The salesman that I worked with was young and very nice.
However, when it came to working with the "numbers guy" (as he called himself), he was kind of rude and not very knowledgeable. He came back with a monthly payment for me but didn't even know the price of the vehicle.
He gave a blue book price on the vehicle I wanted to purchase that was very inaccurate. I had the blue book up on the phone and he had no explanation as to why the dealership was quoting the blue book at $4000 higher.
The tires on the vehicle will need replaced within a year. Front tires don't pass the "penny test" but they meet state standards, as he said, so they refused to do anything about that. They're going to let someone drive away on tires that barely meet state standards.
To top it off he tells me "oh by the way, there is a $785 shop fee on top of the price for detailing, emissions and inspection, and whatnot".
I found that to be very irritating. $785 to detail the car and whatnot, I don't think so.

Over all I found the experience to be very poor. Needless to say Tim Dahle isn't where I'll be buying my car.
