Placed an order online, sat pending for a week then cancelled without explanation. Called waited for a half hour for them to say they are out of stock and didn't update their website. They provided no other resolution nor did they care to. It was at that moment I was done with their product that I had used for decades

Had a terrible experience ordering from Fossil. Ordered a purse; it was defective. Sent to their warranty center, and I had to pay for shipping. They credited me the cost of the purse (w/o) shipping. The purse went up in price afterward, and they wouldn't replace. Offered a small discount. The whole process cost me tons of time and more money. Just awful.

I found Fossil's latest 25% promotional discount misleading. Supply us with your email address and get 25% off your purchase with a limited one time promotional code, is the message I received when visiting your website. I supplied my email address, received the promotion code, went to purchase 2 watches and kept getting an error message saying I had already tried to use a similar code. When I called the 1-800 number the call centre agent said they have fielded numerous calls like this from prospective customers. If you want to attract and retain customers, be honest and upfront with them... avoid deceitful marketing/sales tactics and change your website to accurately reflect why a promotion code is not working... It should have said the promo code entered was not available for the specific watches I was attempting to purchase, NOT that I had already tried to use a similar code. You've ended up alienating a prospective customer instead of making one. I hope you read this and change your tactics & website response.

I bought a smartwatch from their website (2020), the watch delivered was not even close to match the one I have ordered (not even a smartwatch). I had to return it back before they send the correct one, (only they didn't have the correct one anymore...)

The whole process to call many time to get information was quite unpleasant, and this transaction was probably my worst online experience for 2020 (sad to say).

Bought a smartwatch online from their website. Got a confirmation and credit card charged via PayPal. After not receiving it after more than a week, sent them a message to check on the status of my order. Never received a response to my inquiry. Got an automated notice saying my order was cancelled 10 days after my order was placed. It's ridiculous they took that long to do anything. No explanation on why the order was cancelled. These guys need to learn some customer service or no one will want to buy from them. Luckily PayPal has protection from sketchy companies like Fossil. I feel sorry for their employees.

Earlier in the week I attempted to make a online purchase for a new watch. A simple transaction for 141.00, including tax has now cost me over 900.00. After two failed attempts on my part I contacted customer service for assistance. Customer service attempted to place the order as well only to receive the same error message I did. Unknown to me the representative attempted five additional times, each time resulting in a pending transaction on my card. Upon my immediate discovery of the matter I contacted you and also my bank. I have yet to have my funds released back to my card. I call and your representatives are not understanding, they have hung up the phone on me. I resulted in contacting the local store for assistance. The manager apologized for the unprofessional experience and contacted customer service on my behalf. They explained to him that my funds would be released back to my card within 24 hours. He suggested they should call me and explain this resolution to me. I have yet to hear from them. Most upsetting part of this ordeal is I'm away from home (Texas) traveling for business and left without funds.

Don't buy a Fossil watch! Dishonest sales tactics! My son was interested in a Fossil "Smart Watch" so he went to a Fossil store to inquire. The so-called "Smart Watch" was way too big to fit his wrist. The Fossil salesman had links removed so the watch would fit his wrist and told him that he could get a refund if he did not like the watch. The "smart watch" does not function properly! It does not link up to notify of texts and emails as advertised. My son went back to the store to get a refund after several wasted hours of attempting to get the watch to function as advertised. The store refused to refund or accept the watch back. The reason they gave for refusing the refund is because of the links that the Fossil store salesman removed as an inducement to get my son to buy the watch in the first place!

I own about 20-25 Fossil watches for my everyday wear. However, will never buy another one. The warranty is a joke. The self movement stop working and Fossil warranty company suggested a $130 repair bill. SMH never again will they get my business. Why in the heck would I do that for manufacturing defect. When I put the watch on my wrist it should to start ticking. Do yourself a favor and buy a quality watch.

One of the worse company regarding customer service. They won't answer your emails, ignoring your requests over the social media, and swing a useless products with missing all accessories.. stay away from this company.

I have 1 smart watch and I have found it to be not...

I have 1 smart watch and I have found it to be nothing but a hassle. It never works properly.
I have 2 hybrid watches and I have found that the step counter is RIDICULOUSLY inaccurate. My Fitbit IS accurate. Look at the difference. (Both were worn on the same day.) The Fossil graph is on the left.
