I left 60usd in my jacket when i sent it for dry cleaning due to tiredness after long day at work. After realising it, I quickly called them to check it. The 60UsD was left in 20 usd notes in my small pockets of my jacket. They checked and told me no one has found the money. However when I questioned the manager,he assured me there were proctocols when handling laundry from costumers. When i checked with a laundry guy, he told me the costumers items for laundry will be check before process, however when I questioned was there any security camera on that place of checking costumers items, he told me no security camera placed at the checking area. This for me is unacceptable for westin standards. For me these checking area should be equipped with security cameras as to make sure everything is done correctly and clean . Since its my words against theirs,I accept defeat and this somehow tarnished my great expectations of this hotel. Coz i was hoping for more assurance and more thorough security standards in this well-known hotel

Their Italian restaurant Prego is superb. Good soups, very good pizzas and pastas, exquisite desserts and a good selection of mocktails for the teetotallers amongst us.
They go out of their way to create food. Was a great evening out. Expensive though... Be wary of that.

It is one of the finest hotels Mumbai has. It has great food. It has a swimming pool with a pool-side bar. It offers spa and massage facilites. The service is unmatched. It also has meeting rooms and lawn available for events. It is very close to one of the best malls in Mumbai - Oberoi mall.

Best bet to serve your guests from upcountry n from abroad. All dishes meticulously supervised n nice tastey food.

Stupid security rules, don't allow guests with auto rickshaws even as guest has booked room with thousands paid for it. Condemnable.

Hotel is surrounded by greenery of long trees. Excellent ambience and provides a perfect and ample space as one would expect in a luxurious hotel. Height of the hotel building provides a perfect birds eye view of Mumbai city.

Have visited Westin Garden City a lot of times, I love the food there, the place is pretty good for doing functions and events. The staff is good, ambience is good too, The Toilets are pretty well maintained and clean. Over all the place is amazing.

It's not a standalone structure the building is shared with other corporates. The lifts are small and feel crumpled the interiors of their coffee shop on 28th floor don't look rich . The food is yummy though

Kangan has the best Indian food and chef Danish is one of the best chefs. His soups are excellent and he ensures that there is always a delight for everyone 's taste buds. Chef Devender also deserves a kudos for his hospitality
