TOGETHER were absolutely amazing and I was in a very difficult financial crisis, a broker on our behalf approached TOGETHER after we were very let down by another company who have hidden agendas as to who they select !
They were quick, efficient , professional and I was offered a loan and the funds were released quickly too !
I ve approached them again for funding and they have given me a easy solution.
Well done guys keep up the great work and I d recommend TOGETHER to anyone who wants financial assistance.

This company was called blemain finance ....just Google information about them .secret comissions paid to brokers ,sharp practice designed to ensure you never pay off your debts.deliberate setting up customers to fail. Rude ignorant staff if you get into difficulty. Just look at the money saving expert site and check out blemain finance or together finance. I am proceeding with litigation against this company utterly dreadful....

I must have paid them thousands and thousands more than I borrowed - They prey on people in a desperate situation and they want your money and then your house. The fees are simply ridiculous. Do not touch this company with a barge pole!!!!!

They have been brilliant!! Even though we have now completed our house exchange in the pandemic they have worked so hard to allow us to have our family home

After over a year of trying to get a remortgage or consolidation loan and coming up against refusal after refusal, Together made things so easy by speaking to us in layman terms, asking us what we'd like to do and getting it done as quickly as possible. We feel like we can breathe again. They even sent out a courier twice, all the way from Wales, with a portable printer/photocopier, to witness our signatures and make sure the documents were delivered to Together by the next day. Excellent service!! We'd recommend Together to our friends and family and will most definitely use them again in the future.

Hidden charges
I missed loan couple of times just by 1 days
By END of the year I received bill to pay 1000 for 1 day delay
I am taking them to the court now
I will make sure this company will not exist anymore despite how big they are

Together have so far been direct in their dealings with my husband and myself. Our brokers have kept us up to date and our bridging loan seems to be progressing as planned The interest rates are high but manageable . However I would like to review again when all the dealings are completed .

Avoid if you can, way better companies who are more honest, professional and efficient. Shame as some of the staff are actually really nice, but management is poor.

Together helped me buy a un mortgageable property with the aid of a bridging loan. The process was a little slower than I expected, but was mainly due to conveyancing solicitors dragging there feet... would definitely use them again and recommend.

Absolutely AWFUL company. Three times they said we were ready to complete and then asked for a loan more information. It dragged on and on and on. It was meant to be a short term quick access to finance. Nobody at the company actually gave a dam.

This was a great experience I was never stressed the whole time. They kept me updated with everything. I would recommend this company to everyone.

If you are in a complex or unusual situation, then together are the ones to go to. You are looked at as an individual not like a high street bank which go by a tick box method. There is amazing support and understanding from start to end. Would highly recommend to everyone.

This company were willing to give us a mortgage after some wouldn t. The application to offer process was a very slow and dragged out process which added a lot of stress. However once the offer was issued they were quick at releasing funds. I contacted together on a couple of occasions and found them very pleasant to talk to and always helpful on the phone.

Recently had a re-mortgage with together, previous mortgage was with Lancashire or what then become together, process was slightly more complicated than expected and took longer to complete than anticipated, dealt with david parrot who was helpful at each step along the process and kept me regularly updated on progress and answered any questions I had during the process promptly, would say fees can be quite high but they do treat you individually it seems and not as a box ticking criteria like most high street lenders would, overall satisfied with my experience with together have been a customer for 7 years,

Awful experience. No one returns calls, ever. No one puts themselves out, or goes the extra mile to be helpful. Day after day was wasted because no one made the effort to try and do as they had promised. I was given at least 4 different completion dates, and they have just let me down again... should have been today, now it's going to be Monday... and I shall wait and see if that happens. This is a second mortgage, had it been a house move, I would either be homeless or lose a sale. The other reviews on this site are terrible too, and yet they have made no effort to improve things. Avoid at all costs, if you want to stay sane.

AVOID AVOID AVOID. I had a 50k bridging loan with this company. My business went into liquidation in Nov 17 and I put my house on the market immeadiately. I was ill with anxiety and depression and unable to work, I sent a financial statement to Together informing them that I could not make monthly payments. And a doctors letter to let them know I was poorly. They knew I had enough equity in the property to cover these payments on sale, but they still persisted and threatened me with repossession.
My main mortgage was with Santander who have not put any pressure on me whatsoever as long as I kept them up to date with the sale progress.
Together had permission to speak to estate agents and solicitors to monitor the sale. Despite the sale being agreed they sent a court date for repossession.

