From the beginning of the school year, we regularly have black screens . After logging in, the screen turns black and hopefully you can log in again .. send messages to the local ICT every time. Nothing happens ... hassles for 4 weeks. They do nothing or they cannot do anything.
just an update: then either our IT staff will not reach you or you will act or your nose will bleed. I have been complaining to ICT about malfunctioning Chromebooks since the beginning. All I hear is the following: We have referred the problem to Cloudwise. They (cloudwise) are working on it. They tipped me off to complain every day so they can keep the pressure on cloudwise ... And not just me. Several colleagues suffer from a black screen .... (even several schools) I am not an IT specialist but I have to work with those chromebooks that give a black screen every time ... According to our IT the problem lies with you .. But nothing happens.
