I want to start out by saying that I bought my car...

I want to start out by saying that I bought my car someplace else. When it started giving me issues it turned out that my awesome extended warranty was not as awesome as I was told it was and that I should take it to a dealer. So enter Tim Dahle Nissan Southtowne (which is close to my house). From the moment I walked through the doors of their service dept I have been unbelievably impressed. I started working with Seth and he was so nice and pleasant and really went out of his way to see if we could make my extended warranty work but unfortunately he wasn't able to. They fixed my car (2017 Nissan Rogue) and worked with me on the price because I was under the impression that my warranty was awesome. A few weeks later, the check engine light came on and so back to TDNS I went. Turns out Seth was promoted and I met Tim (not Dahle at least) and he was just as nice and pleasant as Seth. Turns out this new issue isn't under warranty either, what a surprise! By the way, I forgot to mention that I bought my car at the end of May 2020. I guess the reason I am writing this review is that in looking back (you know what they say about hindsight - well now that I think about it, I should chalk this whole thing up to the fact that it is 2020) I truly wished that I had just gone to TDNS to begin with. The fact that I have been given such an amazing service experience and I didn't even buy my car there is just incredible. Tim and Seth are great but seriously EVERYONE I had contact with was just SUPER HELPFUL and SUPER NICE not to mention knowledgeable about their product and services. My goal is to get my car fixed (it really is a nice car) and then sell it and go buy a car from them. The other dealer ship won't even call me back. Thank you Seth and Tim for treating me like I have been not just a lifelong customer but also a friend. Kathy Houghton
