Diabolical.we lost our home through this shambles ...

Diabolical.we lost our home through this shambles as we were behind on payments due to illness. After losing the home.. it transpired they owed us 3 or times that amount in overcharges. Now .. 8 plus years after losing our home, they have now written to say they still owe us overpaid interest. Thus was due to be paid into our bank 4 weeks ago... yep.. still waiting. They have told me that, to add the extra interest earned in the last month would cause an even longer wait... What? They call themselves a financial service?... not on your life. Avoid at all costs
