Awful experience. No one returns calls, ever. No one puts themselves out, or goes the extra mile to be helpful. Day after day was wasted because no one made the effort to try and do as they had promised. I was given at least 4 different completion dates, and they have just let me down again... should have been today, now it's going to be Monday... and I shall wait and see if that happens. This is a second mortgage, had it been a house move, I would either be homeless or lose a sale. The other reviews on this site are terrible too, and yet they have made no effort to improve things. Avoid at all costs, if you want to stay sane.
