gone there to celebrate friends party, the hotel is well structured with all the facilities that you need and is near every major necessary places like airport and city center

I booked a month before my travel date. And just a day before my reservation I was told to pay more for the same room which was agreed on phone three times and booked. I tried to convince them many times but they were not responsive. I had to cancel my travel plan at the last moment. Not very good management. Not recommended. Very unprofessional.

Would not suggest to anyone .. the Mumbai Westin does not have a five star feel , Westin is usually known for quality service but apologise to say the Mumbai one is terrible .
A very bad experience the food quality is bad . the location is also horrible if you have to travel to Bandra , Juhu or south Mumbai . I ended up checking out and switching to the JW MARRIOTT at Juhu they gave me better rates . the food is much much better . location is nice and the staff is friendly and nice .

The Westin Mumbai is located on the Highway and easily accessible from the Airport.
The property is surrounded by abundance of greenery of the south side.
Great place to rejuvenate yourself in chaotic Mumbai.
Adjoining is the oberoi mall, being a walk away make it easy for various dining options and kids recreation.

It was very nice hotel. Maybe the best hotel in Mumbai. I rarely give 5 star, but I am willing to give. Staffs were very kind. 18th floor breakfast was fantastic. I highly recommend this hotel when you have chance to visit Mumbai.

I have been at this hotel several times and each time I have faced the issue of waiting for 15-20mins each time to get my car back from the valet. Very poorly managed valet parking system.

I went for a lunch buffet here. Food was bad. Everything was too oily and heavy. The ambience was however good and hence 3 stars

5 star but expensive to the core.. a cab drop from hotel to Borivilli is 8500 INR. To me it sounded like a loot. This they asked even after one of prestigious and important friend being a Mariott member..

The best hotel one can find in Goregaon which is ideally located & easily accessible to airport through WEH. Lot of green spaces & sufficient oxygen for sure !! WESTIN always maintains the standards..

Magnificent ambience, larger than life look, dense greenery, nice infrastructure.. the only deterrent is the Location of far off suburb.

Great ambience. Wonderful experience with cafes inside. Kangan the restaurant got many authentic Indian dishes. U can also spot live bangle making at the restaurant.

This review is for Prego (lobby level). The food is pricey and options are fairly limited. Having said that the food is tasty and extremely light. We had chicken fritters, Godfather pizza (21 inch pizza which can be customised), garlic bread and rissoto. Would advice not to have rissotto.. Everything else was really good. The ambience can get a bit dull.. They probably need to make the atmosphere a bit more lively! And if possible expand the food menu as well.

It was over rated, the food was not delicious, not worth the money. Service and ambience was amazing. The view was amazing, you could see the entire western express as well as the jungle on the other side. But food was not that great. We went to seasonal tastes.
