Oh yea, I also had my 2 kids with me and thank goodness for the lady at the front counter. She brought out a couple of coloring books and crayons and it kept them busy for a little while.

I've been thinking about getting a new car since Ive been driving for Uber. After some research and testimony, the Ford Fusion hybrid seemed like a good idea. Tom Peck Ford had a used model I liked and I was contacted by
Joe Tornabeni who was very helpful. I have yet to decide on a new vehicle, but he was very helpful and did not try to force me into a car I didn't want. They also appraised my car at a mich higher rate than any other dealership I visited. If and when Im ready for that new car, I'll be visiting Joe at Tom Peck. Thanks again for the help.

After posting my review, I did receive follow-up from the dealer seeking to further understand where they could improve. Since my primary concern was the sketchy communication on the Certified Warranty, I made this known and received confirmation a day later that the warranty was activated.
I further had a very good discussion with Gary about the fact that it's not mistakes that upset people, it's a failure to deliver on expectations. It's not really a secret that car dealerships have some red tape (and not entirely through their own faults) but making sure everyone is on the same page goes a long way.

During my follow-ups I did feel their concern was beyond just a google rating and was genuine. Beyond that, I want to give the benefit of the doubt that the current COVID climate introduced hiccups that might otherwise not occur. As a result, I am bumping up my rating and will likely keep this dealership near the top of my list for my next vehicle purchase as well.

I got a pretty solid deal, and it was not extremely high pressure. The test drive was solo and the sales staff was courteous and helpful. But that is where the good stuff ends.
First, I was shopping a "CERTIFIED Preowned" vehicle. 172 point inspection, all necessary parts replace... or so you are told. Upon setting out on the test drive, the front end started to shake the first time i hit the brakes. Violently shake. Knowing the symptoms pointed to bad rotors/pads, i knew this was resolvable. But how did a 172 point inspection (which i presume should include a drive) not catch this? How many other "certified" components are going to break?
Well, it turns out that the certification has to be activated as an add-on cost. My guess is the dealer is just banking on customers not using it and not wasting the time to actually do the inspection.

Next, Despite us being "first in line" for the finance department, we waited nearly an hour to do our 5 minutes of paperwork signing. When the salesman walked by it was "oh, you're still waiting" instead of providing us an update.

Further, when we left with everything signed and ready to go, i got 10 minutes down the road and realized they had kept my credit card. Called the salesman and asked him if i could retrieve it in the morning. "Sure things, i'm here all day tomorrow"... put a pin in that one.

20 minutes later, i received a voicemail from the salesman "We forgot to put your transferred plates on the truck." How do forget that? Someone pulled them off of my trade, why did they not immediately go on the new truck?

I understand that I should be more aware of some of these missing items, but I don't buy vehicles often and the entire process can be overwhelming. I would expect a bit more attention to detail from a business that survives on doing this process daily.

But worst of all, when i returned in the morning the salesman who promised to be there was absent. And everyone else i talked to the previous day apparently has no clue who i was. Once they have your signature, you are nobody to them.

In the end, the price was good, and the deal was made, but I will personally shop the experience in the future instead of just the price.

Note: I explicitly left off names of parties because I view this as a dealership/system problem, not the fault of any one individual. The salesman i had was perfectly adequate, but not good or bad enough to call out.

Horrible service department. Vehicle was purchased there originally and then we purchased it used. It is the " ONLY " place it has ever had service work performed. Went to check washer fluid for a trip and noticed broken pieces on the air box, also oil filter was loose. Previously they had poked holes through the door panel. I spoke to service today and was told " we know how to check oil and filters so if you need it fixed then buy the parts " I myself am a service manager and find this to be extremely disappointing. Looks like I'll find another service center. How horrible.

I went in expecting to purchase a used vehicle. I didn't even want to consider a new vehicle thinking it was out of my price range. Joe tornabeni took the time to give me all of my options and was never pushy. I ended up getting a brand new car that I LOVE and can afford. He even took the time to make sure I knew how everything worked and was set up properly as far as connecting the blue tooth with my phone, etc. I highly recommend Tom Peck Ford. It was worth the drive to get there

Thank you Tom Peck Ford for being so generous. My car needed a part and it took 6 weeks to arrive, probably from China? I was moving during this time and was given a loaner car to drive for the whole time period! I needed a car to haul things to Goodwill, transfer from one house to the other, drive to the inspection and closing, etc. The Escape was FANTASTIC! What an easy car to drive. I loved it. Thank you!
The repairs were handled in your usual way, with professionalism and ease. Thank you Travis and the repair service team.