Very fast and efficient service. Would thoroughly recommend and also would use their service again.

I would never touch this company ever! I borrowed 15000 from this company. . Total repayable over 35000 ...it was joint loan . I got into financial difficulty after seperation. 2 weeks befie christmas they tried to evict me . Stll owe more now than i did 3 years ago with there charges ..They want control of everything . Ive had to put my home on market to save my equity as they wanted full control of everything .. Its made me ill ! My children and i were gonna be homeless they didnt care .. I missed my court case by 7 mimutes and the court and their represntation dismissed my application like it was a parking ticket! They have had their money and very much more !

Avoid at all costs! Loan sharks!

Worst lender. They say give u money in 7days.
But their underwriter are worst. Will ask you too many unwanted documents. Mortgage from bank is cheaper no headache.
Don't waste your time.

7 months since mortgage in principle, still no mortgage offer.
Our solicitors, our Sellers, and even the Broker who put us on to TogetherMoney have stated that together money are the worst lenders they have ever had to deal with.

The steps on their website state:

1. We ll make sure we understand your circumstances fully before recommending a suitable mortgage.
2. Our mortgage advisers will take you through the full application process.
3. When we have everything we need, we ll assess your application and supporting information.
4. Then a surveyor will visit the property to ensure it s mortgage-worthy.
5. If it is, we ll make you a mortgage offer, which means we ve accepted your mortgage application.
6. Our advisers will tell you what s happening at each stage and, importantly, you ll have their contact details if you want to get in touch.
7. (For Purchase Only) Your conveyancer or solicitor will start to discuss exchanging contracts with the sellers and agree a date to complete the sale.
8. (For Purchase Only) Completion is the date you get the keys to your new home. We ll transfer your mortgage funds to the seller s solicitor. They ll hand over the keys and there you have it... welcome to your first home.

But in reality:
1. We ll make give anyone a conditional mortgage.
2. We will then ask you for birth certificates, wage slips, bank statements, driving license, passports, a photo of you eating a ham sandwich and the left sock you wore on the 3rd of September 2003, in its original condition.
3. Once we have everything we need...which we never will, we will request new, unrelated, different documents to waste your time.
BUT! Because the first 2 steps took over a month, you will need to send updated versions of the first lot of documents.
4. after you call us for an update, we will write down your number and tell you the correct team will call you back, but we never will, eventually after 2 months, we will call you back, and consider sending a surveyor to the property to ensure it s mortgage-worthy, but only on the 3rd Wednesday after the moons of Jupiter have alligned, but rest assured, when they do visit the property, they will massively down value the home you are willing to buy, meaning you either need to renegotiate with the seller, or somehow fork out the difference as a cash value, which if you are on a shared ownership is impossible, so everyone loses, except us.

5. If it is, mortgage worthy, we ll make you a mortgage offer, but this offer is not a real offer, this offer is what we, at Together Money, call a conditional offer, we are one of the only mortgage lenders to do this because we love wasting your time.
6. Your solicitors need to meet the conditions, we will then tell you to wait 72 hours... 2 weeks later we will claim we never got them. We will do this 3 times, over 3 months until you give up and shout at us down the phone.

8.great news, you said yes, 7 months later we still haven't given you a mortgage offer, but you might get one soon, but you need to resend all the proofs as they all expired again, also, that solicitor you used, halfway across the country, well, you better have a car because you and your partner (if joint mortgage) will have to drive up to see them as you have to sign it in front of them, as a witness, nobody else, only them. and if you don't. then no mortgage for you, that is our rules.

Anyone who uses Together...Good Luck!

Do not use these as they will just keep adding charges to your account and when you ask for a break down of these charges they can t give you one. Stay away from this robbing company at all cost as you will never pay the loan off regardless of the amount you pay every month

Total waste of time been messed about for 4 month telling us to get repeated documentation which they already had informing us to take out insurance and warranties at additional cost to be then told we dont meet their criteria. I would avoid at all cost

DO NOT use this company Blemain/ Together or Whatever it is there calling themselves in this moment of time!!!!! Shouldn't even be a 1 star!!!

