The Westin Mumbai, Garden City Reviews

I stay at the Westin when conducting business in Mumbai. My stay is always pleasant. The rooms are very well designed, clean and ample sized. The hotel amenities include lounge, restaurants, fitness center, wifi (is slow) Definitely continues to be my hotel of choice.

Very good staff , breakfast buffet and spacious rooms.

I like d ambience.. banquet are really appreciating..

Went for dinner at Kangan Restaurant. Was a delightful experience.

I go for the brunch. That is very wonderful experience for me. I love it's largest spread. View is terrific.

Buffets in Seasonal Taste restaurant are amazing. With a superb view

Never been there, but surroundings is enough good make ur stay good. Nothing extra stuff around it. Oberoi mall is. That's a good neighborhood.

Well located on western express way especially if you have activities in and around Goregoan East . Large rooms . Good breakfast spread.

Very friendly and importantly, helpful staff. Nicely appointed hotel, good size rooms. Very good gym for a hotel, not huge but great range of equipment and 3 decent restaurants

Had a great stay at the Westin and the service here was impeccable! I was constantly amazed at how attentive, kind and genuinely thoughtful all the staff members were.

The room was large, the bed was comfortable and the tub was big enough for me and I'm nearly 2m tall! I love the White Tea Aloe toiletries, I last stayed at the Westin Garden City 5 years ago and the scent has not changed and it brought back fond memories.

There Room facility is awesome..food is better than other hotels.

Ample space in the rooms. Service is good and quick. There food is fine but there isnt much of a variety.

One of the most amazing soups I had in years..tried a seafood one and a veggie one..both were outstanding and made with precision.... I would like to shoutout for chef Youvraj and Chef Selva along with Ravi and Chef Puran for amazing hospitality!!

Does NOT match up to Marriott, the brand that acquired it. Does NOT even value titanium members of Marriott. Front desk lousy. Hospitality zero

Extraordinary service experience!

I had a 5 days stay during an exhibition in this hotel and I couldn't be more satisfied.
I was welcomed with a refreshing towel and a drink right after entering the lobby. Check In was fast and my room was shown and explained very well. The room itself on the 31st floor (what a view!) was huge and super clean all the time. The bathroom with rainshower was really tastefully designed. Free bottled water everywhere.

Breakfast was super tasty and there was lots of choice between European and Local food. Everything I tried was very good... Even the bacon

The restaurant was excellent as well. But I tried only once.
I had access to the executive lounge where I had snacks and dinner every evening. Food there was as good as in the hotel restaurant.
I really liked the environment and the manager and his staff there was even more friendly than the rest.

What I really want to mention is the excellent service and unbelievable nice behaviour of the staff. Everyone was very very friendly and helped where they could! From cleaning staff over drivers to the receptionists and management. Everyone was nice at all time.

I will definitely come back!

Highway approch

The location is at a very porshe area. The hotel itself is a stunning building. The ambience was very good and the hospitality extended towards the guest was something I relate to abroad hotels. All in all great experience.

It was very good experience, room service was excellent. But I didn't get one thing I asked for. I didn't expect them to goof up as planned surprise for my wife. But rest everything was good.
