Not enough can be said about Eric Cardona. My mom was looking for a new Explorer. He listen to all her needs and made sure she got what she needed. No pressure what so ever. Simple and fluid process the whole way through. It really helped he spoke spanish too before I arrived to finish the process with my mom. If you are tired of the back and fourth old school all day long process which makes your cringe spending all day at a dealership. Go ahead and be my guest. But if you want a honest guy who looks out for you and your best interests ask for Eric he made the process fun and easy.
Great service, staff always friendly. Love being able to just show up for a service check without needing an appointment. The car wash is always appreciated. Good job guys!!

Great experience! We wanted a new F-150 with some specific requests. They did not have one on the lot but went above and beyond to find one. They were at work till 11 pm trying to find one. They located one we wanted and got it in right away. They were no BS kind of ppl and very friendly. Worked with Joe and Lou!
My son bought a used car there a year ago and had a good experience. He had a problem with the car and it was resolved quickly and efficiently. Based on that experience I also went to TPFord this month to trade in for a new Focus. They gave me a very fair trade in value and a good deal on the new Focus. The finance guy went above and beyond recommending a better way to finance that saved me a bit of money. Gary, the sales guy was plesant to work with and did a good job. Overall I was pleased with the experience... although it would be nice if the paperwork could go a bit faster.

I just spent the day at Tom Peck/Huntley in order to get a new car that would meet all my requirements. My salesperson, Joe,, was fantastic. He was very knowledgeable, friendly and made the whole experience fun. There were no high pressure sales tactics--my biggest pet peeve. The service department is also outstanding and they exemplify great customer service as well. That's why we have purchased many of our cars at Tom Peck. I will definitely look Joe up at this dealership whenever I need to purchase another car!

Worst ever buying experience!! Guy was nice until I said I was going to look at two other places because he was not able to get to what I was looking for on my trade in. He stormed off not even saying thanks for driving and stopping by. Big pressure old school sales techniques !!!! He got all mad that he did not get the sale that day. I rely on my truck, it's my transportation, it's my office, it's my tool box. If it doesn't work, I don't work. People might ask why I am willing to pay $40 for an oil change and the answer is simple. For $40 I get the full Works service package, additionally I have a fully accredited ASE mechanic that fully inspects the most important parts of my vehicle, the parts that I don't usually get to look at. On two separate occasions I have brought my vehicle in for normal maintenance with suspension issues that I was aware of. I didn't say anything to the service advisor because I wanted to know if the inspections were actually being done. The answer is a resounding YES. Your mechanics found the issues without any prompting, they recommended the corrective action and repairs and I scheduled the repairs with you for a later date. The repairs were done professionally, quickly and extremely reasonably priced using Ford parts. Either one of the suspension issues could have resulted in a serious roadway break down or a possible accident. Your mechanics are not grease monkeys, they are complete pro's and the inspection they provide is gold to me and my business. You have my business from here on out, thank you for providing real value to my routine service visits. I certainly cannot receive anything like this at a discount oil change facility. S.G.

I didn t know which truck to get and I was going for looks but Lupe knew everything about the two trucks I was into and with the information I was able to pick between the two easily. Tyler also helped me connect my phone to the truck with an app called FordPass. I can start my truck from my phone!

I tried to give my business to Tom Peck Ford and they made it difficult. I needed a part replaced for a ford fleet vehicle. Strike one: the parts department gentleman said the dealership did not deal with fleet vehicles. Strike two: The same parts department employee said he would transfer me to the service department as they deal with fleet companies more than the parts department. (I'm still trying to reconcile strike 1 with strike 2). Strike three: the service department employee told me that it would be easier to get this work done at a body shop. I asked him who it was easier for and he said everyone involved but I think he meant it would be easier for him. Dear Tom Peck Ford - this was my first time contacting your dealership and it will probably be the last. If you can't take care of a customer for a small job, are they going to trust you with a big job or even a car purchase? If you want to keep customers loyal, your employees need to start thinking like a customer and not like lazy employees.

Hate to post reviews like this, but the sales staff, including management, needs to take some customer service training. There was no follow up from the GM after he told me he would call me that same day to update me on the value of my trade. My sales person only communicated via text even after I called him and he said he would call me back, he was too busy with another customer. I received a follow up call from another sales person, Im assuming, almost two weeks after I first visited the dealership asking if i was still interested in the 2020 Mustang GT, I told her about my unfavorable experience and that I purchased a 2020 car from another dealership that treated me like they valued my business.
Everyone was great. Dusty is a great guy who helped us find the perfect van. Dusty is a guy you can trust. Mark in finance was great too. Mark had us in and out of his office with no hassle.

I was working with Eric Cardona who was a great sales person and a solid representation of the management here. He showed me the The pick up I was looking at online. Mentioned over the phone it was a older trade in and even if I wanted to it need to pass their inspection process. Which was very refreshing to hear from a salesperson. It passed inspection!

To think I sat there for 45 min and not one associate came to help me is pure definition of poor customer service. Not quite sure if this employee named Mark is that busy that he couldnt come talk to me or he just didnt care for a sale! If I can give this place 0 stars I would! Management should highly think about rehiring a new staff that actually cares to sell!!