Ignore the negative reviews! We truly thought nobody would be able help us due to me struggling with finances in the past through no fault but my own.
But they did! We now own our dream home! Process started on 19th November 2019 from broker to lender. 20th December 2019 we collected the keys and the house is ours!!

The broker and lender don't hide fees! They're upfront and honest! Reassuring and a pleasure to deal with!

Dont hesitate to use them! We would again in a heart beat!

Below average company to deal with. Process is soooo painfully slow, we constantly had to chase them up. Other than finding us a lender they did sod all really.

Fantastic location, environment and culture. Together are a very forward thinking organisation and a real pleasure to do business with.

Diabolical.we lost our home through this shambles as we were behind on payments due to illness. After losing the home.. it transpired they owed us 3 or times that amount in overcharges. Now .. 8 plus years after losing our home, they have now written to say they still owe us overpaid interest. Thus was due to be paid into our bank 4 weeks ago... yep.. still waiting. They have told me that, to add the extra interest earned in the last month would cause an even longer wait... What? They call themselves a financial service?... not on your life. Avoid at all costs

Loan Sharks!!!! Do not use in under any circumstances. found out when my father died he was paying unbelievable high interset. phoned chedle branch to ask if they could do anything for my mother ie lower the interest. They said no. Dont use for any loan or mortgage.

Easy to contact and staff listened to my issues and dealt with them very quickly.

disgusting firm of crooks, they plan their loans so you default and get tangled up in charges, do not use this company, they are now known as ''TOGETHER'' and i will be taking them to court

I needed money and took out a 5000 loan in 2008 and after 9 years still paying.

Awful firm. Applied for a mortgage with this firm (via a broker) nearly four months ago. Every step of the process has been unnecessarily drawn out. and they pick your pocket at every turn.

Most egregious, they insist you pay for an "independent" valuation via one of their preferred surveyors, who charge hundreds, don't even visit the property (the photos they used were the ones from the estate agent's website) and don't produce a report on time.

Finally pulled the plug on the transaction today after their slimeball solicitors tried to get me to pay charges that weren't included in the loan agreement.

Avoid these charlatans at all costs.

I was in 2 minds whether to get a bridging loan. I eventually went for a loan with this company. I was pleasantly surprised. Together was completely upfront about everything. No pressure was put on me by them. I can say that they are highly professional and they went out of their way to solve a problem that I had. They communicated very well with me.
I would certainly recommend them to family and friends. Never have I had such a positive experience with a finance company. They put care and effort into what they do.

The biggest loan sharks of modern times. Avoid this company at all costs, they're simply out there to make you pay at every corner possible. Took a large loan with them, had a renewal, renewal came on a Sunday with Monday bank holiday after it, tried to pay the loan off in the morning of the first working day (Tuesday). They've whacked me with a 7000+ pounds bill for not having paid them on the Sunday. Like this many many other stories I can write till tomorrow. Next to that they've paid 15,000 pounds to my freeholders without my consent, approval or knowledge, came back to me about 7 months later asking me to repay it. When the freeholders are confirming in writing they've had no funds from Together Finance. Massive THIEVES.

They're the worst company I've ever come across. They're designed in a way to prevent you from ever being able to repay you. Financial Ombudsman is looking into their company already. Litigation to follow with these people.

Media being informed, this company needs to be named and shamed so everyone knows what they're about. Their staff are the worst, their systems are designed to make you 'think' they're helping you but in actual fact they're just repeating the same thing.

To the ones that have given good reviews, you have not got an idea what you've got yourself into when it comes to leaving them. They will get as much money from you as they can before you're left broke and in misery.

These guys are thieves, and when you complain to them, they tell you OUR COMMERCIAL SIDE IS NOT REGULATED. So they're trying to say they'll do you as hard as they want cause no one will say nothing to them. Don't think so !!!! I will make sure everyone knows about your way of doing business.

Just completed the re-finance of a development project in West Somerset to 350K provided by Together in a professional manner dealt with alacrity

I have today contacted the Financial Ombudsman about this company and their terrible practices
