Went with my son looking at a specific vehicle at Huntley Ford. Tom Caffaro made everything smooth and quick. I made a review for the Huntley Ford service department about being displeased about my appointment earlier today. The Huntley Ford service manager reached out to me and made it right. I'm happy that they actually cared enough to call and went out of their way to show that the customer is important to them. Definitely worth a 5 star review.

I absolutely loved my experience at Tom Peck Ford. I went in unsure and uneasy about the car buying process, but everybody from the first people I spoke with over the phone, the sales rep, and the used car manager and finance department, all were amazing. They never pressured me, they answered every question and concern I had throughout the process and actually showed me the information and discussed it with me. They helped me research other vehicles I was interested in at other dealerships, and helped ease all of my concerns by explaining the vehicle history, the warranty information. The finance department was flexible on pricing and provided me with the best payment and finance options around, with them doing all of the leg work for the credit applications. I have told all of my family and friends about my great experience and absolutely plan on purchasing future vehicles here.

I had one of the best expierences buying a new car at ford huntly. Joe was amazing going above and beyond for me despite my age unlike some of the other dealerships I've been to. Great customer service, great people, and an overall great expierence! Defintely would reccomend to others.

2013 Focus AC clutch vibrating badly. Brought to service Dept's attention before 50000 but they ignored it. Cost $670 dollars to replace at 56000 mileage.

Great overall experience working with Peter Kashuba to close a deal on a 2019 Raptor. I made an internet inquiry and had a call within 5 minutes along with an appointment that same afternoon. Peter was accommodating with pricing as well as with my my trade-in. He also took care of a few minor fixes with the vehicle while I was closing. Vehicle was prepped, clean and ready to go. Finance found me a nice rate, and I walked out of the dealer not paying a dime. I'd buy again from Huntley Ford and from Peter.

Great service. Had to have a recall serviced. Gave me an estimated time for completion and was finished sooner. Everyone was really friendly.

I've always had a good experience with the Quick lane and service department. The service work has always been performed on a professional level. The service department has always provided me with prices and answers before performing the work needed and has always serviced this vehicle since my purchase.

My only negative comment regarding services performed is the trash and hand prints left after the work is not always removed or hand prints cleaned from the vehicle which includes the paper floor mats used by the service department. Other than that, I will continue to have my Ford serviced here and would recommend the service department and Quick lane.

Shopping for automobiles is not among my favorite activities. I am not a new car aficionado or hard core negotiator. We looked at other cars and decided on this new car from Tom Peck Ford, Huntley because we felt we needed to upgrade our transportation for frequent trips. We felt that Mike Hanson was interested in our business and eventually understood our desires as pertained to cost and amenities. I have read the negative reviews contained on this page and I have had conversations with others, personally, who had negative feelings about Tom Peck Ford.
Mike and Mark are simply trying to make a living in this dog eat dog business. I was willing to work with them and determine for myself if I felt Tom Peck Ford was worthy of my business. I ended up purchasing.

We had a very good experience with Corey Denman, salesman when we recently purchased a Ford Edge. He was very knowledgeable of the product and answered all of our questions no matter how small. Purchased a 2017 Explorer from Huntley Ford...everyone was very polite and professional in person, no complaints there.
Dealership tacked on the "Huntley Package" to the sale...(didn't notice at the time, my fault)
Called time and time again and left many voicemails for both of the "finance managers" to see how we could go about removing the "Huntley Package", with no avail...Answering machine messages are still setup from previous employees from the last auto group who owned the dealership. Very unprofessional "employee" working out in the lobby of the dealership while negotiating price on vehicle with the salesman.
My experience was good from the jump, and went downhill from there...Very helpful to get the sale, but once the sale occurs, the customer service is essentially non-existent. Their pricing and inventory is good, but I would shy away from making any purchases from the Huntley Group or their dealerships.

Tyler was great at explaining the car to me and connecting my phone yo the car so I could see everything on my dashboard basically on my phone. Great help.

Went in for an oil change on my new car using the Quick Lane service. The staff was friendly and service was quick. I like that they go over the the inspection list with your car and show you all the spots where they made a change, even what level your tires are at.
