Great exhibition halls for corporate parties and seminars

The location was very well located and the view was amazing from the top.You can see whole highway as well as the sea.The rooms were huge and full of glamour.The service was amazing and the food was awesome as well as it was on time.I have always loved westin and love to go there when ever i get a chance.I would rate it 5 star for such a good hotel as well as restaurant and the room service was amazing as well.

Visited the hotel many times. It is much needed place in suburban of Mumbai. Food ,accommodation , amenities fantastic.nice ,luxurious ,comfy place for corporate and families also.
Except one shortcoming I found last weak when I visited the reception of my family friend , waiters are few in number and not attending guests properly.

One of the worst hotels in Mumbai. Just giving five stars because I got money for it

This is the best hotel I ve ever worked in, the hotel is very tall providing unbeatable views of Mumbai. The staff are all great and the hotel s room service will act in less than 20 minutes to provide the food. The hotel is very accessible and the lobby is grand. Different events have different themes and I could live in the hotel if I had to.
The only advice was that with the pool slide, they should have a life guard because it could be very dangerous even if it s 1 feet deep.

Went there for a exhibition so can't comment on the food. But the ambience of the halls and the service is very good. The hotel is very tall so it's easily visible from the highway. The hotel is luxurious by every means.

Location location location. Situated off we highway this one can be reached easily from anywhere. The atmosphere is fresh, staff is friendly.

The staff at restaurant needs to be courageous enough to keep ambiance suitable for a fine dining experience... no games, no yelling... no special rules for neo tele-stars.

Fantastic banquet for training programs and an amazing spread of buffet as well. Good for SMT session but a tad bit expensive as well. Overall totally worth it

Great location, staff and breakfast choices. Within walking distance from Oberoi mall .

Attended for a get together party. My experience was at Kangan in the 18th floor. The ambience is excellent. Staff and the service was upto the mark but the major concern was food. The chef was kind enough to change 1 dish. Desserts- gulab jamun was a major let down.also the malai kulfi rabdi. 9 /12 of us had a gastric problem the very next day. It was terrible.

Stayed here for almost two weeks for a work trip. Service and staff were great, thank you for such a wonderful experience. Good selection of restaurants if you don't want to risk rating outside. Room was great, really decent size. Location is great for the airport (c.30mins in traffic) and about an hour to downtown Mumbai
Only two criticisms from my stay
1) I was really I'll for a couple of days after eating dinner at the restaurant on the 18th floor. Having been warned, I was only drinking bottled water, using hand sanitizer and only eating at the hotel. So was disappointed to come down with a sickness bug which left be bed bound for a 3 days.
2) Having only 3 lifts for the hotel is a joke. At times was spending upwards of 10minutes for a lift to arrive, which doesn't seem acceptable.

Overall experience was great, and will most likely be coming back and staying here later in the year

5 star hotel and services.. Traffic problem thru out travel from airport. Near NESCO exhibitions center.

Decent property close to green cover of a national park in Mumbai. Rooms are comfortable and big by Mumbai standard. Good place to stay for leisure as well business travel.

Very nice place. Gives you the sense of luxury. Went for a summit and the food quality was excellent. Service was prompt too. Was a slightly unhappy with the vallet as i found some scratch on my gear handle.

My all time favourite place ...if i ever go missing you can find me here!
Not only is the ambience classic but the view from the rooms and the 18th floor buffet is mesmerising.,..if you ever get a chance to stop by have a dip in the swimming pool at night .

Absolutely amazing staff that go above and beyond with helping guests as needed. This especially applies to the fantastic staff at the concierge desk!

A wonderful escape. Spent 8 nights here working. Really great restaurant. Quiet,clean and comfortable rooms. Really solid service

Closely located to the Bombay exhibition Centre, expensive but you will have a wonderful time!

The garden is awesome and the play area ia also very big .

It was awesome experience to meet Angre Agassi here and square panda product launch. I learn much about neuroscience and phonetics here.

Superb place for accommodation and awesome quality food with wide variety of foods Indian, Chinese and continental food