They ask you to write these when you re sitting there after you agree to terms. I was a cash buyer, sadly I left after I rang the bell. When it came down to my lease there was 3 payments left and a dollar amount. They were looking to make more cash on top of what was agreed. The other part that was my deciding factor in leaving is they said to get that pricing I had to finance for 5 months. That s how they make money. After asking the 3rd time what the % rate would be I was told that s between me and finance manager. Since they walked back the price on lease, I figured how the night would end with some exorbitant rate, that I didn t need to begin with. I told Mike the manager that I was out. I have almost an 800 credit score, I can t understand how a customer has a checkbook ready to write for the full amount and $600 difference which they said, hey it s only $600 , since its not their $600!

I just turned 40 years old. In my lifetime I ve purchased 11 vehicles between my wife and I. Our family vehicle demands change routinely it seems. This will be an experience that I ll never forget how screwed up it was. Drove 70 miles for a vehicle my wife liked from the photos, to slimeball sales manager with slick hair. Slimeball sales managers all walk the walk. They should have warning signs around their necks.

Honestly, if I could give ZERO stars I would. First, I want to start off by saying that JOE B. is the WORST salesman around. We came in on Friday to talk about financing options, told him we would be back on Saturday. Showed up and JOE B. ended up just telling us a whole lot of BULLSH!+. He lied about everything he promised and then tried to blame it on us. This man would do ANYTHING to sell a car. DO NOT GO HERE THEY ARE SHIESTY LIARS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Last week my husband decided on the car that he wanted and true to his nature, also decided he needed it that day. We shopped around a little throughout the local dealerships and since we are buying a home in Huntley, decided that we wanted our business to be rewarded to Huntley Ford. We got a great deal and it was so quick and painless that even our 6 year old daughter didn't mind sitting there while we signed papers. Buying a new car should be an enjoyable experience, and ours really was awesome thanks to Joe Tornabeni, Gary Smith and the guy that made everything happen; Bogdan Wierzbowski!!

-Did I mention they didn't have my husband's car in stock, so they found it in INDIANA and had it on the lot, cleaned and ready for pick up in TWO DAYS!! Absolutely Incredible!!

5 stars for the truck I bought, 1 star for the sales and service experience. I have a friend that used to work at a dealership, and so I was aware of some of the distraction tactics and games a salesman may play. Tom Bona was my salesman, and definitely played some games. Just one example of this was twice when i asked a question, he would go off and start telling a fake "personal" story to change the subject while also trying to relate to me. At one point asking me if i was high, because my eyes were red. I have a medical condition that causes them to flare up, and i found that to be inappropriate and offensive considering I walked in with $4k cash and good credit ready to buy. However I overlooked all of this and wrote it off as "this is what happens when you buy a car". Plus i really wanted a specific certified pre owned f150 that only they had. I wasnt even going to write this review until I went for my first oil change. I put over 3000 miles in 2 months of having my truck due to my work. While the finance guy never specified how many free oil changes i would get, he did say id get a few. When i go back for the oil change, i ask the manager of the whole dealership how many id get he said NONE but "he'd take care of me this time" when in fact he went to the quicklube service writer and told him to go straight to the last oil change on my record. So when i got the receipt it basically read that i was out of oil changes stating 6/6. Basically i was supposed to get 6 oil changes but due to me asking the manager, he decided to screw me and remove them. Had i not asked him, i probably would've gotten all 6.

I own a landscape company, I have had a great relationship with my mower dealer for the last 10 years. I have spent 10s of thousands of dollars with them and couldnt be happier. I am a loyal customer. I'm also 25, im going to be around a while, by the time i pay off my F150, ill have enough miles on it that ill want a new one. But I wont buy or go in for any service from Tom Peck Ford again. Congratulations! you made a quick buck, but you wont make another one from me.
