Good place for formal meetings and dinning with business associates

Great experience at Seasonal Taste Restaurant. Great spread of food and staff that is more than willing to accommodate your special requests. They go to all extent to ensure you have a wonderful experience. I would like to make special mention of one of the staff named Mr Zahid Raeen who took great care of me and my family. Keep up the good work.

It was a joyful experience specially with the room..it was very huge and was on the 35th floor so the view was excellent. The room was very beautifully decorated as it was for my wedding night and a cake as well.the breakfast was great as well .not far from the airport . a must visit for everyone

Visited 'Seasonal Tastes' restaurant for dinner. Decent variety of food items. Loved the 'Chat items'. Average ambience for a 5 star hotel. View of the western express way is amazing from the hotel.

Excellent ambiance as usual.. Food was not up to the mark and the buffet layout was not proper and was set up against the lights making it very difficult to see the what was laid..

Was here for a Course for 4 days. The place has excellent food and hospitality is top of the class. It was definitely a wonderful experience

Have stayed before and found the stay to be just as good as before.
Staff are very helpful and sincere in their jobs. Breakfast is brilliant as their are so many options and very filling.Location wise is very good as only 20 mins from the airport as longs you don't travel during rush hour. Also round the corner is the Oberai Mall where you can spend time window shopping but also many options for meals with a bar in the mall. Definitely recommend a stay.

Went there for our official meeting... The property is good for business meet and conference purpose... They also serve good buffet for lunch with lots of options and live counters... One will definately enjoy the varieties offered in buffet ... And definate 5 STARS for the services.

Normally whenever I came here, it was for business conference or seminar or some meeting with customer or meeting with partners like HP or Montran, it was something special today came along with Anurit for his personality development program. This was scheduled by his mother as a special gift to him in Mother's Day. It was really something money can't buy.

The view was lovely, the food was lousy, deserts only creamy types, I expected this place to have a great spread, terribly disappointed... Never again on a Monday.

Awesome location and friendlg staff and guest relations team. Service and housekeeping can be a little slow and the phone network / reception can be troublesome.
Lovely breakfast and amenentiws and good location as well.

I visited the Westin to celebrate and bring in the new year with my girlfriend. Had a decent stay and a good (not great) experience. The rooms were clean and very well maintained. The bed was the softest and the most comfortable bed I have ever slept on. I did feel however that the room service lacked behind in being prompt as repetitive calls were made to get supplies to the room. Irrespective of having two people book the room, everything was kept with reference to only one. Some of the calls went unanswered and the requests we're always delayed. We did however enjoy our time there but just wished the service would have been faster as compared to the other five star properties.

Good hospitality, the chefs really make you feel great. Rooms are cozy and clean. Overall a good and relaxing property

Organised 2 events here, good food, great staff but poor time management. Absolutely do not expect them to even follow an iota of your schedule, keep buffers with them.

Such A Beautiful Place Firstly The City And Secondly The Area Where I've Been

Well, this is a biased review so I'll be upfront. For an average visitor or guest you wouldn't complain much but I have taken off 3 stars for a simple reason that I had a Sunday morning meeting at the hotel and I decided to pop my sports bike instead which otherwise on a normal day in Mumbai is meaningless to ride. And I wasnt let into the property!

On questioning security, they said that we cant take any exceptions but if I wanted I could park in staff area but then I have to walk up to property as it's a separate access gate. The only reason for 2 stars is that the staff was courteous and said that they understand that the bike is probably more expensive than 50% of the cars that come in but they cant do much since its house rules!

My question for management, in this new day and age where the 'middle class' has means and aspirations that may not be similar to previous generations isnt it time to be more Cosmo than bureaucratic and old school.

Spectacular views of the city n the highway. They certainly keep up to their reputation.

Food is good but staff is below average, I asked for cup of hot water with Lemon and Honey as there were no fresh lemon pieces available the staff took already squeezed and used lemon wedges thrown in the waste tray to make my cup, I saw this with my own eyes and when I escalated the complaint the Sr. Manager went to get me a new cup but what he brought was even more disgusting there were lip marks and stain on the cup, when I showed him he apologized but no use I had to prepare the beverage myself ....So although place is good Staff is bad.
