Only been here for a day and already impressed with the standard of attention cleanliness and general appearance
Our 3rd visit and we will be back

A great place to stay central location. Good quiet rooms and helpful staff. Amazing coffee and pastries will stay again if back that way.

The hotel where John Lennon and Yoko stayed at It was nice that the canal was flowing out of the window of the room in the calm environment.

The hotel itself is beautiful, but for its level there are obvious drawbacks: only 2 elevators to such a huge Hotel! Lift can wait 10 minutes. Breakfast for this level to put it mildly weak. Greens are poorly washed, I found dirt in it and showed the waiter. He fought by the administrator, who apologized, but didn t suggest "smoothing the discomfort." There were problems with the return of the deposit, they wanted to return 2 times less. As a result, the balance of the deposit was returned after the correspondence. For such a price, such a level is ridiculous!

We stayed here 2 years ago for our anniversary, and couldn't have had a better experience. The rooms are spacious, breakfast is amazing, and we were treated like royalty!

Professional service and the extras, like barber and giftshop provide a specialness to the hotel.

Was there for a 3 days conference. Reasonable nice 5 stars hotel, generally friendly staff. Slightly dated when compared to some others. Room service slower than expected. Young Concierge will require better training but the senior concierge deserve a praise and bonus for the extra effort. Not sure whether it s my luck but seem to meet a lot of staffs in training.

Hotel of good quality, disproportionate prices. A breakfast for 27!

Stale bad managed no stairs too few functional elevators

From the outside looks like a housing estate. But inside its Hilton. Quite basic. Our rooms air-conditioning didn't work and the room was at a constant 21 degrees... The hotel is quite a fair bit out of town. You'll be paying around 32 euro's in to the main town. The hotel has a gym and shower. The rooms are nice and clean to be honest.

I think I only liked their breakfast selection and the bar and the rear of the hotel.

You can stay at a more luxurious place in town for this price.... Aww well more points on the Hilton honours I guess I'll just take the hit on this.

A nice looking place but with unhelpful front desk manager. I would expect better from this level of establishment.

Awesome, visited the exibit of 50th year of John and Yoko in amsterdam hilton honeymoon sweet 702 (originally 902) HAIR PEACE BED PEACE vietnam war protest in 1969.

I attended a conference and the meals were served by the Hilton, the service was exceptional and the quality of the food excellent.
The staff is always available for every need.

The location, while not in the downtown core, was close enough to bike anywhere we desired to go. The staff was exceptional, professional and very helpful. They made a big difference in the experience of our time here. Rooms and amenities were very current, and kept up to standards. Recommended for either business or pleasure.

Currently staying here and can say that I have received absolutely excellent service from the friendly and helpful staff, nothing is too much trouble for them.

Hilton Amsterdam goes above and beyond in every way imaginable. The service is amazing, rooms are clean and comfortable, and breakfast was also great! We celebrated our anniversary there and received a special surprise at breakfast. Everyone was so nice and courteous. Definitely will be back!

Top hotel. From the outside it looks very down. Inside everything is modern and luxurious. Very good, fairly modern rooms. Food very good too. Ideal for meetings.

The only thing I think is a bit bad is that the beds are a bit hard.

We checked in around 10am and was told we could get our room at 3pm or pay 40 euros and get it right away. Returned back at 3:50 after exploring the city and was told that our room was being prepared still. It's 5 p.m. now and our room is still not reasy. Update: We talked to the staff and they changed our room about an hour after check in because the 7th floor that we reserved was not ready still.
Update: (2*->4*) Service other than the initial encounter was amazing so there are thoughts of returning.

My goto hotel when visiting Amsterdam on business. Lovely hotel with spacious rooms in a central location.

excellent service, wonderful view but the 2 inefficient elevators are always full of guests during the breakfast time.

Great hotel. Have stayed there seven times. It is in a quiet neighborhood away from the center of town. Close to Vondel Park.

I'm staying here now and the staff is wonderful. However we have not been able to sleep for 2 days due to the room is extremely hot and Uncomfortable. We have tried everything and finally at 3am a fan was brought to our room , a little to late. Sleeping is important when your days a packed unfortunately I would not recommend this hotel.

Excellent hotel in a great location in Amsterdam. Regular meetings and seminars are also held here. You can also enjoy a cup of coffee or a drink in the bar. Parking is in front of the door and you will receive an endurance card if you have enjoyed something at the bar.

Upon receipt of the invitation to check in early and select the rooms I did so. Upon arrival we were notified that they mistakenly gave away one of my pre checked in rooms and no other adjoining rooms were possible. The AC did not work in our room and I brought it to the attention of the front desk. A service man arrived, diagnosed the issue and said it would not be practical to tear the room apart while occupied and someone would get back to me with a solution. The second night I contacted the front desk again and they said they would get someone on it. Nothing. The third night came and went with no solutions only more promises. To many things added up to overlook. We decided to depart early. They required an early departure fee in addition to the nights stay that we did not stay. I complained but nothing was rectified. The workers are nice but the management is lacking. The place seems to be living off a reputation that was long lost. Drinks in the dated and dusty bar are more than double that of the neighborhood establishments. The bar did not have the first three beers from the menu. The place is a buzzkill. Half of what is on the menu is unavailable. The place is dated. We attempted to leave early out of dissatisfaction but the charged us for our full reservations and rejected any pleas for consideration on all fronts. Ugh.

I only know about Parking. Very good, secure and close to the city center.

Quick check in, lovely view and walking distance from many nice restaurants. The room was spacious and nice.

Beautiful facility within walking distance of the Van Gogh, Rijks, Moco and Stedelijk museums, friendly and knowledgeable staff.

In the restaurant some stitches were dropped such as no cutlery at the plates, cutlery dropped, coats were placed by someone else so some search was needed before the coats appeared otherwise it was good

70's James Bond style hotel, very well kept with a garden bar by the canal and private marina. Rent a bike from them and tour the city!

It was a very nice day in Amsterdam and shopping in Amstradaam is very cool.

For a paid wifi in the room with a on-and-off connection, sometimes I do wonder where the hell and how the heck this hotel got a 5 star rating.

Great location for visiting the city. Not as easy to reach from the Airport. Nice hotel. Great views of the city on the canal side.

You don't have to put an expensive hotel in Amsterdam, it will ruin the city. Once a city for everyone, nowadays for rich tourists.

I know too little to judge but from what I hear it's not so great working there
