I will keep this short right now because the issue is ongoing and just happened. We had them replace the rear brakes a couple of days ago. My daughter was on the highway in the way to Chicago and the car started to violently shake. She turned around to go back home then pulled to the side and called her Dad. The left front and rear tire were not tightened at all. I talked to Fred the "Director" who agreed with me that they must have put all four tires on at the same time and never went back to tighten them. In his words "unhear" of. I'm grateful she and her sister weren't hurt. She knew to call mama bear sp I can call the auto place. I'm hoping to load the video. Mike was able to hand tighten them. What makes it worse is that we've had two other bad situations with them. I will post another review and follow up review once the issue is resolved. I am unable to post the video of the lose lugs.
